The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. It looks like the drug hotels we respond to as a first responder. This place did not even have a real bed. It was a $20 metal bed frame you can buy off Amazon. The place was disgusting. It was dirty, it stunk and I felt dirty after staying here. The free “breakfast” was granola bars thrown in a basket. Front desk staff just did not care and seemed inconvenienced when I wanted another blanket. You can’t get in the shower if the bathroom door is open. The front door didn’t close unless forced shut. White spots all over the bathroom floor. Some sort of hair shavings in the sink. TV is tiny. View was of disgusting trash area. Bed smelt like pee. Microwave broken. Crumbs in bed. I could go on. Stay away from this place. Stay far, far away. I need to go get a tetanus and hepatitis shot now. Threw my toothbrush away just in case it caught something too. I probably have bed bugs now. In response to management response: All I see in your responses to these horrible reviews is excuses. It’s quite clear that you’re not changing anything. Fix the breakfast of smashed granola bars thrown in a basket. Coffee creamer was out, check it and fill it. People are complaining your rooms are dirty. Make your team deep clean them. Get a real bed in room 311!!!! Your hotel is trashed and you make excuses. Refund the money these guests have earned and spent at your hotel that looks like it’s full of people who do drugs in these rooms. Fix the elevator. Get more vending machines. Otherwise, I would suggest hitting the whole place and selling it to a company that would care for it. There’s numerous reviews stating this was the worst hotel guests have stayed in and management makes excuses. Pitiful. Disgusting and pitiful. Educate your front desk. I booked a room and front desk said, “We are full so I only have a room on the third floor.” A room with a metal, pull out bed frame. I’ll gladly accept $100 refund.

The lobby smelled strongly of stale cigarettes despite the 'no smoking' signs, and the tired looking front desk clerk barely glanced up from his phone when I arrived. Things didn't improve much when I got to my room. I was greeted by an odd damp smell that I soon realized was coming from the ancient, yellowing carpet that was duct-taped together in places. Lovely. As I set my bag down, I noticed what looked like a small moving grain of rice near the edge of the bed. When I lifted the bedskirt I screamed when I saw it, a container of old chicken wings COVERED in MAGGOTS! It was 20 minutes before anyone came to help and when they did they rolled their eyes and let out a big sigh, said let me talk to my manager. Then they went into the office where I could hear them laughing and making fun of not just me but my disabled son as well. I couldn't believe it. I told him to wait outside because I was about to get our money back and they just never came back to the desk. I had to leave without even being able to speak to anyone because my son was sobbing outside. When I came back the next day, they threatened to call the cops saying my reservation had ended and I was no longer a guest. I'm honestly in shock with how this place does business.

Horrible. From the lobby to the elevator to the hallway a very strong smell of marijuana. My room smelled so bad of rotten Indian food. So bad perfume and opening up the window didn't help. I left the next morning and booked it for 3 night. Then the charge me $250 plus tax smoking fee and kept $200 security deposit.I didn't feel safe either. The walls were greasy and the carpet made the bottom of my feet black. I got a head from staying headache from being there only 13 hours. Now I'm home sick and missed work . Not a save place for single women or a family.

Rude staff from the moment we walked in. Disgusting room and had a really bad odor. Clearly the room was not cleaned correctly. Walked barefoot in room for 5 minutes and it looked like I had walked up and down the street. Hair on bed and in bathroom and sink had toothpaste stains. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The room was dirty, no dishes in the room , sheets were wrinkled, the room smells bad and we have 2 full beds not queen beds as advertised. If I did not have to be up in 4 hours I would not to stay here. Very disappointed for a extended stay since we stay at extended stays often and definitely feel like it was a absolutely rip off. I write a lot of reviews and never have left such a bad review.

Yo to be completely honest, this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! I’ve been here for 3 months now and I’ve never been let down by the spectacular service from ALL of the employees! Which I have come to consider my friends. With such professionalism and class they make my staying here so much more than just a one time stay. I really appreciate the staff and the cleanliness of the housekeeping. Also it is in a very centralized area that will allow me to have good transit for work and for fun! 10/10 will definitely stay again. 🖤

Terrible stench throughout the hotel. Elevator broken. Hairs on the sheets. Missing or non-working light bulbs. Changed room and same story. Based off reviews this hotel has been this way for a long time. Should have read reviews first...

When I checked in 9/4/2021, I had to check out. The room was dirty, with a cigarette butt on the floor, and hair in the sink. I complained to the front desk, and advised them that I stay at Extended Stays everywhere, and this by far was the dirtiest and small. So, I got a refund because I didn't want to stay. I go to check in at another ES, a couple weeks ago 1/2023 and was told, I have a DNR, all because I didn't want to stay. They lied and said I was confrontational, which was a complete lie!!! I also felt it was racially motivated, since, I absolutely did nothing, but ask for my money back. Take a look at the reviews, this place was a dump, and I refused to spend my money that way. Be smart, and look at the reviews, because usually, they don't lie!!!

Management and staff here are horrible. Multiple rowdy people who literally LIVE here. Yes live, not stay. Don’t expect to get sleep, don’t expect the Wi-Fi to work and don’t expect staff to help you with any complaints. Expect to throw your money away and expect to deal with the worst.

Brandon was working the front desk when I arrived, he was the kindest human that I have dealt with in a very long. I hope that you realize what an amazing human he is. I enjoyed my stay & I would definitely recommend your place to everyone that I know !! Thank you so much !!

The only thing going for this place is its location and staff. Location is very close to the airport. Staff was helpful and provided me toothpaste since i forgot to pack mine. Forget the "free breakfast" basically just coffee and nut bars. Some guests definitely look like they live here long term as part of a government affordable housing initiative. The guests didnt bother us its the shady lookimg people who lurk in front of the building. During the first night i was so nervous my car would get broken into. Luckily it did not. Police was there in the morning for what reason i dont know This is by far the most unclean lodging i have been to. There was hair in the toilet bowl.. Yes on the toilet bowl like some was shaving and also hair on the bathroom sink. It was so bizarre. There was dust under the bed and the sheets has stains. The fire alarm was not attached at all. And yes there was a smell. A musty smell prolly since no ventilation from the bathroom. This was my first time staying at an Extended Stay and prolly the last time.

Stay here for a business trip, and was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and facility. really appreciated how friendly the staff was and how comfortable they made me to feel. I visit the area frequently on business. I definitely will be back.

Rooms are decent not the cleanest but barrable, luggage carts are horrible Be sure to ask about pet deposit and price first 😡. All employees there are great, very nice and helpful. That is main reason the rating is this high. No breakfast, only a coffee bar. And a few vending machines for snacks. Is a laundry room onsite. A very good Waffle House just across the street. Reasonably priced.

Do NOT book this hotel. Arrived after a 6 hour flight just before midnight and was informed that they were overbooked so they went ahead and cancelled my reservation. Front desk also said it has been an ongoing problem. Zero effort customer service.

Don't stay here. If this is your only option, just sleep in your car. Room smelled like someone held a campfire in there. It was so bad my throat and sinuses swelled shut overnight. I had a massive pounding headache in the morning. There was a blood stain on the fitted bed sheet. The carpet was wet. There was no ice machine or plastic water glasses. When I inquired about this, I was directed to a vending machine where I paid $2.50 for a small bottle of water. The shower sent out so little water that it took minutes just to wet my hair enough to apply shampoo; rinsing was a nightmare. As I walked down that hallway, I heard someone in one room discussing his alibi and someone in another room discussing his trial date. In the room next to mine, a dog barked incessantly. This seems to be less a hotel than a living space for under-housed individuals. Certainly, everyone deserves a place to stay. But, if you just want a decent hotel near the airport, this is not the place. Spare yourself and sleep in a gutter instead.

The room itself was dirty. My daughter found a soiled white sock in the made up bed after she woke up that did not belong to her. (Disgusting)The smell of marijuana smoke was pretty prevalent on my floor and in the elevator. There were people reving motorcycles and blasting music in the parking lot until about midnight. Just overall the place was just kinda gross. The room, the common areas, and elevator all seemed to just be a bit dirty. The tub in our room would not drain so if showering water would accumulate around ankle level. I never really complain but our stay was exceptionally bad.

I couldn't even stay at the hotel, my reservation was made using a credit card that I didn't have with me at the time of check-in, and even though everything was paid and everything was fine, they wouldn't let me stay, even though I offered $500 dollars. as a deposit in case of any additional charges. The attendant didn't want to understand my situation and even though everything was paid, he didn't accept me checking in at 1:00am. I had to go looking for an emergency hotel at these hours or else I would have to sleep on the street. It was the worst experience I've ever had, and at the end of it all they only refunded me half of the reservation amount. For me, the biggest absurdity was that they did not specify at any time that I should take the same card that I made the online payment with, if they had informed me of this at the time of booking I would have paid differently, a complete disrespect for the customer. Booking also didn't help me correctly and I lost my money. Terrible customer service. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Horrible...stay away. I arrived on a Saturday night at 1030pm...10 tattooed bikers hanging out in parking lot. Music blaring from speakers on top of a vehicle (all seemed like it was a 'locals' hangout) and smell of pot permeated the parking lot and lobby. I stayed 8 hours and checked out...was supposed to stay 9 days. Very scary for a woman traveling alone. Rooms are very aged (old fridge, bathroom)

The room was kind of dirty. It has a terrible smell. There was dog droppings in the hallway. It took the person checking me in 45-50 mins to check me in. This is probably the worse place I have ever stayed at, so reflects the varying standards people have about the places they stay. FYI, left early so I could stay at better place. Questionable activities happen here.

When I arrived the front desk girl was too busy mopping to check me in. I actually had to ask her if there was someone else who should be checking me in. I asked for a recommendation for dinner and she told me to go to the Waffle House 🤣😳🤔 After finding my own dinner I came back and asked for an ice machine. That doesn't exist at this hotel... In ARIZONA! I'm in town every 2 weeks. I won't be back here. Please, please go somewhere else.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I stayed here for two days and it was pretty decent for the price. Nice and simple room. People need to start realizing that "you get what you pay for" is a real phrase lol

Don’t expect to ever get any freaking sleep. All your neighbors are up all night and day screaming, stomping and banging around. If you go to the office they do nothing, even if you show them video. They offer 0 refunds or solutions to help. You are just forced to be woken up every single day from 2-5am by your neighbors partying Update: Staff reply says “on rare occasions” yet we stayed here for multiple weeks and it was EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. Don’t try and lie about the situation here. It’s very poor. Don’t stay here, you will never get sleep. Unless it’s during the day, when all the unemployed partiers are asleep.

I've been staying here for approximately a year and it's been fair! This is a very good staffed location! Rooms are nice! Pet friendly (I have 2 dogs)! A big Thank You to Brittany for everything she's done!

They overbooked - not safe or reliable to make a reservation here. The advertised "breakfast" is just coffee and muffins. Fine as a free bonus, but don't list your hotel as offering breakfast.

Was expensive for what it was..bathtub dirty and wouldn't plug to take a bath. Bed had hair all over the sheets. We stayed at the Marriott last night for less and it was way better. Employees were very friendly though. First thing when you walk in is the smell..

It's perfect. Very simple layout. Comfy bed. Stove, friderator, microwave, it looks like a studio apartment. Perfect if your traveling alone or with someone special.

So I have a whole team of people staying here and it wouldn’t have been pleasant if it weren’t for the wonderful staff. Specifically tommy and Vanessa. They have been more than helpful!

We booked a room 5 weeks prior to arrival. When we arrived they had no rooms. The front desk clerk was very unprofessional. The place had real ruff individuals walking in and out, one had an ankle monitor. I was not the ideal place to feel any safety. Very disappointed!

  • 3/5 Roxanne P. 1 year ago on Google
Although it started out rocky our stay turned out good. Thanks mosty to the desk manager, Vanessa. When she heard about our concerns she went out of her way to make sure we were happy. She couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with.

It was a great stay. Tommy the front desk clerk went out of his way to make my stay great. He is a great customer service rep for this company I give him five stars on the way he treats his customers. He is a great employee. Extended stay should be happy that he is on their staff and treats people the way he does. Thanks again for all your help tommy

First time writing a bad review.. Very unaccommodating. I work for a company as a Travel coordinator and this was the only hotel I have ever had this problem with. An employee lost his ID while traveling but had a picture of it along with his social, he arrived after a 10+ hour drive and was told he could not check in without a physical ID.. When you check into a hotel and give them your ID, what do they do.. ? Make a copy :) I had already previously sent in a CC authorization form, with my ID, offered to email his ID. Front office employee would not hear it. Our employee was just trying to get in his room to get what little sleep he could before check out the following morning. Even major airports let you get on your flight as long as you have at least of picture of your ID! I had to contact 3rd party booking site to get me a refund as well as rebook him at a hotel 2mins down the road at 4am. (Holiday Inn Express gave me no issues what so ever, front desk associate Naomi was very helpful.)

Tony and Vanessa were very SWEET AND MADE ME FEEL HOME! I was very comfortable and had a blast at the Phoenix airport hotel! I most definitely recommend staying here for your vacation, it’s worth it!

  • 1/5 Ricardo M. 1 year ago on Google
Do not recommend. All they have is a vending machine. No amenities, the smoke smell is lingering throughout the entire building. Gave me a migraine the 2nd night I stayed here. Came here for a business trip just for a few days. Definitely will not be coming back to this hotel. Will be choosing another one

I am beyond not okay with my stay at this hotel I was forced to check out due to false claims about my service animals and not picking up after them even tho I was. The hotel manager was rude and gave me multiple dirty looks as well as nasty nasty glares and treated me as if I was less than for needing a service animal as well as asking for a room that was on the first floor since the elevator was going to be out and I am mobility challenged and struggle to use stairs and also happen to be blind. I will never be recommending this hotel to anyone there are far better options. I came here in hopes of being able to transition to housing suited for me due to a situation of abuse. I wish now I had used the money instead with another company you aren't getting your moneys worth here.

It was a nice stay. Staff is great especially the manager (i think she is) black beautiful lady. (I didn't get her name) very helpful ! Gave 8t a three star because the sunk to the bathroom wasn't working despite reporting it.
