Worst place ever. The area is filled with drug addicts that gather around the hotel. The room was not clean as well with a horrible stain on wall in restroom. No receipt was given for early checkout or money returned to my credit card. Called office to verify this and lady rushed me off phone. This is unacceptable and with any detail of my refunds. The place needs to be cleaned up taken off map. The drug activity around the hotel is horrible. No place for families with children.

DO NOT STAY HERE. In 40 years of travelling and staying at hotels this place was by far the most disgusting hotel I've ever seen. I can see why the prices are so cheap. Upon entering the hallway that led to my room, the carpet and walls were filthy. It smelled like cat piss and death. When I arrived to my room and opened the door I immediately found roaches and bed bugs. I always do a room check to make sure things are in order and it was so dirty you could barely breath. Within minutes I killed over 10 roaches. The microwave was filthy on the inside. The TVs are from the 90s. Lamps had missing light bulbs and the carpet was so dirty that when I stepped in the tub to check for bugs, it looked like 10 years or dirt came off of the bottom of my shoes. Then came the bed check. It was a king size and from the top layer looked clean and the bed was nicely made. Once I pulled the sheets back and started check the mattress there were bugs everywhere. In the sheets. In between the mattress and box springs. Then when I checked under the box springs it was so dirty you could see the dirt floating in the air. Anything I touched was sticky. The patio sliding door didn't close all the way. I immediately got my things and left. Luckily I got a full refund too. Once I left the premises, my hands started turning bright red. Whatever I touched in that room caused this to happen. I went to the fast food joint next door so I could wash my hands. I had to wash my hands at least 5 times before they started changing back to normal color. The hairs on my arms were tingling because they were so happy to have soap on them. This place should be condemned as a health hazard. Don't do it. Trust me. Pay $10 more and stay somewhere else. It's a sketchy area too with lots of tweakers and homeless. I will be uploading videos of what happened. No stars honestly.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The location of this hotel is not the best. As soon as I’m pulling in there’s tons of junkies walking in and out of building. I have my 4yr old daughter with me. The hallways smelled like throw up and cigarettes the whole two days of staying. for the second night we had to switch new rooms because one of the mattresses had piss stains and made the sheets smell like piss. There were cops there one day for about 6 hours walking in and out of one room. It looks like this hotel lets people live there. The type of people walking around in the hotel had junkie written on their forehead. I would NOT recommend this place if you have kids or are on vacation. The staff was very nice the whole time but everything else was ridiculous. Very irritating.

This place is a dump ,we were embarassed, there's Gangsta writing all over the walls, the furniture is old, broken, there's no lamp shade on the lamps, comforter had cigarette burns, curtains have holes, there's homeless people walking around in the parking lot asking if we have weed! We ask for a late check-out ..they gave us 30 extra minutes! I've been to way nicer places that will give us a late checkout as a courtesy until 3:00! All the pictures on the website are lies, it looks nothing like the web site. I would never come back or recommend anyone coming here. We wanted a nice relaxing stay, so yea we stayed but very disappointed! Its horrible!!

Worst experience I've ever had. Listen I just spent an hour drive to what looked like a nice place. It had no light bulbs, it has bugs, carpets and bed was dirty, the trim was hanging off the wall, the walls were dirty, the toilet wouldn't flush, not to mention some guy was getting head on the stairs, and the so called locked facility had rocks holding all the doors open. I'm pretty freaking furious about the entire experience. No sorry didn't get pictures this time.

There was mold everywhere and roaches. I had no pillows and when I went to call for more they told me they didn't have any. They told me housekeeping was the only ones that could get pillows and they didn't come in until 730am. When I called at 730am they changed the story to say they didn't come in until 10am. They sprayed my room however after a night they came back. There were holes in my blankets and multiple fire alarms hanging from the walls and light bulbs missing. There was only one usable outlet in the whole room. The neighborhood is awful. I was approached several times for money, to use my cell phone and drugs. I would never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it especially if you have kids.

Very old and run down. Carpets dirty, half the lights don't work. Cockroaches. They did spray for me, but still. Some staff, very helpful. Chelsey,. however, not so much. Pool is beautiful and spa is nice. Pet friendly, but no security on site to make patrons pick up after there pets. Linens and bathrooms were clean.

I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about. This place is not that bad. The room was clean, no bugs, well stocked bathroom, great shower (nice hot water), regular rugs, awesome tv and bed linens (no bed bugs). There is no breakfast service here 😩, but what do you expect for the price. My husband and I had a pleasant stay with not that many shady characters and no live ins. All in all its pretty good.

You get what you pay for, I guess? The hallways are very depressing, the carpet is worn and I saw vomit on the floor for hours before it got cleaned up. There was rust on the sink in the bathroom. The floor had something sticky on it? There is no breakfast like the overview claims. The wifi never connects and when it does, it is too slow to do literally anything. Definitely the worst hotel I've been to. But, the staff were really friendly.

There were bugs and roaches. The room smelled like mildew. The curtains were old and torn. The beds were not that awesome but terrible.... There were 2 fitted sheet on the bed and the bottom one had a stain on it plus we were in non smoking area but there were cigarette burns on the bed too.... We checked out early. The receptionist just keep saying I'll talk to the manager but doubting she did and there was a guy that also complained about his room too... It was a terrible stay

The staff is friendly, the location is good access to the freeway is less than a minute to get to just about any place or event in phoenix. The rooms are clean and spacious making your visit really comfortable and happy. The price is very affordable. The pool is a good size and very clear clean and refreshing. I love this place and i am a repeat customer and plan to keep it that way. Very happy with the experience here.

For a 2 1/2 star hotel it wasn't bad. It was clean and house keeping took care daily. They kept us up on towels, linnins and products. We didn't have bugs or anything disgusting happen. I like that we had a Arcadia window to our car parking space. It seamed to be a safe place too.

I paid online through Orbitz, Orbitz is awesome, but, vacation inn not so much. No cold water literally the faucet in the shower was broken. The point of getting to your hotel room is to unwind and relax. The rooms wreaked of cigarette smoke. The place has so much potential. Hope the place gets a staff and room makeover. Oh and they asked me for a deposit, for what? Which still I has not been refunded

Book that I a travel site and get it for a great price. I needed a cheap room for the bed on a long trip. That's what you get. It's clean but we'll used. With investors it could be renovated and jump up two stars. The employees are cordial so that's the third star.

I rented a room for 5 days and had intended on renting for a 6th day but there was an issue with money we had received on our PayPal through a different app which can be and had been used previously. The complication was completely unexpected and I was informing the front desk as I hadn't planned to check out but rather continue in renting the room. I suffer with a non epileptic seizure that stress or any heightened emotion triggers. The office gave me a little time but it wasn't enough the front desk became very ugly and said they were the manager and there was no one above them but the owner whom I wasn't allowed to speak with or be transferred to. Needless to say I spent the allowed time in concentrating on getting the money to pay for the room and not packing as I intended on staying. I was then harassed by the front desk and threatened that the cops would be called because I now had to pack my belongings and leave. I was called an additional 2 more times while I was in a rush to begin with. I did end up having a seizure which put us further behind in getting the room vacated. I lost my deposit in full 50 which was more then the price I needed to pay for the night even mentioned this to the front desk which gave an o well should of hurried to get the money paid. And that she would lose her job if she gave me more time or didn't take my full deposit. I'm disgusted as I am a disabled female. This experience went from good for the inexpensive price to horrible experience.

This hotel is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever had the displeasure of stepping foot in. Our room reeked of urine, the carpet was torn up in some places, and there were stains absolutely everywhere. Upon further inspection of the room, I found bed bugs! I gathered my things and went to the front desk. She was incredibly rude about the situation after I told her I would not be staying there during my vacation. I had been in the room less than five minutes, but the hotel would not give me a full refund. I definitely do not recommend this place. Do not be fooled by its pictures online; it’s a Roach Motel.

Room smelled like urine. The frame on sliding glass door is coming off. Bed is like sleeping on a cot on the floor. Hotel is very dirty. They charged an extra $25 dollars to check in early even though room was ready. One of the clerks got in a physical altercation with a couple of guests then she sprayed mace at them while the lobby was full. So I was choking on the mace. The clerk should have just walked away and called the police. Instead she was throwing stuff over the counter back at the people she was fighting. I ended up getting my money back and leaving this place.
