Booking
a
room
here
was
a
giant
mistake.
The
part
of
town
isn’t
very
nice/safe
and
at
one
in
the
morning,
while
I
was
fast
asleep,
the
door
to
my
hotel
room
opens
up
and
a
stranger
walks
in.
Obviously
this
is
upsetting,
that
the
staff
doesn’t
care
enough
to
keep
their
guests
safe
as
this
situation
could
have
very
easily
turned
into
a
life
threatening
situation
for
myself
as
well
as
the
other
guest.
When
I
went
to
the
front
desk
to
raise
awareness
that
they
had
issued
a
key
to
the
room
I
was
sleeping
in
to
someone
else,
Tony
at
the
front
desk
told
me
that
there
was
no
management
available,
he
could
do
nothing
for
me
and
that
I
should
just
go
back
to
sleep,
he
couldn’t
even
provide
a
working
number
for
customer
service,
I
had
to
find
it
on
my
own.
When
I
received
a
call
from
customer
service
they
offered
me
$25,
which
is
completely
unacceptable
for
the
terrible
experience.
Other
than
having
a
complete
stranger
walk
into
my
room
at
1am,
and
not
being
able
to
speak
with
a
manager
about
it,
the
walls
are
paper
thin
and
you
can
hear
everything
going
on
in
the
rooms
next
to
you,
there
was
no
shampoo
in
the
shower,
and
the
refrigerator
buzzed
all
night
making
it
difficult
to
fall
asleep.
Forget
getting
back
to
sleep
after
realizing
that
the
staff
cannot
even
be
expected
to
not
send
random
strangers
into
the
room
while
I’m
sleeping.
The
manager
on
duty
in
the
morning
was
also
incapable
of
making
a
decision
to
resolve
the
situation
without
speaking
with
the
area
manager
which
makes
me
wonder
what
exactly
she
manages
to
begin
with.
Terrible
customer
experience,
customer
service,
and
attempt
at
a
half
hearted
resolution.
Terrible
way
to
start
my
vacation.
Save
yourself
the
trouble
and
give
your
money
to
someone
who
can
manage
to
not
send
strangers
into
your
room
while
you
sleep
putting
both
your
lives
in
danger.
Worst
hotel
experience
of
my
life.
Run
away.
