DO NOT - I REPEAT - DO NOT STAY HERE. This was the single most disgusting and uncomfortable experience of my entire life. Easily. The rooms were FILTHY, carpet was heavily soiled and clearly had not been vacuumed, the walls were stained, the sheets were stained and full of cigarette burns. The furniture, appliances, and outlets were falling apart - and we were only able to find one working outlet. I heavily considered sleeping in my car but the parking lot did not feel safe. On top of all that, the manager refused to return our calls regarding a refund - and I wasn't even expecting a full refund, just a token of apology. Then, she LIED to my booking agency and claimed we refused to check the room before booking, when in reality we were told we had already been charged and so it wouldn't really matter if we checked it beforehand. Which in hindsight should have been a red flag - what kind of place tells you to check the room before they charge you? I can't stress enough how bad this was - like a walking nightmare.

Stayed at this place for 2 weeks while waiting for my new place to be available. Saturday September 2nd attempted to extend my reservation and was told by the front desk at 5:20 am that she could not assist with my paid reservation because the hotel sold my room but if I came back around 8am it could be fixed and I would be able to stay as I had already prepaid online for another day. Went back and was given the same story and that even though I paid $127 for the room I was not getting a refund and I would need to checkout by 11am. I quickly packed all my stuff up and went to the office to check out and just as I suspected they of course found a reason to keep my $100 cash deposit... Based off other people's Google reviews I had a feeling they would do this. The housekeeper that inspected the room reported to the front desk that my room had been smoked in. I do not smoke inside and this was evident by the cigarette butts that were in front of my room. Claimed she found ashes on the dresser. So I went to the room with a housekeeper and asked to see the ashes she found... It was not ash it was coffee creamer that had not been wiped up.... I knew that I was checking out and kinda leaving in a rush so before all this I had talked to the lady that was assigned my room to clean and made sure I provided her a $20 tip.... I tipped the front desk people each time I went in for a new key or to pay for a week. Just irritating that someone trained this girl working today to find every possible way to take people's money when it's not justified or valid. If she had not done this little deposit scam today I would have given a much better review because I had no problems at all till today. The property overbooked the rooms and took the option to put the higher paid reservation in for the day even though many of us that were forced to checkout with no notice had been there for weeks. Would like my deposit back but of course the woman at the front desk could not help with that nor was there anyone there from management. Total inconvenience and it was obvious just obvious that they steal the deposits from guest so I won't recommend this place to anyone and will be going back only to get my deposit back... Powdered coffee creamer on a dresser .... I even tasted it in front of the housekeeper but she just walked away..

I usually don’t write reviews but I stayed here for a 3 nights and it was an amazing experience with service and location. Food is literally a 1min to 5min walk and it’s great choices. The rooms weren’t superb but for the price I’m not complaining. They were clean. Only thing I would say is I’m not sure if I was the only one but there are these birds that kept camping out in front of my room in the morning. They symbolize good luck though so I didn’t mind lol but just a heads up if that’s not your thing.

I been here 3 years. This place is not bad. Just follow the rules and if you have any problems just speak up and be respectful. The front desk workers are very understandable and try to work with you. Housekeepers try their best to keep these room clean. They have a tough job especially when you have some people just come to stay for a night and trash the room. And the night security guard Dean AKA batman is well maintaining this property from outsiders coming on property doing any negative or Suspected of doing any harm on property. He does his job like a security guard supposed to do. Professionally.👍👍👍

The TV didn't work, the room floor was sticky, the ceiling was dirty(looked like there was some type of residue on the ceiling(kinda looked like blood or something) I didn't feel safe being in that room. The floor was scratched up as well, the shower looked gross. Not a great experience.

Everything was super old. The toilet seat looked like it truly hadn't been replaced in 20 years. There were holes in the wall that revealed layers of paint. They are not cannabis friendly and security thinks they're cops.

This hotel is fairly reasonable if you're traveling in the area. Be prepared to see odd things going on in the parking lot we didn't have any issues with our car being broken into the families around the motels were very nice and staff was really nice. A few things to watch out for is if you stain the towels perhaps by putting it on the bathroom floor since they don't provide a bathroom floor towel you may get charged a $10 fee per towel also try not to spill anything on the bed linen because they also charge you for those if they are ruined.

While the area has a serious homeless/addict population, that's to no fault of the hotel or it's staff. My fiance and I have been here for a year and a half and the staff are amazing, caring and helpful. Contrary to a what we expected to see based on reviews we read before renting here, we have not had a problem with bugs. They do bbl# monthly pest control, and as long we reasonably clean up after ourselves we don't see more than maybe 1-2 roaches a month MAX (which given that it's a monthly hotel in a rough are of Phoenix, you're bound to see one now and then). Full-sized fridge/freezer, microwave, comfy chair, desk and snacks at the front desk. This place has come to feel like home, and the monthly/weekly prices are great compared to the rest of the hotels in the area, especially considering the amenities included. Best place we've stayed! Thank you Extend-a-Suites staff! Love you guys!

Pool was ok not heated. The rooms we were told that they”are old and out dated”but clean and you don’t have the homeless Lingering outside the rooms. That would have been fine. But the floors were Uncarpeted and very dirty. You had to wash your feet before putting your shoes on. Which is bad enough. But when checking out the charged us 3.00 per towel because they were dirty. Are you kidding me!! And I’m including a picture of the huge gap under the door. And the hole in the bathroom wall.

Update my car got ran into by someone that lives here next thing you know hotel charges me for fake smoke while a child was in the room a tenant that was a friend. Do not come here.Do not come here its the lowest prices for a reason. Brown towels hair and trash in bed cleaning ladies don't know what they are doing one cleaning lady with a horrible limp is smoking meth in the room as we walked by wow. It's everyone's fault all around how is it not all of staffs fault the place is just as bad as sleeping behind a Dumpster this place needs to be shut down immediately and the workers out on the streets homeless learn how to care for a place. All night kids screaming and playing around drugs and alcohol the parents here are disgusting humans do not come here unless you are down to your last 60$ and a drug addict.

This place has definitely come a long way from the way it used to be. They've done a great job cleaning it up and getting rid of the criminal activity. Much safer now. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. Patti was always willing to help with anything we needed and always with a friendly smile. Definitely will return.

I’m currently waiting on my apartment to be ready, so I had to opt into a hotel for a week. The first hotel was so Terrible, from the room and service. That I cried because it was late at night and my kids were in the car. I came here to the Extend A Suites and met Kelly at the front desk. Her warm inviting voice and smile were EVERYTHING!! She heard my story and showed so much empathy and put me into a room so fast. The room was CLEAN and smelled amazing. The property itself is clean and quite.I had to check out the next say because I already paid for a different room, but after that night I canceled that room and decided to book 3 more days here. Kelly if your reading this God bless you and thank you for treating us like family!! Because of Kelly service alone I’d pick this property every time. Thank you !!victoriawrighttvictoritor

This place is not as bad as the reviews claim. Staff is very helpful and polite, no roaches, and my the price for my weekly is decent compared to so many worse places near by. If you need a safe place with very little noise, this is the spot! Pools not half bad either. Jannette is usually who I speak with and she couldn't be more helpful, thanks for all your help!

Janet is more than an asset to extend a suites, she is family to all! She makes one feel welcomed and she is always ready and willing to help. No problem is too big, if she cannot assist she will find further assistance until the issue is resolved and it doesn't matter who you are, she's got you! Always prompting a smile Janet always has the place smelling great and looking clean. Great experience! Thank you!

There is a couple of reasons why they have such amazing customer service here, and those reasons are Heather and another woman named Heather. Not only are they very pleasant and helpful with everything that I asked for, but they went above and beyond holding a reservation for me. In a time where a lot of businesses are forgetting how important customer service is, extend a suites has a couple of gems here. I am also happy with the cleanliness and quality of the room I stayed. Thank you both Mrs. Heathers, and thank you Extend a suites!

We were going to stay here, had booked a room online. Went to check out the room. The room was run down and not very clean, but we were not planning on being there other than to sleep so not a big deal. Went back to the front desk, the lady that was helping me was speaking to another employee. The conversation was mainly about fentanyl and someone they know who was on drugs and graphic details on their personal life. They moved back down the hallway to continue their conversation. Another front desk person attempted to help me, but she couldn't access the info from the other person's account. I eventually asked to cancel and get my ID back. We did find another much cleaner hotel nearby at a similar price point.

So I was standing in line when I witnessed how cold two ladies were mistreating a current customer who was staying there about a deposit and I did not like what I was witnessing, but they were treating a blunt thief, like a high caliber citizen and I walked out quietly after witnessing the staff being horrible to this other lady who was actually a nice lady asking for help and how cold the long blonde/brown haired white lady, and Mexican lady were treating this very nice lady. Made no sense to me other than they both were being rude and horrible and did not care. I definitely would advise not staying at this hotel. Seems like the housekeepers, and most staff there appear to doing drugs according to someone I knew that stayed there before , apparently Americas dumbest criminals reside at hotel and if you’re not a crook, druggie, and or some type of sketchy type person and you will be mistreated at this location for sure.

Stayed here a week. Had to pay every day to get price match the front desk forgot to mention. We booked a king bed room and got a "executive queen" that's all they had even though I walked thru and saw tons of empty rooms w king beds. So they consider a regular sized bed a queen and we had 2 in our room. The person who ordered the bedding must of thought it was a queen as well cuz the bedding was to big and all over the floor. The floor that I personally scrubbed and. Was blacker then black. There is no way it had been mopped in some time. Even though it says they use sanitizing cleaning products. One more thing we had 2 lamps in the room and the bulb was bad, it took me 3 days to get a working one. They said maintenance was off site buying some me. On and one more sorry, there was 3 remotes for the TV and none of them worked when I asked front desk she gave me 2 more. Finally the TV worked. Pay a little more and get alot better service.

If I could give this place Zero stars I would. last day of the my stay on Sunday there was no water I woke up to shower before I checked out and also no water to shower and brush my teeth in the morning. I asked why hasn't anyone done anything and the receptionist just shrugged and took my keys. Also the pool is down and smells like a sewer, they don't even have a ice machine and I had to ask them for extra lights bulbs in my room because it looks like someone stole the other ones. I had dog hair in the room that the cleaning lady had to come clean up. I would recommend staying far from this place lots of suspicious activities cops around all through the night. It's really not a family friendly hotel.

Overall my suggestion is spend a little more money and get a better place. You deserve it. I've been here three weeks due to and unfortunate set of circumstances. 8-8-23 my last night here. It's been a nightmare. This establishment is draining the life blood out of the poor. Sad I would say 😞 but yeah don't come here. I definitely got a vibe if you smell what the cook is cooking .

I have been here for almost 2 months due to my personal situation with my mother having a stroke and my injury which led to losing my home. When I came here I was very nervous because the reviews. And at times I still am. But I encountered Kelly. She is a front desk lady. Very kind, very nice, very much high customer service, even when others are very rude to her she still stands on customer service. I have been in customer service for 20 plus years and I know excellence when I see it. She is very much helpful and understanding. Also I don't talk much to everyone, but some housekeepers here are very much kind and smile throughout the day too. I see many hard working housekeepers and I always let them know they are doing a great job. I have my eyes open, due to my own anxiety, but I very much know I'm safe here. People are people and everyone has their opinions. But I know that I have a roof over my head and kind front desk service. Also I have not encountered any bugs at all in my room. But I do keep my room clean and also daily get cleaning supplies from staff to clean my room as well. I use to work at a hotel as housekeeper, head housekeeper at that. So I know how it goes. I appreciate the staff here that do all they can to help. When I have questions I can ask without any attitude given to me. And that's good customer service. I really suggest given certain staffs a raise because of some most people can feel safe. The pricing does vary, but again ask and you can get what you need as far as answers to all your questions. If not I just wait on managers to speak with and they seem kind when asking.

I have had a wonderful experience here. Especially with the service. They were willing to help me out and continue to help me out with staying here. The front desk people are really nice, especially Kelly. The rooms have had better days, but it's still homely.

This place is even inhumane for the roaches that infest it. We were told that housekeeping didn't want to come and clean because my lady was too mean to them. I was there all she ask them to do was wipe the dust off of the top of the refrigerator which was the least she could do considering all she did do was come in and clean the bathroom. When we got the room it was dirty. Which was a major step up from the filthy roach infested room we had before. In the 1st room as soon as we sat our stuff down roaches attacked immediately. And don't ask for linen or towels because they will not bring them and you complain they lie and say they don't have access only housekeeping does, only for housekeeping to tell you, you have to go to the front desk SMH they will definitely spin you until you get frustrated and surprise they have all those things you need are behind the front desk. Nothing but homeless people stay and nothing meth heads work here. They should've paid us to stay

I have been staying here for a few months now, The service is more than adequate, and I haven’t had any problems with staff. Most times the TV will be working, but there are a few rooms that have a missing remote or non working TV. Other than that, the rooms are always clean and maintained correctly. If you can ask for Heather! She is phenomenal!

BUGS in the room - gross!! Wish I’d checked Google reviews before booking this hotel through another app. Zero stars would be a more appropriate rating. Checked in late at night on 3/18/23 after flying in, and the front desk lady asked if I wanted to check the room before accepting it. Strange .. why would I want to check the room - aren’t they all supposed to be in the acceptable condition? As soon as I checked in, I went to the front desk to ask a question. On my way was intercepted by a man smoking outside, who told me about how the hotel wouldn’t address a bug situation in his room. Upon returning to my room, sure enough - there is a huge insect crawling on the floor! I put my suitcases back in the car (thankfully I hadn’t unpacked yet), turned in the keys at the front desk and left. In the middle of the night. I didn’t want to find out what else would be crawling on me through the night. In addition to bugs, the property is extremely rundown. A 10-inch chunk of paint missing on the bathroom door, dinged up fridge and floors, disgusting bathroom. Nothing “executive” about this room. The hotel wouldn’t refund the money because I “accepted” the room at check-in. Save your money, time and frustration and stay somewhere else.

Great motel for the price, clean…comfortable and spacious. The front desk people are actually incredible, Janet and H2 both went out of their way to be kind, helpful and the epitome of professional. So happy I chose the bus place, it’s awesome.

I got to say this place has really did a complete 360. What once was the worst place on Bell other than motel 6 has turned out to be a complete comfortable redesigned hotel. I like the night shift crew because they are very friendly and ready to go as is the day crew. The rooms have completely been a breathtaking scenery The beds are comfortable, the large refrigerators, it's peaceful outside you can walk around and not feel like you're going to get robbed. You don't hear gunshots you don't see the homeless hanging around it's a really peaceful and affordable place to just relax.

The worst hotel ever!! Ladies of the front desk are friendly but the hotel itself is so dirty that its carpet is extremely dirty and water faucet might not work well. Even the pipe stuck at the tank. Terrible noises coming from the floor of the corridor all the time when people walks. AC almost broken that it almost fell apart that you can hear sound outside of the room easily. Terrible people always speak loud at its parking lot and make a lot of noise.

The only good person in the front is h3 she is awesome and does not have a attitude like the rest of the front. Best housekeepers are maria and Pamela . The other housekeeper sucks n always has her grown kid following her around the rooms not professional I had felt uncomfortable with them both i think her name is Stephanie was here for 2 years . Good hotel better if they fired Stephanie since she always has kids or adults accompaning her to her rooms which housekeepers are not suppose to do.n

Awesome stay, Great service, w/Excellent staff! Janet has been very helpful and detail oriented since we stayed here for about 2 months! She's adaptable and reliable whenever we need assistance during our stay. She always straightforward and go out of her own ways to make sure all of us(tenants/customers)/ our needs are taking care of. I would recommend ExtendASuites to stay with, for any occasions you may have.

Nice staff and fairly clean for an older motel, or compared to the super 8 we attempted the night before, it was! Rub water wouldn't shut off all the way and the door had a good 1/2 of daylight coming through the bottom.

This location is incredibly ran, ESPECIALLY for the location. they have almost 24/7 security to make sure only guests are on property, very comfortable beds and incredible customer service. i had checked in, and have renewed through Janet, and she is always very welcoming, allowed us to check the room before we paid, and definitely makes this place feel like home :) you will definitely get your moneys worth no matter how long the stay
