Customer service while checking in was good but i would say we checked out late and my friend went to get some cash out at atm because we wer planning on staying another day but the housekeeper kept yelling at us to leave. We tried to explain to her but she kept yelling for us to leave. Wakeing up to housekeeper yelling to get out was a horrible feeling and i would not go back to travel inn nor will i refer anyone to stay there. What housekeeper did was unprofessional and uncalled for!

this place is disgusting. my room had roaches and there was someone else's genital hairs on my bed. my sister's sheets were dirty. the shower didn't work. the housekeepers are very rude. i will never come back here again and i definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Rooms were decent .. besides the tv not having any channels, towels weren't so clean and tub was lil dirty .. I'm from out of town and did not like the fact that I could not get my deposit back when I checked out because their policy was the earliest they give out deposits was 9:00am and I had to be on the road by 6:00 a.m. .. I feel like no matter what time you check out you should be able to get your deposit back.

the room i had rented out the door knob was coming off the door , the cooler had its too coming off . they have spiders . the housekeeping is very very rude & disrespectful not to mention the guy who works in the morning is disrespectful & has a nasty attitude . they will follow you and watch you as if youre doing something wrong . not only that when i stayed there they gave me COVID-19 . due to how dirty their rooms where . i honestly wouldn't rent here again . bad all around . just be careful if you do rent here .

House keeping available everyday. A close family group. It's ok if you need a place for a short time. No one got in our business. Liked the family staff. Overall it was okay.

The room was completely dirty birds not even made. He gave me a smoking room when I told him multiple times a non-smoking room, but he was too busy on the phone with his friend to actually hear me. When I called to complain about the dirty room, he’s like there’s no way it can be dirty we clean the room today and I’m like well there’s trash everywhere. The trash cans are full the beds weren’t made there was a used tampon in the bed as well.

There was stains on the walls and the towels. The door would barley even lock and in the middle of the night we had some stranger bang on our door then walk away mumbling to them selves I feared for my child and now they won't even give us our deposit saying we were the ones who broke it. Even though we didn't complain that right next to our unit was a half burned down unit

COCKROACHES UNDER MY SHEETS IN MY BED!!!!!! I can’t even begin to describe how dirty and unclean this location is. Thank goodness I checked before we laid down or did anything in there. No wonder the rooms are NON REFUNDABLE because anyone in their right mi d would turn around and walk out. Would have posted photos but I left quick and in a HURRY. Besides it being outdated, it’s a sketchy neighbor hood. My door barely locked and a gap so big you could see the outside. On this particular weekend, with many games and spring break of colleges going on we could not find another room available in a 70 mile radius. Ended up staying the night at Phoenix airport and waited for our flight the next morning.

It is located in a not friendly area and I made a reservation through Expedia and they were claiming that they do not accept online payment. Anyway, it was a very bad experience. TV was not working ok and restaurants are not close. By the way, don't walk.

If you want to sleep with bugs overnight this is the place to go to. tried to ask for refunds and pointed at sign saying NO REFUNDS

A last minute booking for me. It was kinda scary. But $60 flat no taxes for one night at 1 in the morning, can't complain. The first building was under construction and was dark spooky and vacant. The building where the rooms for rent was way in the back... There were some unfortunate looking individuals hanging out in the stairwells making the trip even more creepy. But the room was older and run down. the ac worked and the bed was soft. It was very quiet despite the location. I needed the room for one more night but they switched up on me. Told me they didn't take my card I originally used to pay with. Said they needed cash and there would be an additional deposit of $50. Uh, No thanks... I checked out immediately.

Overall condition of the location is OK good for one night little pricey for the area Room was decent just a lot of noise from the top level

I pulled blanket down and top sheet was dirty looking and bottom sheet looked like it has super glue on it and had a hole. Room wasn't really clean, bathtub had a resident spider. The bathtub is newer, I only know that because most of the sticker is still on the inside of it....

It's cheaper than most and it's quiet 🤫 for now. Front desk is very nice and helpful. Air-conditioning is a plus

This was one of the worst hotels/inn/motels my mother and I ever stayed at. Firstly they charged us for three days when we only stayed one night. We wanted to stay three nights, that's why we paid for three nights, and thus they charged us for three nights but after night one, they told us to either pay again or leave, despite us paying for three whole nights. They lied and said we only paid for the one night that we stayed, when we knew we paid for three and we had a receipt to show that we did. Then they accused us of taking their towels with us, which we didn't. We were on vacation and had brought our own towels, because we don't ever trust the cleanliness of hotel/motel/inn towels. Then they refused to give us our money back for the additional two nights that we paid for since we only stayed for one night and they didn't want to give it back until we threatened to sue and get the news to the location and report on their crookedness. Then we got our money back. This place is a scam. There are better places to stay in Phoenix, THIS place isn't it.

Didn't expect much and that is what I got. Bed was nice and clean, but the nonsmoking room I had reeked of smoke.

I was reviewing this hotel the other day but found that it appropriately charged for the solitary location it has where it should obviously be easy to get good quiet sleep and experience less traffic!

I simply needed to ture around, when I heard.my name. A friend from 30 years ago(!!!) Spotted me. 'Hey, CJ - you remember me? Yea I'm the guy who worked on the phones." That was over 25 years ago and yea I remembered cause I was fascinated with the way that plastic receiver could listen in on anyone's conversation. What a small world. We caught up on the happenings and had a nice visit. Travel inn was the perfect place to get away from the everyday. It was not roach infested and was Quiet. Not bad at all.

The manager is very strang, although he has his lil family living on site with him, and choosing to spend quality time with them, he pretty much stalks the guests while they stay there.but the house keeprs do there best with the cheapest of material an cleaning supply they are given to work with, and the matance man is great,it's to bad that man should b appreciated alot more.

The worst hotel.ever.they said they didn't have any cheap rooms.but there was no one here.they said cash only.the man in office said my service dog was fine.next day they called to say they was keeping deposit cause of dog.i was only one here and they placed me next to remodeling so no sleep.
