Where
do
I
begin?
Arrived
around
4:30
for
check
in,
they
didn't
have
any
rooms
ready,
said
it
would
be
15
minutes
to
an
hour
to
be
ready.
I
went
back
into
the
office
after
20
minutes
to
get
a
status
update,
no
one
was
at
the
desk
&
there
was
a
sign
to
ring
a
bell
for
assistance
but
no
bell.
I
could
hear
talking
in
the
back
but
no
one
came
out.
Finally
the
gentleman
from
earlier
came
out
and
said
he
would
get
and
update.
I
waited
maybe
10
more
minutes
and
he
came
back
out
and
said
the
housekeeper
was
just
going
to
change
the
sheets
on
the
bed
l,
everything
else
was
done.
So
he
said
come
back
in
maybe
15
minutes.
By
this
time
since
arriving
it's
been
close
to
an
hour.
So
I
go
back
into
the
office,
see
the
guy
move
from
a
desk
in
the
back
and
walk
away,
I
waited
about
5
minutes,
then
very
loudly
said
excuse
me,
no
to
answer.
I
called
the
hotel
from
my
phone
while
standing
in
the
office
and
it
rang
and
rang
and
rang.
I
yelled
out
excuse
me
about
3
more
times,
still
letting
the
phone
ring
off
the
hook.
It's
been
maybe
10-15
minutes
and
the
gentleman
comes
in
and
says
sorry,
I
was
helping
the
house
keeper
make
the
bed.
Checks
me
in,
gives
me
keys.
It's
around
630
pm
by
the
time
I
park
to
get
into
the
room.
When
unlocking
the
door,
the
house
keeper
is
still
in
the
room.
CHANGING
THE
SHEETS
ON
THE
BED.
He
stated
he
still
needed
about
15
more
minutes.
I
get
into
the
room
at
around
6:55.
2.5
hours
after
initially
arriving.
After
being
in
the
room
for
about
30
minutes
I
noticed
that
there
were
0
towels.
Not
one
bar
of
soap
&
less
than
half
a
roll
of
toilet
paper.
At
this
point
I
was
so
over
this
place
I
just
walked
out
and
went
elsewhere.
If
I
had
to
wait
that
long
for
a
room
I'd
expect
atleast
1
towel.
I
do
understand
places
are
short
on
help.
But
the
whole
experience
was
awful.
Front
desk
person
never
being
at
the
front
desk?
Just
awful.
