    Update 4/2/22: Removing a star. A manager from this facility asked to speak with me regarding my review, immediately after I posted it several months ago. I did speak with her, noted my frustration and said I wanted to escalate as I did not think it was fair for me to pay full price for the shoddy service (read below for more info). She said she would and here we are almost two months later, nothing. I am more than happy to pay for services rendered, but I do not like getting jerked around with third-rate service and worse, wasting my families time. STAY CLEAR OF THIS "URGENT CARE"! There is absolutely nothing "urgent" about it and the service when provided is abysmal. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My daughter thought she may have broken her foot. So, we scheduled an appointment at this facility specifically because the website said they had an x-ray machine onsite. Unfortunately, because of the lack of staff, there was nobody available to run the machine. This would be great information to have on the website or as part of the scheduler. Trying to schedule a medical visit between work and school for a child is problematic as it is but is impossible if the information provided is incorrect. Add on top of that that the office opened 7 minutes late, even though there was staff inside we could see walking around and we were standing outside in 45 degree weather (we live in a desert, that is cold); the lady at the front desk spoke so soft that I had to request she speak up as I don't hear very well, at which time she got a bit frustrated with me; nobody introduced themselves, we didn't know who we were speaking with, a nurse or a doctor or a mermaid. Overall, this visit was a complete waste of money and time as the doctor (I assume) recommended we have an x-ray. Thanks, we already knew that. There are a plethora of urgent care facilities in the area, as such I will be visiting those if/when future help is required.

    Edited*** went from a 2 star to a one becuase the Second Lady needed to chill. I am currently sitting in the lobby. Just need a pre employment drug test. Thereā€™s only three people in the building and Iā€™ve been waiting for over an hour. The receptionist just wants you to sit down and not tell you anything.super annoyed that I asked for an updated. How many people are in line. If thereā€™s a long wait. They donā€™t have a system in place to handle drug tests. They want you to wait like a normal Dr. Appointment. It might be petty but Itā€™s late and people want to be home not sitting in a lobby wondering when they might be seen. Sometimes you walk into a place and their front desk person tells you all you need to know about how your experience is going to go. Next staff was rude and bossy like she was ready to do her job and annoyed that she had to do it. The collection tech was chill. Seemed to just be doing what he needed to. The test took 45 seconds and I waited over an hour. Imagine going here for a medical issue? How long do you want to wait for care? Itā€™s an hour just to pee in a cup.

    Quick service and yet medical assistant couldnā€™t stop mentioning how our chosen brace was ā€œoverkillā€. Not her call to make nor any need to have an opinion on it. As a mother I know what will be best for my child as Iā€™ve been through multiple sports injuries myself along with my other children having injuries. Also seems like medical assistant was worn down and overworked.

    Been to this location once before, NEVER again. Got an appointment online, checked in, jumped through all the hoops. They had me wait in the lobby for an hour from 11:55am-1pm only to tell me that the provider that was supposed to see me is in a procedure that is going to last another 30 minutes to an hour. What a joke of a place. Save yourself some time and go to Next Care down the street where they actually care about their patientsā€™ time and wellbeing.

    Professionalism 0. Went for a visit, requested a urine culture. Waited for a week for someone to call me back with the results, but nothing. I went to check and ask for my results, they ended up saying that it was lost and never get to send it to the lab. Just got another bill in the mail that I have to pay some more money for something that was never done.

    Same day appointment. Quick check-in process. I had about a 30-40 minute wait time to see the doctor, not too bad. Doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful. Friendly and supportive staff. Fast test results!

    Staff was really friendly. Facility was clean. Took me in in less than an hour. They explained everything in detail. Made me feel welcome. Keep up the good work.
