I was in Medford for work and came in for lunch with two co-workers. It really didn't look busy but we were asked to leave because they were to busy and would not be able to seat us for 20 minutes. There was one customer in the bar area and 8 booths to the left taken which most of them had their food. I used to be a bartender and server so I know this was ridiculous.. I'm still in shock that this happened and I'll definitely NEVER be back!!

Fairly well, the “chicken strips” on the three cheese Mac & cheese were weird, small and the photo looked like you were supposed to get four… all n all it was good and filling. Waitress was slow, but brought me some more napkins.

I have always enjoyed Applebee's. But today...oh my. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated in a restaurant servicing 8 tables. 1 party in line in front of us. Another 15 minutes to get our order taken. Food was good but by then, I was frustrated. Men's urinal was filthy/gross.

Our serverJose was amazing. He had one arm but didn't let that stand in his way or slow him down. I noticed that he had all but 1 table. The person with one table seemed to know the people at that table. They talked for about 30 minutes. Jose was fantastic with everyone. Very nice and respectful. They also had some fantastic $5 drinks for October that was like liquid candy. The food was amazing. It came out on an iron plate still sizzling. The stakes were perfect. Pink in the middle bursting with flavor and juicy. The mashed potatoes were also full of flavor. We had a fantastic date night last weekend. Thank you 😊.

Tried to go here with my mom for dessert for my Birthday. Arrived at 7:35pm the bar attendant told me they just stopped seating and didn't care we were only going to have dessert... So your telling me that it takes longer than 25 minutes to put pie on a plate??? 😡

Not very busy, and very over staffed so it's hard to understand why it was a rough visit. Our waitress asked us if we would like an appetizer, and we said yes and began to tell her but she then turned around and walked away and started talking to another waitress! When I ordered my food, it came out quick but it was really cold and had to be sent back. We asked if we could get refills of our drinks, but by the time our waitress came back with them, we were done eating and ready to go. As a previous manager at a restaurant, seeing how many tables were not cleaned off and the amount of food on the floor while servers are standing around talking was interesting. And I think they are having a sewage problem because about 5ft from their bathrooms there is a terrible sewage smell. We were really excited for our first trip to Medford Applebee's, but unfortunately we will not be making our way back. Good luck with your crew. Oah and Jess, the waitress was not assigned to us, but she was very sweet and helpful.

Our usual go-to diner.. however this time.... Well we were going to dine in. Unfortunately though we were not even allowed to sit at the bar an have a drink while we were going to wait for service for 30 minutes. Would have gladly waited an had a drink at the bar but the manager said no. That was this afternoon. 9/4/22 probably won't be back. Red Robin took us right in. Sitting here now enjoying a hard cider. While waiting to order.

Super disappointed. Applebee's used to be one of our go to restaurants for a decent meal with friendly and fast service. Our server was rushed and came to check on us once. I ordered all you can eat wings and got one order. By the time the server came to check on us my son had already been finished with his meal (8oz steak, French fries, and mashed potatoes) for 10 minutes. Of course I wasn't going to order more wings and wait for another 20 minutes. I asked for the check and the server brought it, I gave him my card to run and to my surprise when he brought it back there was a credit card fee added. I was unaware that I would be charged more for using a card. It wouldn't have been an issue if I was made aware of it and it was on the original check I was handed. So I was charged for all you can eat and a credit card fee. We will not be back.

Every Applebee's looks exactly the same inside and out. The items on the menu are all the same, however it's the employees at each particular restaurant that makes the experience more enjoyable than others. This particular Applebee's was wonderful. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the waitstaff was lovely and attentive without being invasive. Good solid, and tasty food options. Had a great experience. Will return to this location.

It's been months since we were last in and out was good to see that the menu is expanding back. Great food, spunky waitressing, nice atmosphere, still waiting for their wonton stir fry to remake an appearance. We talked with some staff and as with other places, there are supply chain challenges. Still a really great place to eat!

Wonderfully made food, Polite Staff, They have very wonderful chicken tenders and I highly recommend the Dark Berry Bash Mountain Dew as it is only exclusive to Applebee's. They have a wide variety of new options.

Terrible service. And apparently they’re not going for appeal on presentation. We were just going in for a quick appetizer and something to drink. We were given our appetizer with no small plates or anything to eat them on. Once the wings arrived I asked for extra ranch to never receive it. And then never once in 25 min were we checked on. I would have loved a refill on my drink seeing how I finished it before the app even came out. Needless to say they’re prices are high and the service is low and the food is mediocre. Spent $25 on wings and two drinks.

Overall this was a decent place to stop. The service was outstanding and the food was pretty good. We got our food in a timely manner and the appetizer platter was on point. My daughter seemed to enjoy her pizza and fries, so that tells me hers was good as well. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The alcoholic beverages were a little spendy and on the weak side, though.

We ordered delivery of three meals plus bread sticks with Alfredo sauce and were missing items on all of them. Didn't get our fries, didn't get our bread sticks with Alfredo sauce. My French onion soup was only a piece of bread with melted cheese and a few onions there was no soup in the container. My husband's fries were missing. The food tasted horrific. And it cost us 96.14. when we told them we were missing items they only refunded 5.00. do t order food from this Applebee's worst service, worst food and no compensation for their mistake. And according to the receipt we got our order was 82.15 so where did the extra 14.00 come from that they took from us?

The fish and chips was mushy soggy and nasty fish but the fries where ok, but had to go find the waiter and request tartar sauce. The waiter had to be told that we did not receive one of our drinks we ordered. I will not be going back. Especially for what they charge it should be 4 or 5 star dining and service. This is not acceptable.

Was the worst experience I've had in a long time. First it took forever to be seated. We got seated they asked us about drinks and then took 30 minutes to bring those drinks ordered an appetizer and our meal and we waited another hour to have them bring out food no appetizer. So I asked about it the server said she wrote it down but forgot to put it in so I told her never mind cause I didn't want to have to wait another hour for it. Never got drinks refilled asked for ranch and they didn't bring it to us until we were done eating. Just overall a horrible experience. Never planning on going back.

The service is great. The atmosphere is great. My steak was cooked perfectly. My mashed potatoes and mac and cheese came out cold and I had to ask to have it reheated. They took care of it but no offer to comp anything.

Had wonderful service from our very nice server, and the food was delicious. Especially the chicken quesidilla starter. However, they offered a berry sangria that didn't taste like the usual berry I've gotten at other places. So, I ended up tasting one sip and switching to soda. Heads up though the bar will still charge you for that one sip. So please check out the drinks carefully before you order.

I've always been an Applebee's fan. Went on a Friday night, and there was no waiting and service was outstaning. Food was plentiful and delicious. One star off on the atmosphere just because it feels tired and dated inside. Time for a refresh on the decor ! Definitely will be back ! Everything was great 👍

Came to one of our favorite restaurants that’s never let us down about a half hour before close on a Wednesday night. I was kind of worried because it was close to closing time. The dirty spoon in the picture was in my daughters yogurt but I was able to catch it before she had any. They were also out of marinara for the mozzarella sticks and the server explained it was close to closing so the cooks didn’t want to make another batch. The chips were stale and the boneless chicken was cold in the classic combo. I let the manager know about the spoon, she just got another yogurt and spoon. Very big let down tonight as Applebee’s has always been one of our favorites with 3 generations of our family making it our top family get together dine in.

It was good family gathering waited for an hour 15 min till food came understand the business but I'm accommodation free drinks would have been nice while waiting.. margarita was weak the first time the second one was a lil better,,, server was great !! Once the food came everyone was happy... I'll never buy a margarita there though i was very unhappy with it !! Great Day

Had a luncheon with the girls, 7 of us. It was good but not great. Chicken was over cooked, server was ok, has been better! A lovely visit with the group tho... We still would recommend!

Love their won ton chicken tacos appetizer. Perfect for a small meal. I use to love their tortilla chips as they were super thin and crispy but this time the chips were more like traditional ones you get in Mexican restaurants

The food was ok. The bourbon street chicken and shrimp was quite flavorful. I substituted broccoli and they were delivered cold. The restaurant was cold. A few different tables had customers shivering and rubbing their arms. The back area and restrooms smelled like they were experiencing a sewage back up.

good food lousy service. Waiter never asked if we wanted appetizers, walked past me three times before asking if i wanted more wings *all you can eat deal*, wife's margarita had little to no alcohol, wasn't offered anything for the wife's steak or my fries. just all around lazy waiter.....

Applebees never disappoints. We love their 2 for deals. This time we went with the cheeseburgers and fries. With spinach artichoke dip for the appetizer. The burgers were smaller than I expected. However they were pretty tasty. And the dip is always fire!!
