I would give it no stars if that was an option. Dave the manager on duty was a major disappointment. I have never in all my years came across a more rude non-helpful individual as he is.The restaurant was very slow as it usually is the last half dozen times I have been there. I had a simple request and had even called ahead for reservations. Upon arrival we were told they couldn’t sit us all together. Really? That’s why we called ahead for the reservations because it was my daughters bday. There were several places is the dinning room that would of been great to sit and zero reason we couldn’t sit there but he rudely said no. No! Not any reason like I said other then the section was clean and he didn’t want to sit anyone there. Keep in mind the tables were right next to other tables with customers in them. A large table in the corner that would of been perfect he claimed was closed but now has people sitting there. So bottom line DAVE needs to not be such a DAVE and maybe explore another line of work because he is lacking in the customer service department.

Great experience. The hostess and waitress were kind and attentive. I ordered the Wednesday steak and lobster special and a virgin pina colada. The lobster was delicious and the steak was cooked as ordered. The pina colada was tasty as well. Over all I am very pleased with the service received.

From the moment we were seated it was 15 minutes before anyone came to our table, we then were welcomed, and asked what we wanted to drink. We ordered and he left.. 13 minutes later our waiter brought us our drinks. As he went to leave again we asked if we could order, he said rather rudely that "He had 3 tables. So we'll have to be patient." and started to walk off I stopped him and asked if we could have biscuits, he said "yes, just be patient!" 10 minutes passed and he came back to take our order. 19 minutes later a different waiter appeared with our biscuits and salads. Approximately 28 minutes later our first round of the endless shrimp came up. We asked to order more since it took so long to get to this point. He advised he couldn't until 2/3 were consumed! What! Must be a new tactic for the endless shrimp with 1 side being 27. Plus 7 for drink and salad. 34 for attitude and14 shrimp! Then at the end after my second portion came to me burnt I asked for a box I was told that you cannot take any shrimp home. So even though the entire experience sucked I could not even bring the extra 7 shrimp home. I get having a bad day but damn. Start to finish red lobster is not what it used to be, and I am dumb founded that on a thurday evening around 3pm the servers are that over their shift that they treat customers like this. Again we will never come back.

I ordered the pick 2 I've got it before and on the shrimp linguini the shrimp had the tail shell on and I've had it before and they always had it off so you have to take it out of the sauce there covered and pull the end off very messy. bad for a high end place. Not enough sauce because it as on my hand from the shrimp. Nothing like the waitress offering to put gloves on and picking threw my meal to pull off tails. Will be a pretty long time before we go back.

Don’t eat for a few days before you come and order the endless shrimp. You won’t be disappointed! Skewers is the way to go! So good! Pro Tip: re-order your next batch when the waiter brings you your order. Then you get another plate when you finish the first one, and so on. The timing is usually perfect. Otherwise, if you wait until your done with that plate to re-order, you will be sitting around waiting for your food.

Visiting a cousin in Medford, going out to dinner Friday. We decided on Red Lobster - cousin has a fondness for their cheesy biscuits. He's used to eating early so we arrive at about 5:30. We're advised it would be about a 20 minute wait for seating three. The hostess checked back with us with an estimate of about ten minutes more until seating which was appreciated. We were seated and for drinks we asked for water. Perhaps that was a disappointment to the waiter as service was indifferent through the meal. My spouse and I split a meal. The waiter offered to bring a second plate which never materialized. Have you ever felt like you're a hostage rather than a patron at a restaurant? Well, that was the service level we experienced. The food itself was excellent. One thing that caught my attention was the waiting area was empty at 7:30pm when we left. That seemed odd for a Friday night.

We've visited many Red Lobster locations, and on this ocasión we experienced awesome customer service, and the food was on point! No exaggeration. I totally recommend you give this a try.

It's hard to find service like that these days. People who work there love their jobs. The food was excellent And it was served in a very timely manner. Almost as if they had been watching me Eat and finish my plate Before ushering the next course. Super nice fellow met us at the door And allowed my daughter to pet one of their lobsters. A most excellent experience.

Ordered the Ultimate Feast and didn’t get exactly what I ordered, they left off one side. The linguine was mushy and brussel sprouts under cooked. The seafood (sea scallops and lobster tail) were delicious and well cooked. Took the server over 10 minutes to take our food order, but the meal was served quickly.

The recipe was changed to a cheaper version. Like cheese sauce instead of the original olive oil and wine sauce. They also forgot my tomatoes on my lobster linguine pasta. Their Cajun chicken pasta was dry and no sauce or gravy like before. It tasted like Alfredo and not Cajun. Our table #26 was too close to the next table. We literally felt that we were next to each other. However, the manager was helpful, he offered to remake a new pasta or 25 percent off. The waitress was friendly and caring.

I'm on a girls trip and we decided to try Red Lobster. First of all our waitress Jordan was a doll. She stood here and pointed the different meals out and helped us find exactly what we wanted. She was So sweet and patient. Then came the Food....DELISH!!!! I Recommend this restaurant for any occasion!

Went to RL on a Monday night and was surprised at how busy it was. Our server was friendly and busy (and apologetic that he didn't check on us as frequently as he knew he should.) Lobster Duo was good and Stuffed Halibut was good as well. Will go back again...but not on a Monday night.

Wife and came to medford to do some shopping. We had lunch at Red Lobster. Andie our server was so awesome in her suggestions of meals. Her attention and attitude of professional friendliness was a wonderful experience. The biscuits were excellent. Our choice of plates was outstanding: the double Lobster tail dish was exquisite. The seafood stuffed mushrooms were awesome. The drinks were so tasty and well made. Andie is definitely an asset to the business. Thank you Red Lobster for a wonderful experience.

Always a pleasant experience. I enjoy the lunch special for unlimited soup and salad and biscuits.. able to upgrade to lobster bisque with the ceasar salad! Generous portions and never leave hungry or unsatisfied!

Received meals with undercooked baked potatoes. Waitress said she would get us cooked ones. 10 min later, with our shrimp meals getting cold, still no potatoes. Gave up and got up to leave when manager came over, asked what the problem was. After explaining potatoe problem she said there had been a run on baked potatoes and the new batch were not finished. Waitress said she figured we could eat our shrimp while waiting. I don't t eat my meals that way and I imagine most don't. Manager offered to replace entire meal, but the experience left me without an appetite. Left waitress tip and left. Disappointing experience at what used to be a great place to eat.

The food was awful. The crispy Brussels sprout were burnt. The bacon Mac and cheese was dry and the noodles were cold. We didn’t get any complementary bread. The server only dropped off the food. Then never came back. I defiantly will never refer anyone to that restaurant ever.

I had such a great experience!! I ordered takeout through Postmates.. I called the restaurant to let them know I didn’t want whipped cream on my dessert and that I wanted bbq sauce for my Mac and cheese! My order was perfect and ready when I arrived. I asked to have them heat up my brownie and they did so kindly!! The food was spectacular, ice cream was frozen.. I usually try not to order take out because I typically have a bad experience.. I will not hesitate to get take out again here!! Every member of the team seemed to be happy to be there which is nice to see!

Average Red Lobster, average service. They keep the place cold so you might want to bring a sweater or a jacket. I got Walt's Favorite Shrimp and Shrimp Scampi with a baked potato and the house Caesar Salad. Everything was good, although a little more salad dressing would have been nice. It's too bad that they didn't have diet coke.

2 stars because the server was good . Leaving the review because the food was lousy and overpriced , $10 for a bowl of watered down clam soup , and another $12 for seafood stuffed mushrooms that tasted like turkey stuffing. The soup (way too thin to be called chowder) was so bad even the sever noticed and asked the manager "Dave " to take it off the bill as it wasn't eaten , and was watered down and he refused . I remember why it's been years since I have beeen to a Red Lobster and why it will be years before I go back , if ever . Way too many local delicious eateries for the same price who serve consistently good food and have local owners that wouldn't hesitate to take something off the bill If they served something that wasn't right , I will continue to spend my money at those places.

Food was not great. I had to send my steak back, medium rare is not brown all the way through. Replacement was very well done on one side, raw on the other. Absolutely not worth the $80 for two people with no beverages

Not to far from The I-5 freeway, plenty of parking, Our lunch wait was only 20 minutes. Haven't been to a Red Lobster in 20 years, with covid-19 limited setting it was quite. Our food is very tasty filling and heavy, would like to go back and try a dinner meal at some point in time.

These people need some help in here. My poor waitress was running too the point she couldn't breath, and managed to not let my cup go empty. This women was truly wonder women... Hell, I wanted to help her myself. The food was hot and really good.. if I could I'd give her a $100 tip. Just for her to do something for herself.

It was crowded, with a wait of 10 to 15 minutes or we could eat in the bar at a bistro table for two. We decided to try the bar. It was surprisingly quieter than expected and the service was great. I ordered the Coconut Shrimp (my favorite), with Mashed Potatoes and a Caesar Salad with extra dressing on the side. My husband ordered the Admirals Feast with Caesars Salad and Broccoli. We also got the Cheddar biscuits, and as usual, they were wonderful. My husband had a glass of white wine and I had a soft drink. Both of our meals were great. My shrimp came with a delicious Mai Tai sauce for the shrimp. My husband enjoyed the fish, scallops, shrimp, etc with tarter and cocktail sauce. It actually was quite comfortable in the bar with no other diners. We both have pretty small appetites since we are seniors, so we had a lot of food packed up to go. They even threw in some extra biscuits and extra sauces for the seafood. Our waitress was very attentive and nice and we tipped accordingly.

The shrimp pasta was excellent. Our son loved the biscuits and the mozzarella sticks were amazing. The salad was decent. Potatoes were OK. The cod was pretty good the batter not so much way too much grease. The server was alright. Should have had more help 1 server in the middle of the day is not enough. There wasn't social distance and we were all sat in one section. All in all pretty good experience. Thanks 👍
