10/10 Experience: I walk in and go to the counter, I ask for pepperoni pizza, I get pizza in like 20 minutes (good) I go sit and enjoy myself by watching the TV on the wall. And eat the pizza. 10/10 Pizza: The pizza here is very good, the toppings are always fresh, I got to give a special mention to the bread and pepperoni's, the bread is baked so well I forgot I'm biting into an American pizza! The pepperoni's are crisped on the edge of the top, it's very good! 10/10 Staff: staff are very nice, can't really say much else they are just staff.

Today was our second time trying the lunch buffet. The pizza was hot and tasty both times. The salad bar needs some help. I understand space is limited for choices at the salad bar, however I've never been to a salad bar that didn't have onions as an option. I did ask a worker for some onions for our salads and appreciate him supplying us with a generous amount. Thank you! The only thing that might improve the atmosphere is the selection of music played. Not a big fan of rap and hip hop. Maybe a station that plays a variety of styles would be cool. Overall you folks do a very nice job..clean and organized..pleasant smiling staff. Really good pizza! I enjoyed the whole experience! Establishment was very clean, staff was super friendly and food was great! I went for lunch buffet so I tried a number of things and enjoyed them all!

Good sauce, strong basil flavor, thick dough and minor flop, I would say around 25 degrees. Better than any other chain around such as papa John's but don't expect a fancy pizza with special ingredients. A solid pizza shop if you enjoy thick crust.

We used to come in this place every week when we were playing softball it was so good we loved it. Stopped in today because we were on this side of town has a new owner over the last couple years. It was not good we sat here and waited 30 minutes for a pizza and then it was not even cooked sent it back and this is what we got. The top layer is burnt and the dough is not done in the middle. I just need to mention we were the only ones inside the restaurant . This was the cleanest salt shaker I could find some of them were really bad. We won't be back🤷‍♀️🙁

My boyfriend worked here so we got to eat here a lot and he worked in the kitchen which he reported was clean and the food was very fresh. They don’t carry any prepped food over they make it fresh each day. They treat the employees well and have caring local owners who make sure the place is running well.

Tried Mountain Mikes for the first time. Pizza was great and toppings were generous. $90 however is way to much for a single pizza delivered. About $30 overpriced in my opinion.

Went for the lunch buffet and was disappointed. The salad bar was pretty bleak and did not get refilled while my family was there. Limited non-meat pozza options (I think a few pizzas that were half non-meat made it out)

I've been to Mountain Mike's three times: once in Klamath, once in Grants Pass, and once in Medford. Every experience has been exactly the same: the "lunch buffet" is empty. This last trip in Medford, people were literally standing in front of the buffet with empty plates - they looked like Oliver about to beg for "more." How can a pizza buffet place suck at keeping pizza on the buffet? Hire if you need to, par-bake more pizzas if you need to, learn how buffets work if you need to... Come on. I left and had great Mexican food down the street. Fool me three times... I bounce and eat burritos instead.

The best and cleanest Mountain Mikes that I have ever been in. Best customer service and a well stocked and perfectly cold salad bar. I enjoy taking family and friends here and recommend them alot. Medford, Oregon Mountain Mikes pizza is simply the best. :)

Excellent service and communication about buffet. Kept it well-stocked despite a horde of HS kids. A couple soda flavors were 'out of order' but pizza was pretty good. Wouldn't mind a better mix for salad, but it's in line with what you'd expect from a pizza place. Great price too...$11 includes drink. Good thing I'm gluten sensitive...or I'd be eating there way too much.

Very poor service. Will not return. Called in a take out order aprox 2 hours before pick up time. Arrived 5 minutes after pick up time and was told it will be ready shortly. Waited 20 minutes while several other customers where promptly given their take out orders and left. While waiting I watched 2 delivery drivers come in, not wash their hands and start helping out in the kitchen. One was restocking the salad bar with ungloved hands touching the lettuce and other vegetables. Finally was able to flag down one of the many employees (at least 8 working the whole time). Part of my order had been stuck on top of the oven minutes after I arrived but no one noticed it. I then asked for my salad and was told I had to make it myself which was fine but alas there were no to-go bowls. After another 5 minutes they found a bowl and I carefully picked the items that had not been touched with unwashed, bare hands and left.

I wouldn't know if the pizza is any good. I would suspect not from the pittance of a selection I saw today at noon in the "buffet" warmer. This is the third time I tried to place an order in the past year. The first two times I figured they were just busy, but I wasn't sure with what as it was summer and they were nearly empty at 2:00 p.m. Today, at noon on a non-school snow day, there were two people eating in the restaurant and one person, apparently waiting for her order. I stood at the counter for about five minutes as the three employees prepared the orders they were working on. Not one of them said, "Hi." Let alone, "We'll be right with you." Which, from the three attempts I made, would not have been accurate. At any rate, I'll stick with the other local favorites where I'm acknowledged. I'm still interested in trying a slice, just to compare with Abby's, Jackson Creek, etc... but I'm not willing to be ignored and also pay for it. (Update: Interesting response from the owner. It was a snow day for me, where I work, north of Medford, not for Medford SD. The three employees each walked back and forth behind the counter in front of me. I'd be happy to try a slice, and leave an updated review, if you're paying for it.)

We sort of forgot about this place, but the pizza was very good, kids liked it, and they had a good selection of beers. The employee who took our order was excellent, and took good care of everyone else too.

This pizza is the best in town! All the toppings on their pizzas have top quality flavor and look so fresh. The salad bar is always clean and made sure items were full. When dining in the employees even come around to see if you need anything else during your meal. They have great tv's to watch sports, arcade games for the kids to play or even yourself...lol I love this place and you won't be disappointed to make the choice to eat here or take home to eat. Enjoy! 😃

The pizza is OK, but it isn't worth dealing with the bad beer selection. The atmosphere is nice, the place is clean, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Three stars for that. One taken away for the lack of any decent local beer, or any stout or porter at all.

Oh, man. The pizza here was amazing. I got a salad bar, and though the toppings for it were not a lot, it was still awesome and COLD. The pizza was cooked to perfection, so yummy. They also offer a great selection of deserts too. Did not partake, but sure look good. We got the Garlic Chicken with white sauce.

Got the lunch buffet. This pizza is ALL BREAD. Dont be fooled by the pictures, that's about about 98% bread crust under there... and not only is it always rough and overcooked, it's somehow still slightly doughy as well. You'd need to scrape the cheese off of about 10 pieces of this pizza and then layer it all onto one slice to get anywhere near something that could be called average pizza. The lunch buffet is reasonably priced, but it's absolutely terrible pizza. Every brand of frozen pizza at the grocery store is better than this.

Great tasting pizza at a Reasonable price. Friendly staff. Areas of improvement would be better eating utensils and plates/bowls, and more cleaning. It's not bad or anything but there's more that can be done.

The pepperoni portion of the pizza was so overcooked the pepperoni slices turned inside out and almost popped off the pizza :-(.I will say that they do invest nicely in heavy duty cardboard to soak up alot of the grease.

No sauce on their pizza! Can't call it pizza. Dry. Good atmosphere and taking care of kids birthday party, but pizza to dry to eat.

In Medford Oregon for the 1st time and decided I wanted some pizza. Tried calling them multiple times . They answer and hang the phone up Immediately without saying a thing. Looks like Abbey's legendary pizza wins my business.

Excellent pizza, a bit on the pricey side for pizza, but it's true, you get what you pay for! It is worth paying a bit more for pizza this good. Update 7/8/2022- had the buffet for lunch, everything was hot and fresh, with a drink $10, less that most fast food meals and waaaaay better!!!

Had ordered a pizza with my wife. Server accidently dropped it on our table. I said it was fine and we ate our dinner. The server came back and had put in another order for us free of charge. Great atmosphere and great people. Can't beat great food and service, recommend to all.

I had reservations made for my son's birthday we had a big group. When we came in and ordered, I noticed everyone looked really snobby, and no one smiled and most spoke pretty rude. When food was brought to the table it was basically tossed to us, the atmosphere was aweful. The food on the other hand was served hot and fresh and tasted delicious.

Another gawd awful pizza. This one is not completely inedible. Good toppings but the crust is a doughy gummy mess. Completely takes away anything else good on this pie. Hardly any cheese... could use cheese too hold the toppings on so they don't fall all over your lap...oh, and the salad bar looks disgusting. It was the reason I came to Mike's 👎

I will never go there again I ordered the sandwich on 7/16/22 for the meat I got 3 little round pieces of salami that's it 3 little pieces I took it up to show the girl that took my order and all she said was I don't know I don't know....you know the round pieces of salami that is put on pizza? I got 3 for a sandwich....I don't recommend this pizza parlor
