    I've been a fan of Red Robbin since they opened shop here. They offer a great selection of burgers, great bar & friendly staff. My only gripes would be to PLS fill the fry basket up to the top & the prices on premium burgers. Personal favorite is the Guacamole bacon burger, this thing is a must try!

    The waitress was incredible! We had a big party & she had all our orders correct. Fast in drinks. Tons of napkins & sauces. She was on top of it all! Food was amazing! Steak fries. Omg!!! Will be back! 🍔❤️🔥

    Restaurant was nearly empty yet we waited 25 minutes to get a table. Then waited 15 minutes to have our order taken. Watched 3 tables be sat get drinks and have orders taken after we arrived. Yet we still hadn’t had our order taken. The waitress was amazing working her butt off. No shade for her at all. It looks like they were very understaffed. This happened about 6 months ago to us also. Figured 6 months later that would have been fixed. Guess not. After receiving our food. Everything was burnt. I guess well done burger means burnt. Won’t be sending it back as we waited long enough to eat. Definitely won’t be coming back ever. I would have left a review after we left but their QR code on the receipt didn’t work. Convenient lol

    The Red Robin here in Medford is kind of a hit and miss restaurant.. Out of the several times that we have been there, two or three of them have been satisfactory, and the others unfortunately were disappointing.. We have eaten at other Red Robin's out of the area, and had delicious food, and really good service. Hopefully this one will get the right employees in place, to serve their customers well.

    Clean. Nice atmosphere. Food was great but bartender walked up and said, "What do you want.?" Felt like I screwed up his plans or something. Regardless, foods always great at Red Robin!

    I ordered fish and chips and a mushroom turkey burger with bacon, wrapped in lettuce, fries and onion rings. The fish was so so. Fries and onion rings were very good. Turkey burger was horrible. I have ordered turkey burgers at other restaurants, with very good flavor. Obviously they used ground turkey and made their burgers. Red Robin obviously used a no flavor, frozen turkey patty. Even with mushrooms and bacon, the flavor was horrible. I ate half and threw the rest away. Very disappointed.

    After being seated for nearly an hour and a half our waiter informs us that he forgot to give our order to the kitchen. He asks:"do you still want me to put your order in? It'll be another 20 minutes." We say yes we're willing to wait. 20 minutes later our food comes out and we are again informed my daughter's order is missing, because he forgot to place it with the kitchen, again. We finished our entire dinner with no napkins, utensils and the refills we requested never came. After finishing our dinner we weren't offered boxes and our check wasn't brought out. Finally we requested boxes and the check from the hostess who was very helpful. Red Robin was once our go to place, dinning there weekly, it saddens me to see how bad it's gotten.

    This is definitely a two for this particular experience. The air conditioning was out in the section that is basically like a greenhouse it's all windows. And then neglected to tell us that before seating us. The waitress definitely did not want to be in our area because it was so hot. So on top of roasting to death we also had pretty slow service. I have been here prior and not had this problem. So I'll give it another try.

    We had a wonderful experience and our waitress Abby was AMAZING!! She was thoughtful kind and has amazing customer service. She had a difficult table across from us and never dropped her composure. I've been waitressing for 9 years and she's one of the good ones. Red Robin is very lucky to have her on their team. Thank you Abby!

    Super nice people who added plenty of sauce and fries to our to go order! They had my order ready at the pickup time, got me checked out and on my way quickly. I'm deducting one star because the burgers weren't awesome-good, not great. We wanted medium, we got well. And, the toppings were a little skimpy. But, the staff was great-especially Jon!!

    Absolutely love coming here when we come to town. Sadly, I cannot seem to get a well done burger. I tell them over and over to please cook mine longer. Nope. I didn't bother sending it back this time. Everything else was delicious as always. The waitress was attentive, even though we were a later arrival that evening. She took very good care of us. We always get very good service here. Hopefully next time I'll get a well done Whiskey River Burger!

    First and foremost, the service was great! Seated quickly with a smile, order taken timely, drinks came out immediately and I never had to wait on my bottomless steak fries. The atmosphere was meh. I'm pushing 50 and had my easily overstimulated grandson so factor that in, but music was too loud. Now the food. When I was a coach we used to treat the kids to Red Robin and it was unmatched in the burger department. We loved it. Oversized mouthwatering burgers. But that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. Unfortunately it looks like the food went the all too familiar cheap chain restaurant frozen food that I dread so much. In summary, Staff A+ Atmosphere B Food C

    Good experience. Did have to wait to get seated. No one around for 5 minutes at the front. Finally did get seated. The waitress was right there to get our drink order. Not a long wait to get our meals after ordering, maybe 7-8 minutes. This was around 2pm tho. And they were not very busy. Meals were good. One cheeseburger and one fish meal. Also the bottomless steak fries. Prices are in line with other places. $15-$20 a plate with drink. Service was very good. She kept the drinks full and checked to see if we needed anything.

    Great food and experience. We have 2 small children and they even refilled their mac and cheese! The manager who I cannot remember his name was so nice and helpful! He was relieving the server for a break. He took our orders and the food came out fast and perfectly. I saw him helping out all the staff throughout our dining. The staff were nice and everyone was really working hard to keep up with the lunch rush. We rarely go out to eat anymore after we had some bad experiences and this was not the case this time! I even heard the little girl at the table next to us say how nice the guy was that was helping them!(manager). I rarely write reviews but they all should know it was a great experience for us and we will definitely be back

    Tower of onion rings here are the best, always hot and crispy. Had my burger lettuce wrapped, a little messy but delicious. Fries were hot as I would like them. Service was solid, friendly and efficient.

    One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Food took over an hour to come out. We didn’t get our “unlimited sides” until our meal was served. The fries were so over cooked we had to ask for new batches. The floors are disgusting, covered in food/trash. The bathroom was clearly not attended to in a while. The environment was very slow, there was definitely enough staff to clean. Food was very low quality. Sad to see this place go so far down hill. The waiter was unfriendly and seemed frantic. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all:(

    They made their whiskey river wrap soooo much smaller. Unreal how tiny it was and for $15. Not to mention they swapped out the spinach tortilla and now so it on a regular bland tortilla. Red Robin is in the same quality as McDonald’s in my opinion now. Servers are so sweet but their food is trash.

    Our Waitress was horrible. We was asked by hostess here is your menus find your self some place to seat at the bar. Waitress took our order brought our drinks, brought our food. My friend asked for more fries and she saw my drink was empty. Brought the fries I asked for more soda? Never did asked for to go box never did. I raised my hand to pay took her 5 minutes to come never brought the to go box. She was busy talking playing with her hair. I walked up she did not say anything. The guy asked what I needed he gave me a box. I walked back to my seat and scratched out my tip my friend put her Tip away.

    Ok. Normally I love this place. I also like to rake into consideration that places get busy. With that being said, let me introduce you to my 7 dollar salad and my chocolate dessert lace cake thing. The burger was fantastic. But the salad and dessert....less than par. I know you were busy but this is unacceptable.

    Went here for that typical post movie meal: The food was pretty dang good, had the beer fondue burger, and my partner had the scorpion sauce burger. The building was full and cramped for the most part, with that typical shove you in to feed at Mac capacity feel, but the bar was nice. 20 minute wait for non bar seats, or no wait at all for the bar. I asked for an early fry because I was hungry, and it came out in a "meh" amount of time (obviously personally rated) And the side salad didn't come out until I reminded them we ordered it as our main course arrived. Over all, the quality of the food (food the price), and the speed that we sat, and ate, makes this a solid spot to eat

    Fun family dinner! Good food, fun atmosphere, and great service! They were very busy and it did take a little bit for our food to arrive. Our server kept us in drinks while we waited, so all was good!

    I am usually a big fan of this establishment, however on this night, a Friday, six days from Christmas, the service was horrible. The three employees working spent more time chatting each other up vs. helping customers. We were not even offered water to drink. Being laterr in the night and few patrons in the restaurant, it is hard to believe how they actually brought our food out cold. When our ticket was delivered, we were not even offered the courtesy of a to-go box. Driving 50 miles after shopping, and hoping for a good meal and service, I have to say this is the last time I go there.

    Pretty standard red robin experience as far as the food and drink. It was cooked well, arrived hot, and tasted good. As far as service, the staff was friendly and pleasant. If you're looking for a solid burger you could certainly do worse than here.

    Dining in at this location was a great experience! There was a minor hiccup to start as my group had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. Though there seemed there was ample room for guests in the top and bottom of the restaurant; I am guessing that there were not enough cooks to supply for all of the patrons. As soon as we were sat down we got to meet our lovely server Lisa. She was an amazing server who was lovely to talk to and got everything that we requested in a very timely manner. She really cared for her section of the restaurant. I ordered the A1 Steak burger and despite concerns about cooking staff the food came out amazing and well made. Overall, amazing staff, thank you so much Lisa, good food, and make sure to make an appointment or at least call ahead if you can.

    Dining at this location was the best Red Robin experience I’ve ever had. The quality & presentation of the food was better than any other location I’ve visited. My waitress, Kinz, was perfectly attentive & accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

    Been a few years since I dined here and I wasn't disappointed when I returned. The server was great, courteous and efficient on taking our orders and made his suggestions as well. I forgot his name but if his service and the food was that good I'll definitely come back. Thank You!

    They were surprisingly quick and efficient and waitresses were super polite and attentive. Fries were great as always. Menu seems to change a lot but the main classics are always there. A little spendy but you get a very large portion.
