We got our order to go and was not disappointed. The portion was huge and I asked for extra mayo and our cook Monty put it on the side for me. Made 2 meals out of this yummy goodness.

I got the Sweet Tea Burger and fries to-go and it was one of the best I have had in a long time. I will definitely be taking my family there 🍔🍟

One of there employees come straight in to work starts at the register then she goes to make my drink then she went to mixing what looked like bleach for there cleaning solution then to take food to the tables and not once did she wash her hands from the time she walked in the door to when I left I just hope the cooks washed their hands before they started cooking. I got the ham breakfast sandwich and all I tasted is burnt ham which over powers any other flavors and their flavored lemonade has no flavor to it just a huge waste of money

Their baked beans were mustardy and delicious 😋 the pastrami sandwich was sooo good! Definitely recommend a stop by:)

I've tried lunch and breakfast here and neither meal lived up to what I had heard. The pancakes came with what seemed like oil instead of butter and the gravy was not something I would order again.

We heard their burgers and sweet tea were good, so we stopped in for ate lunch. Wow. The burger was mind blowing, potato salad was tasty.....and the tea ain't that bad either. The staffs a cool group too..They even split our burger in half for us. Price was a little high,, but,, We'll be back. :-)

I refer many, have spent a lot. Ordered a tri tip dip and it had so much gristle it was hard to eat. Guess I should have went to McDonald's and spent half the price and got something decent. I have bragged obout this place and now I won't be doing that anymore.

Worst service from woman who opens this Wed. Would not service myself at all. Raining so I'm saoked raining so asked repeatedly to order her repeatedly said she couldn't give me her spare change then she didn't smoke .... what the? I gave up and asked to wait under awning to dry off her reply was I had to go soon cause I wasn't ordering anything?????? Give her a raise. Get her hearing aids and a class on educate. I guess I am wet and hungry.....

This is a fun, must recommend kind of place. The food was very good and the portions were quite big. It was able to accommodate our party of 8. Not one person walked away unsatisfied. Perfect place to have brunch with family on my last day in town!

For my mom's birthday I offered to take her to lunch anywhere she wanted to go. She chose Sweet Tea Express. I had never been, but she had a few times. I wasn't sure what to expect, but was pleasently surprised. It felt like the old diners we used to go to when I was a kid. Friendly staff and EXCELLENT food. I had the BBQ bacon burger and it instantly became the best burger I ever had. I know where we are going for my birthday. It's a little expensive, but the portions are generous and the quality is worth the price.

To clarify, this review is for the CENTRAL POINT restaurant, Not Medford. The food is usually pretty good and consistent. The reason for the poor review is because of the service and the managers response. We placed a take out order for one sandwich, fries, and a small macaroni salad at 12:45 on Sunday. We received the food at 1:22pm. The manager said that they had a large group come in and were busy. My husband has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years. Most restaurants will try to get as many of the smaller orders out as quickly as possible to allow them to concentrate on the larger order without creating a backlog. This particular manager apparently decided to concentrate on the large order and randomly put out a few small orders. Unfortunately, our order was shuffled to the bottom of the pile. Sadly, because of the poor way this was handled, we will not be returning. The quality of the product doesn't outweigh the poor service.

My favorite restaurant in the Rogue Valley. The sweet tea burger is so amazing especially with the crispy onion straws. Cute little place. Always good service and the best food. Highly recommend!

A wonderful experience all around! I've always seen this place and passed by, but we stopped by on a whim and my partner, and I love it! Prices were a bit high, but the price of everything is going up, and the serving size was huge, so it was worth it! It's a great spot, and we got our food quickly, and the service was wonderful, too! I would recommend ordering ahead of time for takeout, though, as there is not much seating inside in the winter. But that's not the fault of the restaurant! It was great ❤️

Brisket was hard and over cooked. Pretty much threw my whole meal away. Never returning. Not worth the hype to be honest...

Sweet little spot with delicious breakfast! Tons of options but the biscuits and gravy were to die for. The employees were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back to try the barbecue...it smelled amazing.

Pull pork is moist same with the chicken. I tried different bbq sauce but I can tell this is probably homemade, very delicious. The smoke ribs ARE smoke ribs and not like your typical restaurant. My new favorite.

Called to place a 2-go and they put me on hold for 10 minutes. Called back and got a full voicemail box. Their food is meh, but I work next door and was hungry. Pretty obvious they are understaffed and oblivious on how to provide good customer service.

Staff is friendly, food is good. There are only 4 indoor tables so it a cozy place. There is some outdoor seating. Definitely a local favorite.

Nice little BBQ place. The sandwiches were great and you will not be let down. But the sides are a different story, if you are wanting some good ole macoroni salad you will be let down for the lack of flavors. As for the sweet potato fries they are a decent choice. The staff is very friendly and will to give you suggestions if you can't make up your mind.

I love this place. Always great food cooked in house. I'm a big barbecue fan and this place hits the spot. Sauces are just right, not too strong but very flavorful.
