I grew up with Abby's Pizza, I always looked forward to my visits to Medford and the treat of Abby's Pizza. I have been looking forward to having Abby's on this visit. I am totally heart broken. The pizza I got tonight was one the worst pizza I have ever gotten at a pizza restaurant. Had better frozen store bought pizzas and to top it off I was over charged according to the website.

Ordered a large pizza- it was 13 inches !@@!! Personal pizza size- Holy Cow, it was $27. What a cheat. I have never seen such a miserly, greedy company as this. The "Special" was not. The toppings were like cardboard. Never Again.

Abby's is never a disappointment. 10/10 every time. Don't waste your time and money if you don't have enough money to add jojo's

The Pizza was amazing as always. My wife has Celiac Disease and they took every precaution to keep her safe. She hadn't had real pizza in a very long time. She was sooo happy!!! Thank you

I love Abbys pizza. It's the best pizza I probably have ever eaten. I recommend the taco pizza. When I tried this pizza I was very surprised at how amazingly good it was. When my boyfriend ordered it I didn't think it sounded good in fact I probably would not have ordered it myself ever but man it was so delicious. I am a huge fan of it now. They also have an Oregon lottery play area and I enjoyed playing in the room they had set up. It was clean and comfortable and there were NO homeless people all nodding out on drugs in there, which I can't stand and I avoid those places at all costs. Go to Abbys have your kids a pizza party or watch some sports on the TVs and enjoy the best pizza in town!!!!!

Amazing pizza, just like the Abby’s I grew up on in the 70’s. The guy at the counter was helpful and patient. He asked if I would like red pepper instead of green pepper; good choice.

Great pizza with tons of pepperoni, just how we like it. Well cooked - not soggy.

It's nice to go out to eat someplace where my autistic son can be included and accepted. As usual our food was amazing.

They have pretty good pizza. I enjoyed their bbq chicken, the crust was not too thick with a little bit of a chew which I enjoy. Staff were friendly and helpful, I would recommend trying them.

Ordered the chicken and chips which is cooked to order but when we got home the chicken was way over cooked. Nearly black and rock hard on the outside but super hot inside. Not sure how to suggest fixing it but wish they would. I love that broasted chicken so much I'm willing to over pay for it but not if I can't eat it!!! I'll give it one more try in a bit and will update my review then.

The staff was very friendly and good service. The family loved their Greek salad. The building is dated, felt like I went back in time when I got pizza as a kid, just missing a salad bar.

I grew up here in southern Oregon in the 1970s and 1980s. Abby’s was always an icon of the area. The pizza was amazing and the place was always busy due to their phenomenal support of the local high school. Seems like food quality and community interaction have faltered. It is not what it was previously and it is priced out of the norm. Much better options out there.

Best pizza in town! Friendly staff and quick turn around time from ordering to eating. The inside looks the same as it did in the 80s/90s. I appreciate nostalgia, but it could use a little tlc.

Ordered delivered. Couldn't be happier. Little pricey but the deep dish for only a dollar more is so good. Staying here for the week but second time ordering. I would definitely recommend this place. Good meaty pizza.

Great dining experience. The toppings were rich with flavor and there was rich load of tasty meats. No cutting the corners here! Great value for the price of my three guests and myself. Steady stream of customers but not an overloaded feeling, the sound level made for comfortable conversation with my guests and I. I will definitely come back the next time I'm in town.

Pizza: why no flavor? The sauce was bland, no seasoning on toppings. Though the clerk said he had just finished the order, the pizza wasn't that hot and the toppings had dried out. The dry toppings fell off the pizza when we picked up slices. And, one order of wings had soggy breading. There is no way they had just finished that order. The Parmesan Potaoes were good, the clerk nice. That's the only reason they're getting any stars. Oh, the pizza was way overpriced:$38. For that much money, I expect great taste. That pizza was not even close. Go a mile down the road past this place to Kaleidoscope for great pizza.

Good pizza, if a tad expensive, it came pretty quick and restaurant overall was fairly clean except there was no soap in the restroom.

Pizza was good. Service was okay!! But the atmosphere was drab and employees don't want to be there. I suggest take out!!

Great pizza, phenomenal delivery people. These people are just amazing. We called 3 other places that refused to deliver past 9pm using 2 other apps. Called them directly and they were extremely fast and delivered a great pizza. My hat is off to them. Note: Picture had been taken after we ate most of it.

The BEST customer service I've had in a long time. The manager is always super nice to us. We stop there after gymnastics for dinner on Fridays and he is always super respectful and so nice! The food is also super great!

They were very friendly. Abby’s pizza is always spot on. This particular location was not busy and the staff was clean-cut and helpful. I appreciate their advice and conversation while waiting for my pizza. Will definitely hit this location again :-)
