Horrible service every time we come. We are finally done giving this place a chance, don’t order from this place. They didn’t even offer us a refund on our completely cold food. Instead blamed it on DoorDash saying it’s there fault.

The sushi was alright, but the service was not very good; our server repeatedly forgot both food and drink orders and seemed a little... out of it, in general. Definitely on the pricier side for the experience you get.

Definitely don’t recommend having this doordashed to you. I received my shrimp tempura cold even though it’s right down the road from my house and it literally took 3 minutes for the dasher to get here. My teriyaki chicken noodles had mostly crunchy vegetables on it and like 5 small slices of chicken. I’ve been to this restaurant in person and never had this issue. It definitely seems like they just don’t care about the food being sent out for delivery.

Worst service I've had in a long time, they brought out the wrong sides by accident. No big deal, But then they wouldn't correct the order without charging me additionally, not only that but then said they are charging me for the sides still that I never ordered in the first place that i specifically asked they to substituted. Never yelled, or made a scene. Just left without a single dollar to tip. Honestly just a very petty waitress. I would avoid this place if at all possible.

Sever almost refused to seat us even though they were no where near close. The sushi and food is WAY over priced for what you get. If you can just go somewhere else, this place really isn’t friendly.

Unfortunately I would love to give this restaurant a good review, but we have tried them a few times with awful service. Today was the last attempt, we ordered a few types of sushi nigiri, and they gave our order to another table by accident. They told us the mistake, but 30 minutes later I still did not have my order. When I asked about it, they said my order went to then end of the line and it would take another 15-20 minutes to be made. I explained that it was their mess up and our order should take priority. They said there was nothing they could do, so we left without our sushi. That unfortunately isn’t the way you handle business, especially if they made the mistake. Unfortunately this place could be good, but it’s ran with bad business practices. Don’t waste your time.

Absolutely delicious! The server was very generous on bringing me a mochi style desert for my birthday as well.

Ordered a jalapeño margarita an it was an aweful mix of pineapple juice an sliced jalapeños then firecrackers tasted like deep fried cat food! Then after choking down the horrid margarita I asked to order again an it took 15 mins after my wife gets her beer …. Not impressed an will not be coming back ! Spicy Ramon soup not bad service no good….. also the last I checked a Moscow mule came in a metal mug a glass mule Jesus!!!!

Got there at 852 they started turning away people at 856. they advertised they are open till 930pm. I ordered spicy chicken ramen and sushi. The fish on the sushi was good the sushi rice was ok but not seasoned correctly with enough vinegar but still better than some places around Medford. But, they must be able to adjust the amount of heat in the ramen because the 16.95 Ramen was so spicy it was inedible! I eat straight habaneros and eat buldak extra spicy ramen and I’m from Louisiana. I can take heat but I couldn’t eat it and was in pain for like an hour after! I think the chef wanted to leave. The egg was also way over done, hard and green not as advertised! It was a very bad meal and we got rushed out! By 927 I left as the last guest and absolutely the worst meal I have had in Medford! I couldn’t even eat my food it was way to hot “I wanted to”I got sick! I’m writing this at 545am being woken up by pain from so much spice in that ramen.

I had the shrimp and noodle dish and found it to be very tasty. Also, my food was served hot as I like it. Service was a bit slow, but the waitress was very courteous. My entire party had a very enjoyable meal and a good experience. Orlando.. Central Point, OR

All the food was so delicious and the outdoor seating was enjoyable! Drew, our server, was polite and answered all our questions. We got the Vegetable Teriyaki Bento Box with Vegetable Tempura, the Beef Bulgogi Bi Bim Bap, a Las Vegas Roll (not pictured), Miso Soup, and some sake. This has entered one of my top favorite places to go to and I could not wait to come back before I had even left the restaurant!

This was our first time in a Korean Bistro and we were delighted! Great food and fast service-needed 2 doggie bag because the portions are huge. We had teriyaki chicken and a chicken vegetable dish-both were very tasty. Service was very fast and friendly. Next door to the Craterion Theater so location is awesome! We must have been asked 7 times if all was well and the place was very busy! If you like sushi this place is where you want to go! The menu is endless. Great local wines and a very good pour! Two glasses of wine and two dishes for $53. Highly recommended!

We ordered take-out, so I can't really comment on the atmosphere. The sushi was great, except the rice wasn't sticky and it fell apart. Tasted great, though. The chicken udon and tofu yakisoba was very tasty and we both got two meals out of our orders. Would definitely go back!

Absolutely amazing place. . Pricing was perfect for the quality of sushi. Can't wait to come again! Very classy looking but the staff were very very pleasant. The Greek there was amazing!!! And the sushi was outstanding!

We went to have Asian food there. They were pretty busy but have nice food. So it deserved to wait a little to get served. I had kimchi stew, and it tasted so nice. Best Asian restaurant to visit from Medford

They have the best sushi I have ever had! I had never like sushi until I at there! Super kind people and the food is BoMB . Com! I love it!

I love their salmon bento. The price went up but that is understandable. Place is small but has nice decor. The bathroom need some good scrubbing and a deodorizer.

Great food, and plenty of it. It was so nice to find a good restaurant open after 9pm on a Saturdy in Medford. The place was hopping, and so good.

Sadly disappointing food. The Hawaiian Poke Salad was not big enough to fill a cereal bowl even though it was entree price, and the poke tuna was poor quality. I'm still trying to chase the taste away. Other menu items were better but were mediocre at best. High prices for such a sad meal. Terrible experience!

My order and my friends order was wrong. But we just made due with what we got and it was still very yummy. I had the crunchy roll which was so delicious! I wish I had gotten two rolls! And the dish that was wrong was the chicken and veggie stir fry. I didn't order that but it was really, really yummy and would probably order it again.

Great food, Great portions! Lots of options to choose from including a large selection of Sake and Sapporo! Definitely will be back!

Cute decor, great staff. Best sushi I've had in southern Oregon so far! Authentic Korean food as well. Downside is parking is horrible

Took my husband to Misoya bistro for his birthday. This place has the most delicious, fresh food. My favorite sushi place to go to in Medford. Service was good and beautiful atmosphere.

Food was tasty but nothing really stood out as being worth the high prices, with very few being less than $15. The main issue was the fact it took over an hour to get our food. During that time no one ever came by to check and we finally had to flag our server to ask for an update. They assured us it was almost ready. The server didn't admit fault but it felt like the order was never placed as only had four rolls and several tables around us got their bigger orders. We were offered edamame but we reminded her that we already had that. The bill was quick to show up and no discount for the wait, not even free edamame we were offered. Plenty of other sushi places around that can handle the rush so I don't expect to be back anytime soon.

Absolutely 🔥 I ordered the vegetable stir fry for takeout, and could not be more satisfied. The vegetables were cooked perfect, and the sauce seasoned everything well without overpowering the veggies. I will absolutely be returning soon.

I love everything about this place. I don't personally like sushi, but they have so many other options, and they are delicious. And portions and quality of the food is amazing. Service is always so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is small but cozy, which I personally love. Dine in experience is the best and better served ready and hot to eat. And you get what you paid for... in a good way.

We just had one roll (imperial) and the veggie tempera, but both were excellent! The roll really let the fish shine, and the fish was good enough that you want it to. The tempera vegetables were cooked to perfection. I also really appreciate the outdoor seating space. It's set back just enough that you don't really notice the cars, especially with the fountains between you and the road. Great, friendly service to top it all off. All around a great experience, we'll definitely be coming back!

Great Asian food if you're in the area. Everything was great. Service was spotty but it was busy so it was understandable other than that the people there are very kind and respectful.

They had Amazing sushi!! We also got their Japanese Ramen which was delicious. The service was great and they made the food very quickly. Good cocktails too.

Ive been here a few times their sushi rolls are delicious I really like the outdoor seating as well, it's a good place to go for a romantic night out for sure.

Our dinner was exceptional! Located at Vogel Plaza, by the Craterian Theater, the restaurant was easy to find. Service was prompt and servers polite. But the food....it was the best Asian Pacific Cuisine we've had in the Medford area. Not only was the food delicious, the portions were huge! My husband had the Teriyaki Salmon, cooked perfectly, moist, thick cuts and I had a Teriyaki Chicken Bento Box, with grilled chicken, cut into strips, tender and full of flavor. The sides were perfect. We both loved the rice (not the usual white rice), and especially the tempera which was coated lightly, crunchy and cooked al dente. The Gyoza (pot stickers) were tasty as well! We'll definitely be returning to this place time and time again!

Came into the restaurant with a large party without reservations and was accommodated quickly with excellent service. They were busy with nearly a full restaurant and lots of to go orders, yet our service was impeccable. Our server knew the things we needed before we even requested it. The food was also delicious and good portions. I’ve been to many sushi places around the valley and they have all gone up significantly in price, but at least here you get your money’s worth. Other sushi places I leave hungry with a hefty bill. This is my favorite sushi place and they serve really satisfying Korean food.
