We generally really enjoy Shiki. The food is good, the pricess are reasonable and the staff are nice. If you like curry spicy make sure you tell them, otherwise things are pretty mild. My husband and I enjoy going for lunch, the lunch desks are really good and they aren't too busy.

I moved up here from Southern CA and after trying numerous sushi spots, gave up on enjoying good sushi in Oregon. Today my wife and I tried Shiki Sushi to celebrate our anniversary and were blown away by the food. Great location and decor. The prices are right and the food was fresh, plated well, and delicious. I highly recommend.

This place was not just the best sushi in the valley but the service was 5 star. Thank you chole and her grandmother for the excellent and warm attention we got.

Trivia night was fun. The food was good. There are a lot of options to choose from The server was sweet. The drinks were good. The deep fried cheesecake was weird. I thought it would be small chunks of cheesecake deep fried, but it was a big fried slice of cheesecake. It was hard to cut into to get a bite. The flavor wasn't bad, but it was strange.

Money wasn't worth it tried Veggie Tempura Chicken Teriyaki four different kinds of Sushi and Pad Thai was disappointed except I ordered desert Fried Cheesecake which was not to bad

We had an excellent lunch at Shiki Sushi. My wife had chicken Pad Thai and really enjoyed it. I had the spicy green beans & roasted garlic with chiken and my daughter had the spicy basil. I wish I would have taken pics but we will definitely be back as this is so far the best Asian food we have had in this area.

Since it's been under new ownership, the food, menu, and service has changed. I'm highly bummed. This WAS my favorite place that I've been going to since they have been open. I've given them a handful of chances since it's been under new ownership, and each time I've had the same experience with the older bald server. We came in for dinner on Father's Day, and the service is just terrible!! The waiter continues to forget orders, sauces, or drinks. We constantly had to remind him numerous times, which was very annoying. We had to ask for gluten-free soy sauce two times, he forgot a whole roll, napkins, and our drinks. We had to get up to remind him numerous times!! Because of this terrible service, I will not be returning to this establishment, until he is gone. Don't bother getting their quail shooters anymore, they do not come out the same at all! The spider roll is definitely not the same as well This was my go-to place, my number one place to eat. I've been eating here since they opened. I would bring many friends here to eat with me, including 10 to 15 of my employees with me. It WAS the best place to grab a quick bite, or to celebrate. I really enjoyed the time that I did have there. It's time to find a new location. I do wish the best for them. It's just not the same service Rip Veteran Shiki customer

The food is amazing we eat here all the time the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on the food is because the recipe is inconsistent. We always order the same thing sometimes there isn't enough sauce in the phad Thai sometimes its too much... we come for when it's just right. Eileen is an amazing server and the new owner is awesome there is one server that needs to up their game when it comes to people skills especially with people on the phone. We eat their food at least once a week and we even tip when order take out and I know from being in the restaurant business for 10+ years most people don't tip for take out but this person said they would fix it for free on the next one and didn't even ask my name. Other than that great food.

Everything we had was super good. The Taylor roll is one of the best rolls I’ve ever had. Amazing cocktail drinks with Thai chili. Entrees we’re tasty too! Quirky place one the outside and in, but food is great!

Haven't been here for a year or so, I was interested to see if anything changed since the new ownership. Everything for the good! The new owner is very nice & personable. Our waiter Eric had great service!!

Food was good, but unfortunately the service wasn’t great. Came here after finding a coupon for free appetizer on their google maps listing. The server first warned us no alcohol available at the time because of ownership change. That was fine, but when we ordered our food and drinks, he wouldn’t accept the coupon. He said he’d never heard of it and couldn’t take it. I showed it to him on my phone, including the date range it was valid. He still said no, and wouldn’t even ask the manager/ owner. The food took a little while, but that’s ok. We ordered quite a few sushi rolls as well as an entree and a kids meal. My wife ordered the hot tea, which says free refill right on the menu. When time came for a refill, the server said it was $2. We mentioned the menu said free refill, but he said it wasn’t. He offered to reuse the tea bag and give her some more hot water. I showed him the menu and he finally said he guessed we were right. I wanted to like the place but it was a bit of an aggravating experience. The server seemed like he was super high or something. Maybe he’s not normally like that, because other reviews mentioned good service. Could’ve just been an off day for him. The food overall was good, including the sushi. I really liked the orange chicken.

My family and I came here for dinner and the sushi was outstanding! The new sushi chef did very well creating a beautiful platter for us! The staff is also very friendly and the restaurant is decorated very well for the holidays.

First time here and the food was fabulous! Eggplant stir fry with chicken, crispy tiger roll, rainbow roll, Langostino volcano, all excellent. Prices are comparable to other places in the valley but food and service was fantastic!

Since the new owners the food has absolutely gone DOWNHILL. The quality of the food itself is not nearly as fresh, even the avocado on the rolls was flavorless, the rice tasted stale, and the worst of it all in one of my rolls I bit into something extremely hard. Bone or something I’m not to sure, but made it inedible. I use to come here every week, but I will never be returning. Absolutely unhappy with my food and truly a waste of money.

BEST sushi place in medford. I tried 4 other places, this place beats them. Definitely making many more visits in the future!! The sashimi was perfectly sliced and the rice wasn't too much or too little. Amazing chefs they are very well experienced. I was born and raised in LA and I been too hundreds of sushi places and this place is ALMOST equally as great! Our waiter was on top of it and very friendly. Owner even gave us free desert! The rainbow rolls were very tasty and the hand rolls are just AMAZING😋😋😋😋😋😋

The orange chicken here is amazing! The outside does not justify the inside beauty. The bar area is even more elegant with a beautiful bar selection. The staff are always friendly and attentive. The food have been fresh and made correctly the last three times and alcoholic drinks are generous. Prices are not bad and worth what is given. The plates are smaller and you do not get a whole lot of food enough to share. Very peaceful and relaxing environment to have dinner.

Everything was great! The food and service was awesome. My server and the sushi chef were so nice. Had the miso soup, spicy salmon roll and the volcano rolls. All were great! The new owner Kathy is doing a great job from what I can see. Restaurant was really clean smelling when I walked in.

The staff are very nice. The main reason I keep coming here is the AMAZING sushi, anything other than sushi though isn't worth talking about imo.

If your looking for AMAZING sushi this place is the spot. Took my friend here to try it out for the first time and between the 3 of us at dinner we had 6 different rolls all DELICOUS plus the drinks to die for and apitizers were great. The quality of the food was amazing, flavor was unmatched in the valley personality. 10/10 my new favorite sushi spot in the valley.

Thai food was so so. Online order, took only 20 mins to prep! Nice ambiance inside. Food mild by default. Pad Thai w/ chx: had an unexpected bready sweetness. Palatable. Could have had another lime wedge and chili flakes. And fresh bean sprouts. Stir fried eggplant: good flavor but way too much oil! Massaman curry: nice flavor, wished the potatoes were cooked more in the curry to soak in the flavor, tofu dominated the dish disproportionately. Seaweed salad: a bit unique with cabbage, partner says has a weird flavor. I thought it was lightly dressed and palatable.

I ordered Pad Thai w/ Chicken and the Ginger Stir-Fry w/ Chicken. Both had no flavor whatsoever! Whoever made the dishes just seemed like there were depressed or hated their job or something. The Pad Thai had no sauce hardly, and the stir-fry had hardly no chicken either. Just a huge disappointment! Their food used to be da bomb. I would have rather ate Panda Express! If I could give less than one star for the food I would.

If you want your credit card info to be stolen and used to buy a new wardrobe for someone then go ahead, use your cards here! The decor and style is just bad and so dated. Service was awful, I don’t think she could have cared less, no smile, no personality. Never came and checked on us, ran out of drinks and was never refilled. Just stood around on their phones and chatting. Food was bland and very basic.

The staff was really accommodating because I got a call and had to leave just as I was served. I had the best tako I've had in years here. The rolls were nice and fresh. However I'm not a huge fan of sweet so next time I will ask for them without the chefs sauces or maybe just one. I will definitely be coming back.

O boy !! so it was amazing , they still have the best sushi , I have eaten in Medford !!! An if you get a server named John he was awasome and very helpful ... We did not want to bring out the phones during dinner ... but next time will get pics of the food

My absolute favorite restaurant in town!! The golden dragon roll is sooo good! The interior is beautifully decorated and the employees are awesome, especially the new bar manager. I was worried the new owners would up the price of everything and change the menu a bunch but they kept most everything the same, just small improvements!

It's under new management, but I've never been there before. It's my new favorite spot. Loved it! It was all delicious and the fish was amazing.

My boyfriend and I had dinner here for the first time last night. I have celiac, so I was apprehensive at first. The menu was clearly marked with their gluten free options and our server was so kind! I wish I got her name, but she was a really sweet blonde gal. The service was friendly and fast, the sushi was delicious (the Spider rolls were my personal favorite), and the drinks were tasty! (I had a Sapphire Gimlet, my bf had a japanese beer. We will definitely be having date night here again!

Amazing service very polite the food is very amazing on taste and presentation. They also have amazing mixed drinks and spicy Thai mixed drinks. They have very calm atmosphere. Good for dates and family get togethers.
