Ramen is all about the broth, and the ramen itself, (noodles) they did great with the broth but not so much with the ramen. If I didn't know better and maybe I don't, the ramen tasted like some basic top ramen stuff to me. I lived in Sapporo for years (Ramen capital of the world) and it's just hard to find anything close here in the states. I ordered the "Red Spicy" broth. The broth was deep and rich and it had some good heat to it. The toppings were good, the pork, corn and mushrooms but the noodles were not on par. I wonder where the nearest fresh ramen noodle maker is? In spite of the noodles it was great and I ate and drank it all and I will be coming back for the seafood ramen and the Chirashi bowl. $13 for the ramen seemed very reasonable. Location is sketch but right next door to the Asian/Japanese grocery is very convenient. Staff was great.

We have been going to this Sushi restaurant for several years. I believe it used to be called 'I Love Sushi. Then they kind of remodeled the place, and renamed it Tosu. The food is always very tasty, and the waitresses are all friendly and professional. Definitely recommended.

Wonderful Food, Beautiful and Cozy atmosphere and good quality, The workers were very friendly and accommodating. The ramen and sushi is superb and I enjoy the noodle texture very much.

I stuck to the salmon 🍣 nigiri it was fair . The menus had to much cucumbers and crab , to me if that’s the staple to the rolls I’m not a fan . The guy working in the dining room was kind delivered me water right away but never refilled it , it seemed he was disappointed I wasn’t going to spend 30$ on a lunch . I really didn’t want to order more due to how pushy was about me ordering more . There’s a good chance I’ll never return here

Absolutely beautiful little restaurant and food was way better then I expected for in that lot. Will be back to try more sushi and ramen options. Definitely great prices also is cheaper than most sushi restaurants around town!

Was looking for a good bowl of soup and found this little gem next to the Asian market in Medford. They did not disappoint. My katsu soup was delicious. The fatty pork was melt in your mouth tender. It is a small space with about 10 tables. Drop in if you are looking for good soup. There are other things on the menu but I haven't tried any yet. I'll be back. Recommended.

It’s hard to find spicy food in the area that is actually spicy, so we were pleasantly surprised by the kick that the red miso ramen offered. I found the flavor of the tonkotsu ramen was overwhelming before I was halfway through. However, we didn’t feel that way about the miso ramen. The sushi was fresh, and the staff was friendly. The appetizer came after our ramen did, which was a bit odd, but not a big deal. Four stars because we’ve had better ramen elsewhere, and the service could’ve been more attentive. Having said that, we would definitely return in the future for sushi and poke bowls.

Excellent customer service! I originally ordered the udon soup (never had it before) so I wasn’t sure what it was suppose to taste like but to me it was were salty. I let them know and they didn’t fuss at all and let me order something else. Got the vegetarian miso Ramen and it was excellent. Lots of good flavor, toppings tasted fresh and noodles were well done.

Loved this restaurant, the staff was super friendly, attentive and the sushi was amazing! Definitely have to come back and try the ramen, the sushi is so filling. The hot zombie roll is huge and I highly recommend it. Perfect to dine in and fast for take out.

Food was excellent. Small cozy restaurant, even so They should have more cooks as the food was a little slow coming out. Otherwise excellent food. Would go again if I pass through town again.

This place is good. The rates are on the expensive side.The service is little slow but i believe that is because of a lot of dine in customers and take out orders.

I ordered online and the employees were great, however my husband is allergic to mushrooms and my ramen was labeled the one with them, but once my husband started to eat his ramen we noticed the mushrooms were in his that were labeled without. Now he's sadly sick and it's not fungi, oh and part of my order wasn't packed in the curbside service... but when we went back they provided a cute "sorry 🙂" on the container. Food wasn't the best for the amount and labeling, but the employees were super friendly.

We love Tosu it’s our favorite restaurant in Medford, coming from Hawaii I know what good fish is and this place has got it! Some of my favorite things to get here are the Red cherry roll, California roll, Tuna roll, The Alaskan, Tonkatsu ramen with black garlic oil, O.M.G roll and they have excellent priced sushi great for a family or a date.

This place was recommended by some locals. Super friendly and attentive staff. Sushi was delicious and ramen was good.

Just moved to So OR, and someone at my bank in Ashland recommended this place. I've had fine sushi at my previous homes in the Portland area as well as the SF Bay area. My daughter and I BOTH ordered our absolute fave: Rainbow Rolls. The sushi chef worked with precision to make my favorite roll in such a way as we will be back again when we visit Medford. This place is a hidden little gem.

Overall it was good not very big portion sizes but tasty. Pretty small dining area, kind of felt cafeteria-ish.

The food was great and came out timely. The server's do a great job of checking in on you and seeing if you need anything. As an added bonus, they have little frozen macaron ice cream sandwiches as well! The only reason it's not a 5 star was because I got there during the dinner rush! But our server was amazing and got us a table within 10 minutes.

I've been coming here a since it opened. I moved away 2 years ago and always come here when passing through. Well today I got that magic broth and noodles only to realize after a few bites something was wrong. The umami was gone. My wife noticed and the table next to me noticed. Then we were told the owner sold months ago and it's clearly evident. I just wanted to thank the former owner for the years we had together. Ramen is deeply personal and takes great skill to make the perfect broth. My search continues....

Everything was clean, modest and well kept. The service was great! The sushi was very good. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was the variety of sushi wasn't what I'm use too. I had the Hot Zombie and my hubby had Baked Lobster Tail, both were really good and we would get them again. Prices were 14 each

Atmosphere was pretty casual (but a high-end casual), definitely a good "date" restaurant. Everything about the food was amazing! We went on a rather busy friday night, and the service was fast and the staff were all very nice!

We had been seated for 20 minutes without any one stopping by to even take a drink order we walked out They were taking everyone else’s order and handling take out with just two servers.
