Food was good, not great. Ribs were dry, but the steaks were cooked to perfection. Cold inside, the only place I know you need a jacket while eating, everyone kept their jackets on. That's was annoying since we waited for our food for 1 hour and 3 mins since ordering. Sat n waiting while Cold. Not Worth the food.

Usually great, but sweet potato wasn’t cooked throughly and prime rib had no au jus. Chicken fried sirloin was over cooked and seemed like our meal was rushed. Bread was good.

I may be spoiled because I have a great Texas Roadhouse near where I live in TX, but this one wasn’t as good. The margaritas I got were good, but their blender was broken, which meant I couldn’t get them frozen. My Caesar salad had no Parmesan cheese, and barely any dressing. The boneless wings on the combo appetizer tray were absolutely tiny, more breading than meat. The fried pickles and tater skins were good on that tray though. My roadkill steak was pretty good, but me and another person in our party both got food poisoning the night after we had finished eating their. Will not be back to this specific Texas Roadhouse.

Short review: Food was amazing! Service was not so great. Very loud environment. Long Review: We've gone to plenty of Texas Roadhouse locations. This location had fantastic food. The salad was nice and fresh. The steak was tasty however we ordered two to be cooked medium rare. One came out medium rare the other came out medium. For us that was fine, we don't mind having our steak between those two levels. However, if you are somebody who prefers steak cooked a certain way, you may be sending your steak back. We barely saw our waiter. I think he had too many tables to serve. We went on a Monday so there probably were less servers than normal. Noise. Texas Roadhouses are always a louder environment. However this one for some reason cranked up the music towards the end of our stay. You almost had to yell to each other to hear one another. So if you've never been. It's not the greatest place for a quiet, romantic date.

The potato wedges appear that they were cooked hours ago. I got them cold and very few the Burger itself, Nothing was freshly cooked. It tasted like it came out of an assembly line, everything precooked and cold. I hadn't eaten in 24 hours ( over the road driver ), and I was starving. So I thought that I would treat myself to a really good burger and I was very disappointed. I literally had to force myself to eat it. It was disgusting and painful, and if I wasn't so hungry. I would have thrown it in the trash. Next time, I'll go to the truck stop. If I want a good burger and fries 💯 % not this garbage .

The server named Juan was very attentive. I order the 23oz steak medium rare n got it closer to rare. Also had no flavor I had to add A1 sauce which I'm not a fan of to add some flavor.

I am extremely disappointed. Not only was the hostess very rude, but my ribs were extremely dry and the fries were very salty. It's like they burned the ribs and tried to cover them up with sauce. I will not be returning.

Weve been huge Texas Roadhouse fans but the food and the service is getting worse from month to month since 2020. I dont know what they are doing. But they should change in a better direction soon.

This was outstanding Yes, it was my birthday dinner The waitress was the best I have had in forever! All the food was lightening fast and delicious The waitress loved my five year old and was so encouraging!

The New Morgantown location finished up nicely. Right off I-79 near Bass Pro. It’s a great location. The food is outstanding. I had the small Dallas filet with baked potato and the wife had the small Rib Eye. Delicious food great service and ice cold beer. What a better environment could you ask for. Stop by today! 5 Star Every Category!

Absolutely outstanding! As new customers, we had the greatest service ever. The manager came to our table to welcome us and to bring us side samples to help us make our choice. Everything was so delicious, the meat was juicy and tasty, cooked to perfection. Before we left, we got a gift (yes, that's how they treat new customers!!). Thank you so much guys, we'll be back next time we visit Flagstaff!!

Wonderful food! LOVE the fresh rolls with cinnamon butter. The chicken fried chicken was perfectly cooked and extremely tender (but I didn’t have gravy). Likewise on the Critter Chicken - best chicken tenders we’ve had in years. Only downside was the incredibly LOUD music.

Absolutely loved the environment. Everyone was super hospitable with great energy. There was a small wait, but We were sat immediately at the bar. I had a tomato salad that was really fresh. My steak had a great taste to it along with the French fries I got. My fiancé tried the chili and he liked it. We also ordered the hot wings which tasted pretty mild. He also ordered a steak that he inhaled .. safe to say I’ll be coming back to this location when I’m in town. Our server was Lindsey for a short minute and she was very funny with a great bubbly attitude. Our main server was Coach “Chris”. He was really awesome and informative of the area. He was very helpful and had great conversation. Thank you for your service!

Rolls are always the best. I always get Road Kill and yet this time the steak was a little tougher than usual. It's still a great place to eat.

Feb 20th, 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Great steak ! I have been here before and every time left really satisfied. Their steaks are really great. The service is fast and friendly. Ordered a ribeye (16 oz) with 2 orders of French fries on a side. The steak was mouthwatering delish, pretty decent size for $29,99. It was totally worth it. Faye (who took my order) was friendly and attentive to my requests. Great personality and very professional ! Kudos to the whole team and the management. I will be back whenever in the area.

Lindsey provided great service. So did the other person, but I don’t remember his name. Great to see the restaurant support the community with the police toy drive for children of the community.

Texas roadhouse was a nice treat. We had sirloin steak which was really juicy and cooked perfectly. The combo starter made up of potato skins with cheese and bacon which were huge and went really well with the awesome ranch dip, jalapeño bites which left something to be desired as the jalapeño inside was tiny, the chicken wings tasted quite watery too. We also had a smokehouse burger, awesome! We ordered bacon on top which was really crispy (just how it should be a burger!!) the chips that came alongside were a bit soggy so probably left over or not freshly fried. The complimentary rolls were incredibly soft with a divine cinnamon butter too. I would say personal preference would have been to be given the option of normal butter too. Waitress was friendly and checked up on us throughout the meal.

SOOoo Impressed!!! Party of 4 on Christmas Eve 🎄Traveling from California & stopping for an early dinner at 4:30pm. Looked busy but walked in, seated immediately! Ashton, our server, was promptly at the table with scrumptious fresh roll’s & cinnamon butter. He took our drink & appetizer order immediately & had delicious drinks in hand within 5 min, appetizers in 10 min. Ribs were fall off the bone perfection!! Mango & Cadillac margarita is fantastic!! Steaks and shrimp were perfect 🤩 👍 Ashton & Staff we’re on point!!Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience 🥰💞

Was my frist first time didn't know what to expect it was awesome great servers right away at like 5 minutes in the place was packed and they got us in got us our food great food steaks cooked just right then a military discount it was nice it was a really nice place it was my nephew's birthday they put you on a saddle and go yeah and everyone yells Yeehaw for your birthday he loved it he's six but no desserts usually a place like that would give you a dessert for your birthday didn't matter great atmosphere you're not too crammed in where you can hear everyone talking like I said great food great wonderful experience recommend 10 out of 10 you go it's a bit pricey but it's a steakhouse but not overly pricey

Man the steak I had was so good and cooked perfectly they use just a little salt and pepper on a steak I love that because it really shows the flavor of the meat itself I had the baked potato and green beans was super good the shiska Bob was great as well and then the rolls with the cinnamon butter I love the service was great as well.

We enjoyed our lunch and had an exceptional service, very pleased with the food, but the tables were a bit close together, especially with the pandemic going on, I would definitely eat there again.

Mindy the bartender and Cole one of the managers were both attentive and very friendly. The food was excellent and the bathroom was clean. Nice place to eat.

Steak was very tendonous and hard to cut. Server was really nice. Bathrooms were on par with a rest stop. If the publicly accessible areas look like this, I would hate to see the kitchen or what you can't see.

Its nice. Got seated right away. The bread is not to our liking. We're used to simple yeast rolls and not accustomed to sweet rolls. If you like your steaks or burgers well done, you may like it here. I ordered medium rare it came out medium well. The food prepared had too much seasoning and too salty for our taste. Would come here again for another try and recommend to request less seasoning and salt to give another try.

Blake was our server. He was great! Very prompt, attentive, and checked in on us routinely. I ordered the 8oz sirloin (Medium Rare, prepared perfect) with shrimp (juicy and well seasoned), baked potato and side salad. I also ordered an Old Fashion with Jack Daniel's, bartender did a fabulous job! We were in and out in 35 mins. Overall I am thoroughly satisfied 😁
