If you just pop in and pay to make one of their pre-cut projects, this place is great! However, if you take one of their classes and then pay a monthly fee to use their equipment, then it becomes not so great. Staff members do not have the time to help and make monthly pass holders feel like an inconvenience. It is so sad because this place has a lot of amazing equipment to utilize. If you are a professional in laser cutting, sewing, woodworking, or 3D printing, this place is for you. If you are a newbie and hope to learn, good luck. The staff does not want to deal with newbies (and yet, this place was designed specifically for newbies to come and learn). So disappointing.

Create is the best value in town. Incredible building, tools, and education at an even more incredible price. The annual membership costs less than purchasing one of the tools you've got access to. The only downside is limited hours and parking.

It was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We made our own arcades! Awesome! We got to learn how to use technology in order to program a game and let me tell you 😄 I had so much fun!

There's a lot of creative things to do here! We stopped by while waiting for the rest of our party to go into the Science Center. We will definitely be bringing our child back for a longer stay.

The CREATE area is simply the most amazing place! Nick, RaeAnn, Jordan, Esther & Victoria are an amazing team of people who were ready and willing to help us be as creative as we wanted. They had the knowledge and excellent way of guiding and teaching. My son and I enjoyed two mornings, of our vacation, at the CREATE lab. We made a car, a lamp, cutting boards and some other projects we plan to use as gifts. The CREATE studio has the high quality equipment to help you design anything your heart would like. The studio is clean and extremely well kept and clean. It’s accessible to all levels, ages and abilities. You have the ability to create custom projects or take advantage of their already designed kits. You can spend a short time or an extended time there. (We wanted to move in & never leave!) The CREATE lab is simply amazing & we couldn’t be more thrilled with our custom creations. Honestly, we owe our thanks to Nick. He hosted us into the space and encouraged us to make our projects. All of the other employees built on our excitement and encouraged us along. It was a wonderful two days at the lab. We can’t wait to return to Arizona and visit them again!

Great for makers and kids ! No charge to go in and look around. They even have stuff to try for no charge. They also have projects for kids (even the little ones) you can pay for, build, and take home when done, like building a small lantern and other items. They also have advanced workshops on things like 3D printing for kids starting at 8 years old. If you want access to the more advanced stuff on a regular basis, you simply buy a membership, take a safety class, and reserve time when you need it. Totally worth checking out.

We were able to come checkout the science center with friends yesterday. I am wanting to get educator membership but really disappointed that more than half of the things are not operational. This facility really needs alot of things repaired. I would come more if more things weren't broke.

Came over from the science center while we were waiting for the space show to start and did not see a single staff member or volunteer, just a family in the from Subaru room and an elderly male white with a name tag in the 3D making room that was closed. Waste of time and money for both customers and even for the bUilding of CREATE to be on when it is not fully being used. We were not approached by an employee until we were walking out, almost 40 mins later.

This was with every cent. We got to see the Moon, Jupiter and Saturn. We learned so much and had so much fun. Better then Crayola Experience. The amazing activities and cool experiments.

Nice learning center for all ages. Please be advised entry is free and at least the area where I parked was $10.00. A relative bargain. Also be advised even though the facility closes at 4 pm, the section to the left not pictured stops foot traffic around 230 or 3 pm.

Subaru exhibit was very disappointing- just a crusty engine that looks like it was pulled from the junk yard with and scribbled dots to locate parts.

We had SO much fun here today, everyone was so helpful, and it wasn't even that crowded in spite of being "snow week" at the Science Ctr next door. Thank you!!!

This place is so awesome and the staff so amazing that I was concerned leaving a review would cause more people to enjoy it and make it harder for me to get a spot!! Jokes (sorta) aside. This place is a hidden gem in Arizona. Nick, Rei, Ester, Victoria, etc everyone is amazing and helpful. Just wish I had more time to go. If I could add a 6th star I would.... I want it to be closer and have a metalshop. Dreaming.
