Purchased this specialty dozen and today had deal for $1 dozen (chocolate covered regular ones)!! Friendly service. Short line at drive thru which is awesome (didn't want to hassle with taking baby out of the car).

Pretty disappointed. I haven’t been to Krispy Kreme since I was a kid, and after this morning, I probably wont’t go back. I think the photos speak for themselves. The only coffee in my “iced coffee” were the coffee grounds. It was all water, and cream. They gave me 3 specialty donuts instead of 4. See photos.

Crazy. Came in for my birthday 3 pack. Last year and the year before I got my dozen. This time the lady said your barcode on the app is not working. I said that’s weird. And she said you have to have the app for 3 years before you can get a birthday 3 pack. How do I have to have it for three years before getting a birthday pack when I got one the last couple years. She was super rude.8/13/23 9:30am drive through window. She told me nothing she can do even though the coupon expiration date is 8/31. Super rude customer service from her. Couldn’t give 3 birthday plain glazed donuts? Rather loose a customer and get a 1 star review.

Nope. No respect for customer's time. Went in for the Wednesday dozen glazed for the price of a gallon of gas deal. It's a scam. They said they were honoring the deal, but they had no glazed donuts. I was advised that it would be an hour. Cool, went to a close by restaurant and had a meal. Came back about 45 minutes later and was told that it would be another hour before they had glazed donuts! They had stacks and stacks of every other type of donut but not glazed. And no movement on the conveyor. I asked a gentleman who was waiting for the glazed how long he'd been waiting, he said about 45 minutes. I get food costs and managing losses but they were making NO money. Everyone was standing around waiting, including the employees. And we all know it does not take that long to make donuts! It's literally frying dough and giving them a melted sugar bath! It's a scam and they'd be better off opting out of the promotion, rather than providing this negative experience. Oh yeah, they refuse to answer the phone too so you can't even enquire as to availability, despite the fact that nobody is doing anything. They'd probably make money selling promo donuts rather than selling nothing. I left because even if Krispy Kreme doesn't think so, my time is valuable. I'll never go back.

First donut place we have ever tried, and we're sure to come back! We had a ladies day, and this was the place that made it more memorable. We ordered a few flavors that looked interesting and that popped in our eyes. We got 2 of each flavor in a dozen. Staff aren't as warm as the coffee and donuts, but they were there to take our orders and answer questions. Indoor seating is really comfortable, giving you a clean 90's place feel. When we bite through the donuts, they are so fluffy and soft that you can taste the freshness in every bite. One of their flavors I want to mention is their 'strawberry glazed donut'...Its amazing! It actually tastes like strawberries! Though a little on the sweet side. We wish we had one closer to us. Thanks Krispy Kreme for making our day the best!

I had a three dollar gift card given to me to use here. I have to admit I was very excited because it’s been over 10 years since I’ve been to Krispy Kreme. The donuts were for fresh, soft, delicious, mouthwatering and perfect in every way. I’m glad I took the time to enjoy this wonderful treat.

We love driving on Sundays to get donuts. Friendly service and delicious treats. Only down is that it is not always clean especially the windows and floors. Makes it look less desirable, if they cleaned more specially the glass to look at their production line and the common areas this would be a 5 star rating.

Donuts were ice cold…. Asked if they could warm them somehow & they said they don’t have a microwave, but I could have a free glazed donut. No thank you… I just want my donuts warm as they should be.

Do I even have to explain this one? Ha! For being a chain, they are still the cream of the crop for pastries. I have only tasted one place that provided a real contender. These individuals came from Denmark. If you don't live in Missouri, KK is the place to be!

They used to be better and it is sad that we can't go on anymore and see the donuts being made. After 2 years I was super excited to show my youngest two how donuts are made but was unable to fit their birthday. Still they tasted great even though they weren't hot and I haven't seen the hot now sign on each time I pass it. Maybe it is just bad timing on my part. Hope that the dining area reopens soon.

Great doughnuts but the customer service at this location is lacking. We have been here twice now while they are making and boxing hot doughnuts and they refuse to sell them to us, wanting us to buy a box of cold expensive doughnuts that I could get at the grocery store or Walmart. Why?

The drive thru was quick and my order was correct. Staff was easy to work with, patient but not overly friendly. I was hoping to go inside but their lobby is currently closed and it is drive thru only.

Actually dined in at this location. Inside of the place was pretty clean and the donuts were awesome as usual. Glazed are classic and delicious, the chocolate sprinkle was super good of course as well. Also tried a lemonade chiller and it was awesome. They're definitely tart and super sweet but I love that. Will return back here for sure!

Sugary heaven! You can watch them make the donuts through the windows on the side. Plenty of tables. It's really cold in there. I would think it would be warmer to keep donuts warm. 🍩☕

We were returning from volunteering at special Olympics all afternoon this weekend and my 9yr wished to get sweet treat. We stopped at this location to get 2 donuts. Kind cashier din let me pay saying it’s just 2 donuts. I don’t recollect if I ever thanked him but it just helped me reinforce the fact that kindness always comes back!! I am glad my son will certainly be motivated to do more volunteering- thanks to the kind cashier !

Easy breezy to pick up orders. The window staff are friendly and the donuts are always fresh and tasty. I always like to get their holiday selections cos they’re so fun.

We walked in and wanted to order and there was 1 guy in drive thru and at least 3 people in the office amd NO ONE acknowledged me or came out to take my order. This place has had similar reviews in the past week. You definitely have a problem there. Paying people to ignore customers. You lost my 2 dozen donut order. Dunkin donuts has to love the way you treat customers. Obviously you really don't care about what the customer thinks. Walked put empty handed and no one cares.

Guy working a few nights ago seemed like he didnt care about anything and all he wanted was to leave. As someone who works in food, I can understand that feeling but you cant portray that to the customers. Donuts were good even tho it was late.

Random craving from my wife, two original Krispy Kreme. Pulled to the window ready to pay and they’re on the house. Completely random and unexpected but it’s the little things. Thanks that was a nice gesture.

I love visiting Krispy Kreme, but wish the store could keep up with the demand of the cookie doughnuts. The staff are very nice and welcoming the store seems more drive thru dominant. I was happy with the product I received.
