Clean, comfy, love the color scheme. Really good breakfast, very nice staff, all of them. The mineral waters in the room: excellent! Smell of sulfur doesn’t bother me, just tells me it’s real and natural. Even the tap water is mineral and the shower so if u want to drink normal water, either bring it yourself or go fill your water bottles at the front desk area. Can’t wait to return! Oh yea and if you like wine, they have a good selection there. Just stay away from the Mexican restaurant down the street, unfortunately not so good food.

The not so good: if you are in a king suite you will hear absolutely everything your neighbors are doing at all hours. Wifi and cell service are spotty. The wonderful: Amazing full breakfast, afternoon tea treats, fireplaces, spa and pool. Beautifully landscaped grounds with picturesque wildlife. Helpful and friendly staff. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful grounds, nice rooms, very clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub are very nice. Only thing is (and this is advertised) is the mineral water is sulphur which is rotten egg smell... filtered water in room tastes like that and I had to use bottled water to brush teeth. Front desk was very nice about providing bottled water and we took a lot. I don't like single use plastics but I couldn't drink the water. Anyhow it was lovely and good customer service. There is a koi pond and the front desk provided free food to feed the fish. 5 yo loved it. Idyllic grounds with arbors, seating areas, grapes and gardens.

Love this place! The grounds are gorgeous, rooms are so comfy, and service is amazing. The large hot springs tub in the room is so relaxing. My husband and I had one of our best massages ever in a side by side experience at the spa. The bartender in the wine bar was funny, personable and helpful in giving us advice about the area. The nightly scones and cookies were delicious. We ended up not doing as many activities outside the resort as we had planned because it was so nice to be there. A big part of the benefit of the “Lithia Springs” hotel is that you have access to natural mineral spring water in the room for bathing and there is a smell associated with the natural springs. It is healing and amazing, but if you haven’t experienced natural springs, be prepared for a smell!

Absolutely a delightful place to rest and rejuvenate! Amazing breakfast served and cookies in the lobby. Close enough to town for exploring or things you need. Grounds are gorgeous and serene. One of my new favorite getaway places in Oregon.

A tranquil and beautiful resort. Our bungalow was spacious and very comfortable. The mineral bath with jets was so relaxing and the sulfur smell of the water was surprisingly mild. We cannot wait to return and stay longer. We'll also be bringing our dog since this is a pet friendly resort!

Let me just say this, I've already booked my next trip there and I just got back yesterday LOL. It's a wonderful place, easy to find, beds are SUPER comfy, tasteful decor throughout and incredible grounds! I can't say enough good things about the grounds or the thoughtful design and layout. You get a sense of privacy while it also being very open and inviting. The breakfast is superb as well. They have tea every afternoon and a spa on site. And yeah, a hot spring spa bathtub in your room/suite is incredible. The sulpher smell from the hot springs water is the sole negative IMBO but that's also to be expected and you get used to it quickly. Highly recommend!

I wish i would have taken photos but this hotel is so beautiful! The water is a little funky but by the 2nd day we were used to it! The mineral water made my skin feel ways it has never felt before! So hydrated and smooth from the water!

Lithia Springs is a wonderful, indulgent, luxurious place. The bungalows are quiet, air conditioned and some are dog friendly. Ours has a two person soaking tub with a fridge in reach and a tv in view. Did I mention that the tub waters are fed from the local hot spring? The only reason to leave the room on this hot, smoky day in August is to wander the lush grounds to potty the dogs. And maybe visit the spa for a massage. Or go to the wine bar. The full hit breakfast is complementary and delicious! They also have an afternoon tea service. Seriously, this is a must-go for either a destination or a couple days respite when road tripping.

I would easily give this place 5 stars as we really liked our room, it was very private and dog friendly, the grounds are beautiful, the staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. However, the sulfur smell in the room and the water was just too much. I've been to many hot springs before but usually the room water is filtered somewhat. That is definitely not the case here. My hair stunk so badly of sulfur after a shower and even rinsing our mouths after brushing our teeth was too much. We ended up having to go buy bottled water because the taste was so bad. All in all it was a really nice place but would just suggest that you bring plenty of bottled water to drink, to brush your teeth and probably rinse your hair.

The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and quiet. However, we found the smell of the sulphur water coming from every single source of water in the room to be way too strong. The can of air freshener we were given when we complained about the sulphur smell also had a bad stench. If you're sensitive to smells in any way, I would not recommend staying here. The website claims the smell has been mostly removed from the sulphur water, but we didn't find this to be the case in our room.

Drawn in by the hot springs tubs, but ultimately not worth it, IMO. Convenience and style are more conducive to a proper Ashland experience. Lithia is on the outskirts of town, right next to the interstate. Not within walking distance to anything. The place was friendly & clean; had a good hot breakfast. However, unless you go by "Nana", or proudly sport a "Live, Laugh, Love" sign in your house, the ambiance is likely to appear dated. Would not recommend for those under the age of 60.

It's the water! Lithia Springs Resort is a luxurious space with top shelf amenities and service. My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary and enjoyed the weekend...but the springs (and the general scent of the property) is unavoidable. Either you don't mind the mild Sulphur smell of the water or you can't stop smelling it. I swear that my shower water smelled like green onions! You can't blame the resort for offering a unique and enjoyable experience because the mineral springs are mineral springs!

Jacuzzi tube next to bed. Slight sulfur odor due to the mineral springs. Odor also in shower and drinking water. Lovely grounds and lounge areas. Nice breakfast. No smart TV so a bit disappointed we couldn't decompress from a long drive with a movie.

This place is beautiful. Stunning court yards, beautiful views, lovely pools. It is also very reasonably priced which is rare these days. I love that they have afternoon tea, breakfast and snacks included in your stay. There is also wine tasting on site! The only reason it gets 4 stars and not 5 is because it is a tad out dated. The shower in my room had no hot water option that I could find and terrible water pressure. The tvs are also old which means that guests cannot stream their own movies. All this said I still highly recommend this place. I will be coming back.

Nice room for the price on the surface. As you can see from my photos they were a bit less nice beyond first glance. Stained chairs, brown smears on pillows, dirty underwear with toilet paper stuck to them under the bed from previous guests. We were refunded $35 after bringing all these details to the attention of the front desk. Staying here was a disappointing experience and put a damper on our entire trip to Ashland.

We had a wonderful stay here. This is a treasure hotel. Checkin: Front desk was nice and friendly. They are there until 12 in case we forgot room keys. Afternoon tea was prepared when we arrived around 3pm. Environment: Elegant European garden vibe around. The gardens are well maintained so do pardon couple of bugs appearing in the room. They help us evacuate the stinky bug and we appreciate it. The place has little light interference so we can enjoy the starry night sky. Room: The studio/suite room was spacious for us. Some furnitures have history that you can tell. Some are newly added. The quilt are of good quality and there are plenty of pillows. It was cozy overall. Rooms are aged but we were not bothered by neighbors noise. Fun: We enjoyed the in room hot spring tub. Although water from the outlet has smell of sulfur, there is a filtered water outlet. We didn’t have a chance for the on-site spa and wine tasting. Breakfast: the cheesy egg, bacon was good. The oatmeal was a hit for us. Don’t miss the homemade granola and scones as well. Next time if we travel on I5, we will definitely stop at this beautiful town Ashland and stay at Lithia again.

Literally feels like heaven when you’re here. High tea, hot tub, and gorgeous gardens. What more could you want? The breakfast is lovely and the entire experience feels like a fairy tale!

I'm very happy to have spent a week here. The in-room soaking tubs that have spring water pumped in are just excellent; I like getting my soak on in private. Great spa treatments and selections. I extended a night and had to room move, but the new room was even better. I swear I could live there. Fireplace in the rooms and individual patios. Great wine and friendly staff. It's only a short drive to in-town Ashland. Overall, excellent!

Beautiful place, awesome pool and hot tub, delicious coffee in the room, yummy continental breakfast. Yummy tea during tea time. Clean room for the most part, the pull out bed was dusty and had stuff that would normally get stuck in a couch. Their pamphlets say there would be a light odor from the mineral water but it was a STRONG smell of sulfur. Overall good experience, just wish there was a way to get that smell out.

Loved this place! Bed was so comfortable, loved the saline pool and hot tub, breakfast was delicious (especially the Sunday breakfast), and the gardens were beautiful. Kids loved it here too! We'll definitely be back!

Incredible get away close to home! From checking in my husband and I were blown away! Professional staff with a clean and charming lobby. Our room 34 was AMAZING. Can’t wait to go back and enjoy our little getaway!

Absolutely loved this place. The rooms were roomy and provided the basics like microwave and refrigerator. The soaking tub was a dream. The pool and jacuzzi were so fun and comfortable to swim in day and night! The grounds are beautiful with tasteful decor scattered about. The food is delicious and leaves you feeling refreshed. Beside the spring is the Goddess Temple and Garden. The gardens were a spiritual experience that left me feeling comforted and my soul purified. I highly recommend- Ashland is a beautiful town and Lithia Springs is the cherry on top~♡

Great stuff: Friendly staff Clean, updated room and well maintained property Beautiful garden setting with lots of outdoor spaces to relax Soaking options Privacy Comfy chairs in room Full breakfast Tea and scones Relaxing Minor issues: Oddly small pillows. King size bed should have king size pillows. Still slept well, though. Shower head doesn't fit/too big/small shower stall. So shower head is at a sideways angle and you can't really shower without twisting yourself at awkward angles. Would be better to just have a standard shower head. Construction and lawn maintenance noise. Property is close to highway and main road into town. But room was quiet and there are quiet spaces on property. I didn't find the sulfur odor terribly strong. As someone who has spent time at several hot springs, both sulfur and non-sulfur, this was mild. That said, sulfur does smell like rotten eggs, so if you are sensitive, nauseous, pregnant, it might bother you.

They have been great! The ladies that make the breakfast are fabulous and my favorite dish is the yogurt in their house mix. All the people who work there are awesome and very welcoming You need to absolutely go to their wine tasting! The young lady is spot on when it comes to local wineries and recommendations... I stayed here for a month and was so pleased with the accommodations and the beauty of the area. I highly recommend this place.

The garden are gorgeous, the breakfast is home made and from scratch simply delicious but the staff by far is the most amazing thing about this place, haven't felt that welcomed and treated with a personalized and genuine way. Great job! You will not regret staying here.

Amazing place. We are all lucky to be able to enjoy such a thing. Wine bar was so cool. The breakfast was incredible! Room and pool the same. Loved it and can't wait to return.!

Wonderful throughout, the gardens and surroundings are exquisite. Tea and scones in the afternoon is a nice touch. The rooms are well sized the hot tub in the room very nice. If you have a lot of luggage request a ground floor unit, those steps are hard work.

Don't get me wrong, if it was not for the natural mineral water odor, this place would be a perfect 5 stars. The staff were fantastic, the room beautifully done and clean, amazing breakfast, pool area wonderful. Just be aware that it is very sulfur smelling, but the water is so good on your skin!!

Without a doubt the best resort in all of Southern Oregon. Shayna Marie and her team do an incredible job of making everyone feel welcome and loved. From the moment you walk into the door you can feel the stress and anxiety of life melt away. Rooms are spacious and clean. Grounds are well loved and beautiful. Breakfast is phenomenal. Each and every staff welcomes you with a smile from the first time they see you to the last.

The property is amazing. We had a beautiful room and enjoyed ourselves on site. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The hot breakfast in the morning was wonderful. You can get massages and they have a wine bar/garden. We can't wait to go back. The hit springs were delightful.
