Good donut shop. They have a large selection of different types of donuts. The service is kind of slow. Prices are reasonable. The store is clean and organized.

Get there early. Come prepared (the choices are abundant) and make sure to bring a little extra cash for their ham and cheese croissants. The donuts are fantastic, and the owners are friendly and polite. Aside from the expected long lines and the lack of choices after the morning rush, this is the best stop on my Saturday or Sunday. If you like donuts, you’ll probably love Bosa.

They do not make enough donuts and refuse to make more once their first batch is gone. I arrived at 9:30am on Sunday morning and the selection was limited to a few cake type and donut holes and customers were walking out, including myself. Go to Duncan or Krispy Kreme where they make donuts all day long!

I enjoy my visit. The man who took my drink order was very nice. I enjoyed my boba Thai tea very much and will go back. I suggest go and get one!

Went in for a couple crossaints and there were none in the case. The employee said we have some in the back. She pulled them out of a plastic bag and they were the nastiest ones I've ever had. They had a weird tang, were stale, and looked like they got them off a sale shelf at a grocery store. Also all the chairs were pushed into the corner so you could not sit.

This specific location was disgusting. We were there early in the morning which should entail a clean environment. This place was wrecked...there were 2 tables to chose from to sit and 1 was broken and the other was dirty from top to bottom. The place felt like it hadn't been cleaned in months and never deep cleaned. Very run down...like once something broke they just don't fix it, once it's been used, they don't clean it. The doughnuts, which I get the brand a lot from a different location, are very fresh, melt in your mouth, full of flavor...these tasted a day old...already getting hard. Everything from the signs in the windows and items on the counters just old and gringy with no working bathroom to boot. Just not clean, not satisfying, and after watching how they make their fruit shakes...nothing is real...its all powders and syrups. The building needs cleaned and new items that aren't broken...revamp it and put some pride in your buisness.

I have been going to this Bosa Donuts for as long as I can remember and it is always been one of my top choices when it comes to getting donuts, they have a large variety to choose from as well as them being fresh and tasty! If you haven’t checked them out I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone! 5/5 stars!!!

Donut tasted fine, decent selection when I went around noon. I don’t have high expectations for boba at a donut shop but the thai tea with boba was fine, just really sweet (as expected, I let most of the ice melt for my preference). Friendly cashier, maybe the owner?

The staff here is great and they always have a good selection. Can get a little busy in the mornings so go early or be ok with waiting a little bit.

Don’t waste your time, they never have donuts. I usually like their boba, but when I ordered it they overcooked the boba and the guy didn’t understand my order cuz he didn’t speak English. I ordered a blended Thai tea with boba and he made an iced tea and said he didn’t charge me for blended, essentially he wanted to charge me another dollar for more ICE which is a joke considering the drink already costs $6. Anyway, if you want actual donuts and good boba, go to the Bosa on 19th Ave and pinnacle peak

Just went here this morning and it’s got to be one of the worst locations in the valley. They are out of everything, stuck my food in the microwave (couldve done that at home- the other locations do far better and ur food has actual melted cheese and is hot) my breakfast from this location was cold with unmelted cheese. They were out of bacon, mocha flavoring, and boba all before 9am. I truly feel like the worker had “selective hearing” and waited until my drinks were ready before telling me they were out of boba. Additionally my coffee drink had no coffee in it. Just milk, ice, and flavoring I really don’t know why I stayed and paid. It also took so long for them to process my card, a customer behind me walked out. I wouldn’t go to this location, they don’t take care to make sure the place is comfortable, don’t care for their food prep, and are more worried about telling you what items they don’t have instead of just tying to suggest other things. So much stuff in the customer seating area there wasn’t even a place to sit, no music, unwelcoming.

Getting served "Here's your heart attack" isn't funny. I thought Bosa Donuts served donuts, not insults. My mother, 68 yrs, came in just after 1pm today and was served with the comment, " here's your heart attack". She was too stunned to react. This is completely inappropriate. I will buy her Lamars from now on. Just disgusting.

I like to come here on my days off with my daughter. Juice donut coffee and c Croissant for $7 but the time spent is priceless. Staff is friendly, fresh made daily. Support local businesses.

I love Bosa donuts, my boss brought them to work recently and now I'd prefer them over any other chain here in Phoenix. Their donuts taste homemade, light and fluffy, not manufactured elsewhere like some donut places. Plus their Thai tea and boba ites great too!

Website claims to have vegan options, pops up if you search vegan donuts on Google maps-- no vegan donuts, and staff seemed like they thought it was absurd that I asked.

Great, family-run donut shop. Donuts are fresh and tasty, made right on site. There is a little bit of seating in the store as well. They have about 30-50 donut varieties available.
