If you plan on coming here, don’t do it!! I used to go to the west location and moved to the north location, this chain of clinics have the habit of making you wait over an hour just to take your vital signs and have you go back into the lobby because the doctor is running behind. Failing to realize that we also have things to do and we expect them to honor our appointment time or at least let us know so we decide whether to reschedule or not. Only because I need some lab work done I will come back tomorrow when I shouldn’t have to, after that I am definitely changing doctors (NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS CLINIC!! ) I walked in and there was already like 20 people in the waiting room no chairs available. All they want is the money and you to wait around for whenever they’re able and ready to take you back

Most nursing/admin staff are not professionals in terms of both medical and respect towards patients. Majority of people who come to any clinic need a quiet place, they are either physically or mentally ill. As you enter the main office staff, administrators and nurses are very loud, laughing loudly and not responding to questions in a respectful manner. My mother had Covid and when she was not contagious anymore but still had symptoms went to this clinic and the nurse said checking SPO2 levels is not necessary!! She didn’t even put the blood pressure cuff properly so I had to fix it! This should tell you what sort of practice this clinic is, when they have no idea how to perform basic vital signs. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. If you care about yourself and your loved ones, please do not go to this particular clinic.

3 to 5 hours wait time even with an appointment,then a Caribbean/Mexican resident intern or a physical assistant would see me(not the real doctor) for several years. The first language in this so called ''Clinic'' is Spanish, even if you dont speak Spanish, then they would switch to English.There was zero social guidelines during the Corona in a packed waiting room, for several years they always forgot to give me the right referrals, and after several calls when I personally would go there to pick it up, to call them myself instead of them doing their job right, they gave me the wrong referral phone numbers, wrong addresses, literally always, or they would refer me to wrong specialists, wrong labs, several times. They intentionally wouldnt give me the referrals that they said they would, and when I called them back they would literally force me to go back so they can charge the insurance companies one more time, even if a lab test is not ready they are eager to make another appointment to charge the insurance company one more time. Even in the third world countries a pet clinic or a zoo treats animals better than this place treats people, they abandoned me as a patient, even refuse to giving me a referral to a surgeon and medication I desperately needed, and after I contacted authorities they denied even seeing me and I proved to the authorities that they did this with track record of calls and texts to their office , and after I made a complaint they change the provider for me. So avoid this place.

Was there an appointment this morning and had a little wait time but nothing too bad. The staff is great and the doctors are fantastic!! Very pretty office and lovely employees.

Would not recommend this clinic at all .Waited almost 2 hours to be seen as a walk -in (on a slow day) . Every MA I came across had such a bad attitude especially, the one at check out . Someone working at Dutch Bros has 10x of a better attitude.First and last time I will be coming here .Very disappointing .

WORST customer service. Except for the front desk girl. They do not listen to you. We had to drive 40 mins to get to this clinic and all for the doctor to send my husband to get “lab work” she did not listen to everything he said. After I asked to speak to the doctor myself and the blonde girl in the front said that she left l, when my husband has just got out of the room. Do not come here, go to the WEST location instead.

Slow even with appointments. Usually 1hr after appointments will take you in , sometimes don't have enough rooms for all appointments, also if in room doctor will take extra time to come in , ac not working in the back rooms.

I've been a client of Dr Estrada at their North Clinic for almost decade. I think some clinic work for you, and some don't. Dr. Estrada is one of the finest doctors I have her encountered and she has a broad range as a physician. I detest being referred out because I believe Dr. Estrada can manage all my diagnoses. The office refers out in a timely manner, and they promptly provide me with necessary documents. My suggestion is to consult with Dr. Estrada for her quality of care. There's a lot of negative feedback, but the volume of people this clinic services to is monumental, so the negative is a measly fraction. -Suree

Took my mom in last week for an appointment and the check out receptionist who I believe had copper hair was very polite and helpful with translating especially since my mom only speaks Spanish. She made sure we were taken care of quickly and made sure we were satisfied with the care during our visit. Definitely recommend the north office :)

It was very bad experience. They don’t respect patients. I took appointment and waited more than 90 minutes to be seen. and the dr came in a hurry when she know Iam leaving. She told me she is going to prescribe me medicine for two weeks then Iam going to her again After I left I found no prescription and I can’t reach dr. Very careless. Phone calls are difficult and they put you on hold for long. Really I don’t want to go again they don’t deserve any points

Yes. The average age of the staff is below 25 and they have almost no experience. Not overly friendly over the phone, but nice staff at the Northern facility. The online app doesn't seem to work since I never got a reply when I asked about a prescription or setting up an appointment.

I love this clinic and everyone is so nice from receptionist to the phlebotomist at the end

I really enjoy coming here everyone is super friendly and helpful they have helped me a lot with insurance troubles ,front desk girls are amazing the girl who took my blood out was super sweet super light hands i highly recommend this place

Literally the worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. I waited 2 hours to get my blood drawn? Even though the day before, the doctor told me I would be in and out?

Try to call so many times they never pick up my call try to leave number they don't call back this clinic service is terrible only Docter is nice the staff work at the front desk not so nice.

Service is terrible, walk in patients wait more than 3 hours just to be put in a room waiting for the doctor for another hour. No care whatsoever for their patients or their jobs, on their phones at the front counter. Unprofessional work environment.

Please do not ever let them deal with your hemorrhoids surgically at this place!!!! I was misled and it only gave me lifelong problems—it was the most painful procedure and unnecessary!! There are proctologist that will provide you with other more effective alternatives for the same cash price!

They don't even deserve a star. This clinic is horrible if you want to waste your time big time come here. They make you wait two hours or more at each appointment for nothing and they also make you return for no reason so that you wait more than two hours again, the doctors will come in for less than three minutes and you will continue waiting... Zero respect for appointment time Your clients . If they cannot serve so many people on one day, it is better not to make appointments. They don't even treat you well. Everything is a problem with them 🙄.
