It's an absolute dump. Do ot rent from these people. They only care about rent, pain in full, on time. It takes forever for an WO to be addressed. I'm in a studio, on April 29th, the cabinets (hung from the ceiling) collapsed into the bar (falling doors down) on the countertop. I called the management team in the rental office, filed a WO, and got a call from the maintenance tech saying he'd be by that Sunday. Waited all day...the management team from the rental office called at 3 saying he'd been on an emergency AC call and wouldn't be able to come by. As of June 3rd, nothing has been done. Do not rent from this dump.

Please DO NOT move your family here. You can find something better for less. I am so tired of killing roaches everyday. We are charged monthly for pest control however no one comes out when submitting a work order for pests. I am definitely going to reach out to BBB, the attorney general and whoever else will listen because there’s no way I am staying for the duration of this lease.

Worst apartment complex ever, the parking lot is always flooded. The shaded parking falls on your vehicles and they do nothing about it and it’s infested with roaches. So bad I had them in my fridge. Told management and nothing was done for the duration of my lease. When I moved in the roof leaked. The cabinets and carpet was destroyed! And I put the description on my walk through paperwork and am being charged for that now that I’m moving out. Also, front office does not let you know you have to put in a 60 day notice. I didn’t get my first work order completed until I contacted the cooperate office. This place is completely garbage, And the further you are from the leasing office the less they really care.

These guys called me on the 24th of June an told me I was supposed to turn the keys in on the 22nd of June. I call them an they try every method to place the blame on me for not knowing this sooner, they told me they declined to renew my lease. They at first refused to tell me why saying “just as you don’t need to tell us why you aren’t renewing the lease, we don’t have to tell you why we are declining to renew your lease”. So heads up anyone they will leave you homeless. I got somewhat lucky but others may not be.

Worst place on earth. Scammers. Will move you into a slum, dirty unfixed unlivable conditions. But will convince a judge because you didn't fill out a tenant reprimanded sheets which isbused if you want tonsue or something. Scammers

I originally wrote a review for 5 starts because they bribed me to do it. In reality the employees that work in the office are no good. They have been rude to me since the day I moved in because I had a problem with my upstairs neighbor at the time. They have done nothing to help me out and they continue to treat me with less respect then the people they are manipulating into signing a new lease with them. Good luck.

I'm leaving this review for the Staff, Sean & Jessica. I was not able to rent there due to my special needs, but the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help me. They looked online to see if they could find something that would work for me, and as it turns out, the place they recommended totally meets my budget and needs. Wish I could leave no stars!! This place doesn’t really care about any of your problems maintenance doesn’t do anything they are extremely lazy!!! They also drive there golf carts about the apartment complex where people walk daily and I have been almost hit twice from the driving on side walks and not looking!! They should even be driving them on the sidewalks anyway unless it’s a emergency they are small!!! They also say this is a gated community but the gates have been broke for 4 plus years even before I has moved in they don’t plan on getting them fixed so there always open and they just give out random numbers for a code!!! Most the lady’s in the front are always have dirty looks and is never Wel comeing they lie a lot about almost everything nothings been updated and they said it was a year or two ago the floors feel like bowling balls have just been thrown there was holes everywhere doors walls cabinets everything!!! I’m so don’t with livening here because they don’t keep up on things the people that keep the place nice get paid hourly so guess what there loud yard stuff goes off for 2-3 hours plus when there’s no grass just bushes by my apartment!! TIRED OF THE LIES DONT LIVE HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE COMFORTABLE!!!!

I had a tour with Jessica, it was nice! Very knowledgeable and explained all the prices in detailed. I literally went home and picked the unit I wanted. She was on top of everything through emails. She made getting my unit easy. No hassle at all! Super excited that my daughter and I will be staying here! Thank you!!

great experience moving in maintenance is on point and fixes things quickly when needed. the only thing is the apartment could've been a little more clean and fresh when moving in but for the price and amenities its perfect. people are very friendly, alot of families and my favorite .....alot of furry friends. its a great starter home when moving to a new state.

Absolutely amazing place to live with some amazing people in office. Paige, the assistant manager, has tremendously helped me. I go to her for just about anything. She truly goes above and beyond for her tenants. As long as you’re communicating with her she’ll always have your back. Her priority is to make sure her tenants are always taken care of and accommodated for. She’s amazing at her job and you can tell she loves it. Communication is key here they want to help and be there for the tenants. 10/10 would recommend.

Horrible place to rent, I lived there and they never fixed anything.. they charge you for brand new carpets and other stuff that was there before. I waiting over a year to come fix things and they never did. Management would care about themselves. I would nor recommend this place unless you really need a place.. they never cam fix the roof patio and it was falling apart. They have so many hiding fees for nonreason.. homelessness was bad and they didn't do anything. Wasn't safe dlfor kids

Lived here about a month now. Pretty quiet, everybody is friendly/minds their own. Things to note: -Apts are a little older -Not the most lavish place -Patio/porch in the front 🤢 (unless you smoke) -Smoke friendly -Friendly Management.. At least until a parasite company like Tides takes over. I made the choice to stay here rather than leave my home behind for the Midwest like a lot of folks are doing. I was born here and rent is so insane now. Good luck, you'll need it.

North Mountain Village is a wonderful place to live in. It's kid & pet friendly. Clean environment and safe with security monitoring. The location is convenient for nearby grocery, schools and entertainment. Michelle, Paige and the whole management team are professional & friendly. The Maintenance team always resolves issues promptly. I've lived here for over 10yrs so I can confidently recommend this location.

There were new electrical panels installed and it’s been maybe a few weeks and now there’s an electrical panel inspection , it seems like the apartments are improving. I really like the apartments here.

I have lived here for 8 months now and feel as blessed as I did when I moved in. We love it here and hope to be here as many years as possible. I'm disappointed that there are so many disgruntled people/reviews. I've had nothing but great service from Yvonne and Paige in the office. The maintenance has been quick to resolve any issues, which have been few. The residents here have been friendly and it's VERY pet friendly. We've had zero issues with pests and take full advantage of using PREVENTATIVE pest control measures that are available to all. Shout out to ALL of the staff that make North Mountain Village Apartments HOME for us!

Yvonne and the folks here made the move in an absolute breeze! They were super nice seriously! Really took care of me! ...... and everything here is nice to if u ask me. Heated pool, 24/7 gym, and they actually have enough parking for everyone! What more could you want??..... real solid place here definitely!

I been here about 3 months and I LOVE THE COMMUNITY! Everyone is nice from the leasing house people to my neighbors. This community is a friendly community and it is clean. Dog friendly (my neighbors dog and I have play dates and sleepovers sometimes) lol I’m extremely happy with these apartments and plan on staying a few years. Thank you for making this my happy home. My boyfriend and I love it.

I have lived here in this complex for 10 years and it is the most pleasant environment I have ever experienced. I have a very good relationship with all the staff and service technicians from Michelle, the Mgr, Paige the assistant mgr, Yvonne and Sean the office staff along with Leo the service mgr and Cruz and Ron, long time service tech,s. The residents here or the most part are very pleasant people, friendly and easy to talk to. As you can tell I have nothing but the highest regard for this property.

I've lived here for over a year, the community is very friendly and there are constant events (arranged by the apartment complex) that allows you/ family to get to know your neighbors. By far the most beautiful apartment complex I've had the opportunity to live in and i often recommend it to people looking for a new place.

We have lived here for 7 years and love it! The managers, office staff and maintenance are great and do such good work. We are fortunate to have nice neighbors and some of them have become good! friends. The landscaping and office always looks good 😊👍

I've lived in approximately 10 different apartment complex over the years and North Mountain Village puts the others to shame. The staff right down to the maintenance crew are so awesome and very helpful. The manager honestly cares and is the best one I've encountered. If you enjoy a down home fun experience try NMV.

North Mountain Village is a great place to live! They have many great community events for their residents. The front office staff is AMAZING and very helpful and caring! The Property Manager, Michelle is also amazing and very dedicated. If you are looking for a great community to call home, here its is!

This is the best property I have ever lived at. The manager creates a warm, friendly and welcoming environment. I have made really good friends here. Maintenance always takes care of my needs quickly. The entire staff cares about us as people not just tenants. There is a team that holds events 2 to 3 times a month that creates an environment where we can socialize and have fun. I am going to be here for a long time! Love you all.

I moved in May 2022. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jessica. She made my move exciting & easy, she even helped me find movers. Jessica is absolutely wonderful. I love love love my apartment. I couldn’t be happier. My neighbors are great and I love all of the events every month.

I have never come across an apartment complex with such great management. They have a great team, big shout out to Sean who was the main reason I became eager to move in. He kept it real, was super patient and flexible, and kept in great communication with me during the move-in process. The grounds are well maintained, as is the gym. The neighbors are friendly. The layouts are awesome. Nothing bad to say!
