My brother chose this taco place. The tacos are a bit overpriced for my taste. The food was tasty, but I didn't see the value. It was worth the try.

We are remodeling and had to pick up some flooring to put around the wood stove We got some ideas from one of the designers and she was very helpful. Will be back to this location for more materials when we start our master bath.

The material choices and prices are hard to beat. We have entire rooms updated with mostly Floor & Decor materials. Their return policy leaves a lot to be desired however. When you're doing a whole-home remodel, there are going to be a lot of returns, for overages or to select an alternate product. They don't account for this and after a few returns, you go onto a list and they won't accept them, even unopened and for store credit. It doesn't matter that you may have spent many thousands of dollars over a 6 month period, they won't even refund a few hundred dollars for unused products in perfect condition, still in original packaging.

I visited Staples in that shopping center. I had an excellent experience. I would definitely suggest looking there for any of your home or office needs of any kind and more.

I visited the Last Chance store and waited in line 40 minutes. They need to hire more efficient cashiers. Those cashiers need to be retrained. They also need a point of sale device that they can walk around and ring up merchandise while people are in line. There was stain on some of the clothes that were absolutely gross. This store is poorly managed and very disorganized. There is a separate line for high end brands. You can only view these brands for 2 minutes. Its ridiculous. These clothes are Nordstrom’s returns and overstock. Just shop at Nordstroms Rack. It’s only a block from this location and it’s well organized and it’s clean. They have a POS system there that they can use to check you out while you’re in line.

Decent shopping center. Gots almost every type of store you would get at the old local shopping malls back in the day!

Great shops terrible parking. The developer really needs to add a parking structure on both sides of the mall to support growth. People avoid going here bc of the parking issues.

This is a nice "market space". You'll find a good variety of shopping venues; from Applebee's to Walmart in one area 😁. I love to go to AMC Theaters and As You Wish Ceramic Studio. This is a good walking mall that spans over 3 parking lots. If have the time, spend some time exploring the entire area.

This place is always chaotic, but is likely one of the better well-rounded shopping centers in the area

Nice selection of tile!!!!!! Love being able to explore the rows of merchandise. This is not a stuffy showroom but a hands on experience and the prices reflect it. A nice addition to the Central Phoenix area - great not to have to head way out east valley to buy tile

Went to Fry's . Very nice & clean store, one of the cleanest I have seen . Everything in order easy to find. Just such a nice store to shop.

Here the trinity can be achieved, and in a reasonable amount of time. Crafts, candy, cosmetics is what I am referring to, naturally. (Micheals / Ulta / 5 Below) You can also handle picking up your business Staples , take care of your Bed Bath and Beyond, and make sure you don't miss out on your Last Chance nab that Best Buy you've been looking for. 😘

Came here to the In and Out Burger 🍔 great location with friendly service and delicious food. I can live without going to the Fry’s there rude management! When You question why the box your food from the deli comes in isn’t tared off the scale and rather than at least seeing the validity of my point and being polite, but instead copping an unprofessional attitude and this was a night manager! F U Troll 👋🤬🤯🤫

Really busy later in the day and on the weekends. Making it hard to find parking. Go during off hours and it's a great spot!

Good area to shop. Has lots of great place. Marshall's, five below, best buy, and more. Lots of food places to choose from.

I like most of the stores here...and all in one place. The Frys is always SUPER busy. It's usually a long long line to checkout. People everywhere. The parking lot in front of Frys is usually a nightmare. I find parking a 1/4 mile away most times. Nearly ran over coming and going. Not enough parking for this store for sure. On the other sides those stores have ample parking and it doesn't seem like the chaos that goes on in the Frys parking lot is anywhere around.

  • 5/5 Jerry M. 1 year ago on Google
There is a lovely group of restaurants, tucked away in the corner. When they all have their misters on, the courtyard is probably 20 degrees cooler than the parking lot. What a hidden gem! Especially in the summer, and what a perfect place to bring the pooch! A patio for almost every taste!

A nice place to shop and dine. A variety of stores, eateries and services in a 2 square block complex, most on one level. Plenty of parking with ease of handicap access. All outdoor corridors the only drawback in inclement wx or summer heat.

Nice shopping center with lots of places to shop and a few restaurants too. The main attraction here is the giant Fry's supermarket. I was there for the Great Clips hair cut place. Lots of free parking. Parking lot was clean.

This shopping strip has several retail establishments...Last Chance the discount headquarters of Nordstrom merchandise, Marshall's, Floor and Decor, Michael's, Bed Bath and Beyond,Pets Smart, Ultra, Old Navy to name a few. Also restaurants within the perimeters such as Buffalo Stop, Cold Stone Creamery, In and Out Burger, NYPD Pizza Jersey Mike's,Panera Bread, IHOP, Cafe Zupas, in addition to a Frys Food and Drug, Polish nail bar, Great Clips and a Jacksons Car Wash plus many other spots.

I love shopping here it has some of my favorite stores, but pleaseeeeee get more security here today my mother and I were harassed by a man, I told the security but she didn’t do anything about it. The man was about 6 feet tall, green shorts and a GCU T-shirt he has a backpack with him obviously he has no books inside. Please be careful this man is crazy. He has been inside the store just wondering around, the lady from the cafe told us, that he’s been there every morning since 8am for a week. Be careful!

I only visit this side of the mall because of the library. This used to be such a beautiful and quaint little mall when Mervyns was there, I was there probably 3 times a week with my kids, they used to have a little pizza place we loved , but they completely ruined it by destroying the inside of the mall. I shop Marshalls, otherwise, I don't enjoy the experience like I used to

  • 3/5 Patrick O. 7 months ago on Google
Parking was a nightmare. It was difficult to find the store we were looking for. Very poor design for an outdoor mall.

Has a lot of stores in mall and around it. Staples, Fry's, Whole Foods, PetSmart, Below 5, Michaels, Best Buy, Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls, Ulta, Bath and body works, Gap, lots of restaurants, so many I can't remember all of them.

they have a great tile selection here. it would be my assumption that this is the hub to the stores in East Valley. I will say one thing that I noticed was despite there being multiple customers waiting for orders to be brought out on the forklift, approx 8 that I saw. The gentlemen responsible for bringing it were very short and rude. They stopped everything they were doing when a friend pulled up and then resumed after about 10 to 15 minutes. My husband is a contractor and I used to work for a flooring supply company and the biggest thing is time is money. it’s costing the contractor, the customer everyone money when there’s not a well oiled machine getting the products to the customers outside.

Stopped at Best Buy for a trade-in credit towards a new phone as directed by several online sales persons. Customer Service stated they do not do that in the stores and the old phone will have to be mailed for processing. I'm still waiting to learn the disposition.

Great shopping and eating options in the heart of Phoenix. Every kind of food option you can think of, if they don't have what you are looking for, you can go down the street to Town and Country plaza.

  • 3/5 Dave B. 11 months ago on Google
I always hate that Google wants a review of a shopping center rather than the specific stores this parking lot is always very busy hard to get in and out of but conveniently located right on the 51 freeway and plenty of good stores

  • 4/5 Samuel R. 10 months ago on Google
A nice place with a unique design. I liked the way they used walkways through the middle of the complex to shorten your walk between stores on opposite sides of the Colonnade. The decor was nice, and they kept the place clean. It's pretty busy because of its location; it's right off SR51, just inside the Biltmore area, and Central to a large party of North, North-East, and East Phoenix, as well as Midtown, Uptown, Sunnyslope, and posts of Paradise Valley.

Went to Frys store here. There are many others here also. One of the cleanest frys stores in phoenix.good selection of products here.everyone in this neighborhood must love desserts, one whole aisle full of frozen yummies. The self-service checkout has a few with regular sized conveyor belts instead of the usual small unloading spots most have so is easy and quicker if you have two persons!. No baggers which dosnt bother me as a lot of them dont bag approprietly, detergent with deli ham in same bag!. Really. So a good overall experience. Floral department had marked down reasonable bouquets which at $1,25 was good. Some frys try to sell dead flowers at ridiculous prices (dont buy any floral at the frys at 3040(tough address). No florist there and sad dead arrangements at$6plus!. Even the roses could not be used just for petals!. Plus undafe area there. No beggers/homeless on your tail here. Felt safe and family friendly.

It's a plaza, the store I visited though pricey had what I needed. The directions offered to get me there were not correct. I didn't need to come off at McDowell only to do a loop around and get back on 51... it was very confusing.

I had poor CS in Michael's! I was roaming around looking for "fun foam". I came across a sales person and asked her where to find the product. She told me that they didn't carry it. I thought that was strange. I kept roaming around and wondered what I could use instead. I came upon the felt. As I considered the option, I noticed that the "fun foam" was just to the right of the felt! When I went to check out, that sales person was there. I bought this to her attention. All she said was "I call that craft foam, I don't know it by fun foam". That's ridiculous! She didn't even try or make any effort to serve me!!

This place is cool, but now that the lockdown is over, and went back how it used to be, packed with foot traffic, and allot of cars, lots of cool restaurant's in the center, on both sides of the street, but it's going to be a wait, which sucks in a °110 out side. ??

This is a Fry's Food Store with LA Gym next to it and a big vacant building that use to be Office Max. Then you have McDonald's, Starbucks, T-Mobile, Urgent Care, Chinese Restaurant, and some strange health shop supplement. My main thing is groceries, T-Mobile and the Urgent Care that is part of my medical plan

Let's discus a few things... while the businesses in this area are clean to the best of their abilities, parking is a bit of a nightmare. A little road rage also doesn't help from the other drivers. If you do stop by, plan accordingly. They do have a parking garage for lowered vehicles. I drove our red Tacoma and even that barely had clearance. This area does get super busy on the weekends and lunch time during the week. Overall, shopping is convenient.

  • 3/5 Ray M. 2 years ago on Google
I give the stars because it looked really nice and had stores I wanted and one that was recommended. I won't name it but it was as though I was thrust into a filming of the Jerry Springer Show. First you go down a floor from street level, follow the litter and it led me into the store I had been told of. It was packed with loud, pushy adults and somehow a busload of children had been turned loose with instructions to run the aisles, bumping people as they ran. I finally found the area where men's Dress clothes were. None of the sizes were in their designated areas but either on the floor or thrown on top of racks in different areas. I changed direction and went to footwear for myself and family. Same mess but I found a pair that might work but was told to Vacate the area, they were going to restock. It was two in in the afternoon! I'd pay more than retail before I would go for a discount in that store again. From what I saw the discounts were very small if any and not worth the time spent.
