One if the few Holiday Inns that doesn't advertise "enhanced cleaning" or offer a free breakfast. There is good reason for that. There was a pod left in the Keurig machine, food in the microwave, soap scum caked on the shower soap dispenser and hair in the sink. Only 1 employee wore a mask. No decaffeinated coffee available in my room or down in the lobby. No food available to take and go. No apologies offered for any of these issues. Interstate noise allowed for very little sleep. Oh, this was also the most expensive room of 6 nights on the road. Keep driving!!!!!

Friendly staff and good location right off the freeway. Bad news, it's right off the freeway. So you can hear every single car racing up. And that's not the worst. We discovered what appeared to be blood splatter all through the tub. Took a wash cloth and wiped part of it away so not sure what it was but the bath tub was definitely filthy. Staffed changed our room really quick.

Very small tv. Very close to freeway so is noisy. Too expensive (+$300) to not have breakfast included. Water pressure is not the best. Our room was not very clean, was dusty and desk was left sticky and greasy as if someone had just eaten there and cleared the table but not wiped down, luckily we brought our own wipes. Some trash left on the floor near bed. Towels are very rough. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping . Beds were comfortable. Too pricey for what we experienced.

I will give this hotel four stars because the staff was great, room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the restaurant was a nice change from most hotels theses days. Be warned it is noisy no matter where your room is. It’s all traffic noise from I10 and what sounds like street racing on Dysart. No noise from the hall or other rooms. Thankfully I suppose the AC unit is also noisy …

Very clean, air conditioned, comfortable. Very utilitarian - nothing special, but suits a need. Giving only 4 stars due to pace of cleaner(s?) who are quite slow and didn’t always get around to our room. Had to ask for clean towels more than once. Pool and hot tub are nice, but located in the parking lot, so not a lot of privacy. Bar closes at 10 and restaurant leaves something to be desired. I also noticed that when the floors are cleaned, the soap may not be completely mopped up. If you stand on the floors with wet feet, it feels extraordinarily slippery, and carpets feel almost sticky. Coffee is great and free!

Rooms were very clean. The pillows were varied from soft to hard for the customer to choose. Near the highway. Making it perfect for taxis and ride shares. A gym and Italian Bistro restaurant located inside the hotel. Will use again visiting Goodyear.

$240/nite one would expect a clean room with soap and at least a bottle of water included in the room. My room was dirty, the body-wash dispenser was filled with body lotion instead. The soap bar box was empty. The rooms are noise. You can hear every car passing by from the room. For these reasons i would not recommend this place. The front desk lady was friendly and helpful.

This time I had a bad experience in this hotel, I like to stay in this hotel chain. Only this time I didn't like the noise coming through the window. The noise of the cars that passed in the street but the worst thing was when the bedbug bites woke me up. I went to tell the manager that I had a bed bug problem in the room, I took photos and video. If you visit be careful in this place!

I have been an IHG member for years and this is by far the best hotel staff I have ever encountered. Kaila, Crystal, Angie, Ayden, Christine, Teresita, and Cam are awesome people. I don't know the manager's names but they were awesome also. Can't wait to come back and stay here again.

I didn't stay here my babe 😘 brought me to the Barabon tacos restaurant that is located inside of this hotel. This was a surprise birthday trying some tacos at the holiday inn 🎉 the tacos were very good and I saw the entrance to this hotel. Nice very modern look nice. I guess I would stay as a staycation. Maybe a babe getaway from the teenagers for a Friday night type of thing. This would be cool .... Good food, nice atmosphere music going bar fully stocked. Very cute pics 📸 and a nice lobby. And they were busy good networking spot. I think I try it out. I'll be back with more to come 😉..follow for more.

This place was an absolute nightmare. Ran by “the manager” a very miserable woman. Our service was terrible, took us a complete 2+ hours to get into our room due to switching up the rules multiple times by 2 of the front desk lady staff. Completely had to wipe out my reservation that I’ve had mind you since May, and start a new one not with the same price. Almost $100+ more for one night. The room was a suite, a much older room, a rotting shower roof, old ceilings, old pool, old jacuzzi. Bedding was clean but just old furniture and a tv from the 1990’s. Around 830 am, someone actually opened our door also and didn’t say anything. Like, what?!? Who runs this place? We only got this hotel because the location of the hotel distance to the raceway for a concert we attended. Overall, don’t go here. There’s many other hotels I saw down the road that looked a lot more updated.

My cousin drove in town headed to Illinois from Cali and so I met him to try and find a room since it’s been almost 10 years since we seen each other and he had no place to sleep. Holiday Inn wouldn’t take our form of payment(Chime) so we decided to get some food from Tacos Baron so he could clock in for work, eat, and at least try to lay his head down for a couple of hours until he hits the road again for Chicago. Gigi the “General Manager” sent 2 other individuals into Taco Baron to let us know we’re going to have to leave. “ they didn’t think we would be there that long” then sent her manager Rene to let us know if we don’t leave soon that they’d trust pass us. Mind you this is a couple hours after we ate and started working remotely. Gigi stated herself that “it was weird” for my cousin to be laying his head down with his blanket pretty much assuming we’re homeless/drug addicts. I felt very disrespected and judged and would’ve thought as a black woman Gigi would have better common courtesy for other people. I guess not. I’ll never want to spend money with Taco Baron AGAIN BECAUSE of Gigi and Rene at HOLIDAY INN. It’s unacceptable!

Came in great service at the entrance. No 2 bed bedroom but they provided a King Room and the best is quite big perfect for a big family. Nearby restaurants including one inside so food is no problem. Rooms appeared clean and preventable and very friendly staff to help and answer any questions. Overall will definitely add this to favorite areas if I never need to rest nearby.
