Staff were very friendly and helped me customize my drink as she took my order. Was surprised with how busy it was on a Monday but with still plenty of space for more customers to sit and not feel overcrowded. My americano was delicious and the cheese Danish yummy. Really liked the it here.

It has gotten much busier and louder near the coffee shop so that’s a downside. Overall I go here for breakfast or a snack pick me up in the afternoon. It’s a good meetup spot. Has lots of space and easily walkable to in downtown. They have good home made whip cream and the guy who makes to food is awesome.

I love the drip coffee here! I mix this with Silk Almond Milk Vanilla creamer and its an otherworldly experience. The coffee has these deep and rich notes without the bitterness that you may get from dark roasts. They have a revolving pastry menu, but you'll normally see the local favorite-Cinnamon Rolls! Have them serve it warmed for you-DELICIOUS. Parking can be a bit of a challenge would be the only downside. Most of the patrons are locals who just walk there from their homes or apartments in the area. The weekend mornings ate the busiest-go early if you want to sit inside. Plenty of outdoor seating also. The staff are also pretty down to earth and help you with suggestions if you're a first time visitor. Enjoy!!

This coffee shop nailed it when it comes to cozy vibes. There are comfy couches, chairs, and plants everywhere. The employees are nice and the atmosphere overall is wonderful. All of the staff were really accommodating and personable. This place is super cute with lots of character. Their coffee is good and one of a kind. I highly recommend this place to all coffee addicts.

Located in Downtown Phoenix. Cute place, but didn’t have 2% milk on the menu. Note: If you have a coffee shop, don’t just have the “new milks” available and I don’t like to have whole and skim milk mixed. It does not taste the same. Also, they don’t have sleeves for their cups, instead they offer you another cup- which in reality is more expensive for the business and not all plastic cups are recyclable. They get 2 stars off for those things. They do have really good breakfast burritos though! And the service is good. Ample seating inside and out on the back patio.

Vet try friendly service here! The drinks were done before we walked to the pick up zone! The pomegranate green tea is delicious and there are vegan bakery options like the vegan and gluten free muffin. The lemonade is best for people that do not prefer it being sweet.

One of the best coffee shops in town as all knew! They have great coffee and delicious cookies here! The staff is super friendly, actually, they are the most welcoming and the nicest people I ever met in a coffee shop. We would be coming back here again soon. I would recommend this to everyone who loved coffee.

I’m huge on good coffee and this place wasn’t good at all. I got a Vanilla latte and it just tasted super burnt. I personally won’t be returning and there are so many other places in the valley that taste 100% better.

Wow. Best latte I've had in a very long time. My first experience with oat milk, definitely recommend. Perfectly foamed. Cute place, too. Friendly staff.

Great coffee, great staff, very quick service and the place was busy! Easy street parking. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Oatmeal was watery.

Espresso and lemonade. SO GOOD! Very friendly staff and refreshing drinks. They roast their own blends too. A great place to study and watch the street from some AC

Now that we’ve been here 100 times I think it’s safe to leave a review. Lola is THE BEST. absolutely delicious coffee, excellent pastries and great breakfast sandwiches and burritos. We started buying their coffee to make at home on the days we can’t get there in person and it’s really good too. Oh, and you can bring your dog.

  • 5/5 Alvera A. 4 years ago on Google
Lola Coffee didn't disappoint. I went with the tortilla espanola and the orchard French toast for dessert. Both were delicious in their own way. The tortilla was great mainly due to the brava sauce otherwise would be standard. The French toast is sweet as it should be and thought the shaved apple took away from it.

Lovely cafe! Delicious coffee. Super hip vibe and area. I tried this place with a friend yesterday and it did not disappoint. I am an avid coffee drinker and I generally always try a cafes vanilla lattes to gauge quality. This cafe has AMAZING coffee! It has great flavor and not bitter at all. It is very smooth. The service was good and it's a great place to hang out or study! I will be back for sure.

Came here around 4pm on a Tuesday and got an americano and a latte. Service was fast and coffee was good! I didn’t try any food items or anything else, but coffee was good!

Came in for a quick coffee.. service was fast and friendly… the coffee was mediocre… not overly sweet which I like.. but not a memorable taste… the shop was a bit dingy.. could use a good spring cleaning.. or ther then that cool

  • 2/5 Sydney A. 5 months ago on Google
The shop itself was super cool!! A great location and cute decor. However, the parking was really confusing and hard to find, and the service wasn’t great. As my friends and I were ordering the woman taking our order seemed more interested in talking with her co-worker than us. They also have a private restroom that required a key and it wasn’t very clean :(

  • 4/5 Robert Billings (. 9 months ago on Google
I really like Lola's, super low key but comfortable and convenient. The coffee is really good although the prices are a touch higher than a chain spot. Plugs are along the wall not in the middle and the wifi hasn't failed me yet. What more could you want. Oh! It has garage parking and an outdoor seating area too.

  • 3/5 A S. 8 months ago on Google
I ordered a cold brew & a slice of coffee cake. I guess they don’t make cold brew here because I was served an iced coffee instead (very different). I would have preferred the barista letting me know that they don’t serve cold brew there, instead of just giving me an iced coffee without saying so. The iced coffee was not good, it was overly acidic and very bitter so I poured it out when I got home. My boyfriend who works at Starbucks said it was over brewed. The coffee cake was okay, the size for the price checks out when you consider the quality of the pastry itself. It was baked well but something about the flavor was off, the crumble on top had a weird after taste. The building is cute and the service was fine but I will not be back.

seriously so good! don’t get the strawberry danish unless you want to be craving it for weeks😂 But seriously, this spot was very cozy with fast service. The espresso is strong, in the best way, and the drinks are not overly sweet. Great variety on their menu too! One thing they should look into adding is an espresso tonic!

  • 5/5 Teresa C. 1 year ago on Google
This place is great. I love the ambiance, and the staff is friendly. When it was my time to order, I asked the barista about the parking in the area and ran out before confirming the order. When I came back she remembered my order 😊 It is quite busy with working professionals bustling in and out, as well as sitting at tables as they network and enjoy their drinks. Some people have even brought their pups in! Although it's busy, it has a relaxed feel to it (It's a great spot for people watching). I can't speak to their kitchen, but their cinnamon roll pairs nicely with a latte. The cream cheese icing is a bit sweet, but I am sensitive to sweet things. The latte is great - I'm really particular about my espresso drinks, and this hits the spot!

Love visiting this place! When I'm in town and meeting friends, this is my go to. Amazing teas, THE BEST coffee cake, and such a great atmosphere. Downtown Phoenix parking is a little tricky, but they have decent parallel parking spots right on the side on 3rd that's public. Favorite spot in Phoenix for coffee FOR. SURE. My friends who drink coffee say nothing but good things about their coffee as well.

  • 5/5 Lilo S. 1 year ago on Google
Fun little coffee shop! Delicious coffee with a moderate selection of pastries. I had the cheese Danish, which was flaky, sweet and yummy! The service was friendly and fast! Great place to sit and catch up on work or reading.

Got the Matador iced and a blueberry muffin. Coffee was really good, kinda sweet. Blueberry muffin tasted fresh and was a good size. Came around 1 so there wasn't a large selection of snacks left but still had some options. Clean inside and had a nice outside seating area. Wasn't too busy around the time I went so there was a lot of seating options.

  • 5/5 Alexander C. 1 year ago on Google
Tasty coffee, fast service, and good vibes! It's in a great part of Phoenix too.

  • 5/5 Robin N. 1 year ago on Google
Has one of the best baristas around. Can't find many that don't ruin a mocha drink with too much chocolate and not mixed well. Her matador impressed. Wish I had her name. The pastries are tasty. I like the neighborhood feel. University students studying and families, solos and couples. Sorry haven't tried any breakfast or lunch yet.

  • 5/5 msbusyblonde 1 year ago on Google
I picked this stop because I liked the look and feel of the tucked away back patio. I live north of town in the desert so I enjoyed the feel of being in town... listening to the fan whir at the laundromat next door and seeing the tall city buildings in view. I enjoyed the cheese and potato pastry, although a bit dry (as most non-made in house items get). The Matador coffee is one of the best coffees I've had in a while. I think after so many trendy and gimmicky drinks that I've had over time, the Matador was a comfy reminder of why coffee is good.

Cute place, friendly staff and great breakfast burrito. BUT I sat on their chairs outside for 10 seconds before I got stung multiple times by what I think are fleas. They should really call an exterminator or clean up the curbside seating area, 1 day later and it's still scrathing like crazy

We stop in for coffee & a pup cup several times a week. Lola is the kind of place where you start to feel like a “regular” - we see the same folks in there almost every time (plus many new faces) which is a good sign that this is the place to be! It’s unpretentious & errs more on the side of being a place of conversation vs a work spot. The drinks are consistently made & the house baked pastries are always a treat. They have a great back patio that’s perfect in the mornings. The best part? Lola is super dog friendly.

Very cool place and fantastic tasting coffees, pastries and baked goods. Friendly staff and quick service. Comfortable place to sit, either inside or outside, have a cup and shoot the breeze.

It was our first time to experience the place but I could say that the place was very wonderful. If small floor space is full, you could ask the staff to go upstairs because it's a great way to rest from people who are busy talking and there, you could enjoy the view. Apart from good coffee, you will find here a nice selection of ceramics from local artists. Ideal place

The Coffee Shop was very clean and organized! I am very happy that my friend told me about your beautiful and wide shop. When I went to the shop, the staff greeted me with a beautiful smile. I also observed that the place was very convenient to have a meeting and to study if you are a student. What a nice place, guys!

The best coffee shop in the city! I always had my morning coffee in this coffee shop located a few blocks from our office. I was so satisfied and happy every time I sip on their coffee partnered with their muffins! It was like a perfect combination. My day is incomplete without having these duo!

It's Monday, and this coffee shop was all I needed! I really need the caffeine for me to start my long day for work, and this coffee shop never fails to provide me an excellent coffee. The barista who handled my coffee really made it well, and I would like to commend him for that. Indeed, the best place to start your day, right! THANKS!

We visited for coffee and cake after a long walk on a cold frosty day. My partner, who considers himself to be quite an expert on such matters, declared this coffee shop to be the best he has ever tasted. I had a traybake which was also delicious, and the coffee was served piping hot with a smile. We will be back!

I usually visited this coffee shop when I got bored at my house. I really like this coffee shop because they served the best coffee in town. The place was so quiet and relaxing as well, which I like the most. The crews were very polite and kind as well. The pastry they had was mouthwatering. I can't wait to visit this coffee shop again.

Massive breakfast sammies + great baked goods = what you need in your life right now. This place has a great selection of breakfast foods, plus the coffee (I had a dirty chai latte) and teas are delicious and done well. The staff are polite and engaging, plus the interior is inviting and very much a good working environment. If you're local to the area or just visiting downtown I definitely recommend Lola for your early morning needs!

Honestly, she served my ordered nicely and properly, and I loved it all. Also, the place was very good to take a photo, for it was stylish, clean, and nice. Others must visit! The area was also perfect for work. There was ample seating, many plugs, and WiFi that worked fairly well. Sometimes the wifi would be slow when there were many people there, but it was never down in the few hours I was there. There were also some rude people on their phones, but nothing that I couldn't drown out with headphones.
