Small in size, making it a lot easier to navigate. A convenient location, variety of good foods to choose from, two entertainment areas for the kiddos and over a dozen nice quality clothing stores for cheap 👌🏼...There’s also a movie theater, a curacao and Mercado de los Cielos inside😍🙌🏽 ****Update (Dec6th)**** moved the center piece stage and placed a carousel 🎠 ****

Very interesting mall! I needed to go to Bath and Body Works, so came here. The mall seems pretty empty considering Christmas is nearly here. I didn't recognize the vast majority of stores here, but it was fun walking around and window shop. There is a Dillard's Outlet store that had fantastic prices. The mall is decorated nicely for Christmas.

Awesome! This mall has everything, and I'm lucky because the prices are reasonable. I enjoy shopping here because they have the best and most important products. The shopping experience was memorable, and I'm confident I'll return here this weekend!

Great mall if you want to avoid being crowded. It is growing in size and has something for everyone. Love getting Mexican food and candy here plus there are so many unique places to shop. Definitely one of my favorites.

Been going here since I was a kid. It's a good place to spend the afternoon. Get an outfit, food, and haircut. Bath & Body works is great, wish there was a bigger arcade like there used to be. Maybe the food court could use some different restaurants also. Kinda feel like 80% of the restaurants in the mall are Mexican.

I remember when this mall was built. Now there are a few chain retail shops but the majority are private owned businesses. The food court is small yet people still enjoy what food choices are left. The biggest plus to Desert Sky Mall is the Dillard's clearance.

A rundown mall with terrible shops. This should not even be classified as a mall anymore! No anchor stores whatsoever. Skip this place and go to westgate, you'll appreciate my referral. I only write honest reviews and if you agree with this, please hit the like button.

At Arrowhead mall it is quite large and I didn't want to forget where my truck was parked. But the mall is still open and lots of stores are there as well. The employees are good to me .

If management of the mall sees this please consider making a huge change the the mall. We need to modernize the mall to make it look more welcoming. All I hear about the mall is about the bad and never hear good. Palm trees surrounding the mall on the outskirts would be a start and changing the colors of the inside and outside. Powerwashing/cleaning the perimeter etc. the new building’s surrounding the mall are being made and the right way. I want to see the mall thrive like others and what was once an amazing mall.

Received a couple bath & body works coupons in the mail. They were having semi annual sale with featured items drastically reduced in price, think was up to 75% off select items and I got to use my 20% coupon I got in the mail with the already low discounted items. I paid less than $20 for a spray, 2 lotions, and a shower gel + got a free gift. I was very happy with my visit. And I stopped in VS and took advantage of the 50% off sale and got an outfit for $30! Love it!

Honestly, this mall is pretty awesome! Even though it's relatively small it has many stores I love to shop at like bath and body works, Burlington, and many many more! Although the mall is kinda of old looking and hasn't changed for the past 5 years I've been there. My son loves the arcade/ claw machine area he always enjoys wasting my money and getting no prizes LOL 😂

I've been coming to this mall for years now, and it's a very popular mall in Phoenix, you can't go wrong here with finding amazing food, people and culture, the diversity is what makes this place very unique in every way. I'm always happy going here it feels like home every time although I do not live in this area anymore but will always visit Desert Sky any chance I get.

Hey y'all 👋 🤠! I just got back from Vida Spa. The Chinese masseuse who did the work, in 45 mins he found the damaged areas and 3 large pain knots and in my neck. When he worked out the pain knots the recirculating blood felt absolutely amazing. He also ran 20 hot 🔥 rocks 🪨 over my back and I could hear the cracks from the tightness all over. I got a $10 discount for frequently visiting but I also gave him a $10 tip too he was well worth it. I'll definitely be back soon.

I placed 2 online orders through the app and someone went to pick them up. They have not gave them one of the orders and made them pay for another one. When I spoke to the girl there she was so unprofessional and lied stating the person that picked up one order refused to pick up the other one and it was already paid for. I asked for a refund a she said she couldn’t refund me. I told the girl I would call back and when I did she never answered and kept sending me to voicemail. I am so disgusted with Cinnabon I will be filing a formal complaint against this location! ******UPDATE******* I went back up there to pick up the order they never gave my friend yet again driving 30 min to get there, since they refused to answer my calls. When I get there they changed their story of handing both orders to my friend, to him only showing a receipt for one even though he gave them my name. I requested a refund and the Hispanic girl in the pink shirt refused to refund us and said that’s our problem we bought another item and not there’s, mind you it was just purchased 1hr ago and never touched and I was well within Cinnabons 30day refund policy. They became threatening and I had to call 911 to come and assist me, one of the girls had 3 Hispanic males surrounding my family and I. I asked her for her name and she refused to provide it even when the police asked( yes the police had to be called for our protection) She finally called her boss and they told her to refund me but she still refused to refund my online orders. She then lied again saying the order had been refunded to our card and gave Us no receipt or cash, because we paid with a $20 bill! My friend reminded her of it and she looked at the receipt again, then issued change. This was completely unnecessary and lacked customer service all the way around! They refused to give me my receipt back or a refund receipt. I still didn’t get my Churros buns. After this I will never shop at Cinnabon again, my family tradition of that is now broken thanks to that store and those girls.

The Nirvana dispensary is inside the mall parking lot. So I didn't actually go in the mall itself. But because I always get good customer service at this location, I'll rank five stars anyway.

Lived in Phoenix for 23 years. I have avoided this place for 23 years, due to the history of shootings here. But it is just like every other mall, struggling to stay alive. It is actually pretty clean and still has quite a few stores in there.

I love this mall, despite it being outdated. Its a little ghetto & it feels like there is only 2 bathrooms, one on each end of the mall-usually always dirty. Its got all of the good stores though. More than the normal Plus Size stores/sections. The food court is great-authentic cultural foods.

Not to bad for a Thursday morning, mall wasn’t pack at all. Plenty of parking I would say great spot for a small walk. I only stop for some exercise, walking around in a Air Condition building. No shopping just gazing at some of their winters arrivals. Just enjoying the moment!!!!

Beautiful Mall decorated well for Christmas the best thing about malls nowadays is there's no crowds you can pretty much walk into any store any kiosk and get served. That is something that online shopping will never be able to replace I recommend. Nuff said

While I was here we went on lockdown for a supposed live shooter situation. Turns out someone just smashed a piece of glass. Real ghetto vibes coming from here. But man, swaggz is worth it, best shop in the store. I would've (and could've) died for some of their selection of clothes

It was surprisingly not bad! I didn't know this mall had so many stores, the signage outside doesn't reflect that. Like UK thought they closed the Burlington coat factory, but to my surprise it was open! It was very clean and I will go back again!

They had the most trustworthy, accommodating, and friendliest staff than any grocery store has in the city. The drinks are good though. And they were nice enough to just let us leave despite already ordering and having juice drinks.

Wonderful experience at this shopping mall! This mall has so many stores for people to shop for various items. Plenty of places to eat or buy snacks. An area for the kids to ride small rides or play games. This place has a grocery store, movie theaters, onsite pictures, even a place to rent to own electronics. Check out Desert Sky Mall for yourself! You will be glad that you did!

Not too many stores. Alot of mexican candy stores in one location never seen so many in the same building. Gives the vibe of an old mall that hardly no one goes to shop. K momo got to outrageous with the prices on their clothes which would be the only good clothing store there. Wouldn't suggest it unless you are trying to pay $29.99 for a crop top that barely covers your chest.

  • 4/5 Tia B. 1 year ago on Google
This used to be my favorite mall to visit. Went to Burlington and was disappointed. It used to have a larger variety of clothing and accessories to choose from. The store was not as clean as it could have been. I will be back to the mall but I won't be going back to Burlington.

  • 3/5 Michael S. 1 year ago on Google
Older mall. Not too many many stores no more. No more Sears here. But as soon as you walk in the food court has a few options. Called Chinese food in the 1st spot. My favorite pizza place right after that at Gus Pizza! Alot of shoe stores. Good fragrance store. Jewelry stores. Then the Mexican part and shops in the back. There is a little bit of things at this mall but still has a lot of things and shops you might still need. I give this mall 3 starts. It's ok i do like it but it could be better and needs new stores. Arrowhead mall more popular then this. Over all good mall. Single level mall.

The mall seems outdated. Could use a makeover. The parking lot was kind of rough. The bathrooms were dirty.. Not too many stores I recognize, but the smaller stores have some interesting stuff you don't normally see at malls. Overall, it's alright. Just could use a clean up and more recognizable stores.

I was quite surprised by my visit after such a long time of not being here. In short, if you are really looking at celebrating some authentic Mexican culture and need candy, clothing, boots, or Mariachi outfits, this really is the mall for you! I was pleasantly surprised to see how many cool stores were there including some national brands, but the unique part about this particular mall is that you get an opportunity to immerse yourself in some incredible Mexican cultural items that is just as good as being in Mexico itself. I'm definitely going to plan another opportunity to come out so I can have some of the delicious food and really spend some time in the Mercado de los Cielos!

This mall became a dirty ghetto mall. It used to be a nice place to take your kids to go shopping. But now there's mold, paint peeling, dull paint in areas, the food court employees don't wear globes when touching your food, and don't have hair neys on! Which is an issue when your trying to eat and get a hair in your food!

  • 2/5 IR F. 11 months ago on Google
Upon entering this establishment, I was instantly transported to a bygone era when shopping malls were something to look forward to. This trip down memory lane quickly came crashing back to earth once I was a couple steps in. The flea market side was so crowded that I could barely get through pushing my God child in her stroller. Once I got the actual mall side it was pretty drab and had a kind of sad vibe. Of course I visited the food court and I'm sad to say that it was a huge disappointment. There is nothing outstanding about this place. If you're going to pay retail prices and want that "fun" mall experience, might I suggest you not expect too much here.

Clean well organized easy to find store fronts not a lot of vendors in the main walk areas. My only issue is there us no GameStop in the mall but that is not a bad thing just not one there. But all around a great place to go

It's was my last resort place to go. I found somewhat i was looking for, but It's so run down and not very clean to me. Burlington is just a mess to find anything in there.

Decided to do some shopping here today, Tuesday November 14th. I’m a truck driver, so I decide to bobtail there. I park in parking lot. 5 seconds after I parked, Security lady drives over to me in the security truck. Security then says, “I’m giving you 2 hours to park here”. Confused , I said, oh there is a time limit I can park? I asked is this time limit for everyone? Security says, no it’s not for the other vehicles because they are shopping. I said, well that’s why I’m here also , to shop. I guess she thought I was trying to park over night. She could have simply asked me. Or she could have waited just 3 minutes, and she would have seen me getting out to go inside the mall. Instead, with an attitude she said, “I’m giving you 2 hours to park”. So matter of factly. Other than that inconvenience , I enjoyed my time here at Desert Sky mall. The street tacos from the Mexican restaurant was hot, fresh and delicious! The Hawaii refresher drink was great. The employees at footlocker were beyond helpful. Also, I received the best foot message at store named Just Relax. The ladies in Rue21 were fantastic! When I’m in Phoenix Arizona again, I will definitely return to Desert Sky mall.

The most diverse mall I ever went too. Food court is great. Mexican products everywhere. It felt like a Mercado.

Phoenix has so many really cool malls like Arizona Mills, Chandler and, frankly, Scottsdale Fashion Center, that Desert rates okay in comparison.
