A little off the beaten path as there is nothing in walking distance to do. May be an area they are building up but I was hungry late and had no option besides overpriced hotel snacks. Service was good. The ladies that work at the bistro were courteous and friendly. I actually enjoyed the hotel food I ordered. Many hotels I find the quality to be suboar especially for the prices charged. Room was really clean which I appreciated. I also loved the thermostat could be changed down to 60. I'm a cold natured person so this was a huge plus!

Honestly if I could give this place one star I would. Checking in was smooth and fun because Sierra checked us in, but after that it was a disaster. The Bistro was over priced for the quality of food. The waitress with the green hair who works nights demanded that I tip her and so i did to calm her down a bit but then i noticed my card was charged for more than the total+tip was. Its shocking to me to have recieved this service considering in March i visited and recieved the best service from Genesis in Bistro, and Adrian from front desk. Honestly i expected much more. The pool was green and dirty. Room was very clean and Laura the housekeeper went above and beyond to help me get extra towels.

The rooms are clean, and housekeepers are doing a good job, but the shower needs to be upgraded. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are in pump bottles. I pumped one of the bottles, and the holder for the bottles are mounted with double-sided foam mounting tape. The bottle and holder came off the shower wall. Luckily, I caught it. The shower tile floor had cracks and rust forming at the shower door. Caulking repairs appear to be sloppy. I did run into one of the maintenance guys who was really nice, so I brought the body wash bottle coming off the wall to his attention. Front desk people are also nice. Staff are nice, but I do think Marriott needs to upgrade these showers.

We stayed here because it was close to the concert venue. Overall it was a somewhat disappointing experience. The room appeared to be clean but on closer inspection there was moldy dust in the vent of the ac unit. My partner and I were sneezing and coughing by the end of day one. We didn’t want to use the ac after that for concern about inhaling more mold spores. Keep in mind this is Phoenix in August, daily temps were over 100 degrees. The pool was mostly clean, however there were times when there were no towels available and the hot tub was never hot. The bed was saggy and the pillows were lumpy. The couch in our room I’m didn’t have any pillows or cushions on the back so it wasn’t a comfortable spot to sit.

Served its purpose, off the freeway, close to the stadium, lots of restaurants nearby! Fair price, quiet, with in house eatery/bar & workout area. Next time, sofa sleeper okay for kids, NOT adults! Will keep in mind for football season!

Everything about our stay was excellent! Temp of the room was perfect despite it being 110 outside! Beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff was friendly and efficient. Checkin and check out was seamless. Excellent location with a beautiful pool. Traffic noise from the interstate was a mild annoyance at times but no fault of the hotel! I recommend this hotel! Great Value, especially for Bonvoy Members

Nice Lounge area, huge pool, small fitness room. No complementary breakfast. You have to pay for the Starbucks that is inside. The hotel market is really small and doesn't have a good variety. The room itself was very clean and spacious. The bathroom exhaust didn't work in my room so it was really uncomfortable.

The room was clean. We stayed here after my surgery. Its 1 mile from Banner Estrella Hospital. The staff was nice and friendly. They also have Starbucks coffee in the lobby. The downside its very noisy next to the 101 freeway. My cell service inside the hotel was a dead zone. They do have free wifi. And the pool area was closed. Super bummed about that.

We arrived to friendly staff. The lobby is mostly open concept with slight separation between lounge and work areas. There is a starbucks on site that doubles as the bar in the evenings. We checked in around 1:30pm and neither were open. Decor throughout is modern. Our room was on the back side with a balcony. It seems that all of the balcony rooms are on this side (facing west) and it provides opportunity to enjoy the beautiful sunset. The room has a pretty spacious layout with a couch and desk. Only oddity is the positioning of the TV which is somewhat difficult to view from the bed, however it does pull out from the desk a bit. Huge bonus is microwave in room!! (First hotel to have this in our last 3 stays of our road trip) Bathroom is also mostly roomy and clean. Shower is a bit narrow but the water pressure is immaculate! I especially liked the shelf for shaving and/or storage of personal hygiene products. Im not a fan of tile & grout on the floor of the shower but it all seemed clean. They also do provide a mat for additional traction. Gym has more than enough to suffice for a vacay workout. In the back they have an outdoor lounge area, complete with strung lights and spacial seating. Landscaping makes for the perfect relaxing nights. The pool is quite large and ‘L’ shaped. They also have a jacuzzi. Only negative is the very close & noisy interstate traffic. Overall a great stay. Definitely would recommend for couples and families alike! **additional note: we are traveling with a dog, which sometimes makes it difficult to find a decent priced hotel that is nice and accepts pets. If you are looking to stay in this area with a dog, this is where you want to stay!!

I love this hotel and I love the room I’m in. If you’re traveling with dogs, this is the hotel you want to stay at. Ask for room 132 or 134 if you’re booking with the hotel directly. There’s a small patio with the room that has a sliding door and a gate that leads into the big courtyard. The pool gate is also 15’ from your patio. Hefty shade on this side of the building as well.

First I will say the staff are friendly. Location is terrible, I did not get sleep the entire time. All you hear is cars and trucks on the highway. Loud engines keep you from falling asleep. I had a room with a view of the highway and I heard it, it made my business trip very difficult, unable to sleep, not able to get work done when in the room due to the distraction. They are getting remodeled and how no air-conditioning in the elevators and the work out roo. Is kept hot. Some people like a hot workout I rather air-conditioning. They also don't have much in the gym, some free weights 2 treadmills 2 elliptical and a stationary bike, not the worst hotel gym but I definitely have seen better. The first room I was given had a non working TV but then they moved me to the room I stayed the duration on the 4th floor facing the highway. I definitely did not get a Marriott feel staying here more of a Best Western quality. They have a small starbucksish area to buy beverages and some food. They had a homeless man in the lobby on day 1, when I came down to see the menue on the coffee area (that management had asked to leave.) I would not recommend this specific Marriott.

No free coffee in lobby, but there is a Starbucks if you want to pay for coffee. Hot tub is great! Rooms are nice and clean, but a little small. Pool is large. Inside the room was quiet at night.

It’s a good hotel but a hotel is just a building it’s the staff that makes it your front desk staff especially your night audit are all amazing, friendly, attentive and just very helpful anytime I asked for anything! Thank you for making me feel at home and comfortable!!

Place was extremely clean and beds were comfortable. Starbucks inside and that was a plus. Starbucks inside has higher prices than a normal Starbucks but very convenient. Sofa bed was not comfortable at all. But the bed itself was great. Clean inside and out and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Also pet friendly with a great area outdoors.

We’ve stayed twice and had a good experience both times. It’s pet-friendly! Clean, comfortable, plenty of amenities, and it has a huge pool. The full renovations are finally complete, so we look forward to our third stay, too.

Room was clean, hotel was clean, staff was super friendly. Great parking. Only down side was the noisy cars that only seem to drive at night lol

There are times when a hotel review is not solely based on the facility, housekeeping or the updates of the rooms. It can be based on what transpires on reactions during unexpected situations. This Courtyard had and main waterline shutdown to the entire hotel. It happens. It’s unfortunate. My fiancé and I were to stay at the hotel the entire day. The break happened in the morning. Certainly can’t stay at a hotel with no water. I need to give Kristina DeForest, the Assistant General Manager, much credit. She made sure that we were taken care of by transferring us to another affiliated hotel in the area. This was a pleasant and proper reaction by the hotel in this situation. I look forward to staying there again our next visit to the Phoenix area knowing that they would ‘do the right thing’.

Most hotels have the either a small area for continental breakfast or a legit, sit down restaurant. This had the small area and a counter style restaurant. Mainly disappointed in the lack of free coffee and water the lobby/sitting area. I guess they wanted you to purchase it. Room was typical but the mini fridge was so loud I had to unplug it and when the TV didn't work upon check-in, the front desk walked me through reboot steps versus sending someone up. The hotel served my purpose but not what I normally expect from Courtyards.

Decided to have a staycation to enjoy the pool and my request for early check in was no able to be accomodated and once arrived had to wait 15 minutes after the normal check in before my room was ready however was given 2 dinner passes to help recrify the situation. Room was new with modern decorations and the pool was extremly clean. The front ladies One was named Sofaea was extremely professional and friendly I highly reccomend this hotel.

I love staying at Mariott hotels. My issue I have and say at each location that has it is the bistro. Very expensive and not good food. These are usually found in the higher end ones, but are not great. Room is great, beds are soft,

Beautiful Stay, customer service from night staff was very helpful. I am outraged at the shipping cost. I left an one single shoe mistakenly. They wanted to charge me $195.00, $175.00 or $43.00. I spent a lot of money throughout my stay at the restaurant. I even tipped the room attendant a worthy amount. I called my family to pick my shoe up. The Sunday night staff is absolutely amazing other than the shipping, I had a great time. That's ridiculous for the amout of shipping cost.

Nice clean rooms, largish pool, has jacuzzi uses bubbles with no high-powered jets. First 2 floors are pet friendly. You will have to travel a few blocks for food that is not the hotels, or have it delivered. Great internet usually.

Nice hotel to stay in with reasonable prices. The staff is super friendly and the hotel is clean all around. Didn't make it to breakfast, pillows could be a little refreshed but bedding was nice. Overall 9/10.

The staff was nice and the rooms were super clean. Some details were missed such as grout and peeling paint. The exterior was not cleaned up often, the same cigarette butt and bottle cap were in the gazebo for all four days of our stay. Also there were a lot of ants in the gazebo and on the walkways that could have been sprayed down.

I enjoyed my stay at the courtyard hotel. It was very clean and comfortable, and I was able to swim finally! But these pictures go back about 30 years, The very last picture being the most important. My mother was still with me. I haven't been right since she passed almost 4 years ago. I'm finally coming back around. I've been down, but a quiet place can always wake a real woman up. Thanks Courtyard Marriott hotel.

This place is incredible. Fantastic room with a nice view. The little restaurant bar in the lobby is wonderful. One if the best steaks in this old man's life!

Very pleasant stay. The room was impeccable, the mattress was very comfy, and the linens were very clean. We slept comfortably here. Shower temp and pressure was great too. Also the location was really nice. Lots nearby, and right next to the freeway. Highly recommend.

Nice spot. Awesome management. ✅️ Right off the stack. What a hotel experience should be like. The only thing that could be different here is the large bump in the entrance to the hotel parking lot. Good luck if you're in a low rider. Oh and they do not serve breakfast or coffee or anything free of charge so if the shoddy coffee maker in your room doesn't work, they will not care, lady at the front desk told me go buy some.... so I did.

Nice clean room and friendly desk staff. Only thing that wasn't good was breakfast it was expensive and cold. My French toast was still cold and frozen in the middle even after I asked them to microwave it for a few minutes.

The hotel overall is a comfortable place to stay, though I was disappointed with how firm the mattress was. Also hope the kitchen considers providing more vegan options for breakfast.

I will keep coming back to this Marriott. The hospitality is great. Marcy who works in the Bistro at night is fantastic, the staff here make if feel like a home away from home

For the price this place isn’t worth it. Restaurant staff treats you like you owe them something when all they did was press a couple of buttons on a computer. I tip well when served. I do not tip when made to feel like I’m at a fast food joint with over salted and over priced food. Rooms are nice walls are thin

Stayed here because it was close to where we were attending a concert. The room was very nice, very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was close to everything we needed. We will definitely stay again and would recommend.

I love Marriott hotels. And I would had stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott down the street if it wasn't $50 more expensive. So what drew me to this particular Marriott branded hotel was the room rate. We stayed one night. The overall experience was just ok. The room layout made no sense...in fact... horrible room layout. My husband had to place the TV on top of a rollout desk so it can face the bed. Normally the TV is put right in front of the bed. But for some reason it wasn't at this hotel. There is no place to plug in an USB cord like other modern hotels. The bathroom was very dated. The pillows felt worn out and flat. The elevator was slow and hot...as if it didn't have any ventilation. The hotel was built in 2008 and it shows. It definitely needs a renovation. The front desk receptionist was nice. I don't think I'll stay at this particular Courtyard Marriott ever again.

The stay was great pool was fun but I had an incident where i had a metal rack land on my foot when removing the blankets from the closet and i was told there was nothing i can do becauae my reservation was through a third party and my foot is still bruised

  • 5/5 Sheryl L. 1 year ago on Google
We stayed her because of its close proximity to the Al- Chin pavilion. The beds were nice, you can watch your Netflix on the TVs, and the showers was nice and hot! View wasn’t much, we were pretty close to the freeway. It could get a little noisy but it didn’t bother me much. There is a cafe downstairs- I had avocado toast, as they didn’t have much for vegan options- but they did have fruit and oatmeal as well. When they do have them they have beyond meat breakfast sausages, but they were out of a few things that day so just don’t count on it. Staff was pleasant as well.

First off, the fact that I could check in hours early was a blessing. The room's beautiful swimming pool has many good sitting areas. Everyone who worked here had a great personality atmosphere that reminded me of Home. Deafly going to revisit this one.

  • 3/5 deborah d. 2 years ago on Google
Stay away from the pool. The bed and the room were excellent, and the staff is great. But the pool water was very cloudy and nasty, and the grounds look like they haven't been cleaned in years. The pool area definitely needs remodeling also. We were looking forward to using the pool but we will not come back here because of that

  • 4/5 Darlene B. 1 year ago on Google
Would’ve given it a 3 1/2 due to the construction next door was not great not to mention the noise during the day. The mud on the road to hotel and dirt parking lot if there wasn’t any pavement spaces available. For an every other day housekeeping option offered by the hotel there are small trash cans that fill fast and not other options to discard trash. All in all not a bad place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
