We were VERY HAPPY with our stay.👍Our room was CLEAN! THE LOBBY CLEAN! The young woman who checked us in. She was helpful, friendly, excellent at her job.👏🤩& YES, we plan sometime before the end of this year, wen we need to get away have a quiet evening together, we will return to Redd Roof Inn. Located at I-10 Marana.

We stayed here for a couple nights-as my son was at the Army base down the road. We have a dog so staying here was convenient for that. When we arrived, the lady with long blonde hair was nice. We got up to our room and the room is nice and spacious, but after being in it for a little bit I was looking around and I noticed that our room was not clean and I wondered if our bed sheets had even been changed. When we went to bed- I had to run down to the front desk because one of the lights by the bed had no light bulb. She was kind and gave me one. I noticed the pillows were flat as pancakes- which made my sleep both night horrible and made my neck sore. That’s a huge issue for me. You want to be able to enjoy a good nights rest after hours of driving. I like good nice hotel pillows that are supportive and these were not. So don’t expect good pillows here. The bed was firm which I loved and we didn’t sink in the middle. I think this hotel definitely needs to be updated. There isn’t any place for breakfast- so don’t expect that here. I did notice when taking our dog out and picking up his poop that some people just left their dogs poop there- and they do provide bags and a dumping basket for your dog. The location is great. I think management needs to visit with the housekeepers to get them to do more through cleaning and definitely dusting. The location was convenient as well.

TL;DR: Don't stay here if you're hoping for late checkout. We are touring musicians and arrived at 3 AM. Calling to arrange for late check-in was no problem, and the late-night front desk person who checked us in was delightful, so no complaints there. But the daytime staff were incredibly rude. Around 10 AM we requested a late checkout. The woman at the front desk at first flatly refused, but then said "11:15 is the best I can do". At 10:50, housekeeping knocks on the door. Then at 10:58, another employee comes marching down the hall like a drill sergeant knocking on everyone's door, including ours, and very sternly enforces the 11 AM checkout time as though we were all in boot camp training. "Are you leaving? Checkout is 11. Are you leaving?" "Yes, in just a minute as soon as we're ready." "Checkout is 11." When I told her we had just been allowed 11:15, she just walked away from me. We were essentially being kicked out and it wasn't even 11 AM yet. I understand that sometimes late checkout is not possible, but being treated like this—as though we were squatters in the hotel two minutes before checkout—is ridiculous.

I'm in Tucson Arizona because. My mother died. I'm 2,000 miles away from home. I had some charges on my bank account that were in the process of being reversed and was down to my last 80$ until then. I rented a room at this hotel because red roof is usually a good place. I read through the fine print twice-no deposit mentioned When I tried to check in I. Was told a fifty dollar deposit was required. I told the hotel employee that there was no mention of deposit on website. He was indifferent. He did reverse the charges to my account but because of all of the other things that were going on I'm now sitting with $3 to my name until my bank account gets cleared up and I had nowhere to stay last night

Very clean, affordable and straightforward hotel close off I10 with a Denny's and a really nice QT convenience store next door. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. It's a really good "traveling through" spot to stay. Pet friendly and they stay for free! We did not have our service dog or pet dogs on this trip, but I would stay here again just because their dog amenities! A great potty pad with stocked bags. Several potty poles with stocked bags all around the property. No breakfast but a free coffee machine 24/7. No burnt tasting coffee that's been sitting all day. We bought our breakfast at the QT convenience store that is walking distance from the hotel. It was delicious and again, affordable. I will definitely stay here again.

The bathroom is big. The room is nice but they come and bring you clean towels or change the bedding until after you check out.

The Red Roof Inn off I-10 is conveniently located with easy access to the interstate. It's minutes from downtown. The room we were in was nothing fancy but clean. They are renovating and I like the fact that there is no carpeting in the room we were in. It is pet friendly. The best part is the staff. They will do whatever they can to accommodate requests with a smile.

Someone dropped two bags of diapers for me at the front desk and the employee who took them stole them and left for the day. I arrived about 10 minutes after they were delivered. I asked about them and the older woman who was at the front desk at that time tried to make me feel stupid for asking about them, pretending to look for the bags acting like she was lost but yet getting upset and insulting me for asking about my diapers. This is the worst hotel I’ve been too. The rooms are dirty, there are stains everywhere, the garbage is left in the parking lot to blow with the high winds, there’s exposed wire in the lobby hallway and housekeeping never came by. The staff is completely unprofessional and even sloppy looking. There is only one luggage cart available. Vents and A/C units are dusty. Never again staying at any red roof hotels.

Pros: The front desk clerks are nice. There isn't any carpet in the rooms. This is nice since it's a pet friendly hotel. The rooms are roomy. There's a lot of places to set your bags, and the desk is a great size. The microwave and mini fridge are included in the room. Cons: I had high hopes that my room would be really clean since they advertise the deep cleaning. Upon walking into my room, I saw little pieces of styrofoam on my bed and floor. There was also drywall dust on the furniture including the headboard. There was toilet paper in the toilet. I turned the water for the tub, but didn't pull the shower diverter right away, and the tub started filling because the drain couldn't keep up with the water flow. It worked okay once the diverter was pulled. I made mention of it to the front desk and was told that there is no maintenance team on staff on the weekend ever! They were also fully booked so they couldn't move my room. I bode the question on what would happen if there was a really large emergency and no where to put the displaced guest? The girl at the front desk told me she wasn't sure if she could reduce my room because she was new. The first night I was here, I was woken up at 8:47 a.m. by a barking dog. After driving all night, this was not a desirable wake-up call. The communication between the desk people seems to be non-existent because the desk clerk in the morning asked me how my stay was going, and she seemed like she didn't know anything about my shower issue. I told her that I was working around it and that I didn't really want maintenance entering if I weren't going to be there. I did ask about a reduction in my rate because this place is not worth $135. The front desk clerk told me that as far as the cleanliness that there was not a touch-up done after they installed new lights in my room. It's nice that I have updated lights, but that means that people were in my room without them really truly sanitizing it the way they advertise and claim. The bathroom is not very updated. The fabric shower curtain does not really keep water in very well. The drain was not attached. The tub seemed old and seemed to have a lot of give. There is no breakfast. They offer Denny's coupons if you want, but you have to ask. I happened to ask about breakfast, and as a result, I was offered this "perk." When I got back the second night, it was the same service desk clerk as the night before. I told her about my interaction with the day clerk, and she was shocked and maintained she left a note for the person working the day shift. After all these issues and cleaning my own room, I thought that at least I could have a late check-out, but that came with a $25 fee. Forget that! Upon entering my room, there was a dog across the hall that barked annoyingly and incessantly. I tried to call the front desk more than once but the landline phone in the room and was accompanied with a busy signal every time. It, too, had drywall dust on it. I called the front desk with my cell phone to ask them to take care of the barking dog. The dog was loud enough to be heard through the phone. It took over an hour before the dog was quiet. The other room across from the hall from me had two smaller dogs that barked extremely loud when the owner took them outside. Parking the first night was not a problem. On the second night, I had to park a pretty far distance from the hotel. This is not a "make it or break it" for me. If you like fluffy pillows, this is probably not your place as they can be at best described as pancakes without a leavening agent. At the end of the day, if you don't want frills, don't mind barking dogs, a shower tub that doesn't drain very well, this hotel will work. If you are looking for something quieter and has a little more to offer, I would recommend going somewhere else. I also think that I am disappointed because of the rate I paid. This hotel is more reflective of $65 or $70 a night hotel. The amenities are minimal.

My husband and I stayed here on September 20th this was by far the worst hotel I have stayed at. The room felt like it was falling apart and just dingy. It was not well kept. Location is terrible, outside the hotel it smelled disgusting as waste management is right down the street. Comforter and sheets had cigarette burns. I will definitely not be staying again.

Right off the highway behind two other hotels. The room was uncomfortable and dated. I’ve stayed at nicer Red Roofs but this one gets the job done. Cheap pillows and hard beds. Bathroom wall was cracked and the sinks don’t drain well. Aka dates but got the job done.

Check in experience was great, room was perfect, stay was great. Stayed 08/21 for one night it is now 09/07 I realized deposit never returned. I was not upset at this point, oversight maybe so I called spoke with Stephanie who stated " we don't show you checked in or out that day" ????.. really?? I guess I just call random hotels for the fun of it. I think I can safely without a doubt say I stayed there and that I'm not invisible not to mention my card reflects that I don't understand why that was on the for front of questions or statement rather than can we get a transaction from your bank to verify where the charge came from.???? Seems logical enough but no she pretty much just washed her hands. I asked to speak with the manager or a corporate number and she stated her manager was not available and she didn't know the corporate number that I could Google it? Really? So needless to say no deposit returned I will never stay at this hotel again which is totally ashame since the facility was nice and clean and very adequate the customer service is another story entirely!!! I frequently stay at various hotels being traveling Cpht I will definitely leave red roof, at least this location, off my list of choices.

I used to work for Red Roof Inn. The overall quality has greatly declined. Our front desk clerk took 20 to come to the front.desk to help. She appeared in a run down black tee shirt and black leggins and crocks for the shoes...instead of the slacks and button down with scarf and dress shoes we were required to wear. The attendant did not look up at the guest in front of me or anybody else in the lobby...we greated every guest with a smile and welcome to red roof inn. We also never talked to coworkers about personal issues at the front desk in front of the guest's. As for the room... Well the bathroom floored was clearly mopped in the middle of the floor and had all kinds of public hairs, small bits of trash and an earing. No coffee in the rooms...since when? I normally am not one to write a review but I felt saddened by the total overall condition of staff and rooms. It was nothing like the friendly and clean hotel I expected it to be. Disappointing in the complete lack of respect for what used to be the Red Roof Inn pride.

For the cost this hotel is amazing! Nice pool, great front desk service, close to all the stores. You can't beat the price either, bigger rooms for less money 🤑

    1. Front desk rude. Tried to pocket my Deposit upon departure. 2. Front desk rude. Confused and untrained. 3. Front desk rude. Other than that, nice stay. Big bed, very clean. Great shower. 👍

False advertising on Free Breakfast, there is no Breakfast. Only small cups for coffee or tea. Plus the $50.00 deposit fee is very inconvenient. Pay with cash and avoid the deposit fee. Other than that, the room I was in was okay.

The positive, right off the interstate and the staff was great. The negatives... phone didn't work, which I needed at 3:30am to call the front desk to ask them to tell the baseball team staying on the floor above us to go to bed and stop making noise. The reason that was really annoying was that they had pulled the fire alarm at 1:30am already. But getting to the issue with the hotel. The room floors are "tile". Now that makes for keeping them clean I guess, but it means NO sound deadening between floors. How do I know this? Said baseball team decided it was fun to bounce their baseballs against the floor every few of minutes... for 2 hours! Again, if the phone had been working I could have called and got that stopped. But hey, from 3:30-6:00 I slept well.

Nice king room, mini fridge but no microwave. The free 24 hour coffee helped make up for it! Definitely a great room for the price, good hot water pressure too.

This was the dirtiest hotel that I have ever stayed at. It smelled dirty, from the hall to the bedrooms. There was crumbs and trash on the floor as if it was never cleaned. We had no shower curtain. I don’t recommend anyone wasting their money in staying at this place.

Hotel was nice,clean......beds could have been softer for my liking,an more than one small pillow per guest would been nice (I did go to front desk an ask for extras guy was reluctant but did get us extras) ...the view was pretty an bonus gas station right there

The room itself wasn't horrible. About what you'd expect from a cheap hotel. The staff was very rude. I was booked for 4 nights and checked out after 1. I was told I would receive a refund for 2 of the remaining nights and that would be in my account in 5-7 days. That refund never came. When I contacted the hotel to follow up on the refund status I was then informed that the refund was denied and they couldn't give me a reason why. The staff again was very rude. They stated they didn't care about a poor review and hung up on me.

Location is fine plenty of parking for large truck and trailer pickup trucks and trailers U-Hauls also seems fairly secure since I believe the police department is right across the road. Only thing I think the better rooms or all the rooms should have a microwave since there's only a small restaurant Denny's in front and then a truck stop where you can buy food you can heat if you had a microwave!

Decent clean place to stay, Female front desk lady was super rude!!!! Guys at night are super nice.. No balconies or anything, if you are a smoker you have to go outside, and they usually put you on the 3rd or 4th floor, seems like they are doing a renovation on some of the rooms.. The last time I stayed there I was by the elevator and ice machine, so it was loud, didn't sleep well, but I'd recommend staying here. Marana police is literally next door, so there's no creepy people about. Cops roll though there, so it feels safe. The quick trip is out front so if you have a south facing room, you can hear semis running all night.

We got off to a bad start. I needed a ground floor room and had requested it for my trike. There were no ground floor rooms when we arrived. But they scheduled a transfer to a ground floor for the subsequent nights (we stayed nine nights) and let me lock my trike in their meeting room over night. I have nothing but the best to say for Leroy and Rene. Leroy searched through the property to find us a cart to get our things upstairs the first night. Rene made sure our request was secure for ground floor, watched over my trike, and introduced me to Bella the next morning. The very charming and helpful Bella watched for the first checkout to change our room, worked with Rosa to get it cleaned and ready, and also secured a moving cart for us. Our room had working outlets, TV, refrigerator and microwave as promised. The coffee in the lobby smelled fresh and ready day and night. The room was clean, linens new, no problem securing fresh towels for our stay. The Dennys nearby served well prepared food and we did get gas at the QT convenience store. That store was huge and sausages on the grill sure smelled good! Lots of quick foods to start or end the day. The hotel is very near shops and shopping centers that we even walked to and maybe half a mile from a river and multiuse trail. We could hear the freeway a little and you will hear the elevator ding if you are near it. We heard very little from other guests and the property was full our first night. If I can somehow guarantee I will get my ground floor room, I will be happy to stay here for my visits to Tucson.
