Every time we come here we wait over a hours to get seen. Like now my daughter had a appointment this morning at 8:30 it's been 45 mins sitting in a room and no one has come in. We are not vauled our time does not matter. I took the whole day off work knowing we would be here hours just for a 6 month check up. I need to find a new doctor. One hour mark and she gets weight and measured. Now it's gonna be another hour before the doctor come in and another wait for the shot she needs. I will be finding a new doctor. I have gave this place to much of my time and time is money

So done with this place. We have always had to wait way too long, sometimes up to 2 hours after our appointment time. Today was the final straw. We brought our 6 DAY OLD newborn in for her first visit. We were prepared to wait in the waiting room while they sorted out her insurance details and we filled out paperwork. No big deal there, that is to be expected. However, after being shown to the room, and having her weighed, the MA told us to undress her except for diaper. Then, the wait....about and hour later, my wife and i were finally sick of having our newborn undressed in a 70 degree room(we had her in her blanket, but still), so she popped out to ask how long it would be. The nurse then informed us that they were "in between" doctors and one would be on shortly. As in, there was currently not even a doctor in the building! At that point, we were done with it. We put our baby's clothes back on and tried to leave. They chased us down in the exit to try to get us to stay. The door to leave to the waiting room is locked, and can only be opened by the button behind the desk. After asking the lady behind the desk twice, she still wouldn't push the button. Finally, upon me asking her if they intended to hold us hostage, she relented and buzzed us out. No respect for scheduling or other people's time whatsoever. Disgusted.

Horrible service, We were waiting for at least 3hrs in the waiting room, and staff never gave us an update. We ended up giving up and just leaving and they never even bothered to call and ask what was the problem. My friend recommended us Agave pediatrics and we love it, we are in and out in less than an hour.

If you’re looking to wait up to an hour to be seen and you’re willing to work with a disorganized staff you found the right place. I recently had a baby and she’s now two months old. She has been seen 3 times now and is still being called baby girl. For my most recent appointment they called the day before at 4:44 pm to attempt to cancel it due to my insurance being out of network. First of all my insurance is not out of network. I’ve called and verified with my insurance but to call the day before is so unprofessional. I made arrangements for the appointment a month before and to cancel abruptly and in the unapologetic way was the worst. I refused to have the appointment canceled and still showed up because I didn’t want my baby to miss her shots but after this appointment we’re moving to another provider. We showed up at 9:30 am and didn’t get seen until 10:30 so I’m sure they just overbooked. The doctors have been great but the administration is so unorganized. The facility is also not in the best conditions with unpainted drywall and outdated patient rooms with used and wrinkled pamphlets. Bye sunshine pediatrics.

This place is honestly a waist of everyone’s time. yes most of the staff are nice , but they never take in consideration everyone’s time u make an appointment and still wait for almost 2 hrs to be seen only to be in there more time waiting and seen for like 10 mins not only that but if u call to make an appointment it is hard to even get an answer from them it just rings and rings called 4 times and no answer it is a very disorganized place we don’t deserve the disrespect.

I can't say enough about this place. Whenever I come the staff makes me feel like part of the family. They are very friendly and answer all of my questions. Keep up the awesome work.

I'm very greatful for this office, I went to the Phoenix children's hospital's ER and was never seen and still had me wait four hours, so as soon as sunshine pediatrics opened I called and got a quick response, they booked me on a short notice to see my daughter that i had taken to the ER and thanks to sunshine pediatrics who took the time to diagnose her correctly and took all the proper measure PCH couldn't do. If I could give 0 stars I would. Finally had it with this place. The waiting was the worst, they got better and they went downhill again. If you’re under staffed don’t over book. I waited an hour, no vitals or not seen by doctor yet so we left. Going somewhere else now where they’re much nicer & professional.

My kids have been seen in Sunshine pediatrics since they were born 17 years ago. They have always received very effective medications when they needed, they have great doctors and friendly staff. Even though years ago waiting time was a bit long, that is no longer the case. They are conveniently open on Saturdays and we haven't wait longer than 5 minutes in the past 2 years. Way to go Sunshine Pediatrics!
