    I forgot her name but I was seen by a female Nurse Practitioner & really enjoyed the service and attention she gave me. She listened to all my concerns, gave me feedback, and answered all my questions. She was very polite and most importantly I felt comfortable being taken care of by her. The ladies at the front are always nice and helpful. The only downside is sometimes the wait, but I was extremely late for my appointment today and they were still able to accommodate me to be seen the same day.

Do not go here it’s a factory style doctors office. They are all about getting you in and out as fast as possible. I want to ask my doctor here why did you become a doctor. If it’s to help people you’re failing miserably. Do your jobs you took an oath remember your oath. Doctor Seth Gillespie get it together because you’re failing as a physician. Maybe take more time and practice listening and being more empathetic with your patients.

    OMG this place is crazy all around and in a bad way. Wait time for anything is extremely long, it doesn't matter if you have personal insurance and a scheduled appointment. My first and only appointment there was very unpleasant. Staff dont interact with you, they dont check up on you and they take on tooooooo many people for the amount of staff they have. They ratio is not what the state requires. Anyway, I wouldn’t recommend this clinic, it you dont have insurance and you are on a budget I would still look for some other clinic to go to.

    I had the best Nurse Practitioner ever!!!! She was very patient, caring and precise I had gone to several doctors and they couldn’t pin point what was wrong with me but Claudia Romo at Willetta St I recommend her hands down amazing experience making her mine and my families Primary

    Called in for my 1 year old because he was experiencing Covid symptoms and actually tested positive got an appointment for same day talked to the doctor said she was going to prescribe some medication the appointment was pretty late so I decided to wait a day for the prescription to go in turns out they never sent it over I called them many times without any answers so I decided to finally message them finally got a response said they did sent it out gave them until today to see if they had sent it over went to the pharmacy and NOTHING! Called them and turns out I was supposed to guess the medication name because they never told me that I could get it over the counter Nor the name of the medication very bad communication skills and I feel like I just gave my money away because they couldn’t even give me medicine for my sick child

    Definitely not a place I’d recommend if you want a good long term care PCP. They make you wait hours at time for an appointment you scheduled even if you explain to them you are a very busy parent of children with special care you need to tend to. And I scheduled one over the phone because they do this all the time in person and it’s a waste of my time. MOST of the receptionists and MA’s have very poor attitudes with the patients regardless if it’s their own fault. I regret not changing PCP years ago. You might get lucky a couple times and actually have a decent experience but overall it doesn’t outweigh the poor ones. Good luck to whoever goes their, you can do better.

    Horrible service at the Glendale office, their sense of urgency is CERO!!! They do not care for people’s health at all. The girls in the front or overwhelmed and poorly experienced, always in a bad mood and fight you over every little thing that will get you off their window. The Doctors don’t stick around you will always see new faces. And don’t even get me started on their medical referral urgency THEY SUCK! Taking them 2 or sometimes 3 weeks to give you a referral (and that is if you or on them about it ) over 185 reviews and not a single ONE is good !!! They take into many patients and don’t have the staff to manage.

    Don’t even think about going to this place. I called to book an appointment for my wife’s greencard medical exam. I asked if she needed anything and they said ‘no’. We showed up an hour ago and turned out they had booked her for an annual physical exam (not what we asked for) and that she needed a bunch of vaccine certificates and paperwork: they did not mention any of this when I asked over the phone. They just set back her greencard process for a few weeks. Disgraceful and unprofessional.

    They lie and they play with their patients health. They REFUSE to fax a form from one of their “doctors” to the radiologist they recommend. What a joke this place is. From staff that are always at lunch at same time, from doctors that can resend a form unless you pay $40 for a ten second appointment over the phone. If you read this, safe your self the time and headache, go somewhere else. JOKE

    I needed an immigration exam done asap and Clinica La Familia was the only place to offer same day appointment. The follow up visit was pretty straight forward. Front desk has a great service as well as the staff in the back.

    Excellent patient experience. Dr. Seth Gillespie provided excellent patient solutions. The staff at La Clinica La Familia demonstrated professionalism, courtesy and great hospitality. Highly recommend La Clinica de Familia for wellness visits and better health for patients.

    Place is very chaotic and mismanaged, for starters I made an actual appointment, filled out the forms, and scanned all necessary items ahead of time. I understand it’s a busy office setting and it’s wonderful that they offer walk in services. BUT those walk ins should not interfere with patients who made actual appointments and we’re not late to set appointment. If the actual patient provider interaction time was less than 5mins does it makes since to have been there a total of 2hrs? Secondly being taken back multiple times and then ask to wait back in the lobby again because there are no open rooms just shows the lack of actual organization and communication. The first MA that took me back was actually pleasant (sorry to have not caught her name) but the second one really needs coaching very short, dry, and not in the least of bits courteous. The PA that I saw was just your standard interaction nothing outstanding, but I appreciate that he was straight to the point. If I may suggest is to not let it show how busy you are. Although I appreciate the directness it still comes off as rush. Which goes back to my point of this places being chaotic trying to do to much at once is not going to help you at all as now there is a clear impression of disorganization with this place. But I must say the ending to this not so pleasant visit was at check out time. For starters how is one supposed to magically know the designated check out section when there is no labeling or direction? Walked up to a window there is no one there at all, there are other staff members just chilling and talking to one another. They clearly see me standing there looking confused I verbally ask do I need to stop here? And in response I get facial gestures that I have no idea what their supposed to mean, I ask again and then I’m replied with hand gestures. Now last time I checked I am not a dog, I am a person speaking to you in a language we both understand so what’s your excuse for not coming up to me and speaking to me instead of playing mime charades with me??? If check out is not your designated role the least you can do is get up to tell the patient it will just be a moment while the assigned person will be back. And for the cherry on top after leaving because apparently no body has the minimalist of etiquette I get a phone with the attempted to scold me for not stopping to check out?! Seriously after I actually did stop and no one you know actually said anything to me, I guess I was supposed to magically know sign language to be able to understand. Congratulations on having a very busy office but unless proper training is given to all your staff and etiquette is enforced your business will not grow prosperously. Please take this as actual feed back for improvement. For those new to the office as I was, I hope your experience is much more pleasant than mine.
