I'm sure their medical staff is lovely (hence the two stars), but their customer service is lacking. My PC retired and I was looking to establish care, the great reviews got me to schedule an appointment here. Despite confirming text message both a few days prior and the morning of, I arrived to find out that the doctor was not available on that day. They claimed to have been trying to reach me to reschedule, but I had a confirmation text message from only a couple hours before my appointment. Why send that if the appointment was canceled? They could have textthe cancelation too. But instead they demonstrated that they don't value their customers time who have to leave work and drive all the way down there only to be turned away. I guess I'll keep looking elsewhere.

Goodyear location had a older lady working the labs on June 14 in the morning. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She would smirk and won’t bother making eye contact when I asked questions. She was the only one working (she complained about it on a personal call) but not our fault.

I’ve only been a patient at this office for a short time but I can tell you I’ll be a long time patient. My experience here has been amazing to say the least. It’s really nice to walk into a clinic and immediately greeted with smiles (especially during these times). All staff I’ve had interactions with were very knowledgeable and attentive. I normally see Dr. LeStourgeon, she’s very understanding and on top of it! Just recently, I had an appointment with Dr. Bannis which was also a pleasant experience. I truly feel like everyone here cares about every patient that walks through their door! 10/10 would recommend! 👍🏽👍🏽

This place is on top of things! They have it together and I've been going there for 4 years now so I would know. They never drop the ball, always return phone calls, always very accommodating and go above and beyond, and out of their way for the patient, each and every time! I'm in love with my office and the care I get, so not looking to change that ever! My Doctor, Dr. Kareem Bannis, always takes his time with me, and has been very, very attentive to all my medical needs. He really is the best so if you're looking for a physician you can count on, that would be him! Doctors like him are very rare, especially because today's generation of doctors just don't take the time to listen! I wanted to take the time to share this with everyone because I know all too well the struggles we all face, when trying to find an office, a physician who will be effective, efficient and inviting and friendly all under the same roof. Adelante Healthcare on Thomas in Phoenix, has definitely been a breath of fresh air.

I have been a patient here for 3 1/2 years now and I have always had good experiences with all of the staff here.I absolutely love my Doctor! If you want a doctor that listens to your concerns and does all they can to help set your mind at ease, then look at Dr Sara LeStourgeon! Best doctor I have ever known!

I have has nothing but an incredible experience with this team, and staff. Dr Bannis has been the best Dr I have ever had to work with. Dr Bannis takes time to explain things to you in a way that makes sense!! Dr Bannis is very Thorough, thoughtful and kind, and is extremely patient. Most of “us” don’t understand things, so him taking the time to put medical terms into words and examples we can understand is very helpful!! His way of handling things Carries through his whole team/staff. Highly recommend Dr.Bannis, his staff and Adalante!!

worst customer service long wait on phones and absolutely horrendous to receive a simple refill or be seen within a timely manner when appt was scheduled an hour earlier waited in that lobby for so long because of their lack of communication and not having a doctor on the schedule because of pure laziness

Adelante Health Care, Dr Bannis and his stuff including front desk and nurses, are very knowledgeable and patient explaining step by step any questions that we had. I have been taking my mom for over a year and the service they provide is exceptional, they show care, responsibility about any aspect if my mom’s health. We are blessed to have a Dr. that cares and help us with my moms health. Thank you all.

Dr. Sarah LeSturgeon is great. She takes the time to talk to me. We have a two-way conversation about my health care. I was taken back to the room almost immediately after check in, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Getting through on the phone line does take some patience, but I was conveniently able to schedule my appointment online through the patient portal.

As a past employee, this company has ZERO CARE!!!! Management at West Phoenix is very disrespectful, and Central location has so many healthcare mistakes and lots of safety concerns!!! This clinic has no manager so no one is held accountable! Sad to have such bad healthcare in the Valley!!!! THEY DO NOT STAND BY THERE MISSION AND VALUE!!!!!

Scheduling isn’t always the easiest, but they offer in person and virtual visits for most appointments. Dr. Bannis is fantastic and I couldn’t recommend him more. To the point, thorough, and focused in on what’s important. I always feel I get a straight answer from him regarding any concerns I may have and I appreciate that he’s direct and clear. Even after moving to the East valley, I will still plan on seeing him for the foreseeable future.

Thank you to the staff at Adelante. My son loves Dr. Kirk and Jessica the M.A. we have seen Dr. Kirk since my son was born. He is quite active and wiggly and they are super patient with him. Lots of stickers for not crying after shots is a great motivator. The office is very nice too. We especially like the skateboard room.

I desperately needed help and they still couldn't be bothered. Told them I almost killed myself earlier in the week, and they hurried me out as fast as they could

This campus is the most confusing campus I've ever been to. Nowhere does it say adelante until you finally find where you're going. Parking is a nightmare so plan to get here at least 30 minutes early every time.

Dr. Kareem Bannis is always on top of our care. Our visits are quick and painless. Little to no waiting to be seen and he always takes time to listen to our concerns.

Dr Pina is the greatest Dr anyone could ask for. She takes her time and listens and addresses to all my needs. She makes me feel more than a patient. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate doctor. She has the greatest staff. Very friendly and polite.
