Valleywise lab at the chc completely screwed up my test and said that i was positive for 2 different illegal substances which i do not use, and negative for a prescription i use daily. I was lucky because my doctor immediately reordered the test and totally went to bat for me. They got it right the second time a day later so there is no possible way other than that THEY SCREWED UP!! What happens to all the other people that this lab that runs tests for the county do this to that don't have an awesome doctor to stand up for them? How many people ended up behind bars or lost a job or custody of their children or god only knows what else because this one lab cant even run one simple test?? This is a publicly funded hospital, lets see the latest quality control numbers!

We're at the orthopedics department on the 3rd floor and they don't know what happened to the guy that takes the cast off and they don't know how to get a hold of him. They're hoping he'll just show up at some point. Our appointment time was almost an hour ago and we are still waiting by the cast room. No one seems to care when we try to get their help with the matter. Very unprofessional. I added their decor in this photo, which is probably just a patient that died waiting so long while everyone around them just didn't care.

This locations has alot of work to be done and one is customer care services and there Women's health care and ATC which is very rude and unprofessional care well the main clinic that is rude and more unprofessional is ATC center.They forget about patients and some staff are not very good with english and not very nice or understand very rude staff here accept the front desk. This location is very unorganized and needs more staff and providers and resources

I have been coming here for years and until yesterday I have never had any problem. However yesterday we had a major melt down in care and quality of care! I was at the surgery clinic for my pre-op Covid-19 test. My appointment time was 1330. I arrived at 1303 it took me until 1321 to get checked in. I was told by the receptionist at the surgery clinic to go register at the orthopedic clinic because she was to busy. I checked in with Sandra at the orthopedic clinic and then gave Guadalupe my paperwork. I then proceed to wait for someone to call me. At 1410 I went up front to see what was the hold up. The supervisor was very rude with me and told me that she was understaffed and would get to me as soon as they could and I would have to wait another 30-45 minutes! I then proceeded to call my gastroenterologist Dr and let them know that I was going to cancel the test and then to cancel my subsuquent colonoscopy because of the ineptitude of the staff there. This is not the way you treat people! I have never been treated like this by Valleywise health care workers. I am very very very very displeased!

Their customer service and empathy for people is very disturbing. I had my brother be seen not by choice at the neurology clinic. And they rejected his care bc I was correcting them on what they are suppose to do in their profession. I don’t even know if the man who walked in was Dr. Murreto. If he was… he did not have no patients or empathy nor how to approach his patients. My brother’s insurance wasted money on his transportation there and back to not even be seen and the tech that handed us papers just give us the papers not stating what the paper was. He was rescheduled. It’s very sad how these profession think they can just act out on things like this. Manager and patient advocate on duty were not available to report them in. They seriously acted like it was nothing to them. Even with this is probably just a slap on the hand and all forgotten. I’m sure I’m not the first to make a complaint. It’s sad how our healthcare is failing and they aren’t being hold accountable for their actions.

Was very impressed with Arizona Children’s Center! I have a 15 month old and just switched insurance. I was not happy to leave my old pediatrician and honestly did not have a good attitude about this place being the only option offered by my new insurance. However, as soon as I was greeted by the receptionist, I knew it was going to be fine. Everyone here is very kind and professional. The paperwork aspect was easy. The wait time was a little long, but I should have chosen a less busy time, maybe. The nurse and doctors were so sweet with my little guy and I and my husband (an MD) felt he received excellent care. Giving babies shots is never fun, but as far as that sort of appointment goes, it was a very good experience! Definitely happy to have this clinic as my regular pediatrician.

I would’ve left zero stars if it would let me. They hire the worst customer service oriented staff! My husband went to see a pulmonologist for the very first time yesterday and told them where to send his new prescription yet when I called the pharmacy to check on it yesterday evening I was told that they hadn’t received it. So I tried again today thinking maybe they got busy and would’ve done it at the end of the day but nope they hadn’t received it. So after some investigation I discovered it was sent to a pharmacy with a similar name across the street. So ok I went over there only to discover that they were completely shut down out of business. I told my husband who called the office and inform them that they sent it to a pharmacy that’s closed down and when he tried to give them the information for the right pharmacy they rudely responded “we have it” and hung up. I just found out that once again they sent it to the same freaking pharmacy that’s shut down! So then he called and asked to speak to the office manager and that person also hung up on him and now my husband is completely out of his inhaler!

Tried calling, got transferred to 3 different lines just to return the one I called the first time. Just trying to schedule an appointment for an ultrasound idk why it’s so difficult

They are terrible when I had an appointment they told I wasn't in the system then told I missed my appointment then I call the doctor office they tell we my appointment is today. It's not fair to me. My money. And my mental health.

Worst customer service ever! They have no clue how to treat a patient and it’s clear patient care and service is last on their list of priorities l. From their providers in specialty to their administrative team by hands the worst hospital to go to! Recommend getting a referral to other specialty clinics or you may regret it!

I waited 4 months for an appointment and then they canceled it for no reason. Then I called and they said it was still active and I missed it. This place is a joke and needs to lose funding.

This is ONLY a review for DENTAL SERVICES - I receive primary care, occupational therapy and specialist care here and they are all fantastic!! DO NOT USE THEIR "EMERGENCY DENTAL CARE" for an extraction. They treat you like you are sub human, shove payment papers in your face when the plan HAS NOT CHANGED and they expect you to come out of pocket with almost $100 for tooth extraction - when they leave chunks of it behind to abscess yet again. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this DENTAL clinic.

Thy take to long I was training to make a appointment and they never answer the phone I was 1 hr on the phone and they never pick up I hang up

Excellent nursing staff. Terrible communication by Doctors, administrators etc. Very poor patient-doctor relationships. Ridiculous rules and medical philosophies.

Everybody thier was unprofessional the doctor was going to call security on me because I wasnt comparable laying down all the way back and the securitys are unprofessional as well they be more focused on flirting with all the doctors instead of being their to protect I even had 5 security surrounding my bed and they were saying they were goona take all my jewelry and close off because I wasn't comparable laying down all the way back everyone here is unprofessional they need to be fired or taken care of someway

It was a nice place to go for medical treatment. The Doctors and nurses were great.

Was turned away by radiology at 450pm but it says 5 pm close not 450

I try calling several times to schedule an appointment but the operator is so rude and very unprofessional. Anyway why do they ask for my date of birth if they don't do scheduling..they ask for my date of birth then they transfer my call somewhere else..

Got turn down for cardiology app. Have no insurance and they told me couldent bill me that I had to pay all to get seen

On site best customer service the people who work here are the best, however over the phone if I could rate separate it would be a minus 5 star review

So I have a lot to say about this place but won't shame. Just need new staff.. that's all I have to say.

Great women’s health services, they got me in immediately and everyone was so helpful and caring! They went thru my concerns and got me taken care of. I highly recommend this place!!!

As always my experience with Valleywise hasn't changed and I don't understand the negative reviews I've had nothing but positive experiences with y'all Thanks for your professionalism in taking care of your patients

Ixve only had experiences in the Pediatric Clinic and Children's Hospital but I'm still very impressed. My children are always very well taken care of here. The staff is very compassionate and kind, and Dr. Sprague has been one of the best pediatricians my family has had.

Vannesa Garcia....patient registation you should be in jail for debit card theft!!!! How dare you steal 460.00 from a stage 4 cancer patient, about as low as it gets. You paid for online college courses with my families grocery money, hope you rot in hell with e very bone in me!!!!
