They have never returned a call. They have never called with test results. They have given me the wrong information on how and where to take lab tests resulting in weeks of delays. I got my vasectomy there in June. It is now December and I'm still not healed or pain free (although there's much less pain now). They have me see other doctors at my own cost but no one has actually done anything to fix anything including a deformity that I guess I'm just going to live with since I'm finally giving up on this place. In their defence, Google has their number listed wrong. It still goes to someone named Gina at the Wesley center but I assume they are dead or have moved on since no one checks her voice mail. Someone answered the other day and said they'd try to find someone who wasn't doing anything to get my lab results. I guess everyone was busy because 2 days later I drove the 45 minutes to their office just to be told there's still sperm present. Rather than fix it I'm just going to do another sperm test after another week of abstinence because hey, forth times a charm. If you want a vasectomy please get one but I whole heartedly would not recommend getting it done here. I wish I could give less than one star.

This place is godsend for those with no insurance. But GOOD LUCK getting through to their receptionists. There are 3 or 4 of them, I am not sure how the phones don't get answered. Very unprofessional. I was in not to long ago. I was given some pap results that indicated that I needed a biopsy on my cervix. They also wanted $350 cash (for someone with no cash/insurance) for that biopsy. I went and got a second pap somewhere else and those results came back very different. One thing on the results was correct but there was absolutely NO NEED FOR A BIOPSY! The Dr. said at the second office said there were NO bad cells on the cervix. I would have paid $350 at Wesley, missed a day or two of work due to the biopsy.....and yet I didn't need the biopsy after all. I feel some sort of way about this. So they will see a patient with no/low income thus a free visit but to recoup that money they go about it by scaring someone by saying "It could be cervical cancer" so that you will consent to the $350 biopsy. I mean what choice does one have at that point. I was fortunate that I had a second option come available to get a second opinion. I have to wonder how often they do a biopsy on someone when they really don't need it.

The doctors are great, but the receptionist service is horrible, there's no words to describe how bad is the receptionist service. They won't pick up the phone to talk to you. I strongly recommend a change in the way they rendered theire service. They need to improve their service. Thank you

This place is horrible! Patient experience is not something they care about. I wish there was a no star option. My experience has been so bad I’ve contacted my insurance company since this is an in network provider so they can reevaluate the in network relationship.

This is definitely discrimination against whoever has disabilities. They wouldn't refuse to make an accommodation! So upset and disappointed.

Reception needs a wakeup call. They have forgotten their jobs exist due to patients.!! They don't appreciate they have a job otherwise the calls would be answered and returned. Not hanging up on people. No mngr to train or supervise! Sadly to say doctor's are not aware

Receptionist plays God if your sick ur SOL won't give an appointment till a month later. So why call for a doctor? Trained to lie and be unprofessional. Mngr is a great influence it shows on her worker's.

I hate to give this clinic a bad review. I've been trying to call for the past hour none ever answers the phone. The only reason why I come here is because of my doctor. She's the best. Im definitely not ever showing my face there again.

I was referred to them by planned parent after they got their title ten benefits revoked, and let me just say... by far the best “doctors office” experience I’ve ever had, they are so incredibly accommodating usually medical facilities are a whole headache and a half and every time I need to get something filled or go in for a visit they find time for me, and the staff goes out of their way to make my life easier. I really can’t say one bad thing about them. This is why I will always go to this place! Thank you.

I have an awesome doctor, she's very nice and very concerning about making sure that I get the right medical treatment, the staff is very nice and is always making sure I'm treated with the most respect, the facility is clean, they have a little play area for the children with a table to read books and play with toys, they have two restrooms, it's one of the best Clinic I've gone to and I would recommend it to anybody if they would like to go. ( Others May say it might be bad but I've never had a bad experience at this Clinic or the other one on the west side )

I have been coming to Wesley for my healthcare needs for a couple years now as I don’t have health insurance and they provide X benefits for those of us in need and my experience with them has been rocky as they don’t typically get back to you in a timely manner so I wish they’d work on that however… I have to give HIGH PRAISE to Stephanie in the financial office, she is TIMELY, RESPECTFUL, POLITE, EXTREMELY KIND AND NON JUDGEMENTAL… she made my whole day less stressful almost immediately! Not only is is COMPETENT and great at her job but she is sweet as can be! I wish there were more people in the world like her, don’t ever lose her she’s a gem. THANK YOU Stephanie.

Do not waste your time. My mother spent months going back and forth with these people scheduling and re-scheduling, reiterating where her meds needed to be sent (if they were sent at all), and getting referrals. There’s a serious lack of communication and overall concern/care for their patients going on at this facility. The incompetence is astounding starting from the doctor that she never met to the staff working the front desk. She has since gone elsewhere where concerns and referrals were addressed and taken care of on the FIRST visit.

After 12 years of being with the clinic and loving they’re care for the patients. I’ve decided to finally move to another clinic because it has gotten so much worse. Been waiting 6 months back and forth waiting for an MRI and neurologist referral. They lied and said they called me “3 times” . Send the “referrals” to the wrong address. Didn’t ever call me back. I always leave a voicemail for dr bright and I never receive a call back. What happened to Wesley being caring and actually taking care of us? What happened to putting the patients first. This place has gone downhill from the employees to the care. Very upsetting and I am very sad to want to leave Wesley community health centers. I also lost the managers number so it has been impossible to get a hold of her or somewhere above.

I have always been coming here since I was a little girl. They use to have amazing workers that were friendly and patient. Now they hire rude unprofessional people that rush through the calls and don’t take the time to be patient and kind. It makes me sad to see such a change in the workers they have now.. I really don’t want to move anywhere else since Wesley has always taken good care of me. But these Past few weeks I have came In contact with rude people over the phone. Don’t care to listen to why I am calling to schedule an appointment. Don’t do they’re job right. Rushing me off the phone. I have been trying to schedule a follow up for2 months now. I have been coming here for 11 years and never had a bad experience till now. I don’t even want to come back here anymore all these new employees in the front are pushing the loyal people away. I use to love this place! So disappointing.😏

I love Wesley! I am totally shocked and appalled to see so many negative reviews. This is a non-profit clinic. I chose to seek medical care here when I had no medical insurance and very little income. I was given a sliding scale of payment based on my income which allowed me to pay out of pocket. This was about five years ago and now that I have sufficient income and health insurance thru my employer, I still visit this clinic and for me it is a 50 mile one way trek! This is why I continue to choose this clinic..... Staff (receptionists) are very respectful. It is obvious when you are there or when you call that the gals are likely overworked and under paid. They may not come off as super friendly but they are never rude or impatient. They are always incredibly helpful. They helped me get set up with AHCCCS and communicate with AHCCCS. All the MAs I've dealt with are always friendly, respectful, and eager to help. I've seen probably three different doctors in the five years I've been going. All have treated me with respect and dignity. My questions are always treated as valid and my needs are always met. I also receive counseling thru Wesley. The counselor is very good, knowledgeable, kind, and open. Seeing her has truly changed my life. And finally, there has been a few issues with some of my prescriptions. Not dosage or even wrong medication but the wrong form...capsule vs. tablet. Or even that it was called into the wrong pharmacist. The only issue with this for me is the difference in cost as every pharmacy is different. However, i have never had an issue calling and speaking with someone directly or leaving a message and receiving a call back to rectify the issue. Ultimately, I feel respected and comfortable here. I feel "at home" and will continue to seek medical care thru this clinic.

I have nothing negative to say about the people in charge, I had no issue with them, and they seem to want to hire new people to expand. The issue is a few of the other staff and how they behave towards interns and volunteers. I tried changing to one of their different locations and the behavior was the same. Also the attitude they give to patients when they patient has questions. The staff will behave very envios or TERRITORIAL like feral cats. Just avoid the lab and people from the lab they will start nitpicking to cause conflict to gossip about. I would have loved to have volunteered longer and learn more, but I prefer having peace and distancing myself from toxic people. Best of luck to the supervisors in finding new staff to expand. Clinics like this do benefit the surrounding communities.

If I can give them zero stars I would they literally discriminate people with disabilities and they took money off when they wasn’t suppose to. Close this fraudulent clinic down, NOBODY should not be treated this way!

Im very disappointed with Wesley Health Center. They have ongoing issues with the phone system and the wait times are too long, you are forced to leave voice-mails and never receive call backs, the workers who answer the calls are rude, not helpful and disconnect calls all the time. Management needs to hire people who want to work there, give them customer service training and invest in a better phone system. This place is a joke.

They have helped me on multiple problems. Wonderful people. Wendy Redford is the best!!! The buildings are old and the areas not so great but don’t judge a book by its cover. God bless them all for the work they do

The WORSE medical office I have visited, I have a month asking them to send the prescription to the pharmacy, THE CALLS ARE NOT ANSWERED AFTER MAKING ME WAIT FOR A HOUR AND A HALF OF LISTENING TO THAT SONG , AND THEY PASS ME TO THE VOICE MAIL, I LEAVE A MESSAGE AND THE CALLS DO NOT RETURN TO ME, THEY DO NOT HAVE PROFETIONALISM AND THE RECEPTIONISTS HAVE THE ORNAMENTS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT ANSWER EVER DEFINITELY OCCUPY THAT MY DOCTOR CAN TAKE CARE OF ME AND RETURN CALLS TO ME. I DO NOT DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 NO RECOMIENDO ESTA CLINICA NO REGRESAN TUS LLAMADAS NI TUS MENSAJES Y NO TE CONTESTAN.. NO SE COMUNICAN ALA FARMACIA MUY MAL SERVICIO.. Y TE PONEN CON LOS ESTUDIANTES DE MEDICINA EL DOCTOR SOLO ENTRA 2 MINUTOS A VER LO QUE DICE EL ESTUDIANTE

I asked about doing a walk-in appointment at 10am and they told me to come back around 1pm to be seen. I came back to at 1pm waited for another hour and finally asked if I can get an update and they said only if a paient cancelled or does a no show then I will be seen. They did not inform me their walk-in policy at all. I felt they didn't care how sick I was let alone told me other options or the fact that there is a high chance not getting seen today. I could have used my time wisely and of course I left very upset and felt misinformed. I needed to be seen today and went elsewhere that took me right away and was diagnosed with strep.
