If you like a breakfast burrito to only have scrambled eggs, despite what the menu says, for $12 then this is your spot.

Pretty cool hidden spot inside of the coffee shop, we actually went to 36 below. It's downstairs from the coffee shop. We had to make a reservation & we were only allowed to be inside 1 hour and 30 min. We had to make a deposit to reserve. Once inside, it's a pretty small & cozy place, but it's awesome. Decorations and themes are amazing. The drinks we got all came in a cool presentation, which made us want to try a couple of different drinks. Everyone from the hostess to the bartenders were very friendly. It's pretty pricey but worth the experience.

I came for the happy hour coffee, but that has been long since removed from the menu. Instead, I got a hot latte for $6 something. The staff were very nice and since they've started training in latte art, I was able to get a design. It looked and tasted great (even with oat milk). The place is more for alcohol and they have a small bar through an underground passageway. The drinks are presented with aesthetic purpose, perfect for pictures. Do note that parking is limited. Make sure you turn into the right driveway because it's a little confusing. They do have a drive through as well as indoor seating.

Passed by this place a few times and finally went in the dive thru. Glad I did. The espresso here is outstanding, smooth and bold. Great service, with a uncomplicated menu. Love the fact that they have beer 🍻 so that's a niche. Got a punch card so will no doubt get some use out of that since i make a weekly pastry run down the street. Glad I finally checked it out.

Sip Coffee and Beer is far from your normal coffee shop. It is a high vibe, community workspace. Walking in, I was greeted with Jose's big smile, upbeat music and various entrepreneurs working from their laptops at a full bar. You get the feeling that work is getting done in the room. If you haven't already, try the Kevlar coffee. Grass fed butter and mct's with hot coffee make the taste akin to silk. It's fantastic. They even have a hidden martini bar under the building (if you can find the secret entrance).

We had the catch flights, not feelings. Every single drink was perfect and every sip was a treat, would recommend to friends and family, will definitely come here more often!

Super cool place. Pricey but around what you would expect for drinks. Love that there is coffee and alcoholic drinks. They have a small amount of food outside kitchen hours and some bakery goods. The people were awesome. It's definitely a chill and hang while you slowly sip your drink kind of vibe.

I spotted this place right before pulling into my original destination and immediately swerved across three lanes to give it a try. Local coffee shops are still my favorite places to experience. I went with the Bananas Foster Latte, iced as recommended, which I think was a good choice. The atmosphere invites you to hang out and relax. The cocktail menu looked very tempting, next time.

This place is great for good drinks 🍸 ☕️ 🍵 😋 or a blind date. I love the hidden bar down stairs, it was like being transported to an island 🏝 🙃 plus the digital massive aquarium was unique. I didn't try and food so I can't speak to that at all.

Neighborhood cafe. Great place to hangout with friends or work. Coffee and beer are available. High ceiling which create a very comfortable atmosphere. Patio is available.

Always love the local and quirky coffee spots. This one is a retro fit of an oil and lube spot. Great menu and vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful to first timers. The only negative was the asphalt needs repairs badly.

Sip Coffee & Beer is a fantastic blend of caffeine and brews. Their coffee is rich and their craft beer selection impressive. The relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff make it a great place to unwind or catch up with friends. For coffee and beer enthusiasts, Sip is a must-visit spot.

You can't miss with Sip. Simple cool vibe with good coffee and food. Great place to meet friends or clients for a relaxed unassuming atmosphere. Enjoy!

The Sip Garage is a neighborhood institution. Living in the neighborhood for many years and spending a lot of time here holds a special place in my heart. I’ve gotten tattoos with staff in the past and asked for critiques of my creative writing. With all that said, they make every person walking in the door feel that special! The ambiance, drinks and food rival the amazing staff. It’s definately worth popping in for a drink whether it’s for one of their specialty coffees or alcohol drinks.

Saw online they have local kombucha tea. They only had one kind of kombucha that wasn't hard alchol and it's from Oregon in a can, it cist almost $9 and was terrible. Very disappointed in the price and the quality.

After some of the negative reviews, my experience was good. I came in for my free Signature Sip drink, only 3 to choose from, the barista girl Anna Le recommended the banana foster, she said both cold and hot are good so I got it hot since it’s getting cooler. It was very good, not too sweet, just right. And AnnaLe wished me happy birthday which hardly ever happens when you come to claim free food and drinks🤣🤣

Nice atmosphere. This would be a lovely place to meet up with friends or spend your afternoon catching up on work. There are two different patios and the inside is thoroughly air conditioned. My quesadilla was very big, while I’d say the flavors were average. Not bad, not incredible. My iced coffee with caramel was very nice. Overall, Sips is totally worth popping by with friends if you need a chic cafe to hang out at for a little while.

SIP is good. The strong iced Americano, was made by the very nice Matthew. The gluten free banana bread was very good and moist. Pricey, over 12.00 for 2 items. There's a nice outdoor patio, which of course, was empty due to the crazy high Phx temps. Comfortable couches and chairs line the area. The headbanging music is way too loud.

Stumbled upon this place and was pleasantly surprised. Great cocktails and brilliant atmosphere for a daytime Sunday. Enjoyed the games and appreciated the friendly staff.

This is a hip, cool place to hang out on the weekend or any other time. Good food, solid array of drinks and arty staff. Outdoor and indoor seating. I feel comfortable spending time here...

I keep trying to go back to Sip. Cool space, I’m not sure if they have inexperienced baristas or just bad espresso. The espresso is always very bitter and their breve lattes aren’t creamy. If I am Paying $6 for a small latte I expect it to be a great latte. Cool space but you can go around the corner to Hava Java for an excellent latte and a better overall experience

Cute spot, the avocado toast and drink I had was delicious but a bit pricey and the AC was too cold compared to the outdoor temperature it was too aggressive for me. Also, the wifi was too slow for me to work on my programs there, which has never been an issue before now... so I probably won't work here again just for coffee dates or brunch.

So the food was delicious but bummed I got overcharged. I’m part of “Craftapped” so my stuff was suppose to be half off. I tried explaining to the bartender. And he said cool got it. Showed him how to redeem it and he still charged me for everything. I understand if you don’t know but ask man. Left a sour taste in my mouth.

One of my favorite local spots that appeals to all personalities! Smoothies, coffee, tea, and mixed drinks all in one place?! To top it off, they have a wonderful staff of genuine people. Don’t be shy, and come on by!

I absolutely love this place, the atmosphere is always bustling and the cold brew is top notch. None of the coffee ever tastes burnt or bitter and service is always quick. Sitting on the patio is always nice but the inside is always clean and has plenty of seating.

My girlfriend and I really loved coffee, so we decided to try this coffee shop nearby. Surprisingly, the coffee here really tastes great, and the staffs are very terrific. Everything was all perfect, and we decided to come back here again someday. Truly an excellent coffee shop that has the best coffee! Strongly recommended!

Super cool and trendy place. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the little "speak-easy" downstairs was full up from all of the people who made reservations, so I didn't get to experience it. But overall it was cool place to hang out for a drink or two.

I really wanted to like this place because it has a cool setup and it’s conveniently located. But I wouldn’t recommend it as a spot to get work done, especially in warmer weather. I was there today and it must have been at least 85 degrees in there - not comfortable at all. I looked around and several people were fanning themselves, clearly uncomfortable. I’ve been there 3 times this summer and it’s always been hot, so I don’t think it can be chalked up to something going on with their AC. I’ve also had flies buzzing around my head each time I’ve went there, and they really blast their music. It might be a good spot when it cools down and if you’re just looking for a spot to hangout, but not a place I personally could be productive.

My favorite go-to place for working away from home or for meeting up with friends. The coffee and tea are great and staff are always awesome! Love the chill laid back vibe!
