I
was
so
excited
to
come
check
out
this
shop
since
it’s
about
2
minutes
from
my
house
and
they
have
a
Harry
Potter
themed
summer
menu.
I
will
say
that
the
drinks
were
fantastic
and
the
atmosphere
of
the
shop
is
super
cute
and
quiet
enough
to
get
work
done
or
enjoy
an
Intimate
conversation..
however
the
experience
that
we
had
with
the
barista
was
very
very
off
putting.
We
were
complimenting
the
shop
audibly
all
the
way
up
until
we
placed
an
order
but
even
then
they
seemed
frustrated
that
we
didn’t
know
what
we
wanted
right
off
the
bat.
Like
I
said,
I
was
excited
to
check
out
their
HP
themed
menu
but
didn’t
know
what
the
drinks
were
so
I
needed
a
minute.
I
told
them
it
was
my
first
time
in
but
they
ignored
the
statement
and
left
us
standing
at
the
bar
while
they
went
and
did
a
couple
other
things,
which
wasn’t
in
itself
a
big
problem,
but
it
would
have
been
nice
to
get
some
recommendations
when
we
voiced
that
we
were
unsure
of
what
to
drink
instead
of
leaving
us
standing
there
.
When
we
gave
them
our
order
they
didn’t
look
up
at
us
and
seemed
very
put
off
by
our
presence
there.
However
another
customer,
seemingly
a
regular,
came
in
and
they
were
pleasant
and
talkative
and
gave
suggestions
/
recommendations.
It
was
a
little
hurtful
since
I
was
so
excited
to
come
in
and
check
it
out.
The
coffee
is
good
but
the
customer
service
was
pretty
bad.
I
expected
at
least
the
minimum
and
got
less
than
that.
I’m
going
to
try
to
go
in
again
and
see
if
I
have
a
different
experience
but
I
wasn’t
thrilled
by
my
first
time
there.
