Really unique coffee experience! The ambiance is awesome, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available. The menu has interesting coffee "cocktail" type options, as well nitro cold brew, more traditional coffee drinks, and even sparkling teas. The pastry menu has a lot of options, and there is beer on tap. The staff is super friendly and happy to offer guidance. Definitely recommend coming in and trying these creative options!

The coffee on the menu is very unique. This is not one of those coffee shops that has unique drinks on the menu and then they taste horrible. The drinks are excellent. When we went on a Sunday the line was long and it went very fast. Staff was super friendly and this is the first time I was able to order Japanese style coffee at a coffee shop. Can’t wait to go back.

Was told this is the best coffee joint in the greater Phoenix area. The local recommended the Havana Nights and explained the full presentation. Upon ordering, we were given TO-GO classes, but never asked if we wanted them TO-GO. Maybe a Covid thing… otherwise, there is plenty of outdoor seating.

Really great spot! Third wave coffee shop with a big modern interior & patio. Employees were great, super helpful, kind & fast. My latte was amazing, I had to go back for another one a couple days later! The shakerato was also good, creamy & full of flavor. Our avocado toast was really good, I think there was jam on it as well...which was a good spin on a classic avocado toast. Love the vibe here, coffee, & the fact that they roast their own coffee. Will be back when I visit Arizona again!

Tahitian Vanilla latte is legendary. The pumpkin spice ice cream is iconic. The vibes are amazing. Location is excellent. Can’t ask for much more.

Okay let me start off and say this place is amazing. Great coffee and mixed drinks and great atmosphere and team! I love this place so much and have been coming here for about 5 years. I even go out of my way to come here and also bring people who are visiting to here. However, the reason for my 3 star review is how even more expensive everything has gotten. I used to pay about $7 for a flavored latte with nondairy milk. Today I went to order and my typical drink is now over $10!!! While I could validate splurging every so often for the $7 drink, there is no way I can validate spending $10 on a small latte. I'm very bummed they are inflating their prices so much. I walked away and the cashier even said a few others have done the same. Hopefully they reassess their prices but I doubt they will as most places don't. Very unfortunate.

Wow! My friend and I came here for a coffee and ended up spending a few hours in the lovely outdoor seating area and enjoyed 2 cups of coffee each We loved the honey lavender latte. So delicious. We also tried the passion fruit caramel latte in iced. So delicious and so different. Loved both the lattes and the vibe of the place . Definitely recommended for excellent coffee and even better experience.

This coffee shop is getting better! The service has always been excellent, and Alexa and her team always make you feel welcome. Food is good and reasonably priced but be warned, If you have a sweet tooth, then be prepared for a long stay! It was comfortable and reasonably quiet, so we had a relaxing time enjoying our meal and admiring the artwork.

Provision is great. The best anecdote I have is that on the morning of my wedding, this is where I chose to have my coffee and breakfast. It was everything I hoped, superb and relaxing. I enjoyed the outdoor space at my table for one and it was the perfect start to an amazing day. I have never had an experience less excellent than this one and any time I'm on that side of town I am sure to stop in for a treat and some espresso.

1/7/22- I am from Vegas and I saved this place as a favorite because of the reviews. As I got into Phoenix around noon this was my first stop. This spot is beautiful inside. Right when I walked in I was not greet by any of the staff members. There was guest sitting down in the lobby area but I was the only one in line. I walked up the the cash wrap and the Male Asian barista did not bother to say anything. So it’s obvious but I said “I order here?” He just replied “Yes.” I ended up ordering a Casablanca and Avocado toast. Went to the patio and enjoy my avocado toast. I definitely love the kick to it, never had a spicy avocado toast but it was great. The Casablanca it is a nitro cold brew mix with hints of different flavors to be honest I can only taste cardamom. If I do return I would try a latte instead.

Neighborhood cafe, where there are many people come to work and study. The ambience is not too loud. The staffs were very nice and friendly. The coffee was great. Dog friendly.

Provision is, hands down, one of my favorite coffee bars in Phoenix. First of all, the drip coffee is fantastic. Their selections also include the two refreshing selections of Japanese iced coffee & sparkling iced tea. The atmosphere is great for working during the day and chilling out in the evening. But it wouldn’t be the same without the fantastic team behind the counter! They’re fantastic and welcoming, and they even host events every so often.

I have been there at least 3 times and they are consistent with great coffee, bagels and fast service.Good food and coffee shop. Price are very reasonable and very clean. Reminds me of other coffee shop but only better.

Amazing coffee and tea! The people are always really nice too. They get delicious pastries (the hand pies are a personal favorite) and usually have a selection of fun seasonal drinks to try which keeps things fresh.

It's a great place. I live down the street the people that work there are always friendly and the owner is in the shop often so that's good to see. Normally you go there for the coffee and the Japanese cold brew but some of their higher end signature cocktails probably the best in the valley

I’ve written a review already but I want to write another one because I don’t think the first one did this place justice. I’ve been coming to Provision consistently for about 7 months now. I can confidently say this is one of my favorite coffee shops in the valley. I’m never ever disappointed by my drink or by the service provided to me. I also wanted to note, the Provision took great care during the COVID 19 pandemic to make sure both their customers and employees were safe and healthy, by offering curbside pickup and mobile ordering and closing their lobby as well as enforcing social distancing. I’ve always come here when I want to treat myself or my friends or for just a pick me up in the morning and I’ve never been disappointed by the quality of the drinks and food that they create. I see myself being a customer of theirs for many months and years to come.

I've been to Provision a few times and it's always the same. Lots of trendy people, very trendy decor and vibe. But the length of time it takes to get a simple coffee is frankly outrageous. 10 minutes in line followed by 20 minutes waiting for the coffee to be made. Add to that the relative smallness of their largest size, and one latte not made to order and I find I've always left the establishment dissatisfied. I want to like this place. It's a great location and the indoor/outdoor seating options are very appealing in the fall/winter months. But the service is just bad. Nice people work here. It's just too slow for a coffee bar.

My cappuccino was perfectly delicious! It's a cute coffee shop that I would love to meet up with friends. My only concern is both times I've been in they are super busy and every single table is full of people on laptops and I get it I love to do my work at good coffee shops. They do have a nice patio area but it's so cold in the morning in Phoenix right now that I do not want to be sitting outside. I'm not sure I would make plans with friends where until it's warmer and I'm comfortable sitting outside.

Visited on Sat I believe. The service was very kind and attentive. It has a good interior. Food is similar to a cafe in Portland I loved.

The Kyoto blossom was refreshing and the pastries were tasty. I would love to try other drinks. They have outdoor seating and plenty of parking.

The service and products at Provision are top notch. Prices are slightly higher than others but I'd say it is well worth it! It has quickly become my go-to for chill mornings.

Great quality chai latte

We popped in just for a coffee, but we couldn't resist the delicious homemade lemon cheesecake! Service was spot on. The staff members are very friendly and even helpful. They are so quick to respond. I think we'll be returning to try the other cakes and other flavors of coffee on offer! Thank you very much!

I have been here a couple of times because they had the best tasting coffee than other coffee shops I tried before. My favorite was Cafe Latte together with their best-tasting muffin. The two are like salt and pepper, always better together. They have menus, too. The place has a good ambiance, especially at night. It was very romantic.

I used to go here a few times a week before work and will never return after today's unprecedented rudeness from whomever this new staff member is. Wild a company would be so cavalier as to ensure to alienate a loyal customer, especially as the industry is taking such massive hits. Provision is trying to expand into sit down service and have, in turn, abandoned whatever integrity got them started. Waaaaaay to many shops in Phoenix to ever tolerate such disrespect, shame on Provision.

We really enjoyed both an early morning and evening service at Provision. The espresso was on point, an iced coffee cocktail was amazing as well as the two cocktails we tried in the evening. We appreciated the fast friendly service and the use of both the indoor and outdoor space. We look forward to coming back again!

This coffee shop has the most unique and creative coffee drinks I’ve seen. I ordered the Casablanca with nitro cold brew and prosciutto toast. My husband ordered the southwest sunrise and avocado toast. Their attention to detail is apparent and everything was delicious (even the salt on the avo toast was special). The interior is hip and trendy, and the patio was nice and secluded from the street. We can’t wait to come back!

Service and ambience are great, this is what I love about Scottsdale. We ordered a latte with hazelnut, cappuccino, and couple of pastries. I was only disappointed because their hazelnut flavor is horrible. The staff was kind enough to make it again and I didn't complain any more but it is nothing like hazelnut. My husband agreed. not the staffs fault and I would come back.

I wanted avocado toast with an egg. But when I asked for egg, she looked me like I just ordered a food from Mars? They have prosciutto. One slice of good bread a bit of avocado and prosciutto, $13? Wow a bit over priced??

I've loved this place ever since they opened and I discovered them while living near the Biltmore area. The coffee is always so good as well as the adult beverages. The atmosphere is so chill and vibey(sp?). It's definitely one of my favorite coffee shops here in Phoenix.

Do yourself a favor and try this place. I can see why they have a lot of good reviews.

Quality coffee and unique treats. If you are lover of plywood this could be your new calm spot :) The staff is super helpful as well! The Honey Lavender Latte iced was the perfect blend of flavors and taste. Also, tried the Southwest Sunrise it was good but next time I will say light on the simple syrup.

Amazing coffee, fresh, strong, amd full of flavors!

Coffee is alright, though based on the ingredients I was expecting more. The Habanero Mocha was ok, but the Passion Fruit Latte was bland. Both drinks were iced (as this is Arizona) and I don't think it did them any favors. More milk than anything, and for $7-8 per drink I was hoping for more than a single shot. The place is trendy and was very busy, and I am willing to try it again, but I'll be more selective with a future order. On a side note, social distancing was minimal, and although all employees had masks, inside and out were fairly crowded with people sitting and not wearing them, so be aware if you decide to visit.

Fresh, handcrafted coffee and tea, friendly staff, gluten free pastry, and a modern vibe make Provision a must. My Americano with a pump of chai was full of flavor and pepped me up. Currently, they have limited indoor seating but also have outdoor patio seating. So glad they're within walking distance.

Their food menu is limited so you may need to go to the Original Chop Shop right next to it for food. They need a good breakfast burrito or breakfast sandwich. But definitely for the coffee!

Provision is great. The Japanese-Style Iced Coffee is excellent! I'm also a big fan of the sparkling teas, they're an awesome option if you don't want coffee. I had a below average experience the other day and they went out of their way to make it right. Excellent customer service and highly recommend visiting.

Provision offers a really cool indoor/outdoor dining experience that is really pleasant during chiller weather and dogs are welcome (and common). Between Provision and Chop Shop, that indoor/outdoor dining area can get busy quickly, so pay attention to the little widget in Google Maps that tells you how busy the place is. The espresso drinks menu has some uniqueness to it, and there are several tasty items to choose from when it comes to food.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere, good music, great coffee and nice interior. This is a good place to work. The drinks were all tasty and worthwhile. If you’re up for a fresh place with beautiful architecture then this is a must to visit.

Damn good coffee. I think this is Phoenix’s best coffee in the entire state of Arizona. The coffee here is as legit as it gets with a wide variety of house flavors and all the traditional flavors as well. So if you’re looking for authentic coffee and freshly roasted to perfection - must visit here for sure. The WiFi internet here is super strong and I enjoyed being able to get some work done here on the laptop as well. They have PLENTY of open seating around too so you can always find a spot to work in.

I was here for a speed dating event. The inside is small, but not too congested. Although the cocktails are delicious, I would recommend this place for the staff alone! They are all smiles, very attentive, super helpful and happy to be there. I dropped a personal belonging in the trash and a waitress came running in 2 seconds to help me retrieve it.

Came here to get some coffee snack and work! Love the outside seating. Coffee and chai was great. Pizza was so-so. It wasn't horrible but I wouldn't get it again, it was a bit bland.

Really great coffee and food! Came here for a quick pastry and time with our group. The inside is a great vibe at night, but with the beautiful weather in December being outside under the overhang is also amazing. Wide selection of house made syrups and well roasted coffee. I do recommend you make this a stop on your trip through Phoenix.

I went for some coffee beans and I really wanted to try the new Umoja, the cashier started a fresh batch and after a couple of minutes I was able to enjoy one of the most delicious cup of coffee of my life. The service, as you can see, is impeccable, I hope I can come back to try more stuff

Love Provision! You can’t go wrong with any of the coffee drinks! The other location, is just as great and if you love some good lighting and plants, it’s worth checking out! My go to is the lavender latte. Still need to try out some cocktails.

Coffee quality good. Brew temps often too low for steamed milk drinks. I always get a latte and I always need to tell them to make it hot and they sometimes space it. Overall space is decent (very Scandinavia), yet the bar stools are horrid. They should have some back support. I get minimal, but come on now..., too minimal is just that. Space could be be more effectively planned to provide some comfortable seating. Also, time-out the wifi to 1 hour to discourage data campers. You often can't sit because of the data campers. Outside area is nice. The building could use a shade covering over the outside bathroom door that is directly in the sun all afternoon. In the summer the door is on fire. Overall the place cute and nice to meet someone for quicker coffee, yet a longer hang is not that great. It also seems a bit "blown-out" by people wanting to be somewhere cool.

I was told about Provision by a friend who is not much of a coffee drinker, based on a recommendation by a mutual friend who does drink coffee. I had not eaten in about 14 hours and was starving, and that being said I ordered only coffee because the pastries (?) in the case by the register looked barely edible, and to paraphrase an old joke, they were also small. So, the coffee was good, just not my style - tastes vary from person to person (I am starting an import company to bring coffee from a country in Africa and I don't take it personally when two of my brothers say it's not to their taste). I tasted fruity flavors (regular coffee with half-and-half only), the coffee was not very hot and cooled quickly, and my preference is for non-fruity coffee. Will I go back? Probably not too soon

Ventured to a new coffee spot that I’ve been seeing all over IG. Not sure of the best time to check this place out as I have a feeling they stay busy. The 2nd floor is relatively small but offers 3 comfy and spacious booths. The opposite wall is lined with plants. Seems like good spot to get some work done if you’re tired of being in the office and want a different view. Downstairs are several tables. The bar was pretty open Coffee was solid I got a caramel latte I thoroughly enjoyed my lox bagel and opted for an everything bagel. They had a few bagel options of plain, and jalapeño. My friend got a breakfast sandwich which is one of their most popular items and said the flavor was spot on I’m looking forward to when they open their hours towards more of a cocktail hours I would definitely try again
