I've been in here a couple times and was greeted kindly by the moustache man. Today, I went in and got a blank stare from this blonde girl with no hello or anything. After the blank stare, I said hello and she said nothing back... and asked what can I get for you. I'll actually go and drink mediocre Dunkin coffee over Press just to avoid not being acknowledged by someone in a service position. Please train your baristas to be service oriented... it's not that difficult to mix milk and espresso to a point where you disregard the service skills of a barista. Beyond that, coffee is good.

Absolutely delicious coffee! I got the rose latte with oat milk, and my lovely wife got the Brad Pitt with oat milk. Plus, they have a super relaxing greenhouse sitting area that is full of plants and positive energy. The ambience is just what we needed on this Sunday morning! 10/10 would recommend!

I absolutely love this place I never leave reviews but their is this one gentlemen that works their never asked his name he has orange hair. I can honestly say that I look forward to going to get coffee because I know he is their either making coffee or working the register. I can tell he enjoys his job and it honestly rubs off on people I tip him every time even if hes not making my coffee, to interact with him is an experience he has a super chill vibe. And he is an ASSET to press thank you sir for always making amazing coffee! Showing everyone kindness! You are an awesome human being keep doing what your doing! Last bit service i always fast and efficient I can always count on their efficiency.

Love it! It is a little gem hidden away in a business park. Big open interior with wall windows that open to the exterior tables when the weather is nice. Quiet and peaceful when I was there at 7 am on Saturday morning. They offer the standard coffee shop fare.

Every drink we ordered (party of 5) was prepared perfectly. My own drink, an iced chai with almond milk, mocha, and hazelnut is incredibly delicious. The person who helped us provided excellent customer service and was very personable. His great personality and good advice added to the experience. I highly recommend.

Clean, open space, perfect for getting some work done while enjoying a great cup of coffee. The staff had a lot of passion for the coffee and I loved the extra serving included with the pour over. The location is a little odd on the visit, but well worth while asking directions.

Super good cappuccinos! Visiting Arizona for the last three days and have enjoyed visiting press coffee three times. Never disappointed, the barista takes time to make every drink perfect. Looking forward to see if they have any locations in California when I return home.

This espresso tastes so smooth it’s unbelievable. Very simple menu, they have all the milk substitutes, but they do not have a wide variety of syrups. However once I tasted my White Mocha with Oat milk, I was very pleased, it’s delicious!

I love this coffee shop a lot! Always a friendly staff, great seating that is actually comfortable, tables and chairs for work with lounge chairs and couches available too! The coffee is great but u think the hot chocolate is fantastic! It's perfect for business casual meetings and even offers a business meeting room to rent with reservation!

Probably the best coffee I've had in Arizona... mind you, I'm from Seattle (so automatically I'm an expert, right? Lol) and owned a Cafe in Australia, which served espresso and coffee... I think I like their's better!

This coffee shop is top-notch. They have a very comfortable seating arrangement inside and out. The design of the whole shop is very inviting and enticing. The service was very outstanding and the taste of the coffee was hands down the best I have ever had. Obsessed with this little coffee shop. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Awesome atmosphere, so relaxing and never rushed. Seating allows for small groups to chat without feeling on top of one another. Service is always courteous and friendly. Plus great coffee

The best ever! This coffee shop is indeed a great place to relax and have a cup of coffee. The pastries are also the best here, and the staffs are amazing too. I really had a great time here, and I'm sure that I will come back again together with my friends. Thanks, everyone! Keep up the beautiful work!

love the outdoor seating and all the seating looked comfortable. Good atmosphere. It is pretty quiet. Plenty of seating. Staff was friendly when I visited. I tried their Americano but I found the coffee too acidic for my liking.. I haven't returned since but I think overall it would be a good place to relax, catch up with friends. I may go back and try different drinks; and will update the review! :) They had variety of pastries that I didn't get to try but they all looked good.

This location of Press is nestled cozily in the middle of an office building complex, so it's quiet and serene—the well appointed space and tasteful decor create a great environment to get work done—and of course the coffee is top-notch. The baristas are friendly and, if you're in the mood, there's even a ping pong table.

Love this place. Service is always good. It's a quiet environment. I'm a student and I come here to do my work and enjoy a good coffee. Business people come here too and it's definitely because of the calming and quiet environment and large space to sit.

Went here because I heard amazing things. The coffee was strong (just the way I like it) and people were friendly. You may want to make sure signs are up that cash isn't accepted. I had to make my own change out of the tip jaw and the drink was $3.and some change and she was like just take a dollar. So, I short changed myself because they weren't willing to take US dollars. This is a form of payment and should be taken!!!!

Can't go wrong with Press Coffee. I ordered an Americano and it was amazing as usual. Extremely high quality coffee in my opinion. The venue is spacious and extremely clean. I have no complaints. I will be returning in the future without a doubt.

Such a great gem in the mix of Arcadia, Biltmore area! They have a bunch of locations around the valley and a valley company favorite. I always love their lineup of Shakers! If you're looking for a specialty coffee, I highly recommend their Honey Cinnamon or their seasonal selection. During the fall, they have a Pumpkin Shaker and during the winter, they have a Peppermint Mocha Shaker. You cannot go wrong with any of these! They are not too sweet and are 16oz. I love their Biltmore location because you can go for work, school, leisure, or a casual environment to catch up with a friend. No matter who is at the counter or behind the bar, they are friendly and welcoming. Overall, this is a place to treat yourself. They are a little pricey for the specialty drinks at base of $5.75 + tax + tip and the total is about $7.40-$8.00 for a drink.

Love the Raspberry bar and the drink offerings are excellent. Put a little Chai in anything and you've hooked me. Seating inside and outside relaxing atmosphere.

Press is literally the best. I'm very picky about my coffee and I also travel for work, so I have coffee all over. And yes, Press is the best. Every time I'm in Phoenix, I visit Press every day. I also really appreciate that they have really delicious decaf coffee. The staff are great and their app is great for ordering ahead. LOVE this place!

Great coffee shop with unique beverage choices. They had a chai shaker that had cold brew that was good since I don’t usually drink coffee but it tasted great.

Fantastic coffee and service! I love supporting a local business. Does anyone ever use the shuffleboard table, though? I wish they would take it out and put more seating. It seems like wasted space to me.

Good coffee, better than Starbucks for sure and the conference room was nice and private. Seems like a great area to go write the next best selling novel. Just remember to tip your barista for their great service!

The barista was super rude to me and my friend. I asked him for what he recommends since it was my first time and he rudely replied to me saying “that’s a weird question”. I didn’t know asking for a recommendation can be weird and make someone mad and have attitude. He was not welcoming at all. Just handed us the drinks and didn’t even say have a good day. worst service i have ever received

I wish you upgrade service at this location. I love pour over coffee and I found that press coffee is the best in town. I stop by for at a cup and snack every single day. And I have already visited all locations in the area and everywhere everyone is super chilled and happy except barista in this location. (This barista is tall, have red and long hair and he is always mean and treat me the second time as I am nothing. And always telling me that pour over coffee will take to make at least 15 min. Note to the owners: please change the parking sign where it says “at least 15 min” because this morning I saw a security person walking and writing down the plates of all cars that parked there for longer period of time. Thanks! P.s. today I forgot my wallet in the car which parked at Biltmore area. So my cup of coffee was warmed up at microwave instead real fresh pour over!!!!

Beautiful local coffee place. They put a lot of time and effort into finding the best coffee from around the world. They won several awards from the Golden Bean. They teach a Coffee 101 class on Saturdays at some locations. Very fun place. Don't be intemidated by the parking.

Really great Kombucha on tap, nice atmosphere, but the barista either doesn't like his job or is purposefully going out of his way to not make tips. Get a new barista and it's a great little place!

  • 1/5 Jack D. 2 years ago on Google
I had a very bad experience at this press coffee. Some guy with long hair and a moustache decided I spent too much money not to give a tip that was big enough. He told me that I should have tipped more and that I should get them next time. I thought this was rude - it’s my choice to tip based on my experience. Shouldn’t be peer pressured to do that

Press is the best coffee place in town. Every drink is made with extreme care, and the different beans/roasts available are thoughtful. There's no reason to get espresso anywhere else unless you *need* a drive-thru window. Treat yourself!

My first visit to Press Coffee wasn't what I was hoping for. After asking the barista what's popular, I got a shaker. I asked if it was thick like a protein shake and she said in a less than pleasant manner, no it's made from cold brew so not thick at all. (Yes, it is thicker than just regular cold brew). I asked to make it on the sweeter side since I like my coffee very sweet and the guy making it told me no, they aren't allowed to change the recipe. WHAT?! But I can add my own simple syrup. I wasn't thrilled sipping on it mainly because it wasn't what I was expecting and I was little annoyed by them at this point. With that said, it's an interesting drink and I'm definitely going to go back at some point and try something different. It has a cool atmosphere that is great for working, hanging out or having a meeting (which I was there for). Maybe my next visit to a different location will increase my rating.

First time going here today. I work in a coffee shop and serve people in tucson. I make it a point to go to as many local shops as I can and they do not disappoint. Amazing coffee. The girl who made my coffee was short and to the point, not interested in taking and I liked that she was able to read what I needed. Will be going back for sure.

I always enjoy my time at press coffee builtmore. It’s my coffee culture away from the coffee culture. The coffee is now bitter, the food is light and fresh. The atmosphere is inventive and business driven. #presscoffee #coffee #business #newmoneyhabits #ryanwinkle

The quality is the coffee is very good. Cortado with half & half a what my BF gets every week. The peanut butter chocolate is also really good they have cold brew on draft and kombucha. The press on 24th st is really calm on the weekend. Lots of places to sit and activities to do like boards game or ping pong. I go about once a week and really look forward to it

  • 5/5 Jeff A. 5 years ago on Google
Great, tucked away in office complex, coffee shop. Clean look, professional layout. Personal counter staff (forgot her name! Darn! She had a great presence and was very welcoming). What I really enjoyed were the board and card games, as well shuffleboard. Large four LED big screen playing, at the time, sports. Atmosphere was low key and a nice quiet place to have coffee and get work done. Also, there's a nice center Courtyard to relax on cooler days. Go enjoy Over Easy before or after.

They serve healthy food to go with tasty coffee products. Prices, however, are high. Hotel parking is expensive but Press validates two hours of parking. It's fairly small but I expect most customers order to go. One nice feature is a decent sized conference room which can be good for meetings and other group events.
