Went in for lunch with 2 other people. Worst experience ever. Our table was dirty, asked for it to be cleaned and were told we could go sit at a clean table. Really! I ordered a Cobb Salad, the crumbled bacon looked like dog food. The greens weren’t even torn up, had whole pieces of spinach and beet greens that still had the stems attached not to mention they were wilted. The tomatoes were soft and old. I also ordered a glass of Sauvignon Blanc, tasted like vinegar, couldn’t drink it. All in all we will never be back. Not worth the price.

We love Luci's Marketplace! We have made this a regular stop for breakfast after our running group up the street at Runner's Den on Saturdays. Luci's offers a fun and eclectic variety of items for sale. Food to go, hilarious gifts and beers and wine. It's like the best of a fun truck stop restaurant but with a modern take. Their breakfast items are always delicious and the staff are friendly. The coffee drinks and smoothies never disappoint. We always find plenty of clean seating and spend time checking out the always newly arriving items while in the check out line or waiting for the food to arrive. There's also a bar connected that has a rad typewriter theme. I'd like to grab a drink there some day. Until then, this will continue to be our go to breakfast stop when we're ready to chow down after a run!

Cinnamon roll was yummy. But they really need to say your name back to you to ensure that your coffee doesn't sit and get cold because you're NOT Pauline 🙃🥴 not even close. Sincerely, Toni

Energetic corner restaurant/market. Order for on the go or eat inside. Eating inside, you have two options: table service or order at the counter for your food to be delivered. Quality food, good service, and great for people watching.

Luci’s is a local staple, an anchor, a beacon. If you’re looking for quality food and coffee with a bustling environment to boot, this is exactly where you should make plans to eat—or just drop in. Whether you’re working remotely, meeting up with an old friend, enjoying a weekday happy hour, wanting a weekend brunch, or looking to feed your family, Luci’s has just about everything you could hope for in a local establishment. It’s also a great spot for funny birthday presents or stocking stuffers come Christmas time. My only complaint is that they’ve shifted from all-day breakfast to only serving through 2:30 now. That’s still later than most spots, but sometimes, a 5:00 burrito bomb is just what the doctor ordered.

Poor customer service from the manager! Light short haired male.. Ordered the eggs in a nest and because often times restaurants cook their over medium eggs wrong, with a runny white part, I asked for my eggs to be in between over medium and over hard. The eggs were cooked way past over hard lol they were like the texture of hard boiled eggs. A proper over hard still has a gooey center it just isn’t runny. I didn’t have time to wait for new ones unfortunately so I asked for my money back. The manager was frustrated and told me to next time order over medium, I said “ok no problem but none the less these aren’t even over hard - they’re way over cooked.” He snatched the plate from my hand and told me I was refunded. Not even an apology! Normally I would have just eaten them but because they were inside of bread they were so dry it was just awful. Would hate to see how they handle their stress on a weekend.

Been a pretty loyal customer of Luci's for some time now. The food is good, the beverages are good and the people are usually very pleasant to deal with.....BUT.....for the past 6 months the lids on the large drinks do not stay on. I have had numerous Uber Eats deliveries where the lids popped off and I received a partially filled drink. I've had my drinks end up all over my desk and nearly take out my computer and today one ended up all over the inside of my car. I've made comments to the employees for months and they all acknowledge it is an issue, so why when your business is food and beverage would you allow this issue to carry on? Please get this problem fixed, eat the cost of the lids you bought or go back to the manufacturer and have them fix the issue for you, but this can't continue.

Weird experience for sure. Was recommended by a local about their good coffee and food. First, they only serve 16oz, normal people should not be drinking 3+ shots of espresso. Not healthy, at all. I ordered it and when I picked up the drink I asked for a cup so that I could split it with a friend and they seemed really bothered by that. Second, I tried an almond croissant, that was dry and not sweet at all nor flavorful. Third, most employees seemed like they did not want to be there and were not pleasant. I don't need you to be exceptionally nice, but at least be approachable.

Little coffee eatery with some good breakfast and lunch selections. Did the biscuits and gravy (which for the record has mushrooms in it) which gave it a nice touch. However due to having allergies to mushrooms I could not finish the dish but what I did taste was definitely worth the price for the serving sizes which they do not skimp on. Friendly staffing as well :)

A personal favorite to meet people for coffee, breakfast or lunch. Easy access to the 51. It has a very warm atmosphere of an old time country store. They have food, drinks, and a selection of items to buy. From cooking books to socks and toys. Service is fast, friendly and with a smile. If you plan to have a meeting here, add 30 minutes just to have time to take in the atmosphere and enjoy the cool environment.

Discovering this delightful small restaurant with my sister was a pleasant surprise that quickly grew into a favorite. Each visit is a must when I'm in the area. The variety of drinks, dishes, and unique gifts they offer is truly remarkable. I especially love the Mojo Bowl and, of course, the Chai tea. Whether you're spending time with loved ones or seeking a peaceful spot for solo activities like studying or unwinding, I highly recommend a visit! One thing to note: The music might get a bit loud, so consider bringing headphones or earphones for an optimal experience!

Lots of fun elements sprinkled throughout this place give it character. Even the bathroom is aesthetic! There are lots of cool trinkets in the middle right before the kiosks. I got an iced “caramel almond fruit” tea unsweetened, it was delicious. My friend got a “cheese crisp” from the kids menu and thought it was going to be something super interesting, but it ended up just being a quesadilla. She was disappointed but I thought it was tasty nonetheless.

This was one of my favorite spots for...everything...reading, grabbing a coffee with a friend, shopping their retail for things I didn't need, enjoying a nice breakfast/brunch and mimosa, etc. When I lived in Phoenix, I came here way too much and always had a pleasant experience. Their menu had a ton of fresh and delicious options. Service was always speedy and friendly too. I miss having a spot like this to go to regularly. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't been before. Lots great seating options both inside and by the large windows facing the street/sidewalk if you want some fresh air.

The new management they brought in recently has made a notable difference in the atmosphere. Full of energy and has a permanent smile on her face. Even remembered my grandkids’ names. We visited 3 times in the week they were in town. We ate in the bar one night too. Great service. Try the chilaquiles or the hummus plate. Check out the funky gifts. My family also prefers their lattes to Starbucks. All around, very happy with this place. Cheers!

Biscuits and gravy was good, but I had Nadines egg in a nest and it was average at best. Very plain but tasty. 3.5 stars. I would come back atmosphere was good.

Very hip, eclectic, corner store vibe to bring out of town guests to see how cool Phoenix can be. Coffee was good, but disappointed in the pastries and lack of seating. But loved the patio option! Service was nice and cool novelties everywhere. For sure a coffee stop with visitors!

Great bright atmosphere. Some good service, some bad. I had Nadine's Eggs in a nest. It was cold. Split biscuits and gravy with a friend. Again, cold. Oh, and turn the music down.

Nice breakfast place. Great selection of menu items. Sat in the full service section and our server Natalie was very friendly and professional. Nice to see experienced servers like this. Can’t wait to go try other menu items. Highly recommended.

Ate at Luci’s almost every day for a week recently when I was in town visiting my sister. This place is amazing. Their food is delicious, their customer service is great, their space is perfectly set up, their drinks are amazing. I don’t have enough good things to say about it! I had their breakfast items, some lunch, smoothies and coffee drinks. All was great! Looking forward to visiting again!

Such a fun place. I love browsing the store while waiting for our food. Super kitschy! The food, loose leaf tea and fresh coffee are all fantastic

Delicious food! Fun ambience! Refreshing drinks! 10/10 will be back! Definitely try this place out, and the other locations they have. Luci's at the Orchard is also amazing!

Was kind of horrible this AM. Place is cool and well laid out. However, they have a funky ordering system where all orders are placed sequentiailly. So when a small order (like a single coffee) is placed, one has to wait for all other prior orders, even if its with larger breakfast or lunch orders before one can get the smaller order. So a small order turns into a half hour wait regardless. Hopefully, this is corrected in the future. But if not, need to go there for full eats and not small eats.

A nice market and restaurant! I’ve been now for breakfast and lunch and the breakfast was much better. The egg white wrap was delicious. Their online ordering doesn’t work though so if you’re in a rush, call ahead.

This is hands down the best local place in the area. The biscuits and gravy is to die for and the cinnamon rolls they have are insanely good. They have a plethura of locally baked goods with a coffee bar and I haven't found any yet that I didn't get a second time. Also if you are French toast lover give theirs a try, they put a unique spin on it and it's also to die for. I've been going for a week straight now, I can't stop. Anyways, its a very nice location and atmosphere, I'd recommend it to anyone local or new to the area it will definitely be a favorite.
