Edit: Unlikely to return. What used to be a favorite of mine is now on my list of places to avoid. Service has become quite rude. Original: Only open in the mornings but that's a good thing because this is an outdoor restaurant and in Phoenix it gets too hot. Anyway, have a delicious waffle, drink a hot coffee, and revel in the best breakfast dining experience this side of Thomas.

Bridhaus coffee is a real gem in Central Phoenix! I am never disappointed with the assortment of Latte’s and Tea’s that I’ve sampled over the years! As a take away spot located in the Willo Historic District, they are housed in an outbuilding adjacent to Oven & Vine! In addition to amazing coffee concoctions they also serve some amazing Belgian Waffles! Definitely one of my favorite Go-To spots in Phoenix

What a great place to grab a coffee! I drove thru the green popular coffee brand chain and it was packed, left and came to find this little hidden gem, wish I would have known sooner, but only visiting for a few more days, I tried the honey lavender latte (I believe that's what's called, definitely had lavander in it, lol) outstanding 👏👏 this little lovely place is now definitely on my top 1 list for coffee.. The lady was very kind and helpful, will definitely be my first stop the upcoming days while I'm here, definitely go try it!! You'll ditch the green popular coffee brand too 😉

Birdhaus Coffeebar is a quaint little gem! This historic home-turned-coffeeshop was right down the road from where I was staying, so I had to check it out. This place deserves 5 stars for the customer service alone, the young man who made my coffee was super friendly and made my morning! I ordered The Quail (caramel latte + maple) as well as The Waffle, and both tasted pretty good. There was no indoor seating, but they had a neat birdcage bench to sit on outside. As someone who loves studying birds, I appreciated the bird-themed beverage names and atmosphere. I will definitely be back to try another one of their house-special drinks.

I enjoyed an easy walk through the gorgeous Willow neighborhood and happened upon this sweet coffee bar. I'm in love. The iced Chai is amazing and my mouth is watering as I await my waffle with raspberry lemon compote. The baristas are friendly and the atmosphere welcoming and relaxed.

Great place to pick up a cup of coffee in midtown. I recommend the "Quail coffee". The service was very quick. There is very limited parking for a car. There are some benches and a small outdoor seating area which does have shade. It's small, cute and makes a good cup of coffee.... iced and hot.

I got a delicious little cortado here. It is outdoors and the barista was quick. Dog friendly and they have bones for dogs too!

Super cute spot and the ladies working there are so sweet and fun! I got the Heron latte (dark chocolate raspberry) and it was super delicious. There is some shaded seating on the patio to the left and misters on the porch so it’s perfect even on a warmer day like today!

So cheap and affordable!! It’s right across the street from apartments so the parking can be a little tricky :) I got a coffee, waffle, and two snacks for $12 so make sure to tip cause the service was awesome 👏🏼 right downtown so there is a cute place to sit down 🪑 lots of benches spread around from other close businesses 10/10

They are never open when their hours say they are. I've walked up when they should still be open while they are closing up shop multiple times.

Wow this place is the cutest, very good coffee and low price too! I got 2 latte and a waffle for only 11$ total, it’s like 1/2 price of a “name brand” coffee

I rode my bike to Birdhaus this morning. I enjoyed sitting outside in the shade reading a book. I loved watching all the neighbors stop by to grab a coffee on their morning walks.

Delightful discovery for us! My daughter is typically skeptical about waffles (she's a pancake girl), but my interest in lemon raspberry compote prompted us to share. Pliable, dippable, delicious waffle treat! My daughter lobbied for more than her half and started planning our return with rest of family. Looking forward to our next visit!
