Overpriced for a tiny bagel &cheese bfast sandwich with meat removed, cheese slid all over the plate, and an iced tea. ( Service was nice but would have been nice if they at least could have subbed an Impossible or Beyond Burger or something else. ) I love supporting smaller businesses/chains when feasible, but I won't go back here.

I live about a block from the 7th ave and Indian School location and I frequently try to order through the app the first couple I understood that this new to them but I am a repeat customer and visit at 2 times a week at first .. so I would expect they would check the machine at least every 10 minutes and I always order 10 minutes or more ahead. So after the third coming and it not being ready it became an inconvenience. I asked them to try to look out for it. When I came yet again and it wasn't ready I explained to the assistant manager my situation and she said that I was out of luck because they don't check the system because not enough people use it. That is an unacceptable response and on top of it she did not apologize or offer any other assurance for the future so I will not be returning to this location and I do not suggest any others visit here.

This is truly one of the best coffee spots in Phoenix, from the coffee to the blended drinks, to the smoothies, to the egg and cheddar biscuits it’s all great! Let’s also talk about how amazing the staff is, Grace makes the best drinks and Tyler’s customer service skills are top notch and their rewards program is AWESOME! I feel like every 4 purchases I’m getting a free drink ☺️, which is amazing!!!!! Kudos to Scooters on 7th Ave.

The pumpkin carmelousis was good. The blended version is better than iced. In the iced you don't taste the pumpkin just the coffee and the spice they put on top. The blended is sweet and definitely pumpkin tasting. Friendly staff. Prices $5 for medium iced.

I absolutely love going to Scooter's, sometimes i go twice a day. The coffee is amazing, and the customer service is fantastic. Thank you Faith, Alicia, and Isaiah for always making my stop at scooters special. Love this place.

We ran through Scooter’s yesterday and tried the featured turtle latte that The sweet barista, Faith, recommended. It was so tasty and refreshing. Faith didn’t steer us wrong!! The everything bagel sandwich was tasty, too! I saved it for lunch and it was still so good! Thanks Faith and thanks Scooters for being way better than the big competitor!

Little did I know that Scooters has been around since 1998. Hopefully the Peanut Butter Power Smoothie has been around as long because it’s delicious .

Just had scooters energy infusion and mango smoothie at 7th Ave and Indian school. I tell you, what!!!! My mouth did a happy dance. The flavors just made it wonderful. I'm a happy camper dancing with my mouth slurping away. ..thank you scooters workers for a nice environment.

I absolutely LOVE going to Scooter's. It's the Perfect atmosphere if you're looking for amazing drinks, fast lines, and incredible customer service. The barista's also told me that you get $2 off your drink when you download the app as well as on the bottom of your reciept theres a $2 off coupon if you com in after 1pm! I absolutely love saving money and the best part is my drinks are always made correctly and on top of that with a smile, which is so rare nowdays. 10/10 Reccomend going to Scooter's on 7th ave!

Today me and my wife drove to this location passing Starbucks, Dutch bros and a matter of fact 3 starbucks,, and I have to say wow, it was well worth it,, pumpkin spice latte and maple vanilla lattes were so good, I have been tired of going to Starbuck and Dutch bros for coffee , too mainstream and not even good tasting,, I will definitely be going back for my coffee at scooters, thanks for the great cup this morning 🙏

I only rated this place 5 ⭐ s because Alicia ALWAYS makes my visit wonderful. She's always so smiley 😀and the sweetest🧁. It makes my day when I come in and she's there. Keep up the good work girl! Amazing very fresh bagel here. Only downside is none are available with cream cheese (for me) upside is incredible food at really good price. Coffee was really good too, flavor was spot on!

Absolutely the best tasting coffee even surpassing starbucks. You can taste the flavor of the bean like its fresh ground to order. I was so impressed! I got the carameliscious and it certainly was, wow! Me and my friend sucked them down and prices are very fair compared to other places. A large iced latte with whip and drizzle and flavor was 5.98!!!

It’s not worth it unfortunately, I paid $5 for 24oz of coffee and it tasted like gas station coffee. I understand if you charge a premium for quality coffee, but they largely missed the mark on quality coffee. For the price I’d rather a local shop or even Starbucks/Dunkin’

I LOVE SCOOTERS COFFEE!!! I think they're WAY better than the other coffee spots. My favorite is a blended carmelisious and the maple waffle sandwich. I just wish there were more locations. I've been to all 3, and the 7th Ave and Indian School is the best one in my opinion.

I get a Desert pear infusion with coconut and its amazing the everything sandwhich has my heart and the customer service !!!!!! Wow i go every morning before work lol

This scooters location doesn’t seem right anymore, ever since I heard that all the regular staff left. I no longer feel the same enjoyment that I once did. Hopefully someday they’ll show the same authenticity that they once had. Good luck to the new management

Always drive by this place decided to give it a try. There was a line but the service is quick and easy. I got served by Cailyn and she was amazing. I had a lot of questions and she could’ve easily got annoyed but she was super sweet and helpful. Think I just found my new spot! Thanks again!

Workers were extremely nice and attentive and the drink tasted pretty smooth and good. Was a bit pricey for what it was, but its a very small complaint as it cost about the same as other coffee shops. I just felt bad cause it was so hot today I hope that their AC is running good. Would recommend

You’ve got to try Scooter’s Coffee! When you do, make sure Faith is your barista! She was so sweet! I couldn’t decide what I wanted to drink & she was very helpful (and patient with me). She made some suggestions & explained what they all were. My drink was awesome (Turtle Latte). Thank you Faith! I’ll definitely be back!

Finally decided to stop by this place as I pass it every day on my work commute. The coffee was smooth and the perfect temperature - not gritty or too strong like that other place... I came for the coffee but I will be back for the customer service! Great crew who were patient and didn't come on too strong for someone who isn't a morning person! Faith was super helpful and I look forward to her helping me again with some coffee/treat recommendations.

Scooters is Amazing!! They serve breakfast all day!!! The food is excellent it doesn’t appear to have preservatives in it and they have Turkey options. I’ve always passed by Scooters in favor of McDonald’s just a few feet away in the same parking lot. Never again. I tried Scooter’s once and I’m Sold! Better food, nicer employees without the entitlement attitude of McDonald’s. Rarely have to wait in a long line of cars and easier to get in and out of than McDonald’s and they have great customer service (just don’t forget to put napkins in the bag) or hand out napkins with food orders. - At 7th Avenue and Indian School Road - Hello Scooter’s and Goodbye McDonald’s - a welcome change and better food if you want breakfast or cookies or a cinnamon roll. Next I will be trying their coffee. Their coffee smelled wonderful in the drive thru.

Love Scooters we had them in South Dakota. Wish we had locations in Chandler.

Scooters has surpassed Starbucks by 100%. I literally drank from both places this week I get the same thing in mocha Frappuccino with chocolate drizzle or at scooters it's called a mocha blended with chocolate drizzle. at scooters it was delicious you could taste the coffee in it wasn't too much chocolate perfect like they make a perfect drink every time. Starbucks however, first of all their straws are trash. I don't know what kind of whipped cream that use but it makes you have this waxy feeling on your teeth in the roof of your mouth after which I don't enjoy and all I taste is dark chocolate that's unsweetened that's exactly what it taste like I don't taste any coffee just way too much mocha for this girl's taste. the whole purpose of getting it is because you want coffee. All I want is a little bit of mocha for my coffee not no coffee and way too much mocha. the flavor of coffee and scooters is hands down the best. quit wasting your money at Starbucks cuz you're just paying for the name you're not paying for quality and you're not definitely not paying for taste. and I realize scooters is a small company compared however they are way better and worth the drive. and you're not playing $10 for a cup of mocha. Scooters pricing is way cheaper and way more reasonable.

Started going for their $1 coffee and they were always friendly, now I took my wife for Pumpkin Spice lattes and donuts, great tasting frappe, better than Starbucks. Recommended.

Love going here, everyone is always incredibly nice, drinks are always perfect and they love my dog!
