WAYYY better than starbucks! The barista Tehani was so nice she helped me try something different! She made me and iced coffee that tatsted like heaven! The whole vibe was nice and relaxing! 10 out of 10!!! Customer service was amazing!!

Opening a specialty coffee shop is always a good idea. But what happens when your barista invests his life into his shop because he's passionate about every detail of serving you? You get great coffee and you'll want to tell others.

4 pm on Sunday. Guy in front of me wanted a coffee as do I. Server says they are out of coffee and wont make more as they close in 2 hours. Sat down at a table and a 3rd person almost immediately walked up for coffee and said the same thing. Just a heada up I guess you have to go before 3. 😠 Crazy.

Such a cute coffee spot and the coffee is delicious! It’s pretty close to blanco tacos and tequila. Lots of open seats outside and trees.

Not sure what's going with the coffee shop! I was there to get a cup coffee at 8am like i normally do. On 8-9-2022 they where closed!!!! Then i stopped by last night after work closed it had just closed 3pm I'm a regular there and have always enjoyed the service i get there from the girls that have been working there lately. Now I'm hearing from other people that work in the mall that everyone quit!? Why? Guess if it's that bad that they all quit ill take my service else where!

Royal Coffee Bar offers a great selection of delicious coffee and espresso drinks. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and friendly staff. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of the coffee is excellent. Overall, it's a great place to grab a cup of coffee and relax during shopping.

The guy working there was having a bad day and was somewhat verbal about it and acted it too. Very rude, disgruntled.

This tiny coffee shop is hidden right next to the MAC store. I ordered the large iced white chocolate raspberry mocha. Super good! Also, there was an Uncrustable on the counter where they had some baked goods. Pretty sure those are supposed to be kept cold. Would hate for someone to get sick. Who knows how long it was sitting out. Yuck.

Great place for good fresch grinded coffee. Ice coffee macchiato for summer time. Good prices.

Decent cold brew. Quite a surcharge ($1) for non-dairy milk. In the mall...weird rules that deny your right to free speech?

Took my Mom to Royal, and the barista came out from the back and promptly put his head down on the register- arms crossed. When I asked him how many shots the large latte had, he shot 4 fingers out from his folded arm on the side of the register without lifting his head. I stepped up to order and as another customer came in, he beckoned for them to take their order. I told him, “that’s okay- I think we’ll go somewhere else.” He replied, “great.” I am glad the owner reached out. The one time I had been before it was a good experience. Good customer service- let alone people who want to work is hard to come by. Raising the stars for attentive response by owner.

I love this coffee shop. The people who work here are so friendly and the coffee is great! I send anyone who's looking for coffee over there. I wish the Biltmore would give them some shady/cool seating places though. It's too hot to have all the seating in the sun.

Great location and ambiance. The staff there are amazingly kind and hospitable. Plus the ventilation is not as cold compared to other coffee shops I've tried before. Just the right temperature. Perfect for doing business meetings and other events. The prices are very affordable also which I appreciated so much. Highly recommended!

I like coffee here. Also, what is great is that they offer plant based milk alternatives. Great service.

It really was an incredible shop, amazing food and coffee, and an amazing cause. Even if you weren't in the city, visiting here is worth going out of your way. The waiter and their waitresses will serve you according to what you ordered. In addition, it was worth the place to take a photo and linger in a matter of hours. This shop, don't miss out!

Great full-service Coffee bar located in a quaint but efficient outpost in the middle of the Biltmore courtyard. Royal beans sold here too!

Great coffees and great service! Small place but great location to have a giant chess game, dog friendly area, fountain for kids to enjoy and don’t forget the great food to have in this picnic area.
