I arrived at the drive thru at 9:49p today, April 5, 2022. They close at 10p. No one took my order at the speaker. I drove to the pick up window and gingerly knocked on the glass, no one came to help or take my order. It appears they have closed early. I drove out of my way to get here. Please update your hours online or hire staff that is willing to work their full shift. Thank you.

Couldn't agree more with the rest of the recent reviews. This place is hit or miss in operating hours and food/beverage items. I showed up on a Saturday at 9am and they did not have ANY pumpkin donuts, nor did they know when they have them. However, they are clearly advertising that they have them. The drive thru teller kiosk wasn't working and there were several hand written notes posted on it. One asked the customer to pull forward and place their order at the window, another stating that they only accept card payment, and another note stating that they are not making and drinks (only bottled were available). At this point, they just need to close up shop permanently.

Krispy Kreme here does NOT allow you to use the bathroom. It is only for employees, NOT PAYING CUSTOMERS. Needless to say, I did not order anything from them. If I CAN'T use their bathroom they CAN'T HAVE MY MONEY! Especially for the prices they want. Over $2 for one glazed donut. On top of that, their donuts are very small. NOPE, NOT ME.. this is only my second time ever reviewing anyone!

Literally don’t go to this location i don’t know how you mess up a dozen that specially but they did and I’m missing the main donuts paid $23 for this smhdidnt open it until i was home they literally don’t answer there phone and i live 20 minutes away closes location i went earlier trying to get a free dozen no way that location gave out 500 donuts already it’s all a scam with only one worker

We drove over for national donut day and they were closed at like 3 something for the rest of the day😕

So today 06/02/2023 is their Doughnut Day that they sent email promotions for arrived here around 6:00pm only to have the drive thru closed with a sign… they couldn’t plan this event more thought out to have ample supply or even convert it into international doughnut week or something to that effect. Drove from very far 40+ miles to participate in the event and get a coffee only to turn up disappointed. App and google say they are open. Didn’t even have decency to keep their staff on payroll to let people know no doughnuts. 👎👎👎👎👎

Doughnuts were good. A little weird shaped but good. Front door closed on a Saturday morning due to police activity out front 🚔 Waived to go to the drive thru. Most doughnuts were in stock at 8am. Very pleased about that.

Krispy Kreme rocks their glazed donuts so I finally wanted to try out some of their Fans Favorite which include strawberry cream, banana pudding and key lime pie. The best was definitely the strawberry cream. However, I do have to say their glazed donuts are far better than the specialties.

The coffee was good I'm sure that donuts are but the look on the lady's face, when I asked to use the restroom after making a purchase was aggravating, I'm sorry our bathrooms aren't working... Wow I can't imagine working somewhere the bathrooms don't work I hope they're not actually making the employees do any Tower shift without being able to use the restroom it's a great way to get some really nasty UTIs going

Every time I go to this location they are out of the Oreo Cookies and Cream Donut. It never fails. Moving here from Atlanta, GA I have never heard of Krispy Kreme running out of donuts. This is the reason I drive to the Avondale location because they never run out of donuts. I do not recommend this location.

Very displeases with this location. I called in earlier to confirm about their special that is going on as it states on the website Friday, Saturday and Sunday that if you purchase two dozen donuts it would total $14. This is the Memorial Day special they have plastered on the front page of their website yet I spoke with a manager who wouldn’t help me and said I had to have a coupon…. It tells me to order now on the website to receive this deal why would I need a coupon? She was completely unhelpful and said she wouldn’t honor the special if I went there without a coupon and I was planning to buy these donuts for my birthday tomorrow. I will post a photo of where it states on their website this deal going on.

The 'Hot Now' sign was glowing. However, when I go to the window, staff told me that the donuts were not hot. The sign was on to signify that they were open. 😠 (I'll take a dozen of the glazed)

We came in on Tuesday October 18th, 2022 for some Halloween themed donuts. As we walked in, some lady was freaking out on the manager for not giving her a hot donut when the Hot light was on. She could have just asked for a Hot one (He gave her a Hot one). She was way out of line, berating him and calling him rude. He was an example of class and self-control and kindness. He thanked her for coming in and welcomed her feedback to corporate. To counter her negative attitude, I want to say that the manager (forgot his name) and his employee (didn't ask her name) were super nice and helpful. They gave our kids hats and spoke with them and helped them pick out Halloween donuts and helped us with a coupon. He was great, one of the nicest people I have met. I feel bad that he had to interact with a rude person and i am glad that our family was able to see another person model one of the traits that we try to teach our kids; kindness in the face of anger. Thank you, Manager of the Krispy Kreme shop on Shea in Scottsdale. You helped us have a great day and I hope you have a great one as well!

My boyfriend and I just came back home from this location and although three of the cake donuts were missing the usual kreme filling, the crew quickly replaced them with new, correct ones. With no hesitation or visible frustration, they also jumped on adding the 1$ happy dozen deal to our order for us. It was awesome since we had originally bought a dozen but were not aware of the deal until after we had left. It seemed complicated to adjust the orders as well as make sure we got the right deal with the fair pricing, but they did it all while serving customers smoothly/quickly at both the window and the counter and we were very impressed. Thank you so much to Adeline(I'm assuming shift lead) and the other two crew members(especially the gentleman at the counter that had to deal with us haha) working this morning! I apologize for not catching your names but you guys were awesome! Keep up the great work!

This place is a gamble. Krispy Kreme used to be a treat. What happened? 🥲I couldn’t even figure out what I was eating.

Not very friendly and bad customer service. Came in because there was a promotion going on and the lady almost charged me $14 for a dozen of glazed donuts instead of the advertised $4.08. I brought it up and she said I had to mention it to her to get that price which was not stated in the terms and conditions. Go to a different Krispy Kreme location

I normally don't complain about food, but when something is really bad, I will. Donut filling was about a nickel size only in one end. What is this about? I have never seen this. A filled donut should be filled! Also, had a very old oil flavor to them. I have only seen this at this location. Coworkers commented on this as well.

Hi, I ordered two dozens of donuts on 12/15/23 at around 7 pm. I want to say that service was exceptional! The person who helped me is named Javier. He was very quick, helpful and made the process really easy. Thank you!

Placed an order from the app for 2 dozen donuts. I selected this order to be delivered. The morning the delivery was to take place I received an email stating my order was canceled with no explanation. The really bad part is I was still charged for this order. You would think when a business has canceled an order they would also process a refund. I had to reach out to them for a refund. I learned a valuable lesson with Krispy Kreme... Never Again!!

Nice, helpful staff. Good selection and donuts. We had a great experience this morning but I also read they aren’t serving hot or iced drinks..this is a good chunk of profits and I’m sure hurts the customer experience. Hope it gets fixed.

I love Krispy Kreme, but customer service over the phone for this location was not 5 stars. Called around 9:30pm on a Saturday to make sure they are open until 11pm like google says. I was told only “Our drive thru closes at 10.” This was confusing to me as obviously I can also walk in, not just drive thru. I tried to confirm, “Ok, so you close at 10?” And they paused with a “yes” and seemed very annoyed. Bosa Donuts it is.

EXCELLENT service by Angie, I was very impressed with her professionalism. I was having issues with my card and she was very patient with me. I did not feel rushed or stressed about the situation. It was a great experience! Thank you Angie!

Best place for standard glazed donuts. They also regularly have some interesting gimmick donuts to try as well. Staff are always friendly and haven’t had any issues when visiting this location.

These donuts are so friggin'delicious. I couldn't stop eating them. We got 1 dozen glazed and 1 dozen mixed. They were gone in no time.

Went through the drive through the google said that it was open till 10 but it was 7pm and they said it was closed we waited 5 minutes at the drive through we were harrassed by a homeless man and when finally reaching the drive through window we were told by employees they were closed this is one of the few krispy cremes we have in phoenix and is so sad we were turned away

Don’t have doughnuts by later in the day, and these are glazed doughnuts…can’t even make more? They have one job and they can’t do that. I recommend going to another location.

Since when a half dozen of the mini donuts it onlt four. They didnt want to sale dunch apple pie to people. They shouldn't have them out if it not for sale. I will stick with DD

I have been wanting to try the iced latte, but they had written signs stating that they didn’t have iced or hot lattes so I tried the glazed iced coffee instead. It was really bad. Would not recommend. Customer service was decent though.

This location doesn't adhere to a schedule. It's hit or miss if they will be open or not irregardless of the hours of operation. This location often stops taking orders well before the posted closing time and regularly doesn't open until the staff feel like opening. On Saturday 7/30/22 the staff decided not to open until 8 am. If you happen to catch them when they are choosing to conduct business they also frequently run out of products. I predict this location won't be in business very much longer. The owner needs to check the cameras and see why they are going broke
