Came in before they closed,of course hate being that person but I’m sick got home and wanted some of my favorite soup. Sadly I got home to find a watered down broccoli cheddar soup and not even some bread to go with. I get I came in last minute but I’m a paying customer that also worked in the food industry for many years and understand the hardships that come with it. Just wanted some of my favorite soup and now I’m stuck with broccoli water and a cold. Ps I ordered a chicken salad sandwich on the side and check out the meat to vegetable ratio.

Oh my,a sudden surprise, given past experience at Panera bread palaces. The queen behind the counter was cranky, the diet pepsi tasted like an experiment in taste detection, the coffee had a distinct reminder of aged wisdom, and the delicious pastry tray was off limits, awaiting tomorrows' destiny. The subscription rights to free drinks turned into a small claims action and the overall atmosphere was a journey through contradiction and poetic regret- i pray for the redemption any committed Panera customer deserves

Update: I was back today and I needed to use the restroom. Long story short, the stall wall began to collapse on me when the person in the stall next to me put pressure on it. I had to hold it up to prevent the entire wall from falling on me. I informed the assistant store manager and he said he knew about the problem and they would rectify it when they could. They know they have an unsafe bathroom!!! Unacceptable! The poor person in the neighboring stall had a walker and mobility issues, had I not held up the stall wall she would have been on the ground!!! Got my coffee and bagel. My only issue is that the staff is not friendly and look annoyed when you ask for things, such as half and half when they are out or coffee because that too was out.

My top site for quality cafe food. I really loved this place. There was quick, helpful, and friendly service. The place has a good feel to it. Feels similar to a cafe in Chicago I liked.

My preferred place for quality cafe food. Entered near eleven, it wasn't packed. Had a friend come into town and she asked me to take her here again. The bill was fair for the quality of food. Feels similar to a cafe in Chicago I loved.

2nd time eating here when I got my food to head back to work I bit into my sandwich the ham was hard and a big chunk, I skipped over my sandwich and went to the Mac and cheese and that kinda tasted funny not like the first time I had Panera but I still tried to eat it. I took maybe like 5 bites and couldn’t eat it no more.. I bit into my Apple and almost vomited, the apple was rotten inside dark brown and nasty and throughout the day my stomach started hurting and I started to feel sick, I will never eat here again....

The food is always the same healthy and overpriced. Today was an extra long wait time of around 25 minutes from time of order to time of my name being called for food ready. Yikes.

Staff is AWESOME and very helpful! I love coming here to get my daily coffee and a bakery treat. Super chill atmosphere and the employees are the nicest at any Panera I’ve been to. 🙂🤙

Nice place with great food & great service. They have macaroni & cheese and broccoli cheese soup. They have a great Heritage Ham & Swiss with their own house chips. Sherif was very good at explaining the menu and was very friendly.

Went in today order my ceaser salad and soup , didnt put no bread or chips in the bag with my order salad wasnt even full half of whole bowel really disappointed , didnt notice til I got to work:/

Love the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad with Walnut Chicken instead of the grilled chicken!! With some fresh fruit on the side😋. The management & staff were very nice here at Biltmore Panera Bread🤗 and even gave us some very tasty chocolate chip cookies🍪 We would like to say Thank you for the great customer service - especially with so much negativity in the world.

I love Panera and dine at this location regularly. I’m usually happy with my dine in experience but this evening I chose to come into the restaurant and order takeout. When I ordered, several items were not available forcing me to choose different sandwich bread for my son’s sandwich. I wanted the Baja chicken bowl but half the ingredients weren’t available. I ordered a 1/2 strawberry poppyseed salad and was told they didn’t have blueberries. What really upset me was when I got home with the 1/2 chicken Caesar salad and it was more like a 1/4 salad. There were very few lettuce leaves. My son will have to add more lettuce to actually enjoy his 1/2 salad. I’m very disappointed but on the upside the chicken teriyaki bowl I needed up with was tasty.

Whoever the girl with the ugly braids and obnoxious colored hair is was extremely rude. I’m assuming it was her birthday since she had a hat on. I’m also assuming her friend was visiting her in the store, which is fine. But do your job. When I asked for a receipt at the end of her taking my order she gave me attitude, like how dare I keep her any longer from talking to her friend. You’re at work. If you wanted your birthday off to socialize with your friends, should have requested the day off.

Food has always been great but today a lady was literally yelling at people "You don't do your job!!" ...so awkward for customers but mostly I felt bad for the other employees

Restaurant is hardly ever clean, kiosks are never operational service is poor from most staff including the day time manager. Sodas are often empty or taste incredibly off. This location is by far the worst fast food type restaurant I've gone to. If you like Panera avoid this location you'll come to dislike the company

Lettuce tasted wilted and soggy, chicken tasted uncooked or expired (not sure). Was extremely excited for my snickerdoodle cookie!! But when i asked the employee for one… she pointed at the glass bakery display & responded with, “What you see is what you get. Thats it.” Whoaaa. 🙄😐🤔 This place used to be my favorite place to eat…. Guess they’ve gone down hill.

There food is always very good, fresh, creative, & delicious! I'm totally in LOVE w/ their soup menu! It's rare to see ANY restaurant carry more than ONE soup (soup du jour), but to offer 8 different, excellent offerings served w/ a toasted baguette surpasses my greatest expectations! First time going to this location. I ordered online and picked up in restaurant. Customer service is good. Food was delicious. I ordered the pepperoni and mozzarella baguette that came with kettle chips, and brownie. I recommend this location. Go to this location.

The size of egg for my breakfast sandwich is smaller two times than what i used to get in another store, i complained but they didnt care

I had a half a chicken salad sandwich; French onion soup; plain potato chips; a sugar cookie; and a Brisk raspberry iced tea. The food was delicious. The price of the meal was reasonable considering all that was ordered. I tipped even though I did not receive any table service, which makes no sense but I get that this is becoming something standard in a lot of restaurants. I would visit again for a quick meal.

Yes i really like the mac n cheese and soup combo from here, i gag a little when im eating the final bites of my mac and cheese but it’s part of the experience. Also my friend didn’t get her cookie in her order with a grilled cheese after having a bad day. she was sad and already sad as the day was going so this was very disappointing for me to hear. I like subway cookies, specially the macadamia or oatmeal raisin. Some people gib me weird looks about oatmeal raisin cookies but i personally find them to be exquisite to my taste palate. Also my friend just started singing and asked me what i think, what should i say? Anyways that’s all for now. XoXO gopiss girl

This location is okay, it has a nice looking dining room, but it's kind of small, and it doesn't have a microwave like every other Panera Bread in the country does, so don't expect to drink hot coffee. The cream will instantly make it room temperature, after that; what's the point? There's nothing in the world like drinking hot coffee with a slight burning sensation, drinks slow. Ignorant on their behalf.

Ordered a Bacon Turkey Bravo and they forgot the bacon... other food was good.

Mobile orders for curbside mean nothing apparently. We waited outside for almost 20 minutes and when I finally went inside there was no apology or even acknowledgement. Barely even glanced at me while handing me our bag of food.

I thought i placed an order at the self checkout area because nobody was at the registers. Grabbed a little buzzer thing and it seemed to activate. Im standing there in the pickup window a good 15 minutes before any employee decides to ask me anything and evidently my order didn't even go through. Im late getting back to work and have no dinner now. i gotta pay extra to have it delivered as well now so that's nice.

Went in with my husband to grab a quick breakfast. First, the kiosk menu didn’t include smoothies so we had to order with a worker. The worker got our order completely wrong and we had the team remake our food. Even after being told exactly what we wanted for the second time, our bacon, egg, and tomato wrap was missing the bacon. Didn’t even feel like going in for a THIRD time to correct a simple wrap.

Really disappointed with this location. Every time I come something is missing from my order. This is the second time my chips have been missing from my order, and they gave me the wrong cookies. Honestly don’t know why I order here anymore. Make sure you check your bag if your ordering to go.

Food was good, but the hassle we went through to have to order the food on a kiosk and then being forced to pay with a card instead of cash really annoyed me. Then, the card reader wasn't working properly, tried to swipe one card 3 times to no avail only to almost get timed out of my order for taking too long to pay. Finally on the 3rd card I used it finally worked. I dont like these cashless deals and will probably not go there again.

Service was terrible, Steven had a annoying attitude kept using the words "My Man" didn't wanna warm my bread or have a microwave to warm it. Mac and cheese was not hot and salad didn't have my extra dressing even tho i paid for it won't ever go back here terrible
