    DO NOT BUY HERE! THEY DID NOT DISCLOSE THAT MY VEHICLE HAD BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT BEFORE I PURCHASED IT. THEY ARE FRAUDS. Additionally, after their response below.. this is my experience: I put too much trust in this dealership. I regret it, honestly. During the test drive, the gas light was on and we had just enough to drive around the block. The car was covered in dirt due to I guess recent rain in February? The salesmen pointed out the good things but failed to tell me something simple like the passenger front window button was broken. I tried to spray the windshield fluid but it was empty. - I thought maybe it just needed filled up? Nope, I got home and every fluid in the car was below minimum or empty. The brake fluid looked like it had never been changed. The windshield washer fluid wasn’t just low, I ended up having to replace the pump. My front driver’s side fender was recently backed into. The body shop inspector came out and pointed out that my drivers door, front bumper, hood, and passenger fender had all been replaced before. She could tell by the door sticking out at the bottom corner and the paint on all the other parts was not factory. Also, they didn’t budge on the price. This is my experience. Good luck to anyone else buying a used car. They offered some free oil changes and more trade in value if I wanted to upgrade after seeing this review but I bought what I could afford. I’m military, it’s not too easy these days to just go upgrade.

    Love this place so much, just bought our 3rd vehicle from them. Sam Al Hadad is a great sales guy. The prices they have online are the price that they quote you when you go in. The vehicles they have online are actually there to drive! Their finance guys don't pressure you to add more warranties! Just an honest group to deal with and because of that will stay with our Dodges and now our new Jeep! Thank you for making car buying less painful!

    I've been talking with the online sales staff at this dealership for over a week. They had four vehicles I wanted to see. Today they told me that one of the vehicles was still in transport but they had three I could look at. I got to the dealership at 5 they were too busy to sink. I went to dinner told him to text me when they were ready in the vehicles were pulled up ready for me to see. They told me that if I came back they had the vehicle is ready and the sales manager had the keys. I got here had to wait the salesman said he would get the keys and he started wandering around the dealership suddenly they told me none of the vehicles that I saw online where here they're not available they are still in transit what a bait-and-switch operation. Liars. I would never come back to this dealership I'll change this review if they bringing cars to my house and let me see them I drove for over 45 minutes to get hear what a rip-off

    Will start with the buying experience at Bill Luke was fantastic, no issues. The problem is with the service department. Took my Jeep Gladiator in today (8/12/22) for oil change and tire rotation. Service writer took all the information and then asked if I would like to have a car wash, to which I replied yes. I went to the lounge and while I was there, saw my vehicle taken to a service bay. The oil change and tire rotation were completed by 10:30. A few minutes later, an employee who was wearing a red shirt left the service area with my vehicle. So far so good. Then the wait began. Finally after 3 hours, I located my Service writer and asked to find my vehicle, that 3 hours for a car wash was too long. He then asked if I had checked with the Cashiers and I told him my name was never called for vehicle being completed, but would check. He said he would look also. Went to the Cashier and asked if they had my paperwork. They looked and found the paperwork in one of the milk crates that hold the work orders. I do not blame the Cashiers for not having the paperwork, as the paperwork had not been handed to them. I handed my keys to those that retrieve your vehicle, and they brought the vehicle to me. To add insult to the 3 hour delay, the vehicle had not been washed, only the pink marker done by the Service writer was cleaned. This was totally unsat and will only be going back to Bill Luke to have my two other oil changes done (no car washes). Was considering have Bill Luke do some upgrades, not now. YMMV, this was my experience.

    I was in the market for a Jeep Wrangler and found one on there site. I went to the dealership in person and liked the vibe of it. Unfortunately the Jeep I liked was sold. So over the next few weeks I keep checking to see if something became available and one did. I used the Buy Now feature on their website and filled out the finance application. I waited 4 days to hear from them and nothing. Decided to give them a call and was working with Claudia, she found the application and worked out the figures. The payment was different from what I filled out online. $100 more a month than what was on their website. So now my credit has been ran and we were just waiting to give the deposit. So I was in contact back and forth with her via email and she notified me the Jeep had a deposit already. I was pretty upset with them and it has made me decide not to do business with them. It is unfortunate because I did like the dealership at first. My main complaint is why have a buy now feature on your website if they are not going to contact you about finishing up the contract. Also the payment a month is not what it was originally was quoted on the site.

    My fiance and I were shopping for a new or newer vehicle with our sights set only on a RAM. While walking the lot and looking over the inventory, a great human and also an excellent sales representative, Jimmy Anderson, approached us after we had walked half the lot. You can get a great feel for Jimmy's love of automobiles as well as his ability to connect with others. He was not pushy and was 100% honest during the entire process. After a few at home decisions being made, our third visit was a charm for Bill Luke RAM, Jimmy, and ourselves, as we settled on a 2023 New RAM ecodiesel. With great incentives available, we were able to purchase a truck that can last us a very long time, well below MSRP. Every person on the team who was a part of our experience was extremely professional and provided phenomenal customer service and experience, from the accessories depth, to finance, to prep of vehicle to have it ready to drive off the lot. By the way, we researched a few dealers in the valley, and they really could not compete with Bill Luke & Team. Thank you to everyone involved as you truly could not have done any part better.

    After reading my first review I had to redo it. The delivery of my Ram was more than I expected. Bill Luke Chrysler will have you meet a representative from every department they have. And they will explain what they do and what they offer. And even john from delivery had download the Ram app so I can take advantage of all the features and enjoy the experience. Although John was a little persistent about me getting this setup before I left Bill Luke I found after John thoroughly explained the app and it's feature that he wasn't being persistent and would have been lost without his help. Thanks John from delivery . Bill and Diego my salesman's whom helped me and they both followed up with me after my purchase I can say I'm happy with my purchase until the bill becomes due.

    They are all smiles while you are buying your new vehicle. But when the warranty starts and you have to deal with the service department, everything changes. The battery in my wife's 2022 Dodge Charger died after only 1 year and 3 months of very light use. There is only nine hundred and fifty miles on the car. we were a 100 miles away. So my wife called and asked if they would warrant the battery before I drove all the way there for a replacement. we told them I cannot get the vehicle started and there's no way to tow it there. Since I can't get it out of the garage. they told my wife no problem. Bringing the old battery and we will swap it out with a new one. When I got there I got a completely different attitude. Isaac Valenzuela was very rude and condescending. He looked me up and down and said there was no way they could change the battery out without the car being present. I told him I just drove a hundred miles because the service tech the day before told us they could swap it out at no charge.The battery on my charger died in 1 year and 3 months. After making me wait an hour and a half they gave me a three-year-old battery as replacement. no better than the one I brought. Isaac finally gave me a the battery but did not even offer to assist getting it to my car, which was a hundred yards away. I had to carry it myself without even being offered a cart or anything to carry it on. My how the attitudes change after they have your money. Follow up. They contacted me the next day after they saw the review and said they would get back to me after they investigated the issue. Well, it's been over a week now and nothing but crickets.

    DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BILL LUKE My vehicle was kept over a week before they could take a look at the air condition. I was not offered a rental. When it was returned to me it was dusty, quarter tank of gas was missing, 50 additional miles were put on the vehicle, and there were scratches on the side of my vehicle. I will be going else where from now on Customer service from Damian Gordillo was horrible. Never even apologized

    1. They advertise an online price that is much lower than the real price. In small print, they say you can only get this price if you use their financing. I'm sure that the made up difference is included in the financing fees that are charged and commissions the dealer receives upon your decision to finance with them. 2. They have a $400 window tint fee that is mandatory. They wont let you decline. 3. They have an unreasonable document $600 document fee. I purchased from another dealership that was $60. These 3 practices are slimy and scream out that this dealership will do anything to make their margins and seem like they are giving you a good price. They will say anything to get you in the door and spring those 3 things on you.

    Lots of beautiful 2nd hand cars looking for a home. Kris from true care came to greet me within 5 minutes as the guy I was to meet was busy with negotiations. She informed me of everything about the car and never pressured me to buy from them. If I had not found a better car for the same price I would have purchased from them! Great staff and welcoming environment. Guilt free sales!

    Picked up a used Gladiator Mojave today and the experience was great from start to finish. From negotiating and purchase with Ricardo, quick process with Reece in finance, and wrapping up the drive off with Aron was all outstanding. They were beyond transparent and did not add any additional up charges for unnecessary items which is a rarity in todays market. Finance did not push anything and simply explained my options and let me pick. Aron who handed me the keys and gave me an overview of the truck before I drove off was also great and made me feel confident as I wrapped up my day at the dealership. It was an hour drive out there but worth every second. I highly recommend!

    Had the most awesome experience purchasing my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit from the dealership and in particular salesperson Jay Nunez!! Wow in Europe I put my order in and was hoping to get my new vehicle the day after I got back and Jay made it happen got back late on a Wednesday had my new vehicle by 4:00 p.m. Thursday!! Some of the best customer service I ever had anywhere and I am loving my new vehicle highly recommend this dealership*****!!

    Sales staff was awesome. Very friendly. The pricing is a bit above market. But they are open to working with you on pricing. While I didn't buy today. I am watching their inventory. And maybe in the near future. They didn't seem like they were trying to take the last dollar out of your wallet. Much like others. This place was packed with people. Other dealers that try to rip you off are ghost towns. Just on the personable sales staff. I recommend them.

    I recently went in to the Phoenix location to purchase a vehicle. I made a phone call to request that the vehicle was available and ready due to my 45 minute commute with my kids. I got there and the battery was dead. I was unable to test drive and most of the features were not working. Chris, the sales rep, was unable to appraise my trade in at the time. I realize these issues can happen and wanted to make sure to avoid an issue by calling ahead to be prepared. We decided to try again with another vehicle. Chris was pleasant and tried to make it a better experience. Again, I’m pregnant with 2 younger kids hoping to have an efficient purchasing experience. My husband called ahead and mostly negotiated everything in advance. We got there and the paperwork was incorrect. We had our own financing as they profit share on the inflated interest rates. Bank of America is a very common lender and preferred. Jerry Adair, the service manager tried to make it right and quickly got frustrated with answering questions. It was obvious that Jerry Adair and Chris were very inexperienced and lacked the very basic ability to answer questions. It seemed that they were trying to take advantage of us and constantly had to question the paperwork as it had several mistakes. There was no compassion or reverence for our family. This is a very big expense for many people. I want to feel that the company is fair and honest. This was not my experience. I have never been in a situation when asking questions was met with such hostility. Jerry Adair was incapable of answering our questions and desire for an honest and accurate agreement. He refused to complete the final paperwork and allow us to speak to a financial manager that was more experienced. My family sat in the dealership for almost 4 hours only to be asked to leave. This should have been a very straight forward easy experience. We were frustrated and never derogatory or abusive. This was a terrible experience and shameful behavior. There was no apology or additional communication. I would strongly recommend conducting business elsewhere.

    I cannot say good enough things about this dealership. First impression, the amount of vehicles they have is insane! 2900 about is what I was told. Secondly, Amber B. Who immediately helped us was phenomenal. Such a sweet woman, very kind & straight to the point. We told her what we were looking for, she helped us pick out a couple & took two on a test drive. She was a great conversationalist & honestly just great company. She didn’t try to push us at all about the vehicle we should pick. She stayed true to her word & got us an amazing deal with a 2021 vehicle with insanely low miles. (Thank you Amber!) thirdly, Thayer, who finalized our paperwork with us was amazing!! Also a great conversationalist & again didn’t push us to make the most expensive decision, walked us through all the paperwork so it all made sense, and we had great banter about Washington state (he’s a fellow Washingtonian.) all in all, I had an amazing experience, and would highly highly recommend Bill Luke to anyone I can! Thank y’all for letting me walk out of the building with a beautiful vehicle & a smile on my face!

All of the employees were great to work with but My salesperson was Tiffany went above & beyond to get us the best deal possible and was extremely helpful along the way.     I would highly recommend this dealership. We have bought two cars from here and everyone was always kind and helpful. About a month ago a drunk driver crashed into our parked car and drove off. While looking for someone to service our car, it was at least a two-3week wait for any decent place to even take our car in. Well we called Bill Luke and they took it in the next day! And they fixed our car within 2 weeks! They did a great job fixing the back😊 we are so thankful that we were treated with so much kindness and respect here. We will always buy our cars here at bill Luke .

    Just want to share my experience and give a very big THANK YOU to DOUG B in the Body Shop Department. I was involved in an accident and GEICO Insurance kept jerking me around. After waiting one (1) whole year, yes 52 weeks, 1 whole freaking year; I was able to get them to send me to their preferred shop which was Bill Luke Dodge Ram Body Shop, I explained everything to Doug and he was super helpful and eager to help me because GEICO had shorted the initial repair estimate of my truck. Doug worked tirelessly, day after day to get a hold of GEICO. Finally by the grace of the higher power he was able to explain the situation to the GEICO adjuster and made him understand all the additional damages were all related to the rear end/ side swipe/ hit & run collision I was involved in last September 2021. DOUG thank you so much for all your help and perseverance. I hope I never have to come back to a body shop again however if I need to come back I will definitely come back here and ask to see Doug as this was the best part of this whole wreck experience. Again thank you again Doug for all your help and thank you body shop for making me a priority after waiting so long on GEICO. Thank you.

    Great place to buy a car. Our salesman Ahmad is really nice and very helpful. He went us through our buying process smoothly. He is very patient and dedicated. And Thayer Park is such nice knowledgeable man that helps us through to get a better financing on our car. My babies were going crazy inside and he handles the situation real good.     I was shopping for trucks and was able to find a good Ford F150 here. They dropped the price and let me use my own financing and I was grateful for that. Ray Garcia was very helpful in getting my financing all set up and even recommended a BOMB Mexican Restaurant to go to around here since I mentioned I missed the ones in LA. The truck has been driving great so far and I have a warranty so I feel at peace if something were to go wrong. The process was good and they got me in my new wheels quickly and efficiently.

    I needed into a truck ASAP and this dealership was the only one able to get me into a vehicle in a timely manner! Before you go anywhere, see these guys first!! Everyone there; especially Ryan C.     My husband and I purchased our 2nd vehicle from here about 2 weeks ago. We had such an outstanding experience the first time that we came back even though we live close to 200 miles away now. I purchased from Jerry, the sales manager, both times and Lucio helped us this time as well. They were nothing short of FANTASTIC! This dealership continues to impress us by how on top of everything they are and their extraordinary customer service! The service department is also nothing short of fantastic and we plan to make the trip to have our vehicle serviced here. We definitely plan to make all our vehicle purchases from here in the future and we couldn't recommend them more!
