This is a review for the LA Fitness that is located inside of this shopping center, because apparently it does not exist on Google Maps. No matter how many times I tried to add a location, it just never shows up. This is a decent location. Not too big, but not too small. It is nice and clean and the machines are nice, but I feel like to work at the front desk you have to look bored, and be bothered by new people (me). There was a type of snack /protein shake bar, but it closes early evening.

Very weird situation with Town & Country security guard. Tonight Sept 27, 2023 at about 9pm after I was done shopping for 2 bags of lemons and Tj's small size half&half purchases at Trader Joe's, I decided to sit down at the bench right in front of the store. (I go to Frys across the street to get dinner & Wholefoods & Trader Joe's in this plaza almost 4-5 nights a week after work by the way) As I was looking through my uber & lyft apps to get some prices to go home I decided to call my buddy that I didn't get a chance to call back earlier... In about 2 minutes on the phone with my buddy, a security guy with a golf cart showed up close to the front of the store, he stopped and started staring at me. He kept staring so long that made me ask him what he is looking for, I asked him: "do you know me ? Do I know you ? " etc... He replied "Do I need to know you ?" ... He said he observes all activity that is suspicious...he turned around and came back closer to the bench side of the sidewalk and started talking to me. He said: "sitting on that bench is suspicious activity because most people don't use it after shopping and they leave right away ". I knew he thought I was a transient or a homeless or something...etc. So I showed him and said: " look I have a Trader joe's bag...I'm a customer..." etc...In the meantime I decided to hang up the phone with my buddy as the security guy also said: " people come here with that bag & still shoplift ". I said "excuse me ?? " He repeated the same sentence...At that point I had to engage more conversation to make him aware that his approach is very offensive...it took about 15mins of talking... We argued about how & why he is wrong about what he said...etc. At some point I showed him my 2 bags of lemons & the half and half..he still did not believe that I purchased them...He asked for receipt...& I showed him I even turned my cell phone flash light to help him read. He was an older man with glasses...Only then his argument showed some signs of remorse...but he still insisted He has to do a job he does not like...I asked him if he had encounters with other customers where he stared at them & they reacted...etc...He said yes. Then I told him I need to talk to his boss about how he approaches customers this way and carries out his "job"...He asked me to contact town & country but did not give any phone number...He refused to give me his name...Once he left, I decided call on the phone to talk to the manager at Trader Joe's, He came out since the store was already closed. I told him what happened & he offered me the contact numbers without me asking....He was very surprised & disappointed how the security guard handled the situation. I will contact the Town & Country Management tomorrow day time. I hope they can find a better sub contractor security company that knows how to communicate with public & customers on the property with decency.

I love spending time here, especially when I don't have anything to do. The atmosphere is very bohemian and the location is perfect for uptown casual dining and shopping.

It's my opinion this shopping center has something for just about everyone. You can find duds for your next night out at Nordstrom Rack or Forever 21. Right before you find THAT outfit you'd be wise to appease your inner goddess at LUX Nail Bar. There's even options to satiate just about everyone the mornig after. I'd recommend Snooze for the early to brunch crowd and Twin Peaks for those who enjoy their meal with a view. Instead of maxing out my word count I'll end this with a reminder, this shopping center has enough options to make it worth your valuable time and maybe even your decerning palate.

Nice place, but they did not really have what I was specifically looking for: 1000-threadcount 100% Cotton Sheet sets.

Are at cafe rio and way over priced and staff was inattentive. Pans were old and crusty. Find another Mexican quick service to eat at.

Once upon a time, this place was full of an eclectic collection of stores and eateries. Today it's a few fancy Nancy stores and chain restaurants. Where once I could browse neat bookstores and gift shops and enjoy salad bars and other "local" restaurants, there are now "outlets" and "popular" (ie chain) eateries to be "seen" in. Trader Joe's is still worth visiting. Whole Foods has gone commercial (thank you, Amazon). I still drop by the Container Store for some household and office stuff, but that's it. I guess progress goes before taste, any more.

This Sprouts is by far better than the one 19th Ave and Glendale. This one is cleaner, has more friendly employees. I actually drive further to use this one as I find the other one unacceptable.

This place is always busy and a lot of moving traffic through the area. The places I've gone to shop have had great customer service. There are a variety of shops and restaurants to choose from. The nightlife is as busy as the daytime shopping.

The man doing the landscaping was very polite to everyone walking past. Some of the others are kinda rude. Love the shops there with good prices and i Love coming out here to shop every now and again. It is worth the visit for places like Whole Foods. Lovely shopping center.Great!!!!!!!!!

I actually had dinner at Bianco's and the pizza, salad and wine was amazing!!! This place is pricey so be aware. There are several restaurants to choose from at this center.

This is Fry's Rich 'B' store. As you can see the Sea Food case/shelf is fully stocked. They have products that are unavailable at other stores. This store is given favoritism and most of the time I waste my time going to 7th Ave and camelback or 19th ave and Glendale. Better off driving to the other side of town.

Nice little plaza. It is laid out in a half circle with lots of boutiques and shops in the middle. Definitely park and take a stroll around. Lots of trees and nice sidewalks. Can get very congested with traffic and pedestrians at certain times. I stayed on the outer edge to get to the burger joint hoopdaddy. There is also other dining and snacking option though out. Very nice plaza to stroll though after dinner or share an ice cream on a Sunday afternoon!

Nice area. I drive a little further to shop here. Nobody asking for money or camping in the parking lot.

  • 1/5 Ronel 6 months ago on Google
Security at this plaza is atrocious! The men on golf carts never identify themselves, and do nothing but sit on their phones and pretend to take pictures of things. The two fat women that were gossiping in the office to one another, were no help either after trying to report a crime to them. Clearly security doesn’t take their jobs seriously and the crime in the plaza is happening SO often, about every time I go shopping someone is shoplifting and running out with a bunch of stuff, and security on their golf carts don’t follow them or ever are around to see it since they are on their phones taking random pictures of buildings that do nothing. The attitude from them and the lady’s in the office are horrendous and this needs to be brought to light.

Who's a pretty great selection of stores at this shopping center, from whole foods, trader Joe's, container store, several places to eat and tons of different little stores to run into. Parking is available but it is always so crazy busy. There's never a slow time to go. But it is worth going cuz there's always something there.

  • 5/5 Eric Bloxsom (. 6 months ago on Google
A large selection of shops ranging from food to storage to furniture. All within walking distance and kind of a hip scene instead of across the street with another selection of shops more towards an older era crowd. Also, the public library is only a few steps away as well.

Nice parking lot for Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods etc. easy to find with google maps..nicer area to shop. Friendly employees in parking lot and felt safer to shop even late Friday night. Not sure if there is full lot security but would imagine yes. Many spaces and handicapped available.

Great shopping area, if you can find open stores. Sort of a galleria style where you stroll around patios and open courtyards. Went to eat, stayed to shop a little.

Growing up in Phoenix I have always enjoyed Town & Country. I used to enjoy Juttenhoops, the book store, Ed Debevics and the movie theater. Sadly all of those places are gone, but there are still great places and restaurants here. The main places I enjoy now are Snooze, LA fitness and Trader Joe's. Times change, but Town & Country stays relevant.

There's quite a few great places to shop and eat here. I stopped in to Whole Foods to return a package to Amazon and decided to shop. Having worked in management in the grocery industry for several years, I have to say that I was so impressed with the cleanliness, the customer service and the variety of products throughout the store. I was able to find a particular type of fish that I haven't been able to find anywhere as well as a type of cheese that other stores no longer carry. I was like a kid in a candy store and bought more than I intended (doesn't everyone?!). If you live on the eastside of town or just happen to be nearby, I encourage you to stop and shop at Town and Country. You will not be disappointed!🙃🤗

There are a lot of stores over here. I love that they have a Trader Joe's and a Whole Foods. You can eat, shop and run errands. Trader Joe's has a lot of cheaper products to buy and seasonal and new products to try.

This mall is pretty broken down. There are only a few good stores and the rest are cheap-boutique-ish type stores which come and go over time. The Macy's here is absolutely atrocious. I think Burbank is a really nice, clean city and we deserve a much nicer mall than this one, with better stores. There needs to be some renovations done ASAP!

This landmark could have got my top score so like clearly Pier 39 is one of the best moments I will always remember because during my freshman year of high school our band took a trip to Pier 39 for a local State Performance! How cool is that? Honestly, when we got there it was totally COOL! I liked every part of it from the animals, tourism and even Fisherman's Wharf was totally neat.

Too much construction going on to really say what this place will be like when completed. But as it is now, this place is only about the movie theater and a few restaurants and shops. The Dave and Busters seems popular. I saw a Culver City Film Festival screening at the Cinemark 18 and XD theater. Nice venue inside. But we had a broken seat arm rest. If you're going to spend all the money including parking fees, I'd go somewhere nicer like The Grove or the newly remodeled Century City Westfield.

The World Market! This was my very first visit. There is waaaaay to much stuff to look at and smell in one visit. But the absolute highlight for me was the tuna from Italy. I have been purchasing it online and now I don't have to because the World Market sells it. It is a little pricey, but it is worth buying and knowing it's available. My next trip I'll spend more time to give a better review. But it is a great place to find things you may not get anywhere else. Oh, and the coffee and teas, great selection!!!!

Man, after hearing so many good things about this place, I was so disappointed. There was one brand of soda and almost nothing to eat for dinner on the go. There were meals and such, but not with appropriate portion sizes to the price. Maybe I just dont eat healthy enough and cant pay enough to afford this place, but I dont think I'd buy it even if I was and did.

I dont care for this place. Overpriced and will not give refunds if you dont have receipt. I even showed my credit card statement that matched the price prefectly. Unacceptable to make the customer feel bad for using paper then not warn them of no refund if receipt is not present. The other bad is the cafe food. Sits all day getting old and stale and sell it at full price.
