There's nothing left here. Only a couple stores left open. Each time I come there's less and less stores here... very sad. The only redeeming factor this place has is a decent food court and really nice restrooms but that's it--it's just not worth it to come here anymore.

Used to be a cool place to shop and was always busy a few years ago. Now only a few stores are left open and the place is dead. Recommend going elsewhere.

It seems like a great center to get together with friends and family but many stores have left. I hope it can survive and possibly get more business’ in the future. I can see how in hot months, it would not be popular to come here though. Lots of parking and felt safe walking around.

Saw this outlet off I-17 and figured I would stop to check it out. Don’t waste your time at this mall. Half of the stores advertised are not open and have a very limited selection. Save your time and money. Keep driving.

We love coming to this outlet mall! So cute during the holidays how it is all decorated and they do the tree lighting ceremony which is fun for the whole family! They have a great variety of stores to choose from. There is also a really good food court inside. The Ruby's inside is our family favorite. We also have to rave about the cleanliness of their restrooms! Very pleasant surprise for a mall!

A 5 star upscale mall all the way. A huge selection of top name stores are here. Polo, Michael Kors, Nike, Under Armor, Levi’s, Vans. You name it, they’re all here. Great selections and all sizes in every store. Always super friendly staff too. No worries about parking either, as they have a lot that’s as big as a football stadium.

Very quiet, but nice outlet mall with a lot of stores and great Gelato. Appears to also go by the name of Outlets at Anthem.

This USED TO BE the place to be. But after my recent visit, it felt like a ghost town. Very depressing. Many of the stores like Bose, are gone/no more. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt, due to the pandemic. The food court is still decent, and the restrooms are still clean. Like I said, I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt. I sincerely hope that they can attract new merchants. But if not, I'd hate to see this turn into another GhettroCenter (MetroCenter).

Wish they had more stores here but liked the ones they do have. The Vans Outlet is a real Outlet store with good deals.

Not a lot of great options, it seemed "dead" perhaps because of covid and we did go a hour after they opened. However the nike store was my main attraction.it was a LET DOWN! Nothing good at all. We drove far for no reason.but there are nice photo opts around the area

Though we weren't travelling with grandkids this time, it was thoughtful for the Outlet Mall to include a tot-sized toilet and a step for kids to wash their hands. This is the restroom just off the food court.

Definitely a good clean place. Me and my wife recently went and visited this outlet mall. I was very impressed by it. The only downside is that not a lot of shops are open. The ones that are there really don't have the discounts as before. Maybe due to the shortage of products. The food court was nice and a good variety of food. The bathrooms are clean and kept up. Entrances to the food court was very impressive. Loved the huge Christmas tree that was still up. Overall I would visit again but definitely wait until they have more sales.

Not many stores left that haven't closed down. Mostly clothing and shoes with a few restaurants. Not really worth going if you don't live pretty close to it or have a big need for one of the shops there's. Prices aren't even really worth it on most stores.

I've been coming here most of my life growing up in the area. I really love this mall it has a good selection of stores and is well kept. The large tree every holiday season is so amazing. The bathrooms have beautiful tile work. Currently the letters are burnt out on the sign but overall there is a lot of attention to detail with the look and maintenance of this mall.

A few stores are still opened. Nike store has good deals. Food court has great food options. Was very impressed by the restrooms and maternity room. This is a clean and well kept facility over all.

This place is starting to look ghetto!! The umbrellas are all ripped and filthy. The food court is full of cockroaches in their restaurants. Management is awful!

Wish they had more of a selection. Like the area and it’s clean. Just needs more stores. It was quite the drive and there is a lot of stores that are empty.

  • 3/5 Janelle 4 months ago on Google
I feel three stars in generous honestly. This place is such a let down in many ways unfortunately in my opinion. It’s an outlet mall so you think you’d be able to walk shop to shop, great window shopping, multiple bathrooms nearby, but that’s not what you get. I arrived to shop at a specific location, but parked at what I’d of thought was a great spot to walk around and maybe get some added shopping done. While Nile was phenomenal most other shops nearby were empty and shut down. I saw no other restrooms besides the food court. Prices aren’t much different they anywhere else. Which sucks because you think you’d get some kind of decent deal. I do love the huge Christmas tree and other decorations, but if you’re looking for a great outdoor outlet I’d recommend Tanger over this any day.

Please, if you are a human, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE ON BLACK FRIDAY OR THIS UPCOMING WEEKEND! I beg of you, please don't. The prices won't be worth it. The blood being spread through your transactions will not be worth it. Please, stay home, please. It's. Not. Worth. It. Do not buy anything on Black Friday unless it's food or necessities from the grocery store. These "deals" will be here year round, trust me. Please don't go out on this upcoming Friday.

This is a very nice outlet/factory store place. Lots of great stores with good prices! Definitely worth a stop!

  • 4/5 Jeni C. 9 months ago on Google
I don't shop much, but this area was only half occupied with stores. A sign of the changing retail landscape. But it was clean and the stores were well stocked with good prices.

  • 5/5 Christine C. 7 months ago on Google
I found some really great deals on the popular name brand items in every single store, but you do have to hunt around the stores to find them. Many items are still near retail price. It is very definitely worth taking the trip if you have some time to shop.

  • 5/5 Dawn S. 1 year ago on Google
Nice outdoor shopping mall full of great stores. It's an outlet mall so it covers many name brands stores. Plenty of parking, play area for kids and places to eat.

  • 1/5 Lee C. 1 year ago on Google
This place has seen better days; just like their outdoor furniture and tattered, broken umbrellas. Many of the stores can’t afford to run their A/C and are poorly stocked. How it perseveres is a mystery.

Learn to update your hours! If you’re closing at 7pm on Sunday, your website & google page should replicate that.

A MUST SEE DURING CHRISTMAS Why? You might ask... The reason is the giant tree that you'll see next. It's huge, and by huge i mean the biggest in the whole state. Also, this is a nice place to get amazing deals on clothing and food with decent quality. Try it out!

1st time here, thought it would be a better experience, was kinda boring. Had Charleys Steakery for lunch, that was a huge mistake, was nasty

  • 3/5 Larry F. 1 year ago on Google

We love coming by here, on our way to and from Phoenix! There are options of dining for everyone. Burgers, cheesesteaks, hot pretzels, Mexican food, and chinese food. Also, their bathrooms are huge and always very clean. They have a family bathroom with a mini toilet for children, and a baby changing station. It was all very clean and you can spread out at their tables to social distance. ?

  • 5/5 Nina 3 years ago on Google
Clean, practicing social distancing, masks are required, and customer service is good across the board.

Besides being a former resident near by, it has always brought familiar memories. I visited the Under Armour outlet store and Bath and Bodyworks and felt the warm hospitality from all of the employees and passerbys. Highly recommend if in the area or feel like making a drive North.

This is a true outdoor outlet mall. Great options, great prices. Absolutely worth stopping to take a look or making a day trip. The only reason it gets 4 and not 5 stars is that lately there are fewer stores as the businesses change or go out of business. The mall is clean and a great place for people of all ages. There is a play ground and water feature for kids and a decent food court.

We went for the tree lighting and will never be doing it again. It took over an hour to move 12 feet when we were trying to leave. We finally were able to get out of the parking lot after an hour and a half. They need to figure out a better plan for exiting after the show.

  • 5/5 Joe B. 4 years ago on Google
We attended the annual tree lighting and had a blast! The tree was absolutely huge and they brought live performers and really made it an event! They had people directing traffic and keeping things organized. I was able impressed! The mall itself was really cool, it's an outlet mall so there are allot of savings to be had. The food court had a large number of restaurants to choose from and we're able to accommodate the large number of people who were there. We had a great experience and will be back when things aren't so crazy! We did notice a large number of empty stores sadly. I hope that more companies move in to fill it up again. This was our first time in Anthem and we will be returning to get a better look at the town.

Sometimes it's like visiting a ghost town here. They do have some very nice shops but you do have to do allot of walking. You can always find parking too.

My motorhome actually broke down here. Every person that stopped to help was so very nice! They followed me to the parts store (O'Reilly's) and made sure I was going to be ok for the night. The staff at O'Reilly's was extremely helpful the next morning and I was on my way again by 2pm.

  • 3/5 Nicole W. 3 years ago on Google
Its ok. There are two stores that are worth going to. You pay just about full price at every store still. This place needs an update. half the stores are vacant. The brands are old and not really desireable unless you are older. This outlet is aimed more for older people which is completely fine, Or toddlers due to the little splash pad area and train ride they offer. But i am there to shop as a 25 yr old. The guess store is pretty expensive and a brand people don't really care for anymore at all but its the only store open for a 25yr old female! They do have coach and Michael khors which is a huge plus. North face is a very nice brand it looks like its about to go out of business the store is a mess. i only shop at the Nike store. The food court is good though.

Drove all the way out here to essentially go to Under Armour. The mall as a whole is a ghost town. Even before the Pandemic.

  • 3/5 Alecia J. 3 years ago on Google
Lots of vacant stores. Social distancing is practiced except I did notice for the stores that have a line to get in the people were not 6 ft apart. Many people had make like myself but just as many did not. The store I thought was excellent was Coach!
