Simple and fresh!! It’s great to grab a quick bite here - very consistent and staff is super friendly. I tend to go with animal style without pickles and a fry well done. Don’t forget about the secret menu and options beyond the simple menu.

We LOVE In-N-Out Burger! If you have a family, and need to feed everyone inexpensively and with fresh food, this is the place to go. Fries are never frozen (made from fresh potatoes) and the ingredients are quality. Food is delicious. If you want fries extra crispy, order them “well done.” Shakes are great too! Their special sauce on the burgers is outstanding.

The service at this location is outstanding! I always go late at night, and the team is still always in great spirits! The team is always helpful and you can tell how much teamwork is always involved! I have to give a shout-out to one of the team members named Chris! His energy was so awesome and his voice projection was even better! I love bringing my family to visit in n out when they come from out of town! Keep up the good work guys!! We see how much hard work you guys do!😁😁

I just love IN-N-Out burger! I don't care what those so called "Foodie Moron's" Say! This here is the best Fast food place period! I've been eating at IN-N-OUT Since I was a young child. Always have excellent customer service and the staff is always friendly and respectful to the customer. Can't get any better than here. To date I have been to all locations in Southern California, Arizona,Texas,Nevada and 1 in Oregon. Every store I walk into I make sure that I'm leaving with a full belly and a T-Shirt. Yes I have the Las Vegas and the Nevada shirts. Still trying to get to the Colorado locations.

Let it be known that on 7/12/22 that perfection was achieved with the protein style burger. I can’t eat gluten so I get the protein style a lot to eat something that’s actually good for once and it was perfect today. First time that I’ve EVER preferred a lettuce wrap over the bun. I’ve been eating here for like 10 years and that was bonkers. Amazing quality control as well. Killer

Can't go wrong with a double double animal style with extra toasted buns. Quality of the burgers here is consistently great. Although this location always has a line through it's parking lot it luckily moves fast.

Delicious as usual, tho I do notice that their meat is getting a little thin. Also, I understand that masks are not required, but I still get a little uncomfortable when I see people in the food industry without a mask on. About half of the workers in the back had masks on and that was a little disappointing.

The fries are always under seasoned and soft here, but the burgers are good once you load em up with chopped chilis. The space is quite large but was packed on a Saturday and we had to hover a while to get a table for three.

I don't have In-N-Out where I'm from so this was a fun visit. Honestly one of the better ones I've been to. My burger was fantastic, and the fries were perfectly salted, though I wish they were a little more crispy. It was super busy (Friday night) but I was still able to find a single seat on the stool part and my order came out in a reasonable amount of time.

Food and service were great! Busy but yet still a relaxing place. Plus you have to love and appreciate a business that promotes our Lord!

Greatest burger experience on the planet. I fly into Phoenix a couple of times a year. I stop here - minimally - three times during my week-long stay. Never disappoints.

Secret Menu. Make it Animal version of whatever you get. AWESOME! For only 12.45, I got a burger, fries and a soda. Burger and Fries were animal versions. Delicious.

The staff behind the counter were professional and speedy as always. The bottom bun how ever was stale or hard? Either way you can’t beat the food for the price, definitely better than McDonald’s.

The food is always great here but the reason I went three on service is because I went to the drive through and I don't frequent in and out often enough to memorize the menu. The team members taking your order outside do not have a menu of any sorts. I have been to others where the order menu is right on the touchscreen they use to take your order. I asked if the team member if he had a menu and he said three items verbally. They were all combos, I was not interested in a combo this time around but I did want to know prices of a la carte items and he seemed like this was unusual for someone to ask for a menu and also how much something costs. I would say if someone in charge reads this please make the changes so we can be at a 5.

Me and my guest went to this particular in and out twice this past week. Both times the food was cooked perfectly, the ingredients were fresh, and we didn't have to wait long. This is well run store with very friendly and professional staff working the counters. This is also the first time I ever had animal fries. Or fries done animal style. You know what I mean ;)

Always great at this restaurant, with quality food, friendly service and easy on the wallet. I have always enjoyed this particular location and never had any issues. P.s During busy hours, the fries tend to be a little on the salty side. Just ask for no salt if you are sensitive to it

They were great in accommodating gluten issues. Everything on the menu is gluten free except for the buns, so I got a "protein" burger with lettuce. The fries and burger hot and fresh!

My first time at this iconic restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the simple magnificence of the In N Out burger, and accompanied cheese fries! The burger had that flavor that I crave, im not exactly sure how to describe it, but if I had to it would be the culmination of flavor from all that has been made before on their famous griddles, and the thick piece of melted American cheese over my fries. They have mastered that flavor that is difficult to describe, but universally adored, and it is amazing. If I lived anywhere near this burger joint, I would eat it until I was sick, and then keep on eating for a while longer. I've actually considered flying back to Phoenix just to go there!

I'm a fan of the "secret" menu where you can ask for `animal style`fries and they come with extra cheese, pickles onions and thousand island dressing. You can have your burger done that way and they fry it in mustard and add the cheese and pickles too. In N Out staff were friendly and helpful. The place was clean and tidy and its definitely a West Coast experience worth trying.

The staff was pleasant and the atmosphere was great. 1st time actually sitting at In-N-Out and have to say it was very unexpected.

Pretty standard In-N-Out. The employees were very kind and polite. Food was standard. It came out quick, hot, and ready to go.

We had an amazing experience at In-N-Out! Our first stop after leaving the airport. The burgers were amazing as always! Renji was so friendly and helpful. He gave us hats, and stickers, and took care of all our needs. It was a great first visit at In-N-Out for our 3-year-old son!

Burgers and shakes are consistently great. Fries are nearly as good as McD when those are at their best. Staff and customers are friendly, respectful and pleasant. They seem to genuinely care about your experience.

I mean.. it's a classic! The service is always fast and friendly. The burgers are FRESH (crunchy lettuce and a tomato) and served with yummy fries (and I'm picky about fries😊).. Don't forget about "animal" style, which means you'll get mustard grilled patties, extra Thousand Island spread, and extra pickles! We always make sure to stop at a franchise when traveling in their areas. It's that good!

I can't say nothing wrong about In-N-Out burger. The food is always delicious and fresh. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I love the atmosphere. The place is always clean. And it's not too expensive. While everyone else is raising their prices in and out burger is staying about the same.

Love it! Real meat and potatoes, never frozen! Incredibly efficient and very attentive service. They keep doing the most consistent job among all fast food chains nation wide! What is amazing is they are also the highest paying chain in the country! They do a great job taking care of their employees which isn't the norm.

I'm from the midwest so whenever I go to near the west coast (or Texas apparently) you are darn right In-N-Out is on this foodies' list of must-eats. As expected, this In-N-Out Burger is what you expect from any In-N-Out. And that's what makes In-N-Out so good... its consistent and delicious. I went with the double-double, getting me some extra sauce on the side. Add in some fries and a fountain drink, it was a darn good delicious meal. This place offers diet lemonade, which not a lot of places offer (Chick-Fil-A's diet lemonade is unsurpassable). The food came out fast, the people behind the counter was nice, and the overall experience was great. We sat outside in the hot Phoenix weather, but the sunshade helped. Good times, and highly recommended. BATHROOM REVIEW: Located near the front, the bathroom had a urinal and stall. Somewhat clean, but this place is known for their burgers, not their bathrooms. Sit or squat? Squat.
