    Not going to lie the small amount of food I did receive tasted amazing but paying $8 for a small with extra sauce I got a 3/4 full container! For $8 I would expect to get a full container with more the 10 prices of popcorn chicken or atleast top it off with fries! Inside of restaurant smelled pretty bad.

    My half filled burger box of fries was pretty good for $8. I'm pretty sure they milked the cow in the kitchen because our shakes were served fresh in just 25 minutes, but that's ok my food arrived before everyone else's. Also got a $9 salad and they wrapped it in a little tortilla completely for free. I feel special because apparently the normal wait is an hour according to the person before me. The staff was really good at smiling while over charging and lying about wait times. I think they might be having a fund raiser car wash soon. They were out of lids and not very napkin friendly. They will probably go home feeling very needed tonight, with all those people needing so many things... Like the food they ordered. Tip: 10-15 minute wait is referring to each item ordered, but rest assured it will show up as each item is complete. Like a fancy 5 course meal. Enjoy

    The positive is that the wings were cooked nicely. We ordered 20 traditional wings, half pineapple-jalapeño and the other half was Asian sweet chili. They all came mixed inside a box. I couldn't tell flavors apart, and they really lacked any real flavor if I'mbeong honest. Definitely never buying wings from here again.

    I had gone in to order the 10$ Wednesday special, I ordered two plates with extra chicken. The bottom of both plates by the time we got home was completely drenched in sauce, his was made incorrectly. He ordered Cajun and BBQ and got Cajun and very hot. Mine was Very hot w extra very hot. Below are pictures with the meals, he mixed his altogether and you cans see how badly the whole plate was drenched in sauce. I called in to let her know and she told me the girl who made out plates was new and offered no refund or replacement. Additionally, when I had gone in, sarcastically, she mentioned to me that if I hadn't specified it was the 10$ special she was going to charge me full price. I usually don't experience terrible service here so I'm disappointed fs.

    Despite reading some mixed reviews about the staff, Ciara and Kate was pleasant and helpful. This was my first visit. The next issue I read was the wait... they were pretty busy when we arrived despite that it was busy we only waited about 10 minutes for the food... the quality was amazing. I have no complaints about this place and glad I don’t always listen to bad reviews. Will be back. Updated 6/24/2020 I stand by this review I’ve been numerous times and absolutely love this place. Keep up the amazing work.

    This was absolutely horrible. My husband, my daughter and I were definitely unimpressed. The garlic bread tasted like hospital bread. I don’t even know how to describe the French fries. The “mild” chicken tenders were far from mild. My mouth was on fire and it burned going down. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake was far from tasting like the cereal. I don’t plan on going back. I’ll stick to Canes Chicken.

    I've been here 3 separate times now after hearing about it from friends. And I do have to say this places food is amazing. I've tired their original hot, honey bbq and pineapple jalapeno flavored buffalo fries and all have been excellent. I can't wait to make my way back here for the lovely food. Seating is a little limited but it's manageable.

    I went there for the 1st time on Nov 13th. I was about to try the wing but needed to use the bathroom. Had been traveling and couldnt really focus on the menu. When I told the cashier she said I would have to buy something before I could use the bathroom. I was a little stunned but really needed to pee so I literally pulled about $100 out my wallet and put $20 near the cashier to let her know I had intentions to buy me and my mom lunch. She continued to say no. I said thats crazy I js need to use the bathroom and walked towards the bathroom which needed a lock code. When I came back the front the cashier was nowhere to be found and my $20 was left sitting there. I was so appaled I just left, but I could not shake the horrible feeling like I was being racially profiled. I called back to ask the young hispanic girls name and speak to a manager but when Trevor got on the phone he wasn't much help and basically said he was sorry I felt that way. When I asked for the cashier name he stated he couldn't give personal information. When i requested a higher up mangers name he gave me the same response. The whole situation was very traumatizing and nothing was handled correctly. Trevor was very unprofessional and unsympathetic to my issues as a manager.

    The girls working in the back constantly touching their hair and with the gloves they are using to handle food. They don't have their hair pinned up where it's out of the food. Don't be surprised if you find a long strand of hair in your food.

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not only is the food quality pretty low, but the staff are incredibly unprofessional. I waited 20 minutes for an order of buffalo fries, and while waiting, I saw the cooks messing around in the back throwing food, and the expo kept checking his phone. I recommend finding a different “spot”.

    Delicious wings but atrocious service. They will lie and say your order is being made only to have you show up and then they start your order. You can specifically request they make the order and they will say yes and then you show up and they’ll just say “sorry!”. There’s nothing worse than being lied to by employees and then having the manager defend the employees for lying.

    Walked into the location only to be ignored. After they let me stand there for 5 minutes without even saying so much as a "hi." I get this employee that you can tell would do anything to leave. He was constantly mumbling and leaning all over the register. By the time our food came out it felt like a different day. They don't take it seriously and next time I will definitely use my money elsewhere.

    Horrible experience. Horrible service... Pre-ordered a lot of food ahead of time... Showed up half hour later... they started my order upon my arrival. Waited another 25 minutes for food... 3 20-somethings in the back cooking... NO MANAGEMENT ANYWHERE TO BE FOUND. Go somewhere else for service Sincerely, Distraught And Hungry

    Yo my lady had been wanting to try this place so we decided to go. First I noticed none of the employees were wearing mask ?. Then we ordered the buffalo fries and 5 piece traditional wings he let us know it’s a 15 minute wait. 30 minutes later we went to the service counter and asked about our order, the guy told us they forgot about it because someone took the batteries out of the timer, then I asked how they know when the food was done? Witch he replied they have been doing it for a long time so they know when it’s ready ?. I asked him why they don’t just check the temperature to see when its ready and he told me we don’t use thermometers here we just know. I’ve been cooking professionally for 10 year and this it the craziest thing I’ve ever experience as a customer. I got food poisoning. Retrain you’re staff and you need a surprise health inspection. This place is trash!

    The food is good but I literally had cold pieces of chicken in my order so I know it's all frozen food. My Boss Fries w extra chicken (we paid for nothing smh) order had been sitting there for about 45 minutes before I picked it. Not only was my food cold but the employee lied about the food being ready at 6:30 NOT 5:45. This is a huge deal because when we called those TWO times the employee had assured us that the food was going to be ready at 6:30 since she didn't know how to cancel the order or change the time- communication & transparency is super important! I HAD TO AIR FRY MY FOOD AT HOME. 2/5 I wouldn't come here again.

    The worst place ever. The cashier messed up and after I told her , she said no its okay and then comes back 4 mins later saying , the system messed up and you need to re order. Then she threatened me because I told her , I told you so. And we had to wait 40mins for some fries and chicken tenders. 35bucks for 5tenderd and chicken fries. Absolutely insane. I didint even eat. I left my food on the table and walked out. Absolutely horrible

    Worst service, full of lazy employees who mess around and don’t want to pick up the phone and when they finally answer they act like they can’t hear you and even pretended to press the end call dial, But I could still hear them. Pissed me off, it’s barely 11 AM and they’re acting like it’s so busy. Went there not even a few minutes later and they weren’t even busy.

    I imagine this plus is much better normally. I gave it three stars because if the wait, which was quite significant. I came here specifically for the buffalo fries. The chicken was dry and I was expecting some kind of saucy buffalo goodness similar to chili cheese fries but it was just small chunks of dried buffalo pieces over fries. The fries were great. Staff was great. Place was clean. The place was packed so that's why I think it's probably much better than this particular visit. I'd go back on a slower day to see if it was any different. They have such a great following so it has to be better than this time. My dates chicken wings, I will say, were perfect.

    My first time experience was not great the wings are great. I ordered 10 traditional wings but a hour later after I was done my stomach was burning and hurting real bad no good. My nephew had the same experience so for that reason I would not go back.

    You had me at cinnamon toast crunch shake. I stopped in and met these guys today and let me just say, Im impressed. That isn't easy to do. Their spot looks great, it's decent size and it has a chill vibe. The service was excellent and the shake... phe-nominal! I am for sure going back here next time I drive by and this time I'm doing it before lunch or dinner and I'm not just having a shake. If you're wondering, "hmm should I try it?" Don't wonder, drop in and grab a bite and do not, I repeat DO NOT forget to have a cinnamon toast crunch shake with your meal. Dine in! You'll be ok. Wash your hands n stuff. Thanks to the guys down at The Buffalo Spot, I will definitely be back!

    The selection was pretty good. They are famous for their french fries with chicken on top of them. I was somewhat perplexed as to the high price of their chicken. Fortunately they had a special running on Tuesdays so that made the price tolerable.

    As I am currently writing this, I have been now been waiting for over 30 minutes AFTER the initial “pick up time” provided from the restaurant for my online order. Per my receipt email stating: Please be ready to pick up your order at 5:30 PM MST. To maintain food safety and quality, please pick up your order promptly at the stated time I find this annoying. However, as I had already paid and the employees decided to not come to the counter as I stood trying to get their attention for a refund this became unacceptable. The young woman and man working the counter were incredibly rude, and asked if I wanted to order?! Like I ordered 1 hour ago online and came in 30 minutes ago to pick up my food… where is your head? Looking forward to hearing feedback, as I am sure this is not the quality service you typically hold as your standard.

    The service was so slow. My boyfriend and I ordered a smoothie and some fries. When we ordered, there were only two other guests in the building. Our smoothie came out so fast, but it took an hour and a half for our fries to come out. On the plus side, the fries were pretty good. The service is just unbearably slow. If you really want something from this place, order online and pick up to reduce wait time.

    I got the 5 chicken tenders (garlic parmasean) as well as an order of normal fries, with ranch. Wasn't bad! Just wasn't anything to write home about. Lady at the front was very nice and there was TONS of seating, so if you need to pack a group in you'd likely have no issue.

    I Recomended my family to dine in because of the wonderful service at the location on 99th ave Mc dowell rd but this location on northern is horrible cashier dont pay attention on your order and even though they made a mistake on my order i still have to wait for my order and had to pay extra on my food when i ask for my food and it was the cashier fault and she admited to have made the mistake.really dissapointed with the service and wont be returning back to this location.

    The man at the counter was very good with communication. But here’s the issue I have. There are no napkins out, no salt pepper or ketchup for the fries. You have to get the code from them to use the restroom. All I wanted to do was wash my hands. Your a wing spot, and I can’t wash my hands without putting a code into the bathroom door? The food itself was meh. Original Hot Sauce was good but not hot at all and it didn’t stick to the wings. The Cajun fries were good but would have been much better if they were hot. Won’t be going back for the above reasons. Felt like they assume their clientele were children who can't handle open access to a bathroom or condiments.

    I decided to get catering done by this location and it was the best experience I had catering wise. The new manager was great in all aspects. His communication and follow up was above and beyond and the food and service was excellent! I will definitely use them for catering events from now on.

    I just got off work and tried to call and order ahead of time because I know they close soon to make it easier on them three calls no answer so I arrive and get out for the doors to already be locked with the keys still in them and it doesn’t say they’re closed unless I missed something the workers inside could have at least answered the phone to say they were closing early so I could have saved my gas from the drive there

    This Buffalo Spot provides a flavor full set of wings especially with their Tuesday special. The only issue I found were some sauces too subtle perhaps due to mix ratio. The place is kept clean and the person who took my order very polite. I didn't have any timing issues like at other Buffalo Spots and there were a number of tables available for Dine in. Overall completely satisfied will go again.

    Was real good when it opened. Tonight we go for dinner and the sauces have changed. We love the flavor but not the heat so we get the mild. Food comes and oh Lord my mouth is on fire! We inform them of the mistake and are informed that is the new mild. DEAL BREAKER BUFFALO SPOT. I'm sorry but we can't go back. If you like fire, then this is your place.

    It’s my first time here and I ordered garlic Parmesan buffalo fries, medium wings and a side of fries!!!It was definitely one of the best wings and fries I’ve had in a long time!!! The fries are crispy in the outside, soft on the inside!! Mmmm... and the sauce is absolutely delicious!! And As far as service goes, Whitney is amazing!!!!!

    went there today for the 1st time. I ordered the family meal which included 25 wings, 8 breadsticks and 4 sodas. I had 3 flavors... pineapple jalapeno, lemon pepper, and jerk. The wings were fresh made to order but all 3 flavors were extra salty. We had to rinse off the wings and reheat them im order to even eat them. i wont be ordering from there again.

    The cashier Jacob is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I had to repeat my simple order 5 times (5 tenders honey BBQ the meal w Buffalo fries atomic hot add parmesan), then i asked why i had to repeat something so simple so many times and he got an attitude saying its my fault and I should say it a different way (the way he said it) and he still got it wrong once I got my food ,he continuesly was rolling his eyes as I waited for my food, then when he called out my name he dropped the bag on the counter and walked away, no have a good day, no sorry for the confusion nothing . This was my favorite Buffalo spot but now I don't know if I'll be coming back .

    I usually order the chicken with the fries because it simply is the best dish. Today, I wanted a salad. But I chose a day when they didn’t have any lettuce. I was disappointed but the girl at the front was just so incredibly nice. She shared with me the day’s special, so I went with that. Original Hit sauce and Chipotle. Both amazing flavors...not an overpowering flavor. Hoping to one day try the actual salad—only reason I didn’t add that extra star. Nevertheless; amazing flavors!

    This location is always so friendly when I visit. I dont know most of the crew's name but I did meet 'Beauty' today. She is new and fits in with this team nicely. We're tried The Buffalo Spot a fee weeks back and enjoy stopping for our friends and family wing fix.

    Horrible customer service!! Vanessa (32nd street and union hills) and Joseph some manager at the Tempe location was rude to me on the phone after they charge me 3 times the amount! They couldn’t help me out or put the money back on my card, and Also could NOT provide me with a resource to do so. It’s sad the world we live in your can’t even get good customer service.     I’ve been here a few times and no issues until this visit. I had ordered my food over the phone 25 minutes in advance, to be able to pick up my food as soon as I got there. I arrived and payed for my food and it wasn’t ready yet. 20 minutes later, the food had not even been started. The manager in charge that day was Cynthia who seemed clueless about her job as well as everyone else working there. She did nothing to fix the problem but accept the fact that they hadn’t made our food. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. Last time visiting this place.

    Ordered online and order was to be ready at 6:45pm. Arrived at 6:50pm and food wasn’t ready until 7:10pm, 25 min after the time my email confirmation stated. People showed up after me and left before me (they had not even ordered ahead!!). I paid for extra sauce and the employee argued I didn’t, showed him my receipt and still wouldn’t give me the number of sauces I paid for (I was shorted one). Customer service is terrible and wait times are EXTREMELY LONG. Only reason for 2 stars is the food is good but I would never come back because food took 45 min to be ready and customer service is non-existent.

    The food is great there and I usually never had a problem till this time. I ordered a vanilla shake, and I noticed it’s very liquidy. So I proceeded to go inside to ask to get it remade. A young gentleman approached me asked what do I need help with I tell him this is too liquidy it’s a shake shouldn’t be that way. His coworker I believe the name was Rashawna asked what’s Wong he tells her then she says “that’s how our shakes are” to the guy and looks over at me with a stank face. At that point I felt uneasy and just judged like if I was being dramatic but no it really was runny. Then 2 other employees looked at it agreed with me and made me another one. Everyone was accommodating but Rashawna she needs better customer services practice. There’s no need to look at someone like that and make comments like she did very uncalled for.
