Love being able to grab a delicious slice or two of pepperoni - perfect amount of cheese and pepperoni and the dough is great. Decent parking situation - super easy to run in to grab take-out. Friendly employees and prices - all around great pizza experience!

Last night was the first time I had been to Ziggy's and I can say that I had a great time! It was not what I expected initially, but to be fair, it is such a unique idea that it is difficult to set your expectations. The front of the location is like a normal pizza place. It is simple, nostalgic, and friendly. But then you head to the back, and that is where the experience changes. In the back of the place there is a full fledged bar with incredible decor, a dance floor, a disco ball, and 9 pinball tables. Whoever their graphic artist is needs more attention because the moving graphics over the bar and walls are mesmerizing. The food was great! We had the parmesan garlic fries, two slices of pizza, and some really good drinks! It was all fairly priced too! The fried were $4 and for the amount of fries there was, it was a great deal! For two slices and a fountain drink it was $7.25 or so. The service was alright, but the time in between servers was a little long. The food wait time wasn't bad, pretty standard, but the time between the servers to take orders and check in was a little too long. All in all, I would highly recommend this establishment. I love the atmosphere, the food, the pinball tables. It is such a unique and fun place to go!

This place is unique - friendly folks with great service. Love the theme and social media advertising they have. The entrance to star dust(pinball and bar) space is clever. Good pizza and wings. They usually have a specialty pizza in rotation. Good options to sit in the bar or outside - grab to go👊🏼

Quick bite before a show next door. Decent airy crust. Various pizzas. Friendly bartenders. Families galore during the day because of the pinball machines. Chuck E Cheese meets disco.

Very fun place, especially for a younger crowd. The only down fall is how tiny the place is and the small parking lot. You would want to send someone there early to get a table ahead of schedule and hold your spot. The problem with this is that groups larger than 6 will most likely not be sitting at the same table. My party had 8 and we needed to have two separate tables. The bartenders do their job well and are very courteous. However, the bar and the dance floor are RIGHT NEXT to each other. What these means is that once the bar line gets long enough and the dance floor gets full enough they start to clash. Nobody likes that, I could see this hurting them in the future. The pizza is good but not phenomenal, better than Domino's, Papa John's and Pizza Hut, if that means anything. Overall, a high energy place with good vibes, just a tight space.

This might be the best pizza I've had since...ever? Eating a slice in the Stardust Pinbar is an experience. Cool funky little place that has you go through what looks like an employee only area to get to. Think - speakeasy from way back. Like pinball? You're in luck! Plenty of interesting drinks on the menu including one that comes in a cactus shaped glass. Ill definitely be back!

Pizza was pretty good! We got pepperoni and the chicken parm fries. The pizza sauce was light and tasty. Really enjoyed the 80s/early 90s feel. Parking was a little small but there is street parking and parking lots across the road. Don’t forget to check out the pinball arcade bar! The bar is 21+

I loved this place! It has a front end where you can order and take pizza to go or eat outside. The place is a great for a date, a family outing or for foodies. They constantly do collaborations with great local chefs/fantastic food scientists like Good Fortune Kitchen, Drunken Tiger and Taco Boys to make unique pizza specials every week. You can buy pizza by the slice or a whole pizza. They also carry good local beers. The bar looks to be inspired by the pioneering and groundbreaking artist David Bowie, and their food quality and establishment certainly shoots for the stars. The restaurant can be accessed through the double doors and through a freezer door, leading to a dance floor. It's disco fever meets pinball wizard where the walls are adorned with unique pinball tops (example: you can spy a Game of Thrones themed one). They also have other cool pinball machines you can actually play on like the Simpsons and classic Star Wars one. Definitely worth a trip!

It's a cool spot for 21 to 35 40, but not for my age. Lol. Good pizza and lots of pinball game in a cool back room. Good food as I said and a good spot in downtown crowds. Also see my Instagram @ just.ask.me_

The pizza was delicious, and 2 slices and a drink for under $10 is a steal! The arcade in the back is super cool, though the music was fairly terrible (but I realize taste is subjective.) A good number of pinball machines are there for the playing though at a buck a piece it's a bit steep to consider as a regular pinball hangout. Overall, though, I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area for lunch.

$8 for 2 slices and a drink. Not bad. Pizza is ok quality. A little above Costco but definitely below papa Johns. (Somewhere in the dominos range) ordering was pretty slow but not terrible. Probably would eat here again if I was ever early to a concert at the van Buren or something like that.

This place is soo dope! Greatest wings ever in my opinion and they get your food out in a fair amount of time! Price is very well affordable. The wings were fresh and spicy how I like it! Beer was cold and available, along with the most fresh pizza available downtown PHX, AR. They have such cool decorations all over the store. Definitely a must go to place if you ever are near!

Although parking was a little limited, it definitely didn't change the experience. Top notch place with the best service and food! Tara and Blair were our servers and were AMAZING 👏 I cannot say enough good things about both of them. Tara was friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable of the menu and gave wonderful recommendations as it was our first time. Not only that, but she was attentive also and always made sure we were okay on food and drinks even though she was super busy! Bravo Tara! And Blair helped seat us even though we were a really large group (9 people!) And helped us all sit together. Will definitely be back 😊

That is the coolest place ever late night just to play some pinball or hang out and eat some Pizza. I watched some dude meet a girl there and then played some pinball with her. 20 minutes later they were making out right next to us drunk style. That was hilarious. Also the pinball games are not your average. High end graphics and themes. I played the Metallica game it was sick

This is definitely what downtown needed ?? the place is welded right next to The Van Buren (awesome venue), within walking distance to Crescent Ballroom (ANOTHER amazing venue), and the pizza place is the entrance to the Stardust Pinball Bar! If you’re a music junkie or working any time downtown, the place is open til 2 and the prices aren’t the worst. Sure, $3 slices might sound steep, but a nice piece of pie beats McDonald’s across the street, or having to order somewhere else. Can we talk about the place’s aesthetic for a second? It feels like a period piece what with its homage to pizza pop culture and housing itself next to a venue and a pinball bar. It gives people that live in the area another place to go to late at night and it’s honestly such a relief; I don’t wanna go to an i-hop or a Tempe bar late at night if I’m just a couple minutes away from this place and wanna hang with the gang. It’s reassuring and exciting to know that it’s open after midnight. The owner’s signature bianco is luscious and speaks for itself. They don’t skimp out on options for us vegans either; the Mona Lisa with some fries goes off. Didn’t get to try the hot sauce options myself (not a fan) but the list was pretty formidable. And don’t get me started on the lunch special! For like eight bucks it’s two slices and a drink, or fries/wings/a salad instead of another slice. Like yeah take your lunch to work but if you’re ever in a pinch, this place isn’t one to be brushed off so easily, and I for one hope that it’s here to stay ??

Nice casual pizza place, with great table service by Ashley in the Stardust lounge area. 12 cool pinball machines. We played a ling time on $20 worth of tokens. Liked the Ziggies special slices the best. The Pretty Fly For a White guy was good. Garlic knots with marinara were nice. Great place to hang out with your family.

Quick and good casual pizza place. Two slices plus drink combo for $8. Got pepperoni and Hawaiian. Plus 6 wings for $8. The wings were alright, crispy but a little too fried. Would probably stick to just the pepperoni pizza slices. Those were delicious, nice melting cheese. Small place with limited inside seating. Easy to order and grab and go. Yes, I recommend. I spent $16.50 overall.

This place is absolutely magical! Actually just came in for some authentic pizza and we were very kindly greeted by a gentleman who took us to the magic pizza. The selection of pizza was amazing as well as their other foods and drink choices. Did bring the whole family and everyone loved it. Just another great downtown find but with great customer service and great food and a great time definitely would recommend.

First time here, it was on my list of places to check out for about two years. Greeted right away, checked out the back room, orderd some funky named drink and played pinball. The pizza was huge and delicious. My drink was called a bad bunny. Totally recommend.

It was average. The speakeasy was kind of cool, they use pinball boards as decor. The tables are not stable, it kept rolling around. The beer was pricey for them to served in small plastic cups. Staff were friendly and the pizza was alright but the wings were very good. It would say it’s worth a try.

Well - this was suuuuper disappointing. This spot had been talked up quite a bit so I didn’t hesitate to buy a half n half pie - pretty fly for a white pie and the Bae BQ. For 22 dollars. I waited for about 28 minutes - drove 25 minutes home to the east valley, opened the box to find a floppy, barely cooked pie that I had to finish cooking in my oven. There was hardly any browning on the crust, top and bottom. The Bae BQ had some weird textured chicken on it. I have a half pie left that will go in the trash. The woman that helped me at the register was super helpful and nice. I did watch one of the cooks blow their nose and start to come back into the cooking area - he turned around and washed his hands when he saw that I’d seen him.

Place is clean. Owner, Ziggy, is friendly. Staff is kind. Outdoor patio is perfect for kids and hanging out. HAVE PAPER STRAWS. Come here if you want individual slices or whole pizzas with your favorite canned drinks or soda fountain drinks.

I love Ziggy's! The vibe is fantastic, classic 80s on the radio and that great classic pizzeria feel. Ziggy himself greets you with a smile and you can see him tossin' the dough behind the counter. Full pinbar next door that I have yet to check out. This place is a few minutes from my office and I'll definitely be a regular! (Two cheese slices and a drink for $7.75 is my go to)

  • 5/5 Stephanie H. 4 years ago on Google
I can't say enough about this establishment and Ziggy himself. Though this location is right around the corner from my office, I often have to use a delivery service because I rarely have time to step away long enough to pick up lunch. We recently ran into an issue with the delivery service and Ziggy went above and beyond to make it right, even though the issue wasn't his to fix. The food is delicious. My staff love the convenience, price point and quality of service and food. Ziggy's Magic Pizza Shop is hands down my new favorite lunch spot.

  • 5/5 Bryan J. 4 years ago on Google
Fantastic! The basis to good pizza is good crust. Ziggy's has great crust! Just the right amount of crunch and bite to it. Pepperoni and jalapeno was great! Also had an order of wings which were just as good as the pizza. Most places have dry wings (not the rub but the actual meat), which is no good. The chicken was juicy and the buffalo sauce was delicious! I'll definitely be going back.

The guy how was working at ziggys on 7/13/20 at 4:30 pm did not wash his hands after handling money. This was my first time going to ziggys and you lost my business. This is so unprofessional. If you’re the owner please train your employees to wash their hands at all times

  • 5/5 Ben B. 4 years ago on Google
I am so happy to have this place in Phoenix it is incredible and the pizza is very good although I would like to see them brush the crust with a little bit of oil and salt to give it some better flavor. And I would also like to see a lot of cornmeal under the crust so that I have some texture to crunch and munch on when I'm eating the pizza. The garlic knots are incredible the choice of drinks is good and what makes this place out of this world is the pinball in back... I collect pinball machines and have six pinball machines myself at different homes that I own and I would love to come here and just drop $20 or $50 or $100 on pinball and have an amazing time... Considering some of the pinball machines that they have can cost right close to $10,000 you really have to understand that there is great value in spending a couple bucks on pinball here... I would like to see them continue to collect the top 20 games on pinside and feature the best and most playable games that they have and right now they have a really great collection.

This place is awesome, walked in with a group of friends who had no idea why I was there or why we just got carded to enter an empty pizza joint. Walked through the employee only door and showed them the magical world of Bowie. If you want to have a good time I would recommend this place any time of the day, good drinks, amazing games and an epic atmosphere

This restaurant was the best! They have delicious pizza that I tasted for the first time. The sauces, crust, and methods of cooking were truly impressive and satisfying. Besides, I thank the waiter that served my order rightfully and nicely. Eventually, I came up with the conclusion that I will continue to buy pizzas in your restaurant. Thanks a lot!

Our favorite pizza parlor in the city so far. We love to go here on Sundays, after going to church. There's a grocery store right across and a gasoline station, so it is like a one-stop-shop. The restaurant has good customer service, too. The place is big, and you can hold parties where they had private rooms, too. We also call them for deliveries at home, pretty fast and good service! Highly recommended!

The pizza could be better, just got a slice of pepperoni and the sauce was pretty bland. Good thing they have a robust menu of hot sauce you can cover it in. The "barcade" part was ok, though very empty. I was looking forward to the light up dance floor but no one else was dancing. Everything is very deliberate and commercialized with the interior and I guess my friends and I were looking for an old downtown dirty dive to enjoy. It's cool for the ASU crowd I guess. Will probably try again.

We had a really odd experience. The guys out front in the slice shop were real energetic about is hanging out at the bar in the back, which is fine, probably strategic so people learn about it. The bartender in back had us sit at a table and brought us waters, said our server would be along in a moment. The server took out drink orders and when I asked which pizzas they had out front (since I didn't look) she said she didn't know because she just got here, and them stood there waiting for ya to order. So, one of us ordered the sausage they saw over there, then yadda yadda, we all ordered. Some of our drinks came out from the bartender who apparently didn't know about the rest of the drinks. The slices we ordered were definitely not what had been displayed out front, just all in all a disjointed and somewhat harried experience. It's like the server and the kitchen and the bartender were all just doing their own thing. I'd go back but I'd make sure to explain very carefully what I'd like my order to be.

New Yorkers who are seeking a joint closest to the real deal, this is IT..I've been in AZ 5 years and have found wonderful pizzerias, but none that are close to the real deal, including some of the more "well known" NY pizza places. Ziggy's only have 18" pies, they are pricey but don't let it turn you away if you are looking for a savory taste of home. I came in close to closing I had ordered a pie for my kids and 2 slices for myself to-go; we are addicted.

Some friends recommended to try this place out and the secret bar was lit 🤫 My husband liked the speciality pies and I enjoyed a classica 'za 🍕The buffalo fries are also pretty good. We didn't play any pinball machines but those looked cool as well. Overall the place was fun and enjoyable and the staff were nice.

As far as the speakeasy goes the stardust pinbar. It was terrible food was garbage got serves chicken parm fries with burnt fries, cold marinara, and okay chicken which was just popcorn chicken. Also ordered a ceaser salad thats was terrible as well. Felt very unwelcome and won't be returning

The pizza is good and the chicken wings are delicious. The cocktails are very sweet and okay. Good beers. Staff nice. Music ok. The place is decorated with posters/ paints of David Bowie. On the center there is some space for dancing. It is a place for having fun. They have pinball games.

This place is AWESOME! Loved the speakeasy aspect of it. The pizza was great. I even got a free game on Mars Attacks by scoring over a billion and got a free game on Star Wars by random score match!

Great place for some fun atmosphere. Pizza was okay. Hand-tossed dough with great crisp. Ours was a tad of a greasy mess and the sauce was just, eh. Wings were pretty good. Go for the atmosphere on their dine-in side, Stardust Pin (pinball) Bar.

Enter through the pizza shop freezer door like a speak easy entrance to the Stardust pinbar. The service is slow for such a small place and live dj jams are pretty good but super loud to even have a conversation. Only 8 of the 12 pinball games work at a dollar a pop is steep. Good atmosphere though.

Have always had a good experience at Ziggys until Thursday 6-30-22. I ordered, then had to go out to my vehicle for a minute. When I came back in I asked the bald man behind the counter if he had called my name and he was very rude in his answer and demeanor. Then I took the pizza back to work and the bottom was burnt as you can see in the picture. Unfortunate that this happened. Hopefully it will not become the norm. Still giving a 3 rating from past experiences at Ziggys.

I’ve had pizza from coast to coast and my favorite was Joes Pizza in NYC. We’ll, it’s now Ziggy’s. It was perfect; on top of that, the atmosphere was amazing. Not only do they have a pizza side, but they have a secret door to an adult bar / dance floor / arcade with pinball machines. We both enjoyed our food and the stardust wings were delicious.

First time at Ziggys. Ordered a meat lovers and Hawaiian slice with a drink for $9 with a side of homemade ranch(highly recommend). The pizza was fresh and hot with almost a New York fold to eat it. The vibe was laid back and fun and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. If you are downtown stop by for a quick lunch.

This place rocks! You enter the pizza restaurant and they have pizza and more. I had the cheese pizza which was only $2 a slice on Tuesdays. Then you head to the double doors and find this amazingly nostalgic bar with pin ball machines, a floor that lights up like Stayin Alive with a disco ball above. They have great customer service and good drinks; a full bar. Its small and perfect. They have a token machine where you can buy tokens for the games that range from $.25-$1. They play the best music as well!

Closest thing I’ve found to a NY slice! Bubbly crips crust and folded perfectly and the sauce was tasty too. Played pinball and had a drink while waiting for our slices. Great atmosphere!

Wow, stumbled in here to wait for the concert to begin at Dodge Theater. Super nice people, and great pizza. At about 6 the counter girl asked us if we wanted another beer, then took us through the side door into the SpeakEasy. SCORE! awesome people, decor, music and friendly atmosphere. THIS is the place to hang out while waiting for the concert!

The bar is absolutely fantastic and a fun little get away that makes you think you're not in AZ during the summer. Pizza was good but the stand out was the Desert Bird
